Description

The invention relates to a panel for furniture according to the preamble of claim 1.

With the usual panels with z. B. rotating mechanism, the furniture can not only be partially opened, for example, to remove things that are needed more often. The aperture must either always remain fully open or repeatedly opened and closed again. It is often difficult for the user to open the screen completely, especially when there is little space available in relation to the piece of furniture. It is also not always possible, especially with high cabinets, to use other mechanisms, such as e.g. B. flipping up the panel to use. Mechanisms such as sliding panels or panels with Rotating/sliding mechanisms either cannot be opened completely or usually have a complex mechanism that also requires precise adjustment.

From the DE 2 831 128 A1 a piece of furniture is known with a door formed by a series of uniformly sized panels which are movable from a closed position in which they are coplanar to one another to an open position in which they are parallel and folded on one side of the furniture . The panels are connected to each other using a parallelogram linkage system that allows the panels to be moved from the closed position to the open position using a single control. The panels slide in a top and bottom track of the furniture and fold to one side of the furniture, allowing access to the furniture's contents. The connection system is visible on the top and bottom of the panels and it is not possible to open the piece of furniture completely.

Eine vollständige Öffnung des Schranks ist auch hierbei nicht möglich.the DE 3 619 775 A1 describes a sliding-door cabinet in which, in addition to fixed front doors, front doors that can be moved frontally are also provided. In the closed position of the doors, these are initially flush on the front of the cabinet, but the cabinet can be opened by initially pulling out the front and then sliding the movable front doors to the side while driving over the fixed front doors at the same time. The doors are movably mounted by means of rollers on rails which are arranged at an upper and lower area of the cabinet body. The mechanism of the door opening mechanism is relatively complex and also visible on the top and bottom of the doors. A complete opening of the cabinet is not possible here either.

In the DE 20 2005 007 214 U1 describes a cupboard which has at least two door elements which, when closed, lie in one plane and are arranged in at least one guide rail so that they can move relative to one another. Included spaced holding elements are arranged on at least one door element, which are connected to one another and designed in such a way that when a door element moves in the guide rail during its opening process, it is forced to pivot parallel to the guide rail behind the other door element and can be displaced behind it. As with all classic sliding doors, the closet cannot be opened completely.

From the U.S. 2002 163 284 A1 a container structure is known which has an internal storage compartment and an opening for accessing the storage compartment. A sliding plate and a pivoting plate serve to cover and uncover the opening. The pivot panel pivots between a closed position covering a first portion of the opening and an open position. The slide panel is slidable between a closed position covering a second portion of the opening adjacent the first portion and an intermediate opening position disposed in overlapping relationship with the pivot panel when the pivot panel is in its closed position to provide access to allow the tray through the second section. The slide plate is pivotable in the intermediate opening position together with the pivoting plate to a fully open position to allow access to both the first and second portions of the opening. The profile in which the slide plate is slidably mounted is visibly arranged on the top and bottom of the pivotable plate.

Die DE 10 2016 105 131 A1 betrifft einen Möbelbeschlag zur Durchführung einer kombinierten schiebe und Schwenkbewegungen einer mehrteiligen Tür, die zumindest ein erstes Flächenelement und ein zweites Flächenelement aufweist.the DE 10 2016 105 131 A1 relates to a furniture fitting for carrying out a combined sliding and pivoting movement of a multi-part door which has at least a first surface element and a second surface element.

Die Tür dabei mehrteilig ausgebildet.the US 2017/0275937 A1 relates to a hinged door which is fixed on one side of an opening to be closed. The door is designed in several parts.

The object of the invention is therefore to develop a panel for furniture, cupboards, shelves or the like with an inner guide, in which a panel of a piece of furniture can be opened either partially or completely and does not have the disadvantages of the prior art.

This object is solved by the features of claim 1. The first screen part that is furthest away from the axis of rotation works together with the second screen part that is closer to the axis of rotation, by means of at least two guide means of the inner guide arranged on their inner sides, with an ejection mechanism working together with the first screen part, with the ejection mechanism moving from a rest position to a working position can be moved, the first panel being movable into the parallel plane by means of the ejection mechanism, the first panel part then being displaceable over the second panel part by means of the guide means, and the ejection mechanism and the guide means at least partially having a cover on their inner sides which can be turned towards the furniture carcass , connected and thus coverable.

