Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de ligature pour parties du corps, comportant une bande de ligature (10) pouvant être placée autour d'une partie du corps et un système de fermeture (2) au moyen duquel la bande de ligature (10), dans son état tendu, placée autour d'une partie du corps, peut être verrouillée dans une boucle de tension, la bande de ligature (10) étant munie d'un moyen de pression (30) épaissi qui est fixé sur la bande de ligature (10) ou intégré dans celle-ci,
    caractérisé en ce que le système de fermeture (2) comporte au moins deux unités de fermeture différentes (20, 21) constituées de deux parties de fermeture (200, 201 ; 210, 211) coopérant entre elles par fermeture, une première unité de fermeture (20) présentant une première partie de fermeture (200) avec des boucles et une seconde partie de fermeture (201) avec des éléments à crochets, lesquels sont conçus pour s'accrocher aux boucles, et en ce qu'une seconde unité de fermeture (21) présente une autre première partie de fermeture (210) comportant un élément adhésif, une autre seconde partie de fermeture (211) étant formée par une partie de bande.
  2. Dispositif de ligature selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de ligature (10) est constituée d'un matériau duveteux, résistant à la déchirure, à haute résistance à la traction.
  3. Dispositif de ligature selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de pression (30) est disposé dans la région d'une unité de fermeture (20, 21).
  4. Dispositif de ligature selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de pression (30) est disposé de manière à être tourné vers une partie du corps à affecter dans une région de section transversale de la bande de ligature (10) opposée à une partie de fermeture.
  5. Dispositif de ligature selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de pression (30) est fixé à la bande de ligature (10), par exemple par une liaison de soudure ou une liaison adhésive, est fixé de manière amovible au moyen d'une liaison auto-agrippante ou d'une liaison adhésive ou est intégré dans la bande de ligature (10).
  6. Dispositif de ligature selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande de ligature (10) est constituée d'un matériau non tissé, d'un feutre, d'un matériau de type papier, d'un matériau de viscose ou d'un matériau en bande tissé.
  7. Dispositif de ligature selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la seconde unité de fermeture (21) est éloignée d'au moins 5 cm de la première unité de fermeture (20) dans la direction d'une extrémité de boucle d'une boucle à placer.
