Claims (11)

  1. Abstützvorrichtung (5) zum Wiederaufgleisen eines Fahrzeugs (T) mit mehreren Modulen (A, B, C, D, E), die dazu bestimmt sind, auf Schienen (R) geführt zu werden, welche sich entlang einer Längsachse (X) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    - ein Stützteil (6), das dafür ausgelegt ist, einen Teil eines Moduls des Fahrzeugs direkt oder indirekt abzustützen, wenn dieses entgleist ist,
    - zwei Kugelgelenkabschnitte (7, 8), die zwischen sich eine Kugelgelenkverbindung um die Achse X definieren, wobei der obere Kugelgelenkabschnitt (7) an das Stützteil angeformt oder an diesem befestigt ist;
    - einen Gleitschuh (10), der an den unteren Kugelgelenkabschnitt (8) angeformt oder mit diesem wenigstens für eine Translationsbewegung orthogonal zur Achse X verbunden ist,
    - ein Unterteil (11), das an dem Gleitschuh (10) eben anliegt und dafür ausgelegt ist, direkt oder indirekt mit dem Boden in der Nähe der Schienen, auf welche das Fahrzeug wieder aufgegleist werden soll, in Kontakt zu stehen,
    wobei in dieser Abstützvorrichtung der Reibungskoeffizient zwischen dem Stützteil und dem Teil des Moduls des Fahrzeugs so bestimmt ist, dass er größer als derjenige zwischen den zwei Kugelgelenkabschnitten ist, der seinerseits größer als derjenige zwischen dem Gleitschuh und dem Unterteil ist.
  2. Abstützvorrichtung (5) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Stützteil und/oder die zwei Kugelgelenkabschnitte aus Aluminium bestehen.
  3. Abstützvorrichtung (5) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Gleitschuh aus Nylon besteht, das gegebenenfalls mit Schmierfett bedeckt ist.
  4. Abstützvorrichtung (5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Unterteil aus Stahl besteht.
  5. Abstützvorrichtung (5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, welche eine kreisförmige allgemeine Form aufweist.
  6. Abstützvorrichtung (5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Gleitschuh ein massives Teil mit einer quaderförmigen allgemeinen Form ist.
  7. Abstützvorrichtung (5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die zwei Kugelgelenkabschnitte (7, 8) mittels eines zentralen Achsbolzens (9) miteinander verbunden sind.
  8. Abstützvorrichtung (5) nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Spiel zwischen dem Schaft (90) des Bolzens (9) und den Bohrungen (70, 80) der zwei Kugelgelenkabschnitte (7, 8), in welchen er so angebracht ist, dass er sie durchquert, so bestimmt ist, dass es einen Schwenkwinkel zwischen 1,5 und 4° zwischen den zwei Kugelgelenkabschnitten um die Achse X ermöglicht.
  9. Abstützvorrichtung (5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Gleitschuh (10) mit dem unteren Kugelgelenkabschnitt (8) mittels eines Verbindungsteils (12) in Translation verbunden ist, das an dem unteren Kugelgelenkabschnitt befestigt ist, insbesondere mittels mehrerer Schrauben (13), und von dem ein Teil einen Zentrierstift (120) bildet, der in einer Bohrung (100) des Gleitschuhs angebracht ist.
  10. Abstützvorrichtung (5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Stützteil (6) in dem oberen Kugelgelenkabschnitt (7) mittels mehrerer Schrauben (14) befestigt ist.
  11. Verfahren zum Wiederaufgleisen eines Fahrzeugs (T) mit mehreren Modulen (A, B, C, D, E), die dazu bestimmt sind, auf Schienen (R) geführt zu werden, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - ein Heben wenigstens eines Teils eines Moduls des Fahrzeugs, so dass ein Drehgestell eines Moduls vom Boden abgehoben ist;
    - Anbringung der Abstützvorrichtung (5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, derart, dass das Drehgestell des Moduls durch das Stützteil der Abstützvorrichtung, die das Modul abstützt, in einem Abstand vom Boden gehalten wird;
    - Heben und Verschieben, quer zur Längsachse, wenigstens eines Moduls, von dem das oder die Drehgestelle durch die Abstützvorrichtung(en) für das gehobene Fahrzeug vom Boden abgehoben gehalten werden, um so das Model wenigstens den Schienen zu nähern.
