Abstract
Werkzeugmaschine enthaltend eine Aufnahmevorrichtung mit wenigstens einem Aufnahmeelement und eine mit der Werkzeugmaschine verbindbare Energieversorgungseinheit, beispielsweise einen Akkumulator, mit einer Anschlusseinrichtung, wobei die Anschlusseinrichtung wenigstens ein Kontaktelement enthält, wobei die Aufnahmevorrichtung ausgestaltet ist, um die Anschlusseinrichtung aufzunehmen und zu halten, sodass das wenigstens eine Aufnahmeelement und das wenigstens eine Kontaktelement zum Herstellen einer elektrischen Verbindung miteinander verbindbar sind.
An dem wenigstens einen Kontaktelement ist ein Dämpfungselement vorgesehen, wodurch das wenigstens eine Kontaktelement in eine erste Richtung und zweite Richtung sowie relativ zu dem jeweiligen Aufnahmeelement beweglich ist, sodass einer Relativbewegung zwischen dem Kontaktelement und dem jeweiligen Aufnahmeelement entgegenwirkbar ist, wenn das Kontaktelement und Aufnahmeelement miteinander verbunden sind.
Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Werkzeugmaschine enthaltend eine Aufnahmevorrichtung mit wenigstens einem Aufnahmeelement und eine mit der Werkzeugmaschine verbindbare Energieversorgungseinheit, beispielsweise einen Akkumulator, mit einer Anschlusseinrichtung, wobei die Anschlusseinrichtung wenigstens ein Kontaktelement enthält, wobei die Aufnahmevorrichtung ausgestaltet ist, um die Anschlusseinrichtung aufzunehmen und zu halten, sodass das wenigstens eine Aufnahmeelement und das wenigstens eine Kontaktelement zum Herstellen einer elektrischen Verbindung miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Kabellose Werkzeugmaschine können zur Stromversorgung mit einem Akkumulator betrieben werden. Der Akkumulator ist dabei von der Werkzeugmaschine abnehmbar, um diesen in einer Ladevorrichtung wieder mit elektrischem Strom aufladen zu können.
- In einem zusammengebauten Zustand, d.h. wenn die Werkzeugmaschine und der Akkumulator miteinander verbunden sind, erfolgt die Übertragung des elektrischen Stroms von dem Akkumulator zu der Werkzeugmaschine mittels elektrischer Kontaktpartner. Die Kontaktpartner bestehen dabei jeweils aus einem ersten und zweiten Kontaktelement, die miteinander verbindbar sind. Das erste elektrische Kontaktelement ist an dem Akkumulator und das zweite Kontaktelement ist an der Werkzeugmaschine angeordnet. Für gewöhnlich wird das zweite Kontaktelement in das erste Kontaktelement geschoben. Das zweite Kontaktelement kann auch als Aufnahmeelement bezeichnet werden, da es unter anderem dazu geeignet ist, elektrischen Strom für die Werkzeugmaschine aufzunehmen.
- Im Betrieb der Werkzeugmaschine kann aufgrund von applikationsbedingten Vibrationen bzw. Schwingungen auf die elektrischen Kontaktelemente eine hohe mechanische Last in Form von Beschleunigungskräfte wirken. Neben dieser mechanischen Last kann auch noch eine elektrische Last in Form von elektrischen Strom wirken.
- Diese mechanische Last kann zu Relativbewegungen zwischen den werkzeugmaschinen- und akkuseitigen Kontaktelementen führen, wodurch die Kontaktelemente verschleißen. Je nach Anwendung der Werkzeugmaschine kann dieser Verschleiß zusätzlich noch durch einen Staubeintrag zwischen den Kontaktelementen verstärkt werden. Durch die vibrationsbedingte Relativbewegung zwischen den Kontaktelementen sowie durch eine verschleißbedingte Erhöhung des Übergangswiderstands der Kontaktelemente kann es zu einer thermischen Überlastung der Kontaktelemente kommen, die bis zu einem Abbrand der Kontaktelemente führen kann.
- Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Werkzeugmaschine mit verbesserten Kontaktelementen bereitzustellen, bei der ein Verschleiß und insbesondere die Gefahr eines Abbrands der Kontaktelemente vermindert wird.
- Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch den Gegenstand des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen des erfindungsgemäßen Gegenstands sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen enthalten.
- Die Aufgabe wird dabei gelöst durch eine Werkzeugmaschine enthaltend eine Aufnahmevorrichtung mit wenigstens einem Aufnahmeelement und eine mit der Werkzeugmaschine verbindbare Energieversorgungseinheit, beispielsweise einen Akkumulator, mit einer Anschlusseinrichtung, wobei die Anschlusseinrichtung wenigstens ein Kontaktelement enthält, wobei die Aufnahmevorrichtung ausgestaltet ist, um die Anschlusseinrichtung aufzunehmen und zu halten, sodass das wenigstens eine Aufnahmeelement und das wenigstens eine Kontaktelement zum Herstellen einer elektrischen Verbindung miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass an dem wenigstens einen Kontaktelement ein Dämpfungselement vorgesehen ist, wodurch das wenigstens eine Kontaktelement in eine erste Richtung und zweite Richtung sowie relativ zu dem jeweiligen Aufnahmeelement beweglich ist, sodass einer Relativbewegung zwischen dem Kontaktelement und dem jeweiligen Aufnahmeelement entgegenwirkbar ist, wenn das Kontaktelement und Aufnahmeelement miteinander verbunden sind.
- Hierdurch kann einer Relativbewegung zwischen dem Kontaktelement und Aufnahmeelement reduziert und somit der vibrationsbedingte Verschleiß an dem Kontaktelement und Aufnahmeelement entgegengewirkt werden.
- Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass das Dämpfungselement als Feder ausgestaltet ist und in der ersten Richtung hinter dem Kontaktelement positioniert ist, sodass eine von dem als Feder ausgestalteten Dämpfungselement ausgeübte Federkraft das Kontaktelement in die zweite Richtung drückt. Hierdurch kann insbesondere der größten Bewegungsfreiheit des Kontaktelements relativ zu dem Aufnahmeelement effektiv entgegengewirkt werden.
- Gemäß einer alternativen Ausgestaltungsform ist es jedoch auch möglich, dass das Dämpfungselement als ein Bauteil mit einem elastisch verformbaren Werkstoff ausgestaltet ist. Als Werkstoff ist dabei ein Elastomer oder jeder andere geeignete formfeste, aber elastisch verformbare Kunststoffe möglich.
- Hierdurch kann auf einfache Art und Weise einer vibrationsbedingten Bewegung des Kontaktelements in mehreren Richtungen, d.h. nicht nur in der Richtung zu oder entgegen dem Aufnahmeelement, entgegengewirkt werden.
- Weitere Vorteile ergeben sich aus der folgenden Figurenbeschreibung. In den Figuren sind verschiedene Ausführungsbeispiele der vorliegenden Erfindung dargestellt. Die Figuren, die Beschreibung und die Ansprüche enthalten zahlreiche Merkmale in Kombination. Der Fachmann wird die Merkmale zweckmässigerweise auch einzeln betrachten und zu sinnvollen weiteren Kombinationen zusammenfassen.

Figuren 1 und2 ist eine beispielhafte Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Werkzeugmaschine 1 dargestellt. - Die Werkzeugmaschine 1 ist dabei in Form einer Bohrmaschine ausgestaltet. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, dass es sich bei der Werkzeugmaschine 1 um einen Bohrhammer, eine Kreissäge oder dergleichen handelt.
- Die in den
Figuren 1 und2 dargestellte Werkzeugmaschine 1 enthält im Wesentlichen ein Gehäuse 2, eine Werkzeugaufnahme 3, einen Handgriff 4 mit einem Aktivierungsschalter 5. Des Weiteren enthält die Werkzeugmaschine 1 eine Aufnahmevorrichtung 6 für eine Energieversorgungseinheit 7. Wie in denFiguren 1 bis 4 gezeigt, ist die Energieversorgungseinheit 7 als Akkumulator, auch Akku genannt, ausgestaltet. - Gemäß einer alternativen (nicht in den Figuren dargestellte) Ausgestaltungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung kann die Energieversorgungseinheit 7 auch als Anschlusseinheit mit einem Stromkabel zur Verbindung mit einem Stromnetz ausgestaltet sein.
