Ursächlich ist für eine Außengriffbetätigung im beispielsweise besagten Seitencrash in den meisten Fällen eine Deformation des Türaußenbleches. Um diesem nachteiligen Umstand zu begegnen, ist es bekannt, durch Blechdoppler, Crashstreben oder Paddings das Türaußenblech zu stützen, welches jedoch mit erhöhten Kosten, Materialaufwand und Gewicht einhergeht. Aus der DE 10 2012 020 696 A1 ist ferner eine Vorrichtung zur mechanischen Verhinderung eines Öffnens einer Kraftfahrzeugtür bei einem Seitenaufprall mit einem sogenannten Krafteinleitungselement bekannt, welches Krafteinleitungselement im Falle des Eindringens einer Barriere in die Kraftfahrzeugtür, beispielsweise infolge eines Seitencrashs, derart auf einen mit einem Türaußengriff der Kraftfahrzeugtür wirkverbundenen Bowdenzughebel einwirkt, dass ein selbsttätiges Öffnen der Kraftfahrzeugtür verhindert ist. Ein derartiger Bowdenzughebel fungiert gelegentlich auch als Ausgleichsmasse für besagten Türaußengriff, so dass dieser nach Betätigung selbsttätig in seine Grundstellung zurückgeführt wird. Ausweislich der Angaben in der besagten Druckschrift stützt sich das Krafteinleitungselement z. B. an einem Türelement, wie einer Türverkleidung, einem Fenster oder einer Bordkante der Kraftfahrzeugtür ab. Aus der Praxis ist es jedoch bekannt, dass derartige Türelemente im Falle eines Seitencrashs nicht immer ihre ursprüngliche Position beibehalten und eine Verformung in die Fahrgastzelle hinein erfahren können, woraus ein undefinierter Versatz des besagten Krafteinleitungselements nach Fahrzeug-innen resultiert. Aufgrund dessen ist eine zuverlässige Funktion des besagten Krafteinleitungselements nicht gesichert. Das Türschlossgehäuse 11 ist gemäß diesem Ausführungsbeispiel, welches lediglich beispielgebend eine hintere Fahrzeugtür 2 betrifft, an einer einer C-Säule 13 (vgl. insbes. Fig. 1) des Fahrzeugs 1 zugewandten Stirnwand 14 festgelegt. Bekanntermaßen korrespondiert das Türschloss respektive eine Drehfalle desselben mit einem karosserieseitig, vorliegend an der besagten C-Säule 13 fest angeordneten Schließbolzen oder Schließbügel (nicht zeichnerisch dargestellt). Bei geschlossener Fahrzeugtür 2 ist hierdurch ein besonders fester Verbund zwischen derselben und der Fahrzeugkarosserie geschaffen. Infolge Betätigung des Türaußengriffs 8 ist die Ausgleichsmasse 9 von einer ersten Betriebsstellung 15 (Fig. 6a, 7a), welche infolge der Wirkverbindung mit dem Türschloss unter Vermittlung des ersten Bowdenzuges 10 einer Geschlossenstellung des Türschlosses entspricht, in eine zweite Betriebsstellung 16 (Fig. 7b), welche einer Offenstellung des Türschlosses entspricht, überführbar.The door lock housing 11 is according to this embodiment, which merely exemplifies a rear vehicle door 2, on one of a C-pillar 13 (see. Fig. 2). Lediglich beispielgebend ist das Krafteinleitungs- und Blockierelement 17 vorliegend zum einen kraftschlüssig mittels beispielsweise eines lediglich schematisch dargestellten Clips 21, Schraubelements oder dgl. mit dem Türinnenteil 5 und ferner über Klebestellen 22, 23 mit dem Rahmenteil 3 und dem Türschlossgehäuse 11 fest verbunden.The force introduction and blocking element 17 is presently formed by a pressure-resistant molded body 19 preferably made of a plastic foam. Danach befinden sich gemäß den Fig. 6a und 7a zu einem Zeitpunkt "t0" die Fahrzeugtür 2 in einem geschlossenen Zustand, der Türaußengriff 8 in einem unbetätigten Zustand und demgemäß die Ausgleichsmasse 9 in ihrer ersten Betriebsstellung 15. Gesetzt den Fall, es ist gemäß Fig. 6b zu einem Zeitpunkt "t1" ein seitlicher Anstoß (Bewegungsrichtung 20) einer Barriere 18, wie einem Kraftfahrzeug, zu verzeichnen, geht dieser Anstoß mit einer Intrusion der Barriere 18 in das Innere der Fahrzeugtür 2 oder des Fahrzeugs 1 sowie mit einer bestimmten Faltenbildung am Türaußenteil 4 insbesondere um den Lagerbügel 7 herum einher. Hieraus würde herkömmlich eine Bewegung des ersten Bowdenzuges 10 und damit auch der Ausgleichsmasse 9 des Öffnungsmechanismus derart resultieren, dass die Ausgleichsmasse 9 in ihre zweite Betriebsstellung 16 überführt wird (Fig. 7b) und ein undefiniertes respektive ungewolltes Öffnen des Türschlosses eintritt.

Dieser Vorgang kann sich innerhalb von 15ms vollziehen. Claims (7)

  1. A device for mechanically preventing an automatic opening of a vehicle door (2) in the event of a barrier (18) acting thereon, comprising a mounting clip (7) fixed to an outer door part (4) for an outer door handle (8), which mounting clip (7) has a door opening mechanism having a balancing mass (9), which is adjustably supported on the mounting clip (7) and operatively connected to the outer door handle (8) and can also be moved from a first operating position (15) into a second operating position (16) and back, wherein a force introduction- and locking element (17) is associated with the balancing mass (9), by means of which in the event of the action of the said barrier (18) on the vehicle door (2) due to a relative movement between the balancing mass (9) and the force introduction- and locking element (17) towards each other and contact of the same with each other, a movement of the balancing mass (9) from the first operating position (15) into the second operating position (16) can be prevented, limited and/or reversed, characterized in that the force introduction- and locking element (17) when viewed in the direction of movement (20) of the barrier (18) is supported against a door lock housing (11) fastened to the vehicle door (2).
  2. A device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the force introduction- and locking element (17) when viewed in the direction of movement (20) of the barrier (18) is additionally supported against a frame part (3) and/or a door inner part (5) of the vehicle door (2).
  3. A device according to Claim 1 or 2 characterized in that the force introduction- and locking element (17) is formed by a pressure-resistant shaped body (19).
  4. A device according to Claim 3 characterized in that the shaped body (19) consists of a plastic or a metal.
  5. A device according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized in that the shaped body (19) is formed by a foam body.
  6. A device according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the force introduction- and locking element (17) is connected non-positively and/or materially to the door lock housing (11) and/or to the frame part (3) and/or door inner part (5) of the vehicle door (2).
  7. A vehicle (1), in particular, a motor vehicle, with a device according to any one of Claims 1 to 6.
