Description

The invention relates to a modular structural panel intended to constitute, with the same modular structural panels and complementary panels, to form the end or corner parts, the outer walls of a building or the internal partitions of a building. building.

Structural building panels are known which have facade panels and horizontal cross members connecting the facade panels between them, which can be nested in each other in order to construct, for example, a wall.

In order to achieve the casing, the horizontal crosspieces project from the lateral edges of the facade panels at one of their ends and are of such a dimension that the ends projecting from the lateral edges can fit into the other ends. horizontal cross members of the next structural panel to form the wall.

These panels may have problems of compressive strength, especially when they have to withstand the high weight of an element of the construction, for example the roof.

FR 492 508 A describes a modular structural panel intended to form part of an inner or outer wall of a building, said structural panel comprising two facade panels parallel to each other, the two front panels being connected by at least one first spacer extending according to a first direction of the structural panel and a set of second spacers extending in a second direction, perpendicular to the first direction.

The invention relates to a modular structural panel intended to be part of an inner or outer wall of a building, said structural panel comprising two facade panels parallel to each other, the two facade panels being connected by at least one first spacer extending in a first direction of the structural panel and by a set of second spacers extending in a second direction, perpendicular to the first direction, characterized in that said second spacers project from an edge of said structural panel; a distance D and said at least one first spacer extends back from the opposite edge of said structural panel by a distance D 'at least equal to the distance D, to allow the interlocking of the protruding parts in the intermediate space between this first spacer and its adjacent edge of an adjacent panel in the building.

The modular structural panel according to the present invention may comprise a single first spacer, which forms a vertical upright of said structural panel in mounting position and is located at a distance D from the nearest edge of said structural panel, the set of second spacers being horizontal crosspieces abutting against the vertical post in the mounting position.

The spacers can be assembled to the two facade panels by co-operating ribs / grooves formed in the opposite edges of said spacers with grooves / ribs formed in the internal faces facing the two facade panels, in particular by co-operating ribs formed in the opposite songs said spacers with grooves formed in the internal faces facing the two facade panels.

The assembly of the spacers and the two facade panels may be a tenon / mortise type assembly, in particular a dovetail assembly.

In a particular embodiment, the spacers may be solid elements, the second spacers may be constituted by two lateral bands whose outer longitudinal faces are adapted to be fixed against the inner faces facing the facade elements.

In a second particular embodiment, the spacers may each be constituted by two lateral rods whose outer longitudinal faces are able to be fixed against the internal faces facing the facade elements and which can be joined by at least one connecting element. perpendicular to said rods and advantageously adjustable in length to allow adjusting the spacing of the two facade panels.

The connecting elements may be inverted screw screws allowing, in the same movement, to separate or bring closer the two facade panels.

The or each first spacer may be intended to constitute a vertical upright of the panel in the mounting position, and the second spacers each constitute a horizontal crossbar in the mounting position, each crossbeam being constituted by two lateral rods whose outer longitudinal faces are intended to be applied and fixed against the inner faces facing the facade elements and which comprise, along their inner longitudinal faces, indentations allowing the installation of cleats type elements.

The facade panels may present along their edges recesses allowing a rabbet-type interlocking said panel with a neighboring panel in the building having a rebate of complementary shape.

The facade panels may be constituted by a succession of at least two battens, in particular interlocking with one another by a rabbet type interlocking.

A facade panel intended to be placed outdoors in the mounting position may have an extension directed downwards in the mounting position.

The modular structural panel according to the present invention can enclose an insulating material in at least one inner region thereof between the struts.

The facade panels may be of wood, the wood grain being advantageously arranged to stand vertically in the mounting position of the vertical facade panels.

With such a layout of the wood grain the recovery of the structural load slopes by the facade panels is significantly improved due to the verticality of the wood grain.

If we refer to Figures 1 to 4 it can be seen that a structural panel 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention has been shown. The panel 1 is intended to form part of an exterior wall of a building or to form part of an interior wall or an interior partition of a building.

Panel 1 will be described with reference to its vertical mounting position.

In the case where the panel 1 is intended to be part of an outer wall of building, one will be the outer panel, and the other, the inner panel. In the example shown, the panel 3 is intended to constitute the outer panel (see Figure 4 ) and has a downward extension 3a formed by a notch 3b made along the lower horizontal edge of the panel 3.

Each panel 2 or 3 is composed of three slats respectively 2A, 2B, 2C and 3A, 3B, 3C. Each of these slats has, along a vertical edge, a first rebate 4, and along the opposite vertical edge, a second rabbet 5 at a reentrant angle turned away from that which constitutes the first rabbet 4.

A batten is assembled to the neighboring batten by an interlocking of their vertical edges opposite, nesting made possible by the rabbets respectively 4 and 5 of each of the two slats. The neighboring panels of the panel 1 - one of them (panel 1 ') having been represented in dashed lines on the Figure 3 - Will assemble to the panel 1 in the same way by nesting vertical edges facing their end slats.