- In
Figur 1 ist ein Zustand dargestellt, bei dem die als Akku ausgestaltete Energieversorgungseinheit 7 mit der Werkzeugmaschine 1 verbunden ist. Der Akku 7 wird hierzu in Pfeilrichtung B auf die Aufnahmevorrichtung 6 geschoben. Wie inFigur 2 dargestellt, kann der Akku 7 entsprechend der Pfeilrichtung A (und gegen die Pfeilrichtung B) wieder von der Aufnahmevorrichtung 6 und damit von der Werkzeugmaschine 1 entfernt werden. Die Energieversorgungseinheit 7 wird mit einer nicht gezeigten Verschlussvorrichtung an der Werkzeugmaschine 1 gehalten. - Das Gehäuse 2 weist ein erstes Ende 2a und ein zweites Ende 2b auf. An einem ersten Ende 2a des Gehäuses 2 ist die Werkzeugaufnahme 3 positioniert. Die Werkzeugaufnahme 3 dient zum Aufnahmen und wiederlösbaren Halten eines Werkzeugs 8. Das in den
Figuren 1 und2 gezeigte Werkzeug 8 ist in Form eines Bohrers ausgestaltet. - Der Handgriff 4 enthält den Aktivierungsschalter 5, ein erstes Ende 4a sowie ein zweites Ende 4b. Der Aktivierungsschalter 5 dient zum Betätigen der Werkzeugmaschine 1.
- An einem zweiten Ende 2b des Gehäuses und unterhalb des Gehäuses 2 ist das erste Ende 4a des Handgriffs 4 befestigt.
- An dem zweiten Ende 4b des Handgriffs 4 ist die Aufnahmevorrichtung 6 für die als Akku ausgestaltete Energieversorgungseinheit 7 positioniert.
- Wie in
Figur 3 und4 dargestellt, enthält die Aufnahmevorrichtung 6 ein erstes Aufnahmeelement 6a und zweites Aufnahmeelement 6b. Alternativ können auch mehr als zwei Aufnahmeelemente vorgesehen sein. Es ist dabei möglich, dass ein Aufnahmeelement sowohl einen Pluspol als auch einen Minuspol zur elektrischen Stromversorgung enthält. Sowohl das erste und zweite Aufnahmeelement 6a, 6b ist in Form eines Kontaktbleches ausgestaltet. Alternativ kann das das erste und zweite Aufnahmeelement 6a, 6b auch als Zylinder ausgestaltet sein. - Die als Akku ausgestaltete Energieversorgungseinheit 7 enthält im Wesentlichen ein Gehäuse 9, in dem eine Anzahl an einzelnen miteinander verbundenen Energiespeicherzellen, auch Akkuzellen genannt, positioniert sind. Mit Hilfe der Akkuzellen kann elektrische Energie in dem Akku 7 gespeichert werden.
- Die Akkuzellen sind in den Figuren nicht dargestellt.
- An einem oberen Ende des Gehäuses 9 ist eine Anschlusseinrichtung 9a mit einem ersten Kontaktelement 10a und einem zweiten Kontaktelement 10b positioniert. Die Anschlusseinrichtung 9a dient zum Verbinden mit der Aufnahmevorrichtung 6. Hierzu wird die Anschlusseinrichtung 9a in die Aufnahmevorrichtung 6 geschoben und von dieser gehalten. Alternativ können auch mehr als zwei Kontaktelemente vorgesehen sein. Es ist dabei möglich, dass ein Kontaktelement sowohl einen Pluspol als auch einen Minuspol zur elektrischen Stromversorgung enthält.
- Das erste Kontaktelement 10a dient zum widerlösbaren Verbinden mit dem ersten Aufnahmeelement 6a und das zweite Kontaktelement 10b dient zum widerlösbaren Verbinden mit dem zweiten Aufnahmeelement 6b (vgl.
