Claims (14)

  1. Procédé de fluotournage, en particulier d'une roue de véhicule,
    dans lequel une pièce (5) est amenée en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation (13) au moyen d'une broche (12) et au moins un rouleau extérieur (20) est rapproché d'un côté extérieur de la pièce (5) au moyen d'un support extérieur,
    dans lequel une zone enveloppante (7) de la pièce (5) s'étendant de manière axiale est façonnée moyennant un amincissement de matériau,
    - dans lequel au moins un rouleau intérieur (30) est rapproché d'un côté intérieur de la pièce (5) au moyen d'un support intérieur (40), lequel peut être déplacé indépendamment du support extérieur de manière axiale et de manière radiale par rapport à l'axe de rotation (13),
    - au moins un rouleau extérieur (20) est rapproché, lequel est monté de manière à pouvoir tourner au niveau d'un support extérieur, et
    - une fente de façonnage est formée entre le rouleau extérieur (20) et un rouleau intérieur (30) associé,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le support intérieur (40) avec le rouleau intérieur (30) et le support extérieur avec le rouleau extérieur (20) sont déplacés individuellement l'un par rapport à l'autre de manière radiale et de manière axiale lors du façonnage de la zone enveloppante (7) au moyen d'une commande CNC, dans lequel un profil d'épaisseur de paroi défini avec différentes épaisseurs de paroi entre l'au moins un rouleau extérieur (20) et l'au moins un rouleau intérieur (30) est formé au niveau de la zone enveloppante (7).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce
    que l'au moins un rouleau intérieur (30) et/ou l'au moins un rouleau extérieur (20) sont placés selon un angle par rapport à l'axe de rotation (13).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la pièce (5) est enserrée au niveau de la broche (12), dans lequel un espace libre subsiste dans une zone centrale radialement à l'intérieur de la zone enveloppante (7).
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'un serrage de la pièce (5) est effectué au niveau d'une zone partielle de la périphérie extérieure.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la pièce (5) est pourvue avant le fluotournage d'un système d'aide au serrage et/ou au centrage.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le système d'aide au serrage et/ou au centrage est retiré de la pièce (5) après le fluotournage.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'est prévu un système de serrage intérieur (14), par lequel une zone de moyeu (6) de la pièce (5) est recouverte.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce
    que la zone enveloppante (7) est réalisée en tant qu'une base de jante d'une roue de véhicule avec au moins un bourrelet (8), lequel est formé en tant qu'un épaississement dans le profil d'épaisseur de paroi.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce
    que le rouleau intérieur (30) et le rouleau extérieur (20) sont déplacés simultanément de manière relative l'un par rapport à l'autre dans une direction radiale et dans une direction axiale pour former un bourrelet (8) et/ou une zone de corne.
  10. Dispositif de fluotournage selon un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, avec
    - une broche (12), laquelle peut être entraînée en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation (13) par l'intermédiaire d'un entraînement et est réalisée pour maintenir une pièce (5),
    - au moins un rouleau extérieur (20), lequel est monté de manière à pouvoir tourner au niveau d'un support extérieur, lequel peut être déplacé axialement et radialement de manière relative par rapport à l'axe de rotation (13) pour être rapproché de la pièce (5),
    - au moins un rouleau intérieur (30), lequel peut être rapproché d'un côté intérieur de la pièce (5) en vis-à-vis par rapport au rouleau extérieur (20), et
    - l'au moins un rouleau intérieur (30) étant monté de manière à pouvoir tourner au niveau d'un support intérieur (40), lequel est monté de manière à pouvoir être déplacé axialement et radialement par rapport à l'axe de rotation (13) indépendamment du support extérieur,
    - une commande CNC pour déplacer l'au moins un support intérieur (40) avec le rouleau intérieur (30) et l'au moins un support extérieur avec le rouleau extérieur (20),
    caractérisé en ce
    que la commande CNC est réalisée pour déplacer individuellement l'au moins un support intérieur (40) avec le rouleau intérieur (30) et l'au moins un support extérieur avec le rouleau extérieur (20) lors du fluotournage d'une pièce (5), en particulier d'une roue de véhicule, selon un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel l'au moins un rouleau intérieur (30) et l'au moins un rouleau extérieur (20) associé peuvent être déplacés radialement et axialement l'un par rapport à l'autre lors du façonnage de la zone enveloppante (7).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce
    que plusieurs rouleaux intérieurs (30) et rouleaux extérieurs (20) sont prévus, dans lequel chaque rouleau intérieur (30) est associé à un rouleau extérieur (20).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'un système de serrage (14) servant à serrer la pièce (5) est disposé au niveau de la broche (12), dans lequel un espace libre subsiste dans une zone centrale radialement à l'intérieur de la zone enveloppante (7) de la pièce (5).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'est prévu un système de commande avec une mémoire de données, dans laquelle des jeux de données pour déplacer le rouleau intérieur (30) et le rouleau extérieur (20) sont enregistrés pour différentes formes de pièce.
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'au moins un des rouleaux (20, 30) est pourvu d'un entraînement auxiliaire servant à entraîner en rotation le rouleau (20, 30).