The horizontal crosspieces 6A, 6B, 6C and 6D are arranged equidistant from one another, the crossmember 6A being arranged in the vicinity of the lower horizontal edges of the slats 2A, 2B, 2C and 3A, 3B, 3C, and the 6D cross member being arranged in the same manner in the vicinity of the upper horizontal edges of said slats, and the cross members 6 B and 6C being located between the two previous cross members so that the sleepers are equidistant from each other.

Each horizontal crossbar 6A, 6B, 6C and 6D is extended along each of its two opposite edges by a tenon widening from the base to the end as a swallow tail for making an assembly said " dovetail "with panels 2 and 3 which have corresponding horizontal grooves 9.

In the same way, the upright 7 is extended along its two vertical edges by a post 10 widening from the base to the end as a swallow tail to make an assembly called "tail". dovetail with panels 2 and 3 which have vertical grooves 11 of corresponding shape.

In fact, these grooves 11 are made in the center of the slat 2C and the slat 3C in the example shown. The sleepers 6A, 6B, 6C and 6D abut against the upright 7 and protrude from the edges of the panels 2 and 3, ie edges of the slats 2A and 3A in the example shown, by a distance D equal to distance between the wall 7a of the upright 7 facing away from the cross members 6A, 6B, 6C and 6D and the outer edge of the slats 2C and 3C.

To ensure a better seal of a structure manufactured using the panels 1, it is practiced at each rabbet 4 and 5, grooves R along the entire length of the panel. These grooves R have a semicircular profile and when the interlocking of each slat in one another the grooves made on the rabbets 4 and those made on the rabbets 5 face each other so that the grooves R form a groove. space of substantially cylindrical shape in which we can come to insert a seal (not shown). The seal is typically a flexible seal, for example silicone
Each slat of the respective panels as well as the crosspieces and the amount will be made of wood. Ideally, the slats will be made in such a way that the wood grain of these will be parallel to the edge longitudinal panels. By doing so, the panels can better resume, in the assembly position, the vertical loads associated with a load supported by the panels, such as that caused by roofing elements.

On the Figure 3a there is shown a variant of the connection between two successive panels 3A and 3B, the rabbet 4 having a chamfer 4a of reservation for the seal and the outer edge of the panel 3B having a notch 5a to give a non-joined appearance when this is desired .

Sur les Figures 5 et 6, on peut voir que les traverses sont limitées chacune à deux bandes latérales respectivement 6A1, 6A2 ; 6B1, 6B2 ; 6C1, 6C2 ; et 6D1, 6D2.On the Figures 5 and 6 it can be seen that the crosspieces are each limited to two lateral bands respectively 6A1, 6A2; 6B1, 6B2; 6C1, 6C2; and 6D1, 6D2.

If we refer to the Figure 7 there is shown a building B whose walls were constructed using a set of panels 1 according to the first embodiment.

Building B has a door opening P and a window opening F. The building rests on a slab such as a concrete slab. In order to assemble the walls, a slab LB is placed on the slab, such as a low wooden slab on which the panels 1 can rest. This low slab LB is fixed on the concrete slab, for example by screwing. Once the assembly of the panels assembled to each other on the low rail, it is then posed a LC chaining bar on all panels 1 at the top thereof. This LC chainstay is the building's belt.

There were wrenchings on the Figure 7 , in order to show panels 1. On these cuts, one can see crossbars 6B and 6C as well as uprights 7.

If we refer to Figures 8 and 9 , we can see that we have shown, in Figure 8 , a horizontal sectional view through the walls of Building B, and Figure 9 , a perspective view with cutouts of the angle which is shown in section on the Figure 8 and which is at the top right of it. We will describe below the mounting of the corners of this building from these two figures.

On the Figure 8 , the angles of the building B are each made from two corner elements. The top left corner on the Figure 8 has two elements 12 and 13. The element 12 and the element 13 are each configured to receive respectively a panel 1 on the side of the projecting crosspieces.

L'élément 13 possède également une latte interne 16.The element 12 consists of two outer slats 14 and 15 arranged at 90 ° to one another, the edges of the two outer slats 14 and 15 being beveled for the formation of the angle. On each respective edge of the slats 14 and 15 forming the angle, there is a groove R semicircular profile along the entire length of the slats 14 and 15. Once the angle mounted, the grooves R form a space of substantially cylindrical shape in which we can come to insert a seal (not shown). The element 13 also has an internal batten 16.

The outer lath 15 has, along the vertical edge opposite the bevelled edge and intended to receive the panel 1, a rabbet 17 configured to receive the corresponding rebate 4 of the panel 1. The rabbet 17 has along its length a profile groove R in Semi circle. In the same way, the inner lath also has a rabbet 18, configured to receive the corresponding rebate 4 of the panel 1. The rabbet 18 has along its length a groove R of semicircular profile. Thus, when the panel 1 is assembled to the corner element 12, the grooves R on the rabbets 4 of the panel 1 and the grooves R on the respective rabbets 17 and 18 will form a respective space of substantially cylindrical shape in which we can come insert a gasket.

