  • Hotplate is known with a hotplate body which is attached to a cooktop of a cooktop.
  • lugs are provided for fastening, which are welded in an upper area to an outer side of a ring section of the hotplate body which is at the bottom. In the lower area, the tabs can be held by a snap-in connection or a form fit, produced by bending.
  • the invention has for its object to provide an above-mentioned hotplate device and a hob provided with at least one such hotplate device, with which problems of the prior art can be solved and in particular it is possible to be able to attach a hotplate to a hob simply, safely and without harmful effects.
  • a hotplate device with the features of claim 1 and a hob provided with at least one such hotplate device with the features of claim 13.
  • Advantageous and preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of the further claims and are explained in more detail below. Some of the features mentioned below are only described for the hotplate device or only for the hob. However, they should be able to apply independently and independently of one another both for the hotplate device and for the hob. The wording of the claims is made the content of the description by express reference.
  • the at least one hotplate of the hotplate device has a hotplate body with a flat top and a bottom. Heating conductors or heating elements are arranged on the underside in a manner known per se from the prior art, which will not be discussed in more detail. Furthermore, a short tubular ring section is provided on the underside of the hotplate body, which advantageously corresponds essentially to a ring section from the known prior art. This short tubular ring section is provided near an outer edge of the hotplate body on the underside, in particular is formed in one piece and is thus an integral part of the hotplate body. The short tubular ring section is at least partially circumferential, advantageously completely circumferential. It protrudes in a direction away from the top or approximately perpendicular to the top from the bottom. Its height can advantageously vary between 1 cm and 5 cm, particularly advantageously 2 cm to 3 cm.
  • the short tubular ring section has at least one recessed locking recess in the manner of a locking groove or a protruding locking projection.
  • the hotplate device has latching connection means for interaction with the at least one recessed latching recess or with the at least one protruding latching projection of the short tubular ring section as a latching connection.
  • the latching connection means for fastening the hotplate to a cooktop plate are designed by means of the short tubular ring section.
  • the latching connection means are formed separately from the hotplate body or are at least one part which is separate from the hotplate body.
  • This latching connection holds the hotplate on the hob plate of the hob, if the latching connection means are additionally supported on the hob plate, advantageously on the underside thereof.
  • a pretension is advantageously provided for the support, in particular in order to keep the latching connection free of play.
  • a receiving opening for the hotplate on the cooktop is usually only slightly larger than the short tubular ring section mentioned, a fastening distributed in this outer region can thus be achieved as a snap-in connection for the cooktop on the cooktop. Since in this area a so-called outer edge of the hotplate body rests on the cooktop, in particular on its upper side around the receiving opening, advantageously with an intermediate cover ring known per se, also called an overflow edge, the hotplate is fastened to the cooktop which is not worth mentioning Introduces forces into the hotplate body, in particular no forces that could deform it or negatively affect its flatness on the top.
  • a rest stop has the further possible advantage that it can be manufactured without tools in an advantageously precisely specified configuration.
  • the latching connection can be designed such that it can also be released without tools or at least with a simple tool and can be easily released for later disassembly or repair.
  • the aforementioned pretensioning can also occur on the cover ring or overflow edge or be absorbed by it, advantageously by its shape.
  • the recessed locking recesses or the protruding locking projections of the ring section are provided on the outside thereof.
  • they are located approximately below the edge of the receiving opening, and the aforementioned distortion-free attachment of the hotplate to the cooktop is possible.
  • they could also be provided on the inside, but then the design of the fastening ring is predictably more complicated.
  • a plurality of the above-mentioned locking recesses or locking projections can be provided one behind the other in a direction away from the top of the hotplate and, so to speak, have a different distance from the top.
  • quasi different latching depths can be provided, which makes it possible to produce the latching connection with different insertion depths of the hotplate with ring section into the receiving opening of the hob plate.
  • a plurality of latching projections or latching recesses which are arranged one behind the other at a distance, could also be attached to the fastening ring, which, however, makes its design predictably significantly more complicated.
  • the hotplate device has a fastening ring as a locking connection means with which the hotplate is fastened to the hob plate.
  • This fastening ring is formed separately from the hotplate and has a continuously encircling ring body with a shape corresponding to the encircling short tubular ring section, that is to say round or encircling, advantageously with a larger or smaller diameter.
  • the fastening ring has at least one protruding locking projection and / or a recessed locking recess on the ring body. These act together with the recessed locking recesses or protruding locking projections on the short tubular ring section and thus form a locking connection between the fastening ring and the tube section.
