Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour la construction d'une nouvelle route pour une ligne ferroviaire au moins à une voie (100, 101), avec voie non existante côté départ, la nouvelle route présentant au moins une couche de protection de plateforme (2) et une couche de ballast (3), la couche de protection de plateforme (2) étant construite sur une plateforme de terre (1) et la couche de ballast (3) sur la couche de protection de plateforme (2) dans un processus de travail continu dans une direction de travail (A), la couche de protection de plateforme (2) étant construite par un finisseur de couche de protection de plateforme (20) et la couche de ballast (3) par un finisseur de couche de ballast (30) qui est exploité à une distance prédéterminée par rapport à la direction de travail (A) derrière le finisseur de couche de protection de plateforme (20) et qui est équipé d'un châssis à chaînes ou à chenilles (31) pour traverser la couche de protection de plateforme (2),
    caractérisé en ce que
    les matériaux (K, S) nécessaires à la construction de la couche de protection de plateforme (2) et de la couche de ballast (3) sont amenés depuis au moins un wagon-silo (10a, 10b) qui est exploité à une distance prédéterminée par rapport à la direction de travail (A) devant le finisseur de couche de protection de plateforme (20), au finisseur de couche de protection de plateforme (20) et au finisseur de couche de ballast (30) au moyen d'un convoyeur (12a, 12b) respectivement affecté.
  2. Procédé conformément à la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le matériau (K) nécessaire à la construction de la couche de protection de plateforme (2) est stocké sur un premier wagon-silo (10a) et transporté de là vers un dispositif de réception (23) du finisseur de couche de protection de plateforme (20) au moyen du convoyeur (12a) affecté et
    le matériau (S) nécessaire à la construction de la couche de ballast (3) est stocké sur un deuxième wagon-silo (10b) qui est exploité en plus du premier wagon-silo (10a), et transporté de là vers un dispositif de réception (33) du finisseur de couche de ballast (30) au moyen du convoyeur (12b) affecté.
  3. Procédé conformément à la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les convoyeurs (12a, 12b) sont réglables en longueur, dans la localisation et/ou la position angulaire et une extrémité d'éjection du convoyeur (12a, b) est positionnée par rapport au dispositif de réception (23, 33).
  4. Procédé conformément au moins à l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour la construction d'une nouvelle route, un finisseur de couche de ballast (30) est mis en œuvre pour chaque voie à construire pour une ligne ferroviaire (101) à deux ou plusieurs voies, les deux finisseurs de couche de ballast (30) ou plus étant mis en œuvre en parallèle et le matériau (S) nécessaire à la construction de la couche de ballast (3) respective étant amené par au moins un wagon-silo (10a, 10b) aux finisseurs de couche de ballast (30) au moyen d'un convoyeur (12b) respectivement affecté, un propre wagon-silo (10b) étant préférablement affecté à chaque finisseur de couche de ballast (30).
  5. Procédé conformément au moins à l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le matériau (K) nécessaire à la construction de la couche de protection de plateforme (2) est monté par le finisseur de couche de protection de plateforme (20) au moyen d'un dispositif de montage (22),
    et le matériau (S) nécessaire à la construction de la couche de ballast (3) est monté par le finisseur de couche de ballast (30) au moyen d'un dispositif de montage (32), le dispositif de montage (22, 32) respectif montant la couche de protection de plateforme (2) et la couche de ballast (3) conformément à un profil prédéterminé pour la couche de protection de plateforme (2) et la couche de ballast (3), englobant la hauteur, la largeur, la forme, la position et l'inclinaison.
  6. Procédé conformément à la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les hauteurs et les positions latérales de la plateforme de terre (1) sont mesurées, nivelées, enregistrées et prises en considération dans la prédétermination du profil respectif de la couche de protection de plateforme (2) et de la couche de ballast (3), des dispositifs de mesure et de nivellement (40a, 40b) qui sont liés au dispositif de montage (22, 32) respectif par au moins un dispositif de commande, étant préférablement mis en œuvre pour la mesure et l'enregistrement des hauteurs et des positions latérales de la plateforme de terre (1) de telle sorte que le montage de la couche de protection de plateforme (2) et de la couche de ballast (3) avec le profil respectivement prédéterminé s'effectue de manière automatisée.
  7. Procédé conformément au moins à l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une vitesse de translation du finisseur de couche de protection de plateforme (20), du finisseur du couche de ballast (30) et au moins d'un wagon-silo (10a, 10b) et une vitesse de montage du finisseur de couche de protection de plateforme (20) et du finisseur du couche de ballast (30) sont adaptées l'une à l'autre et
    une vitesse de convoyage des convoyeurs (10a, 10b) est adaptée à la vitesse de montage du finisseur de couche de protection de plateforme (20) et du finisseur de couche de ballast (30).
  8. Procédé conformément au moins à l'une des revendications 5 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche de protection de plateforme (2) montée est nivelée et/ou compactée par un dispositif de nivellement et/ou de compactage (24) du finisseur de couche de protection de plateforme (20), qui est disposé derrière le dispositif de montage (22), et/ou
    la couche de ballast (3) montée est nivelée et/ou compactée par un dispositif de nivellement et/ou de compactage (34) du finisseur du couche de ballast (30), qui est disposé derrière le dispositif de montage (32).
  9. Procédé conformément au moins à l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins un wagon-silo (10a, 10b) est chargé avec les matériaux (K, S) nécessaires à la construction de la couche de protection de plateforme (2) et de la couche de ballast (3), par un ou plusieurs camions (15) roulant sur la plateforme de terre (1) jusqu'au moins un wagon-silo (10a, 10b) depuis l'avant par rapport à la direction de travail (A).
