Definitions

  • the invention relates to a panel for furniture according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the furniture can not only be partially opened, for example, to remove things that are needed more often.
  • the aperture must either always remain fully open or repeatedly opened and closed again. It is often difficult for the user to open the screen completely, especially when there is little space available in relation to the piece of furniture. It is also not always possible, especially with high cabinets, to use other mechanisms, such as e.g. B. flipping up the panel to use.
  • Mechanisms such as sliding panels or panels with Rotating/sliding mechanisms either cannot be opened completely or usually have a complex mechanism that also requires precise adjustment.
  • a piece of furniture is known with a door formed by a series of uniformly sized panels which are movable from a closed position in which they are coplanar to one another to an open position in which they are parallel and folded on one side of the furniture .
  • the panels are connected to each other using a parallelogram linkage system that allows the panels to be moved from the closed position to the open position using a single control.
  • the panels slide in a top and bottom track of the furniture and fold to one side of the furniture, allowing access to the furniture's contents.
  • the connection system is visible on the top and bottom of the panels and it is not possible to open the piece of furniture completely.
  • the DE 3 619 775 A1 describes a sliding-door cabinet in which, in addition to fixed front doors, front doors that can be moved frontally are also provided. In the closed position of the doors, these are initially flush on the front of the cabinet, but the cabinet can be opened by initially pulling out the front and then sliding the movable front doors to the side while driving over the fixed front doors at the same time.
  • the doors are movably mounted by means of rollers on rails which are arranged at an upper and lower area of the cabinet body.
  • the mechanism of the door opening mechanism is relatively complex and also visible on the top and bottom of the doors. A complete opening of the cabinet is not possible here either.
  • U1 In the DE 20 2005 007 214 U1 describes a cupboard which has at least two door elements which, when closed, lie in one plane and are arranged in at least one guide rail so that they can move relative to one another. Included spaced holding elements are arranged on at least one door element, which are connected to one another and designed in such a way that when a door element moves in the guide rail during its opening process, it is forced to pivot parallel to the guide rail behind the other door element and can be displaced behind it. As with all classic sliding doors, the closet cannot be opened completely.
  • a container structure which has an internal storage compartment and an opening for accessing the storage compartment.
  • a sliding plate and a pivoting plate serve to cover and uncover the opening.
  • the pivot panel pivots between a closed position covering a first portion of the opening and an open position.
  • the slide panel is slidable between a closed position covering a second portion of the opening adjacent the first portion and an intermediate opening position disposed in overlapping relationship with the pivot panel when the pivot panel is in its closed position to provide access to allow the tray through the second section.
  • the slide plate is pivotable in the intermediate opening position together with the pivoting plate to a fully open position to allow access to both the first and second portions of the opening.
  • the profile in which the slide plate is slidably mounted is visibly arranged on the top and bottom of the pivotable plate.
  • the DE 10 2016 105 131 A1 relates to a furniture fitting for carrying out a combined sliding and pivoting movement of a multi-part door which has at least a first surface element and a second surface element.
  • the US 2017/0275937 A1 relates to a hinged door which is fixed on one side of an opening to be closed.
  • the door is designed in several parts.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to develop a panel for furniture, cupboards, shelves or the like with an inner guide, in which a panel of a piece of furniture can be opened either partially or completely and does not have the disadvantages of the prior art.
  • the first screen part that is furthest away from the axis of rotation works together with the second screen part that is closer to the axis of rotation, by means of at least two guide means of the inner guide arranged on their inner sides, with an ejection mechanism working together with the first screen part, with the ejection mechanism moving from a rest position to a working position can be moved, the first panel being movable into the parallel plane by means of the ejection mechanism, the first panel part then being displaceable over the second panel part by means of the guide means, and the ejection mechanism and the guide means at least partially having a cover on their inner sides which can be turned towards the furniture carcass , connected and thus coverable.
  • the panel has the advantage over the prior art that it allows the furniture to be opened in the middle without opening the panel(s).
  • z. B. Things that you need more often than others are placed in the middle of the furniture, whereby the furniture can either remain half open or only half open and then closed again.
  • the piece of furniture can also be opened with the screen almost halved, which enables full opening, especially when there is little space opposite the piece of furniture. This is particularly interesting for high cupboards that cannot be opened upwards.
  • the mechanics are relatively easy to manufacture, install and require no complex adjustment or ongoing maintenance.
  • a first embodiment of the invention provided for production and function provides that the guide means consists of an inner guide rail.
  • a second advantageous for the operation and function of the invention provides that in the rest position of the ejection mechanism, the panel parts by a first and second locking mechanism are locked in their juxtaposed positions, wherein in the working position of the ejection mechanism the screen parts are held in their parallel planes by the first locking mechanism and/or wherein the screen parts are displaceable in their positions relative to one another by the second locking mechanism.
  • a third embodiment of the invention that is advantageous in terms of operation and function provides that the ejection mechanism is arranged between the guide means that are furthest apart from one another, at their end remote from the axis of rotation, with the first screen part or the ejection mechanism having an ejector that works together with the cover and/or wherein the ejector holds the ejection mechanism in the rest position or allows movement to the operative position.
  • a fourth refinement of the invention that is advantageous for operation and function provides that the ejector works in a spring-loaded manner, with the ejector being able to be locked on the cover and/or being supported on it.
  • a fifth embodiment of the invention which is advantageous in terms of production and function, provides that the ejector has a lockable retraction/extension mechanism.
  • a sixth embodiment of the invention that is advantageous in terms of function provides that the ejection mechanism has a connecting rail which extends at least one of its ends to the guide means and which works together with at least two parallelogram-like movable connecting parts, with opposite first corners of the connecting parts being connected to the first panel part and the cover are connected, opposite second corners of the connecting parts being movably connected to the connecting rail, wherein in the rest position of the ejection mechanism the connecting parts are two blunt and two pointed Has angle, wherein the first corners have the obtuse angle and wherein in the working position of the ejection mechanism, the pairs of angles assume the respective other angular position.