The panel has the advantage over the prior art that it allows the furniture to be opened in the middle without opening the panel(s). Thus z. B. Things that you need more often than others are placed in the middle of the furniture, whereby the furniture can either remain half open or only half open and then closed again. The piece of furniture can also be opened with the screen almost halved, which enables full opening, especially when there is little space opposite the piece of furniture. This is particularly interesting for high cupboards that cannot be opened upwards. The mechanics are relatively easy to manufacture, install and require no complex adjustment or ongoing maintenance.

In the Fig. 1a illustrated perspective view of a cabinet, shows a two-part, each two-part cabinet panel 1, in the closed state. An at least partial opening of the cabinet is possible by pressing on a first screen part 3, whereby this is moved frontally outwards in a plane P parallel to the second screen part 2, such as Fig. 1b indicates. The second panel part 2 remains in its closed position. After the first screen part 3 has been moved out, it can be pushed laterally outwards over the second screen part 2, as a result of which an opening in the middle of the cabinet becomes visible. the Figures 2a and 2b clarify this process.

As in the Figures 3a and 3b can be seen, a complete opening of the cabinet is possible by subsequently rotating the second panel part 2 about an axis of rotation D relative to the cabinet body. The process of moving and rotating the panel parts 3 and 2 can also take place in the reverse order. It is of course also possible, instead of opening on both sides as shown, to open only one side of the cabinet using the mechanisms described above, or to only move the first panel part 3, or only to rotate the second panel part 2 without first moving the first panel part 3. the Figures 4a and 4b clarify this.

In the Figure 4b the inner guide of the first screen part 3 on the second screen part 2 can be seen. Two guide means 6 designed as inner guide rails 6 are fastened to the inside of the second screen part 2 and the inner guide rails 6 are at least partially covered with a cover 5 . The first panel part 3 can be moved into the parallel plane P with the aid of a spring-loaded ejector 4 .

Figure 5a shows the panel parts 2 and 3 arranged side by side and the inner guide rails 6 not connected to the panel parts. An ejection mechanism 7 is arranged between the inner guide rails 6 at the end remote from the axis of rotation D. The ejection mechanism 7 can be connected to the cover 5 via the first corners of two parallelogram-like movable connecting parts 8, which completely covers it. The first panel part 3 or the ejection mechanism 7 has the ejector 4 which works together with the cover 5 . Figure 5b shows the panel parts 2 and 3, the ejector 4, the cover 5 and the inner guide rails 6 in the connected state.

Das der Drehachse D am nächsten gelegene Teil der Innenführungsschiene 6 ist dabei mit dem zweiten Blendenteil 2 und das von der Drehachse D am weitesten entfernte Teil der Innenführungsschiene 6 mit der Abdeckung 5 verbunden.the 6 shows the panel parts 2 and 3, which are attached to the cabinet body and arranged next to one another, and the inner guide rails connected thereto, which can each be pulled out in three parts 6, the ejection mechanism 7 and the connecting parts 8, which are now connected to the first screen part 3 with their first corners facing away from the cover. Also visible is the ejector 4, which is either connected to the first panel part 3 or the ejection mechanism 7, and the unmounted cover 5. The part of the inner guide rail 6 that is closest to the axis of rotation D is connected to the second panel part 2 and that from the axis of rotation D is at the furthest away part of the inner guide rail 6 connected to the cover 5.