  • This latching connection by means of a fastening ring holds the hotplate on the hob plate of the hob when the fastening ring is additionally supported on the hob plate or its underside.
  • the pretension is advantageously provided for the support, in particular in order to keep the latching connection free of play.
  • the fastening ring can have a diameter that is larger than that of the ring section.
  • the diameter can be 1% to 5% larger, in other words a radial distance between the two parts can be between 1 mm and 10 mm.
  • the distance between the fastening ring and the ring section should not be too large, so that no disruptive misalignment can arise between the parts. At the same time, a locking effect should be possible as well as possible.
  • the continuous circumferential ring body has this distance mentioned.
  • At least two protruding locking projections are provided on the ring body of the fastening ring.
  • Corresponding locking recesses are thus provided on the ring section, which in each case facilitates the manufacture of the two parts.
  • the hotplate body is produced in a known manner by casting, it is easier to provide latching recesses thereon, for example as milled-in depressions or grooves. These can subsequently be produced by material removal processing, which is easier than specially designing a casting mold. In particular, existing molds can also be used in this way.
  • Said locking projections on the circumferential ring body of the fastening ring can advantageously be provided as separate parts and attached to them.
  • Ring bodies and locking projections are particularly advantageously made of metal and are connected to one another by welding. Even if a latching recess is provided on the ring section of the hotplate body all the way round or continuously, it is advisable not to design the latching projections continuously so that, although they are preferably equally distributed, they are provided for a uniform and secure latching connection.
  • the latching connection is significantly better with an improved latching function of the latching projections of the fastening ring if there are individual latching projections that are formed separately from one another. Three, four or six such locking projections are advantageously provided.
  • the fastening ring in one piece, as an annular body and preferably locking projections.
  • the locking projections can be bent out of the other ring body, for example.
  • the protruding locking projections of the fastening ring preferably have a partial ring segment shape.
  • Their length can advantageously be at least 5% of the circumference of the fastening ring, particularly preferably about 8% to 15% or 2 cm to 5 cm.
  • fastening body and locking projections of the fastening ring are originally separate parts, it is possible to manufacture them from different material thicknesses.
  • the fastening ring can, above all, be designed to be relatively stable and rigid for secure and stable mounting of the hotplate on the hob plate.
  • the locking projections can be made of thinner and more elastic material, which has a certain spring effect for a good automatic production of the locking connection.
  • the latching projections have an angular cross section when viewed in the longitudinal direction.
  • the cross-section can have two legs, a first leg pointing or running in the radial direction as a fastening leg. So it is, so to speak, parallel to the top of the hotplate body.
  • a locking projection can be connected to the ring body in the aforementioned manner.
  • a second leg of the locking projections can be bent as a locking leg at an angle between 95 ° and 135 °. If the fastening ring runs around the outside of the short tubular ring section, the locking leg should point radially inwards and away from the top of the hotplate body.
  • the second locking leg of the locking projections can form the radially innermost region of the fastening ring. Its radius can be 1 mm to 10 mm smaller than that of the rotating ring body. As seen in the radial direction, it can engage 0.5 mm to 2 mm or even 3 mm deep in the ring section in corresponding recesses.
  • the ring body can have an angled cross section, advantageously as a two-legged cross section.
  • a first leg can run approximately parallel to the projecting ring section.
  • a second leg can be bent radially outward at an angle thereto, for example at an angle between 70 ° and 110 °, advantageously approximately at a right angle, so that the second leg points or extends approximately in the radial direction.
  • the material thickness of the fastening ring can be between 1 mm and 3 mm.
  • a material thickness of the locking projections on the fastening ring can be less, for example between 0.3 mm and 1.5 mm.
  • the locking projections described can be provided or fastened to a fastening ring described above in one region, in particular in a plurality of regions provided in an equally distributed manner.
  • they are provided as separate parts on an underside of the radially outwardly bent second leg of the fastening ring. In this way, they form a part of the fastening ring that is furthest away from the hob plate, so that the circumferential ring body of the fastening ring can rest against the underside of the hob plate.
  • Deep recessed recesses are preferably provided on the outside of the projecting ring section of the hotplate body. They can be at least 40% of the height of the ring section away from the underside of the hotplate body or away from the connection of the projecting ring section to the hotplate body. It is advantageous in about 60% to 70% of the height.
  • the locking recess should not be at the very end of the ring section, but at the same time it should not be too close to the hob plate, in order to enable a locking connection to be made reliably. This distance from the free end of the projecting ring section can preferably be at least 1 mm, particularly preferably at least 4 mm.
