Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a plastering strip for arrangement at a building transition and a building transition with such a plastering strip.
  • Plaster strips are known in many designs. Plaster strips are particularly often used where a layer of plaster on the outer surface of a building wall or a reveal surface of a window opening or a door opening of a building, e.g. B. ends on a thermal insulation attached to the outer surface or the reveal surface in the area of a window frame or a door frame.
  • a plaster strip can be used to ensure that the plaster layer does not come directly up to the window frame or door frame, but that the plaster strip that acts as a decoupling sits between them.
  • EP 2 048 314 A2 shows a plaster strip, which is positioned at the transition between a thermal insulation attached to a building and an installed or yet to be built building component, the plaster strip being attached to the thermal insulation.
  • EP 1 793 061 A2 shows a plaster end strip for a plaster layer on thermal insulation with a base area that holds an expansion strip, a confinement area which prevents the expansion strip from expanding in the confined state and which can be brought into a release state that releases the expansion strip for expansion by a user of the plaster end strip, wherein the plaster end strip is designed to be fixed in position in the installed state by connection to the thermal insulation and to allow the expansion strip to expand in the direction away from the thermal insulation and onto a counter surface when the confinement area is released.
  • a plaster strip according to the invention comprises the features of claim 1.
  • Such a plastering strip has a rear-engaging fixing leg which fixes the plastering strip to the first building component, different variants being possible for the fixing here and being covered by the present invention.
  • the plastering strip can be fixed with its grip-behind fixing leg in a gap, in particular in a lateral gap between the first building component and the second building component, in particular in a clamping manner.
  • the plaster strip can be glued to the outside of the first building component with an adhesive strip provided on the rear-engaging fixing leg.
  • the plaster strip also has an expansion strip with delayed expansion, which, in particular after a confinement area has been released, expands backwards and which is intended to be placed against the front, top or bottom of the first building component and a sealed one To create building transition.
  • the plastering strip has a plastering area on the front side of the base area, which is intended for a plaster layer to be applied up to this and a connection with it.

  • the main direction of extent of the rear-engaging fixing leg is located essentially orthogonal to the main direction of extent of the base region.
  • the plastering strip according to the invention also enables more precise processing. Compared to installation situations in which the plastering strip is glued frontally onto the first building component, in particular onto the window or door frame, incorrect gluing, in particular too far to the left or too far to the right, and in particular a gluing that is misaligned, becomes reliable avoided.
  • the plastering strip is glued a few millimeters too far to the left or too far to the right, seen from the alignment, on the front of the first building component, this results in sealing problems and the appearance of the building transition is unfavorable. Such Problems are reliably avoided by the plastering strip according to the invention.
