Claims (17)

  1. Grue, en particulier grue à tour, comportant un câble de levage (207), qui se déroule à partir d'une flèche de grue (202) et porte un moyen de réception de charge (208), des systèmes d'entraînement pour mettre en mouvement plusieurs éléments de grue et déplacer le moyen de réception de charge (208), un dispositif de commande (3) pour commander les systèmes d'entraînement de telle manière que le moyen de réception de charge (208) se déplace le long d'un chemin de déplacement, ainsi qu'un système d'amortissement des oscillations (340) pour amortir des mouvements oscillants du moyen de réception de charge (208) et/ou du câble de levage (207), le système d'amortissement des oscillations (340) comportant un système de détection d'oscillation (60) pour détecter des mouvements oscillants du câble de levage (207) et/ou du moyen de réception de charge (208) ainsi qu'un module régulateur (341) avec une boucle de régulation fermée pour influencer la commande des systèmes d'entraînement en fonction d'un signal d'oscillation du système de détection d'oscillation (60) renvoyé à la boucle de régulation, caractérisée en ce que le système d'amortissement des oscillations (340) comporte un système de détection de dynamique structurale (342) pour détecter des déformations et/ou des mouvements intérieurs dynamiques d'éléments structuraux de la grue et le module régulateur (342) du système d'amortissement des oscillations (340) est conçu pour prendre en compte, lors de l'influence sur la commande des systèmes d'entraînement, aussi bien le signal d'oscillation du système de détection d'oscillation (60) que les signaux de dynamique structurale renvoyés à la boucle de régulation, qui indiquent des déformations et/ou des mouvements intérieurs dynamiques des éléments structuraux, le système de détection de dynamique structurale (342) étant conçu pour déterminer des torsions dynamiques d'une tour de grue (201) portant la flèche de grue et/ou de la flèche de grue (202) et le module régulateur (341) du système d'amortissement des oscillations (340) étant conçu pour influencer la commande des systèmes d'entraînement en fonction des torsions dynamiques détectées de la flèche de grue (202) et/ou de la tour de grue (201).
  2. Grue selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle le module régulateur (341) comporte une structure de régulation à deux degrés de liberté et/ou comporte, en plus de la boucle de régulation fermée, un module de commande à action prévisionnelle (350) pour la commande à action prévisionnelle des signaux de réglage pour les systèmes d'entraînement, le module de commande à action prévisionnelle (350) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un modèle de platitude différentielle de manière à exécuter la commande à action prévisionnelle sans prendre en compte les signaux d'oscillation du système de détection d'oscillation (60) et les signaux de dynamique structurale du système de détection de dynamique structurale (342).
  3. Grue selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle un système de filtre coupe-bande (353) pour filtrer les signaux d'entrées transmis à la commande à action prévisionnelle, qui est conçu pour éliminer desdits signaux d'entrée des fréquences propres excitables de la dynamique structurale, un module de planification de trajectoire (351) et/ou un module de filtrage de valeur de consigne (352) pour déterminer une variation de consigne pour la position du moyen de réception de charge et ses dérivations temporelles à partir de valeurs de consigne prédéfinies pour le moyen de réception de charge, sont associés au module de commande à action prévisionnelle (350), le système de filtrage coupe-bande (353) étant prévu entre le module de planification de trajectoire (351) et, d'un côté, le module de filtrage de valeur de consigne (352) et, de l'autre côté, le module de commande à action prévisionnelle (350).
  4. Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le module régulateur (341) comporte un modèle de régulation qui divise la dynamique structurale de la grue en parties indépendantes les unes des autres, lesquelles comprennent au moins une partie dynamique de pivotement, qui prend en compte la dynamique structurale en ce qui concerne le pivotement de la flèche (202) autour de l'axe de pivotement de grue vertical, et une partie dynamique radiale, qui prend en compte des mouvements dynamiques de structure parallèlement à un plan vertical parallèle à la flèche.
