Claims (17)

  1. Soupape destinée au dosage de matières visqueuses et comprenant un carter (12), un canal (16) de circulation de matière qui s'étend dans ledit carter (12) et débouche dans plusieurs orifices (26) de sortie de matière, et des pointeaux obturateurs (24) montés à coulissement dans ledit carter (12), dont le nombre correspond au nombre desdits orifices (26) de sortie de matière, sachant qu'un siège d'obturation (22) est affecté à chaque pointeau obturateur (24) et que chaque pointeau obturateur (24) est mobile entre une position de fermeture, dans laquelle il repose sur le siège d'obturation (22) qui lui est affecté et obture l'un desdits orifices (26) de sortie de matière, et une position d'ouverture dans laquelle l'orifice concerné (26) de sortie de matière est libéré, caractérisée par le fait que les pointeaux obturateurs (24) sont fabriqués en métal dur et sont guidés à coulissement longitudinal, en franchissant des orifices traversants (30), dans un bloc de guidage (28) implanté à distance des sièges d'obturation (22), lequel bloc de guidage (28) est fabriqué en métal dur, au moins au niveau des surfaces intérieures desdits orifices traversants (30) qui sont tournées vers lesdits pointeaux obturateurs (24).
  2. Soupape de dosage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les surfaces intérieures des orifices traversants (30) sont en contact étanche avec les pointeaux obturateurs (24).
  3. Soupape de dosage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait que le bloc de guidage (28) est fabriqué d'une seule pièce en métal dur.
  4. Soupape de dosage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que chaque siège d'obturation (22) est fabriqué en métal dur ; et par le fait que les sièges d'obturation (22) sont situés sur un bloc (20) à sièges d'obturation fabriqué en métal dur, de préférence d'une seule pièce.
  5. Soupape de dosage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le carter (12) est muni d'une partie d'alimentation (14) parcourue, par le canal (16) de circulation de matière, jusqu'aux sièges d'obturation (22) à partir d'un orifice (18) d'entrée de matière ; et par le fait que le bloc de guidage (28) est intégré dans ladite partie d'alimentation (14).
  6. Soupape de dosage selon la revendication 5, caractérisée par le fait qu'une chambre de rinçage (34) conçue pour recevoir un fluide est située, dans le carter (12), à la face postérieure (32) du bloc de guidage (28) tournée à l'opposé des sièges d'obturation (22) ; par le fait que ledit carter (12) comporte un conduit d'arrivée (38) et un conduit d'évacuation (40), destinés à guider l'écoulement de fluide à travers ladite chambre de rinçage (34) ; et par le fait que ledit carter (12) présente une partie d'obturation (36) qui est reliée à la partie d'alimentation (14), est dotée de ladite chambre de rinçage (34) ou recouvre cette dernière et est munie le cas échéant, au moins par tronçons, dudit conduit d'arrivée (38) et dudit conduit d'évacuation (40).
  7. Soupape de dosage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que le carter (12) est réalisé en plusieurs parties, comprenant plusieurs parties (14, 20, 28, 36) dont au moins deux sont reliées l'une à l'autre de manière libérable ; et par le fait que l'une desdites parties du carter, reliées mutuellement de manière libérable, se présente comme le bloc de guidage (28) et/ou comme le bloc (20) à sièges d'obturation et/ou comme la partie d'alimentation (14) et/ou comme la partie d'obturation (36).
  8. Soupape de dosage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que les orifices (26) de sortie de matière et les pointeaux obturateurs (24) sont agencés, à chaque fois, en au moins une rangée.
  9. Soupape de dosage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par une unité d'actionnement équipée d'au moins un actionneur, préférentiellement d'au moins un actionneur piézoélectrique destiné à solliciter le pointeau obturateur (24) à présence minimale.
  10. Soupape de dosage selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que chaque pointeau obturateur (24) est logé, par son extrémité (46) tournée à l'opposé du siège d'obturation (22) associé, dans une douille (48) en métal et préférentiellement en acier spécial, à laquelle il est relié ; et par le fait que chaque douille (48) peut être sollicitée par l'unité d'actionnement.
  11. Soupape de dosage selon la revendication 10, caractérisée par le fait qu'une articulation à corps solides est interposée entre chaque douille (48) et l'unité d'actionnement.
  12. Soupape de dosage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait qu'un canal de décharge de matière communiquant avec le canal (16) de circulation de matière s'étend, dans le carter (12), vers un orifice de décharge de matière.
  13. Soupape de dosage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par le fait que chaque pointeau obturateur (24) est mobile le long de son axe longitudinal (58), entre la position de fermeture et la position d'ouverture ; et par le fait qu'un canal (56) de sortie de matière, dont l'axe médian (60) est infléchi suivant un angle aigu (a) par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (58) du pointeau obturateur (24) associé, s'étend entre chacun des sièges d'obturation (22) et l'orifice associé (26) de sortie de matière.
  14. Soupape de dosage selon la revendication 13, caractérisée par le fait que les axes médians (60) de tous les canaux (56) de sortie de matière s'étendent avec parallélisme mutuel.
  15. Soupape de dosage selon la revendication 13 ou 14 et selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait que les axes médians (60) de tous les canaux (56) de sortie de matière s'étendent transversalement vis-à-vis d'un plan sous-tendu par les axes longitudinaux (58) des pointeaux obturateurs (24).
  16. Soupape de dosage selon l'une des revendications 13 à 15, caractérisée par le fait que les orifices (26) de sortie de matière sont pratiqués dans une surface (62) de sortie de matière ; et par le fait que les axes médians (60) des canaux (56) de sortie de matière s'étendent perpendiculairement à ladite surface (62) de sortie de matière.
  17. Procédé d'application d'une matière visqueuse sur une pièce d'usinage, une soupape de dosage (10, 110) conforme à l'une des revendications 13 à 16 étant animée d'un mouvement, vis-à-vis de ladite pièce, dans la direction dans laquelle l'axe (les axes) médian(s) (60) est (sont) infléchi(s) par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (58) du pointeau obturateur (24) respectivement associé.
