Definitions
- the invention relates to a clean room arrangement that provides an enclosure that is directly or indirectly adjacent to a floor area and separates a room from an environment. Furthermore, a mobile filter-fan unit is provided, which has an air inlet and an air outlet area and is arranged outside the room in the environment. The air outlet area of the mobile filter-fan unit is connected to the space delimited by the housing via a supply line.
- Clean or ultra-clean room describes a room that is closed off from its surroundings and in which the concentration of airborne particles is kept as low as necessary, depending on the processes or activities to be carried out within the room. Clean rooms are preferably used in semiconductor production, in optics and laser technology, in the life sciences, in medical research and in aerospace technology, to name just a few areas of application.
- Clean and ultra-clean rooms are usually complex and technically complex areas, which are usually accessed via different lock systems. Clean rooms are fed with specially assembled air-conditioning units that ensure that contaminants are immediately removed from the air. For this purpose, a correspondingly filtered displacement flow is introduced into the clean room, within which the purity of the air is to be ensured by means of a large air flow rate. All surfaces facing the clean room as well as objects located within the clean room are subject to clean room-specific requirements in order to avoid air pollution in the form of outgassing, particle release or similar processes that contaminate the clean room air. Since humans are usually the largest source of particle release, appropriate work clothing, special work equipment and tools help to maintain the clean room quality that is to be maintained within the clean room, which is defined in standardized clean room classes. Work clothes, hoods, shoe covers, etc. made from special lint-free materials are used for this purpose.
- Clean rooms such as those required in semiconductor microelectronics, aerospace technology, etc., usually represent large-scale and complex infrastructures and require powerful fan and filter systems for the controlled supply of clean air, which are usually housed in adjacent areas of the building.
- a class 7 clean room may contain a maximum of 352,000 particles with a maximum diameter of 0.5 ⁇ m, a maximum of 83,200 particles with a maximum diameter of 1 ⁇ m and a maximum of 2,930 particles with a maximum diameter of 5 ⁇ m per cubic meter.
- the cleanliness requirements increase as the number of cleanroom classes decreases.
- a clean room of clean room class ISO 1 may only contain a maximum of 10 particles with a maximum particle diameter of 0.1 ⁇ m and a maximum of 2 particles with a maximum particle diameter of 0.2 ⁇ m per cubic meter.
- Corresponding clean room quality requirements with regard to food-relevant microorganisms per cubic meter of air are regulated in the VDI 2083 guideline.
- a standardized number of germ-forming units CFU relevant for pharmaceutical clean room applications is regulated in the clean room classification according to the EU-GMP Guide Annex 1, to which in Figure 2b more details are included.
- the room classifications are divided into GMP classes A to D and each specify the maximum number of particles per cubic meter with the corresponding particle sizes.
- FIG. 1 shows a typical clean room offering a high level of cleanliness for semiconductor manufacturing, where the different work areas are divided by hanging walls, while rooms with work areas that require a high level of cleanliness are designed in the form of laminar boundary surface flow systems.
- the structure and arrangement of typical clean room areas illustrates the technological implementation effort that has to be borne by clean rooms in the form of stationary facilities.
- US 2014/0148089 A1 discloses a dust-proofing arrangement placed around an object to be protected from contamination, which is on a moving platform. Essentially, it is a cubic strut construction that is placed around the object and whose side wall elements are designed in the form of roller blind-like curtains.
- a fan unit with four air ducts is attached to the ceiling area of the strut construction, each of which leads to the side walls.
- the supply air flowing out of the air ducts penetrates the side wall elements, each consisting of three layers, whereby the supply air is filtered and thus dust-reduced enters the inner volume protected from dust by the side wall elements. Excess air can escape into the environment through corresponding gaps, both vertically between the respectively adjoining roller blind walls and in the bottom area of the protective device.
- the pamphlet EP 0 224 505 B1 discloses an isolator for use in surgery to provide a contaminant-free atmosphere.
- this is a compressed air-borne envelope which is fed by a fan with filtered air which exits the chamber via an outlet.
- the chamber also has an upper viewing window through which a surgeon can look inside the chamber from the outside.