Figure 7a shows further details of the inner guide with the cover 5 not shown. In addition to the panel parts 2 and 3, the inner guide rails 6, the ejection mechanism 7 and the connecting parts 8, a connecting rail 9 is shown as part of the ejection mechanism 7, which can be used both as a link for the movable arranged connecting parts 8 and serves as a locking mechanism. In this position of the connecting parts 8, the legs of the first corners of the connecting parts 8, which are connected to the first screen part 3 or the cover 5, have obtuse angles. The other two legs of the second corners, which are movably connected to the connecting rail, have acute angles. Also shown are a locking bar 10 and a locking part 11 connected to the second panel part 2 and a guide end position holder 12. The locking bar 10 has inclined slots 13 at both ends, parallel to the inner guide rail 6 and/or cover 5. With screen parts 2 and 3 arranged next to one another, one end of the connecting rail 9 is arranged next to a first end of the locking rod 10 which is furthest away from the axis of rotation D, which are parts of a first locking mechanism. Two bolts, which are arranged at the farthest part of the inner guide rail 6 and/or the cover 5 from the axis of rotation D, engage in the slots 13 and are located at the ends of the slots 13 remote from the axis of rotation D. Since the inclined paths of the Slots 13 are arranged at this point in the direction of the side of the locking rod 10 facing towards the cover 5 are, the locking bar 10 is moved toward the screen parts 2 and 3, and a second end of the locking bar 10 engages with, on the inside of the second screen part 2, locking part 11 fixed, which are parts of a second locking mechanism. The combination of the first and second locking mechanisms prevents displacement of the first screen part 3 relative to the second screen part 2. As shown in FIG Fig. 1a known and in Figure 7b illustrated is actuated by pressure on the outside of the first screen part 3 of the ejector 4, which can be locked on the cover 5 and/or is supported on it and can assume a latchable retracted or extended state. Since the ejector 4 is spring-loaded and is connected to the ejection mechanism 7, this is now actuated by the spring force, as a result of which the ejection mechanism 7 goes into its working position and the first panel 3 assumes a position offset in a parallel plane P with respect to the second panel 2. The end of the connecting rail 9 which is arranged next to the first end of the locking bar 10 in the rest position of the ejection mechanism 7 is thereby moved behind the locking bar 10 . This enables a first displacement of the first panel part 3 over the second panel part 2 . In this position of the connecting parts 8, the legs of the first corners of the connecting parts 8, which are connected to the first screen part 3 or the cover 5, now have acute angles. The other two legs of the second corners, which are movably connected to the connecting rail, now have obtuse angles. When the sliding movement starts, the bolts are moved in the inclined paths of the elongated holes 13 towards the ends of the elongated holes 13 which are the axis of rotation D closest. These ends are arranged towards the opposite side of the locking bar 10 from the cover 5, whereby the locking bar 10 is moved away from the screen parts 2 and 3 and whereby the second end of the locking bar 10 is moved out of the locking part 11.

When the end position of the displacement process is reached, the end of the locking rod 10 closest to the axis of rotation D is locked by a guide end position holder 12, as a result of which the first screen part 3 is held parallel over the second screen part 2. The guide end position holder 12 can be based on a magnetic and/or mechanical operating principle. The first screen part 3 is pushed back into its position next to the second screen part 2 by first releasing the lock against the magnetic and/or mechanical holding force of the guide end position holder 12 and then by pushing it further up to the lateral end position of the screen part 3 and pressing on the screen part 3 , bringing it next to the screen part 2. The ejector 4 is locked again on the cover 5 and the two locking mechanisms described above lock the two panel parts 2 and 3.

In Figure 9a the end of the connecting bar 9 is arranged next to the first end of the locking rod 10, whereby the screen parts 2 and 3 are locked next to each other. In Figure 9b the first screen part 3 is offset in a plane P parallel to the second screen part 2, whereby the end of the connecting rail 9 is arranged behind the first end of the locking rod 10 and whereby a first lateral displacement of the screen parts 2 and 3 relative to one another is made possible. In 9c the first lateral displacement has taken place and the end of the connecting rail 9 is now arranged directly behind the first end of the locking rod 10, as a result of which a parallel displacement of the panel part 3 into the plane of the panel part 2 is prevented.

Fig. 10b zeigt die Situation am Ende des ersten seitlichen Verschiebevorgangs, bei dem die Bolzen entlang der geneigten Bahnen der Langlöcher 13 zu dem Ende der Langlöcher 13 gewandert sind, die der Drehachse D am nächsten liegen, wodurch der abgewinkelte Bereich 14 aus dem Arretierungsteil 11 herausbewegt ist und eine weitere Verschiebung des ersten Blendenteils 3 über das zweite Blendenteil 2 ermöglicht, wie es in Fig. 10c dargestellt ist.the Figures 10a to 10c also show in detail the function of the second locking mechanism. In Figure 10a the panel parts 2 and 3 are arranged side by side. In this position there are bolts, not shown, which are arranged on the part of the inner guide rail 6 and/or the cover 5 that is furthest away from the axis of rotation D and engage in the end of the slotted holes 13 that is furthest away from the axis of rotation D . At this point, since the inclined paths of the elongated holes 13 are arranged toward the side of the locking bar 10 facing the cover 5, the locking bar 10 is moved toward the panel parts 2 and 3, and the second end of the locking bar 10 is engaged with a 90° angled area 14 projecting over the locking rod 10 into a locking part 11 fastened to the inside of the second panel part 2 . Figure 10b shows the situation at the end of the first lateral displacement process, in which the bolts have migrated along the inclined paths of the elongated holes 13 to the end of the elongated holes 13 that are closest to the axis of rotation D, whereby the angled area 14 is moved out of the locking part 11 and further displacement of the first screen part 3 via the second screen part 2, as shown in Figure 10c is shown.