Fig. 3 und4 ). Durch die Verbindung des ersten und zweiten Kontaktelements 10a, 10b mit dem jeweiligen ersten und zweiten Aufnahmeelement 6a, 6b kann die in den Akkuzellen gespeicherte elektrische Energie von dem Akku 7 in die Aufnahmevorrichtung 6 geleitet werden. Die elektrische Energie wird anschließend an elektrische Verbraucher in der Werkzeugmaschine 1 weitergeleitet. - Bei der nicht gezeigten Ausgestaltungsform, bei der die Energieversorgungseinheit 7 nicht als Akku, sondern als Anschlusseinheit für ein Netzstrom ausgestaltet ist, enthält die Anschlusseinheit ebenfalls ein erstes Kontaktelement 10a und zweites Kontaktelement 10b zum jeweiligen Verbinden und Herstellen einer elektrischen Verbindung mit dem ersten und zweiten Aufnahmeelement 6a, 6b der Aufnahmevorrichtung 6.
- In dem Gehäuse 2 der Werkzeugmaschine 1 ist ein Elektromotor zum Erzeugen eines Drehmoments positioniert. Der Elektromotor ist damit ein elektrischer Verbraucher von elektrischer Energie. Das in dem Elektromotor erzeugte Drehmoment wird über eine Abtriebswelle und ein Getriebe auf die Werkzeugaufnahme 3 übertragen. Mit Hilfe des übertragenen Drehmoments wird das Werkzeug 8 gedreht. In den Figuren ist weder der Elektromotor, die Abtriebswelle noch das Getriebe gezeigt.
- Wie insbesondere in
Figur 3 und4 dargestellt, enthält das erste Kontaktelement 10a einen ersten Kontaktstecker 11a, eine erste Litze 12a und ein erstes Dämpfungselement 13a. Das zweite Kontaktelement 10b enthält einen zweiten Kontaktstecker 11 b, eine zweite Litze 12b und ein zweites Dämpfungselement 13b. Der erste Kontaktstecker 10a enthält ein erstes Ende 14a und ein zweites Ende 15a. Der zweite Kontaktstecker 11 b enthält ein erstes Ende 14b und ein zweites Ende 15b. Die erste Litze 12a ist an dem zweiten Ende 15a des ersten Kontaktsteckers 10a und die zweite Litze 12b ist an dem zweiten Ende 15b des zweiten Kontaktsteckers 10b verbunden. Die Litzen 12a, 12b sind flexibel ausgestaltet und lassen eine Bewegung der Kontaktstecker 11a, 11b in Richtung A und B zu. Des Weiteren dienen die Litzen 12a, 12b der Übertragung der elektrischen Energie von den Akkuzellen an das jeweilige Kontaktelement 10a, 10b. - Des Weiteren befindet sich das erste Kontaktelement 10a in einer ersten Kontaktkammer 16a und das zweite Kontaktelement 10b befindet sich in einer zweiten Kontaktkammer 16b. Die beiden Kontaktkammern 16a, 16b sind im Wesentlichen als Ausbuchtungen für die jeweiligen Kontaktelemente 10a, 10b ausgestaltet und nebeneinander an einem oberen Ende 17 des Akku-Gehäuses 9 positioniert. Jede als Ausbuchtung ausgestaltete Kontaktkammer 16a, 16b weist damit eine Öffnung 18a, 18b auf, durch die die Kontaktstecker 11a, 11b in der Kontaktkammer 16a, 16b zugänglich sind. Die beiden Kontaktstecker 11a, 11b sind dabei so in den jeweiligen Kontaktkammern 16a, 16b angeordnet, dass das erste Ende 14a, 14b der jeweiligen Kontaktstecker 11a, 11 b der Öffnung 18a, 18b der Kontaktkammer 16a, 16b zugewandt ist.
- Des Weiteren enthält der erste Kontaktstecker 11a ein erstes Kontaktblatt 19a und zweites Kontaktblatt 19b und der zweite Kontaktstecker 11 b enthält ein erstes Kontaktblatt 20a und zweites Kontaktblatt 20b.