- the chamber serves as a sterile room in which, for example, surgical interventions can be carried out.
- a large number of so-called sleeves attached to the chamber in a fluid-tight manner allow access to the interior of the chamber.
- the pamphlet DE 603 07 945 T2 discloses an air-conditioning air-support structure encompassing a space with wall and ceiling sections enclosing air cells, which are subject to an active air flow, the space being air-conditioned via openings within the air cells with the aid of the air flow.
- EP 2 601 927 B1 is a ventilation device for clean rooms, which is attached to the ceiling in a clean room and has a large number of air supply chambers running parallel to one another and through which air flows, the cylindrical shape of which is air pressure stabilized.
- EP 1 229 187 A1 is an inflatable tent whose outer skin is attached to a supporting frame.
- the pamphlet U.S. 2005/212415 A1 discloses an air treatment device for decontamination, air treatment and air heating of an air flow, which is obtained from the ambient air and can be used in the form of a supply air flow, preferably for ventilating or filling a tent arrangement.
- the U.S. 2005/212415 A1 thus discloses an air treatment device having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the pamphlet US 2002/0083653 A1 describes an inflatable tent arrangement with an airtight tent wall, the tent wall support structures of which can be erected within a very short time using compressed air. With help of a ventilation device, the inside of the tent can be supplied with fresh air, which can optionally be cleaned.

- the protective tent provides a tent wall made of transparent plastic, with an air supply opening at the bottom area, which is connected to a suitable air supply device.
- the pamphlet CA 2 172 929 A1 describes a portable cover arrangement for enclosing a room area in which an overpressure is generated in relation to the environment by means of a fan-driven supply air flow.
- An allergen filter placed in the supply air flow serves to avoid contamination of the room area via the supply air flow.
- the pamphlet U.S. 5,726,426 A discloses an enclosure supported by a rigid structure through which cleaned air is directed by a supply air device into the space defined by the enclosure.
- the invention is based on the object of a clean room arrangement with an enclosure that separates a room that is directly or indirectly adjacent to a floor area from the environment, a mobile filter-fan unit that has an air inlet and an air outlet area and outside the Room is arranged in the area and the air outlet area and the limited space of the housing connecting supply line, so that the provision of a clean room can be implemented quickly and inexpensively.
- a clean room arrangement with an enclosure that separates a room that is directly or indirectly adjacent to a floor area from the environment, a mobile filter-fan unit that has an air inlet and an air outlet area and outside the Room is arranged in the area and the air outlet area and the limited space of the housing connecting supply line, so that the provision of a clean room can be implemented quickly and inexpensively.
- clean rooms of ISO class 1 to 9 it is important to create clean rooms that can be implemented cost-effectively and quickly at any location, moving away from the usual design in the form of expensive, technologically complex and stationary housings are degradable.
- the components required for this should
- the clean room arrangement according to the invention with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is characterized in that the housing is a dome-like and uninterrupted, tent-like shell wall arrangement encompassing the room, which is a flexible, foldable shell wall directly facing the room, consisting of at least a single-layer, exclusively cleanroom-compatible and defined air-permeable material, as well as at least one bearing element supported on the floor area and/or at least one suspension provision provided on the shell wall.
- tent-like shell wall arrangement encompassing the space in a dome-like and uninterrupted manner is to be understood as meaning that the shell wall covers the space comparable to a concave enclosure, the open side of which faces the floor area, without any separation points, i.e. without open air passages.
- the otherwise flexible and foldable shell wall directly facing the room is made of a material suitable for clean rooms, which is suitable for directly delimiting a clean room of ISO classes 1 to 9 according to DIN ISO/FDIS 14644-1:2015-08.
- the shell wall material is therefore abrasion-resistant and is not able to release any particles into the environment, even in the event of material friction.
- the shell wall material also has chemical and biological inertness, especially in Cases in which chemically and/or biologically sensitive applications are carried out within the clean room. In all cases, it must be ensured that no contamination, or at least no relevant contamination, can escape from the side of the envelope wall into the dome-like space enclosed by the envelope wall arrangement.
