Claims (16)

  1. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) für Armbanduhr (1000) oder Uhr (2000), aufweisend ein Uhrwerk (200), wobei der Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) imstande ist, beim Passieren gemäß mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Schlagwerksmodi und auf mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Tonfedersätzen zu arbeiten, wobei der Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) einen Moduswahlschaltermechanismus (9) aufweist, der mit einem Melodie- oder Tonfedersatzwahlschalter kombiniert ist, wobei der Moduswahlschaltermechanismus (9) einen Moduswahlschalter (96) aufweist, der für einen Benutzer zugänglich ist, um diesem zu erlauben, den zu verwendenden Schlagwerkmodus auszuwählen, und mindestens ein von dem Uhrwerk (200) für einen Stundenschlag gesteuertes und/oder für den Benutzer für die Auswahl einer Melodie oder eines Tonfedersatzes für die Ausführung der Stundenschläge oder für die Minutenrepetition, wenn der Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) einen Minutenrepetitionsmechanismus aufweist, zugängliches Melodie- oder Tonfedersatzauswahlmittel, wobei der Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) mindestens ein Melodie- oder Tonfedersatzauswahlmittel (103; 104) aufweist, das sich von dem Moduswahlschalter (96) unterscheidet, wobei der Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) eine Melodiewahlkurvenscheibe (101) aufweist, die eingerichtet ist, um mit mindestens einem Hebel einer ersten Melodie (103) und einem Hebel einer zweiten Melodie (104) zusammenzuwirken, die beide eingerichtet sind, um mit einem Melodiewahlschalter (106) zusammenzuwirken, der eingerichtet ist, um verschiedene Betätigungshebungen (107) von Schlagwerkshämmern zu steuern, wobei sowohl der Hebel einer ersten Melodie (103) und der Hebel einer zweiten Melodie (104) einen zwischengestellten Tastschnabel (1030; 1040) aufweist, der eingerichtet sind, um über den Umfang (1011) der Melodiewahlkurvenscheibe (101) zu laufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Melodiewahlkurvenscheibe (101) einen Stift (1010) aufweist, der eine Gabel (1050) eines Melodiewahltasters (105) steuert, dessen erster Finger (1051) dem Umfang (1021) einer Modus-Melodiewahlkurvenscheibe (102) folgt, deren Winkelposition direkt oder indirekt vom Moduswahlschalter (96) gesteuert wird, und dessen zweiter Finger (1052) eingerichtet ist, um den Weg einer Wippe eines kleinen Schlagwerks (108) zu begrenzen.
  2. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Modus-Melodiewahlkurvenscheibe (102) mit der Melodiewahlkurvenscheibe (101) koplanar ist.
  3. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Melodiewahltasters (105) einen zweiten Finger (1052) aufweist, der eingerichtet ist, um den Weg einer Wippe eines kleinen Schlagwerks (108) zu begrenzen, die der Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) aufweist.
  4. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Moduswahlschalter (96) einrichtet ist, um die Winkelposition eines Rastensektors (1020) zu steuern, der mit der Modus-Melodiewahlkurvenscheibe (102) drehend fest verbunden ist, wobei der Rastensektor (1020) von einer Hebelfeder und/oder einer Haltefeder in Position gehalten wird.
  5. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Moduswahlschaltermechanismus (9) ein einziges, für den Benutzer zugängliches Bedienorgan aufweist, das den Moduswahlschalter (96) bildet und eingerichtet ist, um auch die Wahl eines Schlagwerks und/oder eines Tonfedersatzes zu steuern.
  6. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) mindestens eine Hebel einer ersten Melodie (103) und einen Hebel einer zweiten Melodie (104) aufweist, die beide eingerichtet sind, um mit einem Melodiewahlschalter (106) zusammenzuwirken, der eingerichtet ist, um verschiedene Betätigungshebungen (107) von Schlagwerkshämmern zu steuern, wobei sowohl der Hebel einer ersten Melodie (103) als auch der Hebel einer zweiten Melodie (104) einen zwischengestellten Tastschnabel (1030; 1040) aufweisen, der über den Umfang jeweils einer ersten Kurvenscheibe (114) zur Verwaltung der ersten Melodie und einer zweiten Kurvenscheibe (115) zur Verwaltung der zweiten Melodie läuft.
  7. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Modus- und Melodiewahlsteuerung durch ein Steuerdrehteil (110) durchgeführt wird, das mehrere aufeinandergestapelte Kurvenscheiben aufweist, von denen eine erste Kurvenscheibe (111, 90) Rasten (112, 93) für ihre Winkelpositionierung und ihren Halt durch eine Hebelfeder (116, 96) mit Haltefeder aufweist, und die Verwaltung der Modi kleines Schlagwerk, großes Schlagwerk, Ruhe durch ihre periphere Kontur (113) erlaubt, der ein Schnabel (1090) folgt, der einen Stundenschlag-Isolator (109) aufweist, der eingerichtet ist, um jede Interferenz zwischen einer Minutenrepetition, wenn der Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) einen Minutenrepetitionsmechanismus aufweist, und einem Stundenschlag zu unterbinden.
  8. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Moduswahlschaltermechanismus (9) mindestens eine erste Kurvenscheibe (90, 111) oder einen Rastensektor (1020) aufweist, der so viele besondere Positionen wie dem Schlagwerkmechanismus zuordenbare Modi aufweist oder der Positionen aufweist, die nur für einige dieser Modi spezifisch sind.
  9. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Kurvenscheibe (90, 111) oder der Rastensektor (1020) Kerben (93; 94; 95) aufweist, von denen jede einem der wählbaren Modi entspricht.
  10. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kerben Rasten mit variabler Amplitude entsprechen, die eine zunehmende Kraft in einer der zwei Bedienrichtungen benötigen.
  11. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine besondere Raste im Zentrum oder in der Nähe des Zentrums größer als die am Ende ist, um eine Sicherheit zu geben, indem vermieden wird, dass ein Benutzer unabsichtlich von einem Schlagwerkmodus in einen anderen wechselt.
  12. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Moduswahlschaltermechanismus (9) mindestens eine Melodiekurvenscheibe (101, 114, 115) aufweist, die eingerichtet ist, um den Satz verschiedener Melodien und/oder den Satz verschiedener Klänge zu differenzieren.
  13. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Moduswahlschaltermechanismus (9) mindestens eine Kurvenscheibe (90, 111) aufweist, die viele Rasten aufweist, um Melodien und/oder Klänge zu differenzieren, die jedem Schlagwerkmodus zugewiesen sind.
  14. Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) imstande ist, gemäß mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Schlagwerksmodi, davon ein Ruhemodus, zu arbeiten.
  15. Armbanduhr (1000), aufweisend ein Uhrwerk (200), das eine durch das Uhrwerk auslösbare Stundenschlag-Ausgabe (3) aufweist, wobei das Uhrwerk (200) eingerichtet ist, um mindestens ein Referenzdrehteil (1) anzutreiben, und wobei die Armbanduhr (1000) mindestens einen Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 aufweist.
  16. Uhr (2000), aufweisend ein Uhrwerk (200), das eine durch das Uhrwerk auslösbare Stundenschlag-Ausgabe (3) aufweist, wobei das Uhrwerk (200) eingerichtet ist, um mindestens ein Referenzdrehteil (1) anzutreiben, und wobei die Uhr (2000) mindestens einen Schlagwerkmechanismus (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 aufweist.