- Wie in
Figur 3 angedeutet, sind die Kontaktblätter 19a, 19b, 20a, 20b beweglich bzw. flexibel ausgestaltet, sodass das erste Kontaktblatt 19a, 20a in Pfeilrichtung C und das zweite Kontaktblatt 19b, 20b in Pfeilrichtung D reversibel bzw. elastisch geschwenkt werden kann. Die Beweglichkeit der Kontaktblätter 19a, 19b, 20a, 20b dient dazu, die jeweiligen als Kontaktbleche ausgestalteten Aufnahmeelement 6a, 6b aufnehmen zu können, sodass jedes Kontaktblech an dem ersten und zweiten Kontaktblatt 19a, 19b, 20a, 20b anliegt, wenn der Akku 7 ordnungsgemäß mit der Werkzeugmaschine 1 verbunden ist (vgl.Fig. 4 ). - Das erste und zweite Dämpfungselement 13a, 13b ist entsprechend dem vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel als Federn ausgestaltet. Die Feder 13a dabei ein erstes Ende 21a sowie zweites Ende 22a und die Feder 13b dabei ein erstes Ende 21b und zweites Ende 22b. Jedes als Feder ausgestaltete Dämpfungselement 13a, 13b ist so in der jeweiligen Kontaktkammer 16a, 16b und so zu dem jeweiligen Kontaktstecker 11a, 11b angeordnet, dass das erste Ende 21a, 21b der Feder 13a, 13b an dem zweiten Ende 15a, 15b des jeweiligen Kontaktsteckers 11a, 11b anliegt. Das zweite Ende 22a, 22b jeder Feder 13a, 13b liegt an einer Rückwand 23, 24 einer jeden Kontaktkammer 16a, 16b an. Die Federkraft jeder Feder 13a, 13b drückt damit den jeweiligen Kontaktstecker 11a, 11b in Pfeilrichtung A. Es ist zu beachten, dass die Länge und Beschaffenheit der jeweiligen Litzen 12a, 12b so gewählt ist, dass diese dem gesamten Federweg der Feder 13a, 13b folgen können. Mit anderen Worten: die Litzen 12a, 12b sind wenigstens so lang, dass diese nicht von dem jeweiligen Kontaktstecker 11a, 11b abgerissen werden, wenn der Kontaktstecker 11a, 11b über die gesamte Wegstrecke in Richtung A bewegt wird.
- Mit Hilfe des als Feder ausgestalteten Dämpfungselements 13a, 13b können vibrationsbedingte Relativbewegungen (z.B. in Pfeilrichtung A und B), die entstehen, wenn die Werkzeugmaschine 1 in Verwendung ist, zwischen dem Kontaktelement 10a, 10b und dem Aufnahmeelement 6a, 6b ausgeglichen werden.
Claims (3)
- Werkzeugmaschine (1), beispielsweise eine Bohrmaschine, enthaltend- eine Aufnahmevorrichtung (6) mit wenigstens einem Aufnahmeelement (6a, 6b); und- eine mit der Werkzeugmaschine (1) verbindbare Energieversorgungseinheit (7), beispielsweise einen Akkumulator, mit einer Anschlusseinrichtung (9a), wobei die Anschlusseinrichtung (9a) wenigstens ein Kontaktelement (10a, 10b) enthält;wobei die Aufnahmevorrichtung (6) ausgestaltet ist, um die Anschlusseinrichtung (9a) aufzunehmen und zu halten, sodass das wenigstens eine Aufnahmeelement (6a, 6b) und das wenigstens eine Kontaktelement (10a, 10b) zum Herstellen einer elektrischen Verbindung miteinander verbindbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem wenigstens einen Kontaktelement (10a, 10b) ein Dämpfungselement (13a, 13b) vorgesehen ist, wodurch das wenigstens eine Kontaktelement (10a, 10b) in eine erste Richtung (A) und zweite Richtung (B) sowie relativ zu dem jeweiligen Aufnahmeelement (6a, 6b) beweglich ist, sodass einer Relativbewegung zwischen dem Kontaktelement (10a, 10b) und dem jeweiligen Aufnahmeelement (6a, 6b) entgegenwirkbar ist, wenn das Kontaktelement (10a, 10b) und Aufnahmeelement (6a, 6b) miteinander verbunden sind. - Werkzeugmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungselement (13a, 13b) als Feder ausgestaltet ist und in der ersten Richtung (A) hinter dem Kontaktelement (10a, 10b) positioniert ist, sodass eine von dem als Feder ausgestalteten Dämpfungselement (13a, 13b) ausgeübte Federkraft das Kontaktelement (10a, 10b) in die zweite Richtung (B) drückt. - Werkzeugmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungselement (13, 13b) als ein Bauteil mit einem elastisch verformbaren Werkstoff ausgestaltet ist.