  • the recessed latching recesses on the outside of the ring section are advantageously not continuously circumferential as a circumferential groove, interruptions may be provided.
  • a total length of the locking recesses on the outside of the projecting ring section should be between 30% and 70% of the circumference of the ring section. Even if this does not play a role for a snap-in connection with several individual snap-in projections of the fastening ring, since the snap-in projections can snap in anywhere as a groove in the case of a circumferential snap-in recess, a positional lock or anti-twist lock can be achieved in this way, as can a default position that is easy to recognize for an assembly person.
  • the individual locking recesses can have a length that is a maximum of 1% to 10% longer than a length of the protruding locking projections on the ring body.
  • an anti-rotation device is only provided for a single latching recess on the ring section and a single latching projection on the fastening ring, which sufficiently fulfills this function.
  • a continuous circumferential groove is provided on the outside of the ring section, which groove forms the recessed locking recess for a plurality of locking projections of the fastening ring. This can be done very easily by twisting off the hotplate body.
  • a prescribed hotplate is inserted into the receiving opening from the top of the hob until it rests on the top.
  • a circumferential cover ring has been previously mounted on the hotplate as a hold-up rim and has an approximately inverted U-shaped cross section. According to the known prior art, such a cover ring lies below an edge of the hotplate body which projects in the radial direction beyond the ring section and projects somewhat above it in the radial direction. With a radially outer and longer leg, the cover ring rests on the top of the hob plate around the receiving opening, in particular on the top of an elevated area, in the middle of which the receiving opening lies. After attachment, it lies there under force and forms a protection against the entry of dirt and / or liquid between the hotplate and the cooktop.
  • a fastening ring As has been described above, is slipped over from an underside of the cooktop over the short tubular ring section such that the fastening ring rests on the underside of the cooktop.
  • protruding locking projections or recessed locking recesses it acts as a locking connection with recessed locking recesses or protruding locking projections of the short tubular ring section that the hotplate in the Receiving opening is attached to the hob plate.
  • the locking projections and locking recesses may have to be in a certain rotational position with respect to one another, but this is easy to accomplish, for example by markings on the parts. Different lengths of locking projections and / or locking recesses can also be provided, which make it recognizable that only a single position enables the locking connection.
  • part of the fastening ring in particular the ring body, projects upwards through the receiving opening with the above-described first leg. This allows additional centering and precise positioning of the fastening ring on the hob plate. This is advantageously covered by the preferred cover ring described above.
  • a recess or a projection is provided on the inner edge of the receiving opening.
  • a corresponding projection or a corresponding recess can be provided on the fastening ring.
  • Fig. 1 shows a hob 11 according to the invention in sections in a lateral sectional view.
  • the hob 11 has a hob plate 13 made of stainless steel sheet, which has an upper side 14 and a lower side 15. It could also be other materials such as enamelled or painted sheet steel.
  • a hotplate device 20 for a hotplate device 20 according to the invention, an increase 17 which is also conventional per se is provided, which, as shown in FIG Fig. 8 can be seen, is rotationally symmetrical and has a prescribed receiving opening 18 in the middle. The hotplate device 20 is inserted and fastened to this receiving opening 18.
  • the hotplate device 20 itself has a hotplate 22 with a hotplate body 23 which has an upper side 25 and a lower side 26.
  • the top 25 is largely flat like a known hotplate.
  • a ring section 28 projects from the underside 26 or is formed in one piece, it is approximately at right angles to the upper side 25 and can in practice be approximately 1 cm to 2 cm long. Radially outside the ring section 28 is a protruding one The outer edge 29 is provided on the hotplate body 23.
  • the hotplate 22 is configured as far as is known in the prior art.
  • the ring section 28 has two recessed recesses 32a and 32b of identical design, one above the other, which form part of the invention and are not yet known. These can be according to the Fig. 4 or 7 be trained.
  • the latching recesses 32a and 32b are identical and run, so to speak, obliquely into the outside 30 of the ring section 28, for example at an angle of approximately 10 ° to 15 °.
  • Their distance from one another can be a few millimeters, for example 3 mm to 6 mm.
  • a fastening ring 35 which is formed from several parts, runs around the ring section 28. On the one hand, it has a continuous circumferential ring body 37, see also the enlarged individual illustration of FIG Fig. 2 as well as the top view of the Fig. 3 .
  • the ring body 37 has an angled cross section with a first vertical leg 38 which runs approximately parallel to the longitudinal direction of the ring section 28 or at right angles to the top side 25 of the hotplate 22.