- a mobile filter-fan unit for producing clean air from the ambient air is provided, the clean room quality of which can be set according to ISO classes 1 to 9 according to DIN ISO/FDIS 14644-1:2015-08.
- the mobile filter-fan unit is connected to the shell wall via a supply line designed as a hollow duct, which is also made of material suitable for clean rooms, and opens into the room at an upper shell wall area in such a way that a clean air flow spirals vertically downwards within the room forms, which flows out of the space near the floor area in a controlled manner.
- the casing wall is also arranged at least in sections at a distance from the base area or, if it lies directly on the base area, has at least one opening in the casing wall or at least one casing wall section with a higher air permeability than in the rest of the casing wall, directly or indirectly adjacent to the base area. through which a controlled outflow of air from the room area into the environment can take place.
- the shell wall is made of a defined air-permeable material in order to be able to ensure in this way that a certain proportion of an air flow forming in the interior of the room can escape radially from the inside through the shell wall to the outside into the environment. Due to the air flow, which is directed, preferably quasi-laminar, in the room Possible airborne contaminations are permanently removed by the membrane-like trained shell wall discharged to the outside. This allows personnel and/or machines to stay inside the shell without having a lasting negative impact on the clean room conditions.
- the overpressure relative to the surroundings is set in the range between 2 and 40 pascals, preferably 15 pascals.
- the internal pressure that forms inside the clean room arrangement is detected by sensors and compared with the current external atmospheric pressure.
- the filter-fan unit is operated with the aid of a correspondingly provided evaluation and control unit in order to ensure a desired pressure difference.
- the filter-fan unit must be operated with a definable, constant clean-air flow rate.
- the shell wall which is preferably designed in one layer, consists of a fabric or film material or of a layered combination of the above materials, all of which are made of materials suitable for use in clean rooms.
- a single-layer design of the wall of the casing allows the wall of the casing to be cleaned and disinfected easily and reliably, which can be carried out manually or by machine.
- the casing wall is in one piece, ie made from a single material.
- the casing wall can be assembled from a large number of individual casing wall webs, which are joined together, for example, by means of a conventional seam or adhesive bond. It is also possible to combine different shell wall materials, all of which meet the requirements of clean room materials according to DIN ISO/FDIS14644-1:2015-08.
- non-transparent materials can be combined in some areas with non-transparent materials, such as see-through films for viewing and daylighting the interior of the clean room arrangement.
- shell wall segments via suitable detachable separating mechanisms within the shell wall, which can be inserted into the shell wall in the form of transparent see-through film segments made of clean room-compatible material, for example by means of a zip or zip fastener.
- Such shell wall segments can also be used for personnel access to the interior of the room and can be designed, for example, in the manner of a shell wall segment that can be actuated with a zipper.
- small-scale Shell wall segments which are designed to be locally separable, serve as local access locks, via which handling of smaller units into or out of the interior of the room is possible.
- the clean room arrangement designed according to the invention provides a dome-like shell wall which is preferably supported or carried by flexibly curved support elements designed like tent poles.
- the flexible tent pole-like support elements run on the outside of the shell wall shaped like a dome wall and are each connected to the shell wall via corresponding material straps.
- At least two flexible support elements designed like tent poles span the dome-like shell wall in a cross position and are supported directly on the ground.
- the tent pole-like support elements are preferably designed to be pluggable from individual segments in order to allow a small pack size for transport.
- the shell wall ends a few centimeters above the floor and encloses a free lower air gap with the floor area, through which the clean air fed into the clean room spanned by the shell wall can exit on all sides.
- the shell wall is connected in one piece or detachably to a base element made of flexible material, which together with the shell wall hermetically encloses an inner clean room volume.
- the floor element is made of a material suitable for clean rooms in accordance with the above DIN regulation.
- the casing wall and/or the base element has one or more specifically defined air outlet openings or provides a defined air-permeable casing wall area near the base area.
- the shell wall As an alternative to the formation of the above-described flexible support struts designed like a tent pole, it is also possible to attach the shell wall to a to fix as central as possible suspension device at a spatial attachment point. For this purpose, it is advantageous to supplement the shell wall with corresponding shaping struts or material reinforcements, so that the result is a dome-like shell shape that is as self-supporting and self-forming as possible.