  5. Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le système de détection de dynamique structurale (342) comporte au moins
    - un capteur de dynamique radiale pour détecter des mouvements dynamiques de la structure de grue dans un plan vertical parallèlement à la flèche de grue (202), et
    - un capteur de dynamique de pivotement pour détecter des mouvements dynamiques de la structure de grue autour d'un axe de rotation de grue vertical, en particulier d'un axe de tour (205)
    et le module régulateur (341) du système d'amortissement des oscillations (340) est conçu pour influencer la commande des systèmes d'entraînement, en particulier d'un entraînement de chariot et d'un entraînement de dispositif de rotation, en fonction des mouvements dynamiques détectés de la structure de grue dans le plan vertical parallèle à la flèche et des mouvements dynamiques détectés de la structure de grue autour de l'axe de rotation de grue vertical.
  6. Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le système de détection de dynamique structurale (342) comporte en outre
    - un capteur de dynamique de levage pour détecter des déformations dynamiques verticales de la flèche de grue (202) et le module régulateur (341) du système d'amortissement des oscillations (340) est conçu pour influencer la commande des systèmes d'entraînement, en particulier d'un entraînement de mécanisme de levage, en fonction des déformations dynamiques verticales détectées de la flèche de grue (202).
  7. Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le système de détection de dynamique structurale (342) est conçu pour détecter tous les modes propres des torsions dynamiques de la flèche de grue (202) et/ou de la tour de grue (201), dont les fréquences propres se trouvent dans une plage de fréquence prédéfinie, et comporte au moins un, de préférence plusieurs, capteur(s) de tour, qui est/sont disposé(s) espacé(s) d'un nœud d'une oscillation propre de tour, pour détecter des torsions de tour, ainsi qu'au moins un, de préférence plusieurs, capteur(s) de flèche, qui est/sont disposé(s) espacé(s) d'un nœud d'une oscillation propre de flèche, pour détecter des torsions de flèche.
  8. Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le système de détection de dynamique structurale (342) comporte des jauges extensométriques et/ou des capteurs d'accélération et/ou des capteurs de vitesse angulaire, en particulier sous la forme de gyroscopes, pour détecter des déformations et/ou des mouvements intérieurs dynamiques d'éléments structuraux de la grue, et/ou au moins un capteur de vitesse angulaire et/ou d'accélération et/ou une jauge extensométrique pour détecter des déformations de tour dynamiques, au moins un capteur de vitesse angulaire et/ou d'accélération et/ou une jauge extensométrique pour détecter des déformations de flèche dynamiques.
  9. Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le système de détection d'oscillation (60) comporte un système de détection pour détecter et/ou estimer une déviation (ϕ ; β) du câble de levage (207) et/ou du moyen de réception de charge (208) par rapport à une verticale (61) et le module régulateur (341) du système d'amortissement des oscillations (340) est conçu pour influencer la commande des systèmes d'entraînement en fonction de la déviation (ϕ ; β) déterminée du câble de levage (207) et/ou du moyen de réception de charge (208) par rapport à la verticale (61).
  10. Grue selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle le système de détection (60) comporte un système de détection générateur d'images, en particulier une caméra (62), qui regarde, dans la zone d'un point de suspension du câble de levage (207), en particulier d'un chariot roulant (206), sensiblement perpendiculairement vers le bas, un système d'évaluation d'image (64) étant prévu pour évaluer une image fournie par le système de détection générateur d'images en ce qui concerne la position du moyen de réception de charge (208) dans l'image fournie et déterminer la déviation (ϕ) du moyen de réception de charge (208) et/ou du câble de levage (207) et/ou la vitesse de déviation par rapport à la verticale (61).