  • This first leg 38 merges approximately at a right angle into a second leg 39, advantageously achieved by one-piece production, preferably made of metal or thick sheet metal.
  • a locking projection 41 is provided on an underside of the second leg 39, specifically fastened, in particular welded, with each having a metallic design.

  • a second locking leg 43 of the locking projection 41 is bent at an angle thereto, advantageously at an angle of approximately 100 ° to 110 °.
  • the locking projection 41 advantageously consists of bent sheet metal, for example half a thickness in comparison to the ring body 37, for example 1 mm to 2 mm.
  • the length of the second locking leg 43 in cross section can be approximately 8 mm to 12 mm or even up to 15 mm.
  • latching projections 41 are fastened to the fastening ring 35 and are advantageously welded tight. They are distributed equally, but do not have to be, each latching projection 41 being approximately as long as a distance between two adjacent latching projections. It is from the Fig. 3 can also be clearly seen that the locking projections 41 lie radially within the ring body 37 or engage further inwards. This is obviously advantageous for the fastening function.
  • the Fig. 1 is on the outside 30 of the ring portion 28 below the outer edge 29 to a circumferential cover ring 45, the one has an approximately reverse U-shaped cross section. It is made of sheet which is even thinner, advantageously stainless steel sheet, which is relatively springy. Cover rings 45 of this type are known from the prior art and need not be explained in more detail here.
  • the cover ring 45 serves to create an optically appealing connection or protection against contamination and penetration of liquid and a corresponding transition between the hotplate 22 and the upper side 14 of the cooktop plate 13. The hotplate 22 is pressed over the cover ring 45 against the hotplate 13 or the top 14 thereof.
  • the locking projection 41 engages with its locking leg 43 on the ring body 37 as a fastening ring 35 in the locking recesses 32b.
  • the latching leg 43 can actually be bent at a somewhat larger angle with respect to the fastening leg 42 and thus radially inward so that it also engages securely in the latching recess 32a or 32b.
  • a hotplate 22 with a preassembled cover ring 45 is inserted over the ring section 28 into the receiving opening 18 from the top 14. It should be in a desired or predetermined rotational position. Then the fastening ring 35 is guided over the ring section 28 on the underside 15 of the hob 13, possibly also in a precisely predetermined rotational position with respect to one another.
  • Index projection 40 shown in dashed lines may be provided at a specific point. It can cooperate with an easily conceivable, correspondingly designed recess on the inner edge of the receiving opening 18 in such a way that it engages in a non-rotatable manner. If the fastening ring 35 is constructed in a similar form to prevent rotation relative to the hotplate 22 or the ring section 28 thereof, an overall rotation protection can be achieved. A rotation of the fastening ring 35 with respect to the hob plate 13 could thus be prevented in a form-fitting manner and not only in a force-fitting manner as in FIG Fig. 1 .
  • a hotplate 122 accordingly Fig. 7 , in which latching recesses 132a and 132b are also provided adjoining one another on an outer side 130 of the ring section 128, but do not completely rotate around them.
  • the recesses 132a and 132b are only slightly longer than that Locking projections 41 or locking leg 43 according to Fig. 3 , so that they form a positive anti-rotation lock together.
  • Appropriate identification on the hotplate 122 for example a recess 131 on the underside of the ring section 128, allows the hotplate 122 to be fastened to a cooktop in a precisely predetermined rotational position, thereby also providing a positive locking against rotation.
  • An anti-rotation lock of a hotplate 22 on a cooktop plate 13 cannot only be correspondingly designed by the design of the hotplate body 123 Fig. 7 or an index protrusion 40 accordingly Fig. 3 can be achieved, but also by friction when the four locking projections 41 or locking legs 43 according to the Fig. 3 in the locking recesses 32a or 32b according to the Fig. 4 engage on ring section 28.
  • the oblique representation of the Fig. 4 the hotplate 22 shows how the two locking recesses 32a and 32b are formed all around or as circumferential grooves. This is the simplest in terms of manufacture and can be carried out by turning the hotplate body 23, which is finished per se. Thus, normal hotplates per se can also be processed correspondingly for the invention or known molds can be used, so that no large investment costs are necessary for this.
  • FIG. 5 In the sectional view of the Fig. 5 is again the hotplate 22 from the Fig. 1 shown detached. It can be seen how the ring section 28 protrudes below on the hotplate body 23 with a flat upper side 25 and outer edge 29; its circumferential configuration is shown in FIG Fig. 4 good to see.
