Claims (7)
- Dispositif pour l'application d'une matière visqueuse sur une pièce, en particulier pour l'application d'un adhésif ou d'un matériau d'étanchéité sur un composant de carrosserie de véhicule automobile, muni d'une buse d'application (14) comprenant une ouverture de sortie de matière (20) et muni d'un support de buse (16) supportant la buse d'application (14), sur lequel la buse d'application (14) est fixée de manière amovible, un canal d'application (18) s'étendant à travers le support de buse (16) et la buse d'application (14) jusqu'à l'ouverture de sortie de matière (20), le support de buse (16) et la buse d'application (14) comprenant chacun une partie de liaison (22, 24), une première partie de liaison (22) étant introduite dans une deuxième partie de liaison (24) et entourée de manière annulaire par celle-ci et les parties de liaison (22, 24) étant mobiles de manière limitée l'une par rapport à l'autre à partir d'une position de base à l'encontre de la force de rappel d'un élément de rappel élastique (38), caractérisé en ce que les parties de liaison (22, 24) sont fixées l'une à l'autre de manière amovible au moyen d'au moins deux goupilles de liaison (32a, 32b), chaque goupille de liaison (32a, 32b) traversant au moins partiellement les deux parties de liaison (22, 24) et étant agencée transversalement à leur étendue longitudinale de façon immobile dans une des parties de liaison (22, 24) et de façon mobile de manière limitée dans l'autre partie de liaison (22, 24).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première partie de liaison (22) présente un contour extérieur cylindrique, en ce que la deuxième partie de liaison (24) présente un contour intérieur cylindrique, et en ce que le diamètre extérieur de la première partie de liaison (22) est inférieur au diamètre intérieur de la deuxième partie de liaison (24) .
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de rappel (38) est une bague d'étanchéité élastique agencée entre les parties de liaison (22, 24).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les goupilles de liaison (32a, 32b) sont chacune, transversalement à leur étendue longitudinale, immobiles au regard de la deuxième partie de liaison (24) et mobiles au regard de la première partie de liaison (22).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les goupilles de liaison (32a, 32b) sont agencées en paires parallèlement les unes aux autres.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les goupilles de liaison (32a, 32b) s'étendent chacune à travers un orifice (26a, 26b) dans la deuxième partie de liaison (24) et un évidement (28a, 28b), ouvert sur le bord vers la surface d'enveloppe (30) de la première partie de liaison (22), dans la première partie de liaison (22).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support de buse (16) présente la première partie de liaison (22) et en ce que la buse d'application (14) présente la deuxième partie de liaison (24).