  11. Grue selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif de détection (60) comporte une centrale à inertie (IMU) montée sur le moyen de réception de charge (208), dotée de moyens détecteurs d'accélération et de vitesse angulaire pour fournir des signaux d'accélération et de vitesse angulaire, des premiers moyens de détermination (401) pour déterminer et/ou estimer un défaut d'alignement angulaire (εβ) du moyen de réception de charge (208) à partir des signaux d'accélération et de vitesse angulaire de la centrale à inertie (IMU) et des seconds moyens de détermination (410) pour déterminer la déviation (β) du câble de levage (207) et/ou du moyen de réception de charge (208) par rapport à la verticale (61) à partir du défaut d'alignement angulaire (εβ) déterminé du moyen de réception de charge (208) et d'une accélération inertielle (Ia) du moyen de réception de charge (208), les premiers moyens de détermination (401) comportant un filtre complémentaire (402) avec un filtre passe-haut (403) pour le signal de vitesse angulaire de la centrale à inertie (IMU) et un filtre passe-bas (404) pour le signal d'accélération de la centrale à inertie (IMU) ou un signal dérivé de ceux-ci, ledit filtre complémentaire (402) étant conçu pour combiner une estimation s'appuyant sur la vitesse angulaire du défaut d'alignement angulaire (εβ,ω) du moyen de réception de charge (208), qui se base sur le signal de vitesse angulaire filtré par le filtre passe-haut, et une estimation s'appuyant sur l'accélération du défaut d'alignement angulaire (εβ,a) du moyen de réception de charge (208), qui se base sur le signal d'accélération filtré par le filtre passe-bas et déterminer, à partir des estimations s'appuyant sur la vitesse angulaire et l'accélération combinées du défaut d'alignement angulaire (εβ,ω ; εβ,a) du moyen de réception de charge (208), le défaut d'alignement angulaire (εβ) recherché du moyen de réception de charge (208), l'estimation s'appuyant sur la vitesse angulaire du défaut d'alignement angulaire (εβ,ω) du moyen de réception de charge (208) comprenant une intégration du signal de vitesse angulaire filtré par le filtre passe-haut et/ou l'estimation s'appuyant sur l'accélération du défaut d'alignement angulaire (εβ,a) du moyen de réception de charge (208) reposant sur le quotient d'une accélération horizontale (kax) mesurée par une accélération verticale (kaz) mesurée, à partir duquel l'estimation s'appuyant sur l'accélération du défaut d'alignement angulaire (εβ,a) est obtenue à l'aide de la relation ε β , α = arctan ( a K x a K z )

  12. Grue selon la revendication précédente, dans laquelle les seconds moyens de détermination (410) comportent un système de filtrage et/ou d'observation, qui comprend un filtre de Kalman (411), en particulier un filtre de Kalman étendu et qui prend en compte comme grandeur d'entrée le défaut d'alignement angulaire (εβ) du moyen de réception de charge (208) et détermine, à partir d'une accélération inertielle (la) au niveau du moyen de réception de charge (208), la déviation (ϕ; β) du câble de levage (207) et/ou du moyen de réception de charge (208) par rapport à la verticale (61), et/ou un système de calcul pour calculer la déviation (β) du câble de levage (207) et/ou du moyen de réception de charge (208) par rapport à la verticale (61) à partir du quotient d'une accélération inertielle horizontale (lax) par l'accélération de la pesanteur (g).
  13. Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes 11 ou 12, dans laquelle la centrale à inertie (IMU) comporte un module de communication sans fil pour la transmission sans fil de signaux de mesure et/ou de signaux dérivés de ceux-ci à un récepteur, le module de communication et le récepteur pouvant de préférence être reliés l'un à l'autre par le biais d'une liaison WLAN et le récepteur étant disposé sur le chariot roulant, à partir duquel le câble de levage se déroule.
