Claims (16)

  1. Fermeture à tige de poussée (1) pour un boîtier d'armoire de commande, avec une tige de poussée (3) mobile de manière linéaire, disposée sur un côté interne (2) d'une porte d'armoire de commande (100), qui dépasse, avec un élément de couplage (4), du côté interne (2) à travers la porte d'armoire de commande (100), dans laquelle un panneau de serrure de porte (6), posé sur un côté externe (5), situé en face du côté interne (2) de la porte d'armoire de commande (100), est fixé avec un organe d'actionnement (7) couplé avec l'élément de couplage (4) par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8) à la porte d'armoire de commande (100), dans laquelle, par l'intermédiaire de l'organe d'actionnement (7), qui est mobile entre une première position ouverte et une première position fermée, la tige de poussée (3) peut être déplacée entre une deuxième position ouverte et une deuxième position fermée, dans laquelle la liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8) est disposée dans une position de libération, dans laquelle le panneau de serrure de porte (6) peut être retiré de la porte d'armoire de commande (100), au moins lorsque la tige de poussée (3) est disposée dans la deuxième position fermée et l'organe d'actionnement (7) est disposée dans une position intermédiaire entre la première position ouverte et la première position fermée, et dans laquelle la liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8) adopte une position de verrouillage lorsque, dans la position de libération, alors que le panneau de serrure de porte (6) est posé sur la porte d'armoire de commande (100), l'organe d'actionnement (7) est déplacé de la position intermédiaire vers la première position fermée.
  2. Fermeture à tige de poussée (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8) comprend au moins un passage en forme de trou de serrure (9) à travers la porte d'armoire de commande (100), plus particulièrement une tôle de battant de porte de celle-ci, et le panneau de serrure de porte (6) comprend au moins un ergot à tête de champignon (11) partant du côté d'appui (10) par l'intermédiaire duquel le panneau de serrure de porte (6) est posé sur le côté externe (5).
  3. Fermeture à tige de poussée (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle l'élément de couplage (4) dépasse à travers un trou allongé (12) à travers la porte d'armoire de commande (100), s'étendant dans la direction de déplacement de la tige de poussée (3), dans laquelle l'élément de couplage (4) s'appuie contre une extrémité longitudinale (13) du trou allongé (12) lorsque la tige de poussée (3) se trouve dans la deuxième position fermée, de façon à ce que l'extrémité longitudinale (13) constitue une butée pour l'élément de couplage (4).
  4. Fermeture à tige de poussée (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8) comprend en outre un axe de verrouillage (14) qui est aligné de manière précise avec un évidement (19) dans la porte d'armoire de commande (100) lorsque la liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8) adopte la position de verrouillage.
  5. Fermeture à tige de poussée (1) selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle l'axe de verrouillage (14) est logé, dans la position de verrouillage de la liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8), dans un des passages en forme de trous de serrure (9) de la liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8).
  6. Fermeture à tige de poussée (1) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans laquelle l'axe de verrouillage (14) est logé dans un guidage d'axe (15) du panneau de serrure de porte (6), dans laquelle l'axe de verrouillage (14) présente, par rapport au guidage d'axe (15), une précontrainte élastique ou est maintenu par friction dans le guidage d'axe (15).
  7. Fermeture à tige de poussée (1) selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle l'organe d'actionnement (7) est un levier (17) pivotant et/ou rotatif par rapport à un socle (16) du panneau de serrure de porte (6) et l'axe de verrouillage (14) dépasse, dans sa position de libération, avec une goupille d'actionnement (18), d'un côté (20) situé en face au côté d'appui (10), hors du socle (16), dans laquelle une extrémité libre de la goupille d'actionnement (18) est déplacée en direction du côté (20) lorsque le levier (17) est déplacé de la première position ouverte, dans laquelle il est pivoté ou mis en rotation par rapport au côté (20), vers la première position fermée, dans laquelle le levier (17) repose sur le côté (20).
  8. Fermeture à tige de poussée (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le panneau de serrure de porte (6) est fixé par l'intermédiaire d'un côté d'appui (10) d'un socle (16) sur le côté externe (5) de la porte d'armoire de commande (100), dans laquelle le côté d'appui (10) comprend un joint d'étanchéité (21) fermé circulaire et, dans une zone entourée par le joint d'étanchéité (21), est disposé au moins un ergot à tête de champignon (11) de la liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8) ainsi qu'une coulisse de réglage (22) par l'intermédiaire de laquelle l'organe d'actionnement (7) est couplé avec l'élément de couplage (4).
  9. Fermeture à tige de poussée (1) selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle le joint d'étanchéité (21) est conçu pour présenter, par rapport à un revêtement de surface (23) de la porte d'armoire de commande (100), un coefficient de friction le plus faible possible, de façon à ce que le joint d'étanchéité (21) soit un palier lisse entre le panneau de serrure de porte (6) et la porte d'armoire de commande (100).
  10. Fermeture à tige de poussée (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle un ergot à tête de champignon (11) de la liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8) est un axe fileté qui est vissé dans un logement fileté (24) dans un côté d'appui (10) du panneau de serrure de porte (6), dans laquelle une tête de champignon (25) de l'ergot à tête de champignon (11) comprend un logement d'outil (26) qui est accessible à un outil de vissage par le côté interne (2) de la porte d'armoire de commande (100).
