Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Drucken von zertifizierten Identifizierungselementen auf einer Bahn, wobei die genannten Identifizierungselemente alle unterschiedlich sind und von einer Rechnereinheit willkürlich erzeugt werden, wobei das genannte Verfahren Folgendes umfasst:
    • das Drucken von dem Satz der genannten erzeugten Identifizierungselemente (2) in Reihe auf der Bahn (1) unter der Kontrolle einer Verarbeitungseinheit (10),
    gekennzeichnet durch:
    • das Bereitstellen einer Verarbeitungseinheit (10), welche eine Kopie der Reihe von Identifizierungselementen (2), welche auf der Bahn (1) gedruckt worden sind, in einem Register von gedruckten Identifikatoren (12), einschließlich der Druckreihenfolge, speichert;
    • das Detektieren, durch eine Inspektionsvorrichtung (20), in der gedruckten Bahn eines fehlerhaften Bahnsegment, welches einen Fehler ausgewählt aus:
    ∘ einem Fehler beim Druckvorgang von Identifizierungselementen;
    ∘ einem Fehler bei der Position oder dem Zustand der Bahn, einschließlich Risse darin;
    ∘ einem Fehler in einem früheren Druck der Bahn;
    einschließt,
    wobei, als Reaktion auf die genannte Detektion eines fehlerhaften Bahnsegments:
    • benachbarte Identifizierungselemente identifiziert werden, welche dem fehlerhaften Bahnsegment benachbart sind, und die genannten benachbarten Identifizierungselemente der Verarbeitungseinheit (10) übermittelt werden;
    • die Verarbeitungseinheit (10) alle Identifizierungselemente (2), welche zwischen den benachbarten Identifizierungselementen umfasst sind, aus dem Register von gedruckten Identifikatoren (12) beseitigt; und
    • das fehlerhafte Bahnsegment verworfen wird und die Bahn wiederhergestellt wird, um den Druck fortzuführen;
    so dass das Register von gedruckten Identifikatoren (12) alle Identifizierungselemente (2) enthält, welche auf der fehlerfreien Bahn gedruckt sind, unter Gewährleistung des zertifizierten Zustands derselben.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Identifizierungselemente (2) alle von der Rechnereinheit erzeugt werden bevor der Druckvorgang beginnt und in einem Register (11) von zu druckenden Identifikatoren, welches für die Verarbeitungseinheit (10) zugänglich ist, gespeichert werden, und von welchen die zu druckenden Identifikatoren allmählich beseitigt werden, nachdem sie gedruckt wurden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Identifizierungselemente (2), welche aus dem Register von gedruckten Identifikatoren (12) beseitigt wurden, als sie auf einem fehlerhaften Bahnsegment gedruckt wurden, wieder in das Register (11) von zu druckenden Identifikatoren zum nachträglichen Drucken eingetragen werden, wodurch gewährleistet wird, dass das Register von gedruckten Identifikatoren (12) den Satz von allen erzeugten Identifizierungselementen (2) einschließt, wenn das Drucken beendet wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die benachbarten Identifizierungselemente des fehlerhaften Bahnsegments das zuletzt richtig gedruckte Identifizierungselement (2) vor dem Anfang des fehlerhaften Bahnsegments und das zuerst richtig gedruckte Identifizierungselement (2) nach dem Ende des fehlerhaften Bahnsegments, in der Vorwärtsbewegungsrichtung der Bahn (1), sind.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die benachbarten Identifizierungselemente des fehlerhaften Bahnsegments das erste und das letzte auf dem fehlerhaften Bahnsegment gedruckte Identifizierungselement (2), in der Vorwärtsbewegungsrichtung der Bahn (1), sind, und alle Identifizierungselemente (2), welche zwischen den benachbarten Identifizierungselementen umfasst sind, einschließlich der genannten benachbarten Identifizierungselemente, aus dem Register (12) von gedruckten Identifikatoren beseitigt werden.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verarbeitungseinheit (10) die benachbarten Identifizierungselemente basierend auf dem Zeitpunkt, in dem die Inspektionsvorrichtung (20) einen Fehler detektiert, folgert.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Identifizierungselemente (2) numerische Codes, alphabetische Codes, alphanumerische Codes, Barcodes oder QR-Codes sind.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Bahn (1) mit richtig gedruckten Identifizierungselementen (2) in einer Wickeleinheit gewickelt wird, unter Erzeugung mehrerer Spulen von gedruckter Bahn, und wobei das Register (12) von gedruckten Identifikatoren auch, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Register von Identifizierungselementen (2), die Teilsätze von Identifizierungselementen (2) speichert, welche in jeder einzelnen Spule von gedruckter Bahn enthalten sind.
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei jede genannte einzelne Spule eine Identifizierungskennzeichnung bekommt, welche mit einem Teilsatz von Identifizierungselementen (2) aus dem Register (12) von gedruckten Identifikatoren assoziiert ist.
  10. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Identifizierungselemente mittels einer Laserdruckeinheit (30) gedruckt werden.
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Laserdruckeinheit (30) mit der Verarbeitungseinheit (10) verbunden ist und sie der Letzteren die gedruckten Identifizierungselemente (2) übermittelt, während sie diejenige auf der Bahn (1) druckt.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Inspektionsvorrichtung (20) eine Bilderfassungseinheit ist, welche mindestens den Bereich der Bahn analysiert, in welchem die Identifizierungselemente (2) gedruckt worden sind, und wobei die Verarbeitungseinheit (10) die erfassten Bilder analysiert, um ein fehlerhaftes Bahnsegment zu identifizieren.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Bilderfassungseinheit stroboskopische Bilder erfasst, welche mit dem die gedruckten Identifizierungselemente (2) enthaltenden Bereich übereinstimmen, in Abstimmung mit der Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit der Bahn (1).