- the support elements are designed as inflatable, self-supporting support structures which are connected in one piece to the shell wall and each enclose an inner support volume in an airtight manner.
- the inflatable, self-supporting support structures are inflated using the existing, mobile filter-ventilator unit.

Since the clean air is fed into the shell arrangement according to the invention in an uppermost shell wall area, with a tangential horizontal or oblique direction to the horizontally downward inclined air inlet flow direction, a spirally vertically oriented or directed clean air flow forms within the room before the clean air flows through the Floor area provided outlet openings or air-permeable shell wall areas exits into the environment.
- the mobile filter-fan unit has, in a manner known per se, a pressure-tight housing in which a fan and two particulate filters, a so-called pre-filter and a final filter, are mounted.
- the fan sucks through the pre-filter and creates an overpressure inside the housing with which the sucked-in air flows through the final filter.
- Both filters are preferably designed as HEPA filters.
- the pre-filter corresponds to category E10 bis H13 and the final filter of category H14 to U17.
- Another preferred embodiment provides in the area of the clean air flow entering the clean room an air distribution structure made of clean room material, preferably consisting of the same material as the shell wall, through which the clean air flow into the clean room can be individually influenced.
- air distribution structures that convert the inflowing ultrapure air in the uppermost shell wall area into a laminar, directed air flow that spreads vertically downwards within the room.
- the clean room arrangement according to the invention can assume any shape and size and combines the properties of rapid assembly and disassembly and thus any mobility, a low weight and a small pack size, especially since the shell wall can be folded and stowed away separately from the cell rod-like support elements.
- the supply line made of material suitable for clean rooms is connected in one piece to the wall of the casing and can be connected to the mobile filter-fan unit in a detachable and fluid-tight manner.
- figure 1 shows a dome-like design and uninterrupted, comprehensive, tent-like shell wall arrangement 1, which has the shape comparable to a so-called iglo tent and whose tent walls or shell wall 2 consists of a material suitable for clean rooms.
- the shell wall 2 is used by flexible, tent pole-like support elements 3, which span the shell wall 2 in a dome-like manner in a mutual crossover position and whose ends 31 of the support element lie on a floor area 4.
- the casing wall 2 has four lower casing wall delimiting edges 21 which are spaced apart over the base area 4 . In this way, the casing wall edges 21 enclose a ventilation gap 5 with the base area 4 .
- the mobile filter-fan unit 7 is designed to be mobile in the sense of being portable.
- the filter-fan unit 7 has a suspended matter pre-filter 8 , a fan unit 9 and a suspended matter end filter 10 .
- the air outlet area 11 of the mobile filter-fan unit 7 is connected in a fluid-tight manner to a feed line 12 designed as a hollow channel, which feeds openly through the envelope wall 2 into the upper area 2o of the envelope wall arrangement 1 .
- the material from which the shell wall 2 and the feed line 12 designed as a hollow channel are made is made of a material suitable for clean rooms, which is either foil or fabric material.
- the material, which is suitable for clean rooms, is chemically and biologically inert and also has an extremely high abrasion resistance, which means that the material does not release any particles, even under material friction.
- Materials that have such cleanroom-suitable material properties ensure the maintenance of cleanroom conditions of ISO classes 1 to 9 according to DIN ISO/FDIS 14644-1:2015-8, Figure 2a .
- FIG 3 a further exemplary embodiment of the invention for a dome-shaped shell wall arrangement 1 is illustrated, which has a comparable three-dimensional shape to that in figure 1 illustrated embodiment.
- the four side wall surfaces of the casing wall 2 also each have a light-transparent viewing window 13, which is either firmly inserted into the rest of the casing wall 2, for example with the help of a conventional seam or adhesive seam, or is releasably connected to the rest of the casing wall 2, for example with the aid of a zip or zip fastener.
- functional wall elements can also be used, for example in the form of an access door or access lock for people, or for small-scale units.

Description

Fig. 2a ) vorgesehen.
Fig. 2a . - In
- In
Fig. 2a .
