Claims (12)
- Vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) für einen gebackenen Rauchsatz, umfassend ein Außenrohr (11) und ein Innenrohr (12); wobei das Außenrohr (11) außerhalb des Innenrohrs (12) montiert ist und zwei Enden des Außenrohrs (11) an einer Außenwandfläche des Innenrohrs (12) befestigt sind, wobei ein Vakuumbereich (13) zwischen einer Innenwandfläche des Außenrohrs (11) und dem Innenrohr (12) gebildet wird;
wobei das Innenrohr (12) ein röhrenförmiges Substrat (19) und einen Heizkreis (14) umfasst, der auf einer Oberfläche des röhrenförmigen Substrats (19) ausgebildet ist, um nach der Elektrifizierung Wärme zu erzeugen; und eine axiale Position des Heizkreises (14) auf dem röhrenförmigen Substrat (19) innerhalb eines axialen Intervalls des Vakuumbereichs (13) angeordnet ist, wobei das röhrenförmige Substrat (19) aus einem gering wärmeleitenden Material besteht und die beiden Enden des Außenrohrs (11) mit dem Innenrohr (12) unter Verwendung von Vakuumschweißen befestigt sind. - Vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heizkreis (14) in Segmenten angeordnet ist, und jedes Segment jeweils mit einem Leitungsdraht (15) elektrisch verbunden ist, und jedes Segment des Heizkreises (14) axial auf dem röhrenförmigen Substrat (19) verteilt ist, und/oder jedes Segment des Heizkreises (14) in Umfangsrichtung auf dem röhrenförmigen Substrat (19) verteilt ist.
- Vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heizkreis (14) auf das röhrenförmige Substrat (19) gedruckt ist.
- Vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Außenwandfläche des Innenrohrs (12), die aus dem Außenrohr (11) herausragt, mit einem Leitungsdraht (15) bereitgestellt ist, der elektrisch mit dem Heizkreis (14) verbunden ist.
- Vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material des röhrenförmigen Substrats (19) eines von Edelstahl, Titanlegierung, Legierung auf Nickelbasis, Zirkoniumoxid und Keramik umfasst.
- Vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heizkreis (14) auf einer Innenseite des röhrenförmigen Substrats (19) angeordnet ist, eine Außenwandfläche des aus dem Außenrohr (11) herausragenden Innenrohrs (12) mit einem Leitungsdraht (15) bereitgestellt wird, der elektrisch mit dem Heizkreis (14) verbunden ist, und der Leitungsdraht (15) durch eine Seitenwand des röhrenförmigen Substrats (19) hindurchgeht, um eine elektrische Verbindung mit dem Heizkreis (14) herzustellen.
- Vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innenrohr (12) gewellt ist.
- Vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das röhrenförmige Substrat (19) aus einem keramischen Material besteht, eine Innenseite des röhrenförmigen Substrats (19) mit einer dielektrischen Schicht bereitgestellt wird, um die Keramik von Phasenwechsel und Hochtemperatur-Ionisierung zu isolieren, und der Heizkreis (14) auf einer Außenseite der dielektrischen Schicht angeordnet ist.
- Vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dielektrische Schicht eine Glasschicht ist.
- Vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Heizkreis (14) an einer Außenseite des röhrenförmigen Substrats (19) angeordnet ist, sodass der Heizkreis (14) in dem Vakuumbereich (13) angeordnet ist.
- Vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Außenwandfläche des Innenrohrs (12), die sich aus dem Außenrohr (11) heraus erstreckt, mit einem Leitungsdraht (15) bereitgestellt wird, der elektrisch mit dem Heizkreis (14) verbunden ist, eine äußere Seitenoberfläche des Innenrohrs (12) ferner mit einer zwischen dem Leitungsdraht (15) und dem Heizkreis (14) verbundenen Führung (16) bereitgestellt wird, und eine Isolierschicht (17) auf der Führung (16) abgedeckt wird, um die Führung (16) von einem Schweißmaterial (18) zwischen dem Außenrohr (11) und dem Innenrohr (12) zu isolieren.
- Gebackener Rauchsatz, umfassend die vakuumisolierte Heizanordnung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-11.