  14. Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le module régulateur (341) comporte un système de filtrage et/ou d'observation (345) pour influencer les grandeurs de réglage de régulateurs d'entraînement (347) pour la commande des systèmes d'entraînement, ledit système de filtrage et/ou d'observation (345) étant conçu pour obtenir comme grandeurs d'entrée d'une part les grandeurs de réglage du régulateur d'entraînement (347) et d'autre part aussi bien le signal d'oscillation du système de détection d'oscillation (60) que les signaux de dynamique structurale renvoyés à la boucle de régulation, qui indiquent des déformations et/ou mouvements intérieurs dynamiques des éléments structuraux, et pour influencer les grandeurs de réglage du régulateur en fonction des mouvements d'éléments de grue induits par la dynamique obtenus pour des grandeurs de réglage de régulateur définies et/ou de déformations d'éléments structuraux, le système de filtrage et/ou d'observation (345) étant réalisé sous la forme d'un filtre de Kalman (346), dans lequel sont mises en œuvre des fonctions détectées et/ou estimées et/ou calculées et/ou simulées, qui caractérisent la dynamique des éléments structuraux de la grue.
  15. Grue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le module régulateur (341) est conçu pour faire suivre et/ou adapter au moins une caractéristique de régulation, en particulier des amplifications de régulation, en fonction de modifications pour au moins un paramètre du groupe de paramètres constitué de la masse de la charge (mL), la longueur du câble de levage (I), la position du chariot (xtr) et la portée.
  16. Procédé de commande d'une grue, en particulier d'une grue à tour, dont le moyen de réception de charge (208) monté sur un câble de levage (207) est déplacé par des systèmes d'entraînement, lesdits systèmes d'entraînement étant commandés par un dispositif de commande (3) de la grue, la commande des systèmes d'entraînement étant influencée par un système d'amortissement des oscillations (340), comprenant un module régulateur (341) avec une boucle de régulation fermée, en fonction de paramètres pertinents pour l'oscillation, caractérisé en ce que tant des signaux d'oscillation d'un système de détection d'oscillation (60), au moyen duquel des mouvements oscillants du câble de levage et/ou du moyen de réception de charge sont détectés, que des signaux de dynamique structurale d'un système de détection de dynamique structurale (342), au moyen duquel des déformations et/ou des mouvements intérieurs dynamiques des éléments structuraux sont détectés, sont renvoyés à la boucle de régulation fermée et des signaux de commande (u(t)) pour commander les systèmes d'entraînement en fonction aussi bien des signaux d'oscillation renvoyés du système de détection d'oscillation (60) que des signaux de dynamique structurale renvoyés du système de détection de dynamique structurale (342) sont influencés par le module régulateur (341), des torsions dynamiques d'une tour de grue (201) portant la flèche de grue et/ou de la flèche de grue (202) étant déterminées par le système de détection de dynamique structurale (342) et la commande des systèmes d'entraînement étant influencée par le module régulateur (341) en fonction des torsions dynamiques détectées de la flèche de grue (202) et/ou de la tour de grue (201).
  17. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel les signaux d'oscillation renvoyés du système de détection d'oscillation (60) ainsi que les signaux de dynamique structurale renvoyés du système de détection de dynamique structurale (342) sont transmis à un filtre de Kalman (346), auquel sont en outre transmises les grandeurs de réglage de régulateurs d'entraînement (347) pour commander les systèmes d'entraînement, le filtre de Kalman (346) exerçant une influence sur les grandeurs de réglage des régulateurs d'entraînement (347) en fonction desdits signaux d'oscillation du système de détection d'oscillation (60), des signaux de dynamique structurale du système de détection de dynamique structurale (342) et des grandeurs de réglage renvoyées des régulateurs d'entraînement (347), les signaux de commande pour la commande des systèmes d'entraînement étant commandés par action prévisionnelle par un module de commande à action prévisionnelle (350) branché en amont du module régulateur (341), ledit module de commande à action prévisionnelle (350) étant conçu pour exécuter la commande à action prévisionnelle sans prendre en compte les signaux d'oscillation du système de détection d'oscillation (60) et les signaux de dynamique structurale du système de détection de dynamique structurale (342).