  11. Configuration constituée d'une fermeture à tige de poussée (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes et d'une porte d'armoire de commande (100), qui comprend un gabarit de perçage de porte par l'intermédiaire duquel le panneau de serrure de porte (6) peut être fixé à la porte d'armoire de commande (100), dans laquelle le gabarit de perçage comprend un premier et un deuxième passages en forme de trous de serrure (9) ainsi qu'un trou allongé (12), dans laquelle le premier passage en forme de trou de serrure (9) est disposé en dessous du trou allongé (12) et aligné avec celui-ci et le deuxième passage en forme de trou de serrure (9) est disposé au-dessus du trou allongé (12) et de manière décalée par rapport au trou allongé (12), dans laquelle le gabarit de perçage comprend de préférence en outre un passage de câble (42) qui est disposé en dessous du deuxième passage en forme de trou de serrure (9) et latéralement par rapport au premier passage en forme de trou de serrure (9), et dans laquelle le gabarit de perçage de porte est recouverte par le panneau de serrure de porte (6) lorsqu'il est fixé à la porte d'armoire de commande (100).
  12. Procédé pour le montage d'un panneau de serrure de porte (6) sur une porte d'armoire de commande (100), dans lequel le panneau de serrure de porte (6), lorsqu'il est posé sur la porte d'armoire de commande (100), est fixé par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8), par un déplacement vertical du panneau de serrure de porte (6) par rapport à la porte d'armoire de commande (100), caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :
    - positionnement d'un organe d'actionnement (7) du panneau de serrure de porte (6) dans une première position ouverte ou dans une première position intermédiaire entre la première position ouverte et une position fermée de l'organe d'actionnement (7) ;
    - positionnement d'une tige de poussée (3), qui est mobile sur le côté interne (2) de la porte d'armoire de commande (100) dans la direction verticale entre une deuxième position ouverte et une deuxième position fermée, dans la deuxième position fermée ou une deuxième position intermédiaire entre la deuxième position ouverte et une deuxième position fermée de la tige de poussée (3)
    - pose du panneau de serrure de porte (6) avec un décalage vertical par rapport à sa position de montage finale sur la porte d'armoire de commande (100), dans lequel une coulisse de réglage (22) d'un organe d'actionnement (7) du panneau de serrure de porte (6) est emboîtée avec un élément de couplage (4) de la tige de poussée (3) et dans lequel en outre au moins un ergot à tête de champignon (11) du panneau de serrure de porte (6) est inséré dans un passage en forme de trou de serrure (9) de la porte d'armoire de commande (100) ;
    - tant que la tige de poussée (3) n'est pas disposée dans la deuxième position fermée, déplacement partiel de l'organe d'actionnement (7) hors de la première position ouverte ou de la première position intermédiaire en direction de la première position fermée jusqu'à ce que la tige de poussée (3) soit disposée dans la deuxième position fermée ; et
    - lorsque la tige de poussée (3) est disposée dans la deuxième position fermée, déplacement de l'organe d'actionnement (7) jusqu'à la première position fermée et déplacement du panneau de serrure de porte (6) par rapport à la porte d'armoire de commande (100), jusqu'à ce que le panneau de serrure de porte (6) soit disposé dans une position finale dans laquelle la liaison par ergot à tête de champignon (8) adopte une position de verrouillage.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel, dans la position finale, un axe de verrouillage (14) est inséré dans le passage en forme de trou de serrure (9) de la porte d'armoire de commande (100) ou un autre évidement (19) dans la porte d'armoire de commande (100), de façon à ce que le panneau de serrure de porte (6) soit fixé dans la direction verticale par rapport à la porte d'armoire de commande (100).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13, dans lequel, au cours du déplacement de l'organe d'actionnement (7) jusqu'à la première position fermée, dans lequel un levier (17) de l'organe d'actionnement (7) est pivoté ou tourné dans un logement (27) dans le socle (16) du panneau de serrure de porte (6), une goupille d'actionnement (18), par l'intermédiaire de laquelle l'axe de verrouillage (14) dépasse dans le logement (27), est déplacé hors du logement (27) en direction de la porte d'armoire de commande (100).
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 12 à 15, dans lequel, pour le déverrouillage du panneau de serrure de porte (6), l'organe d'actionnement (7) est d'abord amené vers la première position ouverte et pour cela un levier (17), pouvant être pivoté ou mis en rotation par rapport à un socle (16) du panneau de serrure de porte (6), est pivoté ou mis en rotation hors d'un logement (27), dans lequel le levier (17) est logé dans la première position fermée, dans lequel, dans la suite, l'axe de verrouillage (14) est poussé dans un guidage d'axe (15) du panneau de serrure de porte (6) par le côté interne (2) de la porte d'armoire de commande (100), dans lequel l'axe de verrouillage (14) est déboîté du passage en forme de trou de serrure (9) ou de l'autre évidement (19) et dépasse, avec une goupille d'actionnement (18), dans le logement (27).
  16. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 12 à 15, dans lequel, dans la position finale, l'ergot à tête de champignon (11) est vissé plus loin dans le panneau de serrure de porte (6) et le panneau de serrure de porte (6) est ainsi fixé de manière étanche à la porte d'armoire de commande (100) par compression d'un joint d'étanchéité (21) entre la porte d'armoire de commande (100) et le panneau de serrure de porte (6).