The outer lath 15 and the inner lath 16 are assembled by a post 19. The post 19 is extended along its two vertical edges by a post 20 widening from the base to the end like a swallow's tail to make a so-called "dovetail" assembly with the slats 15 and 16 which have vertical grooves respectively 21 and 22 of corresponding shape.

La cornière est fixée par vissage aux lattes externes 14 et 15.The element 12 has, over its entire length, an angle 23 disposed along the angle formed by the inner faces 14a and 15a of the inner lath 14 and the inner lath 15 respectively. The angle is fixed by screwing to the external laths 14 and 15.

A corner post 24 is inserted into the cavity formed by the upright 19 and the slats 14, 15 and 16. The corner post 24 is fixed to the outer batten 14 by screwing. The corner post 24 and the post are screwed to each other by a plurality of screws.

A bracket 25 makes it possible to fix the element 12 to the low rail LB. This fixing is done by screwing the bracket 25 in the upright 19 and in the low rail LB.

Each slat of the corner element 12 and the upright 19 and the corner post 24 will be made of wood. In the same way as for the slats of the panels, the slats of the corner element will be made in such a way that the wood grain will be vertical in the mounting position.

The element 13 consists of an outer lath 26 and an inner lath 27. The outer lath 26 has along the vertical edge intended to receive a panel 1, a rabbet 28 corresponding to the rabbet 4 of the panel 1. The rebate 28 has along its length a groove R of semicircular profile. In the same way, the inner lath 27 also has a rebate 29, configured to receive the corresponding rebate 4 of the panel 1. The rabbet 29 has along its length a groove R of semicircular profile. When the panel 1 is assembled to the corner element 13, the grooves R on the rabbets 4 of the panel 1 and the grooves R on the respective rabbets 28 and 29 will form a respective space of substantially cylindrical shape into which we can come to insert a seal.

The outer lath 26 and the inner lath 27 are assembled by a post 30. The post 30 extends along its two vertical edges by a post 31 widening from the base to the end as a swallow's tail allowing a so-called "dovetail" assembly with the slats 26 and 27 which comprise vertical grooves respectively 32 and 33 of corresponding shape.

Le chant opposé au chant ayant la feuillure 29 de la latte interne 27 est aligné avec le bord longitudinal du montant 30.The edge opposite the edge with the rebate 29 of the inner batten 27 is aligned with the longitudinal edge of the upright 30.

Each slat of the corner element 13 and the amount 30 will be made of wood. In the same way as before for the slats of the panels and the element angle 12, the wood grain of the slats will be vertical in the assembly position.

The element 13 is assembled to the element 12, the upright 30 of the element 13 abutting against the inner lath 16 of the element 12. The outer lath 14 of the element 13 has along its opposite edge at the bevelled edge, a rebate 34. The outer batten 26 of the element 13 has on its edge opposite to the edge which receives the panel 1, a recessed angle rebate 35 opposite that of the rabbet 34 so that the outer batten 14 and the outer batten 26 can fit. In the same way as for the interlocking of the slats of a panel according to the invention, the rabbets 34 and 35 each have a groove R along their entire length and which form a space of substantially cylindrical shape when the elements 12 and 13 are assembled and that the grooves R face each other. The space thus created may contain a seal.

De même le poteau d'angle 24 de l'élément 12 sera vissé aux lattes 14 et 26 des éléments respectifs 12 et 13.The element 12 and the element 13 are assembled by screwing the upright 30 of the element 13 to the inner batten 16 of the element 12 by a plurality of screws. Similarly, the corner post 24 of the element 12 will be screwed to the slats 14 and 26 of the respective elements 12 and 13.

A bracket 36 makes it possible to fix the element 13 to the low rail LB. This fixing is done by screwing the bracket 36 in the upright 30 and in the low rail LB.

In order to be able to construct angles from wood slats of constant dimensions, and for aesthetic reasons of length of corner elements, the other corner elements will be slightly different. The common elements of the angles will not be described again and retain the same reference numbers.

The angles in the right part on the Figure 8 have two corner elements 12 'and 13'. The element 12 'is configured to receive a panel 1 on the upright side and the element 13' is configured to receive a panel 1 on the side of the projecting crosspieces.

In practice, the differences between the elements 12 and 12 'reside in the angle of the rabbets. Thus the element 12 'has slats 14', 15 'and 16' which have rebates 17 ', 18' and 34 'whose reentrant angle is inverted with respect to the respective rabbets 17, 18 and 34 of the element This allows the element 12 'to receive a panel 1 on the rising side.

In the same way, the element 13 'has slats 26' and 27 'which have rebates 28', 29 'and 35' whose reentrant angle is inverted with respect to the respective rabbets 28, 29 and 34 of the element 13. Thus the element 13 'can receive a panel 1 on the side of the projecting crosspieces.

The bottom left corner of the Figure 8 has an angle element 13 identical to the angle at the top left configured to receive a panel 1 on the side of the projecting crosspieces. By cons, this angle has an element 12 '' configured to receive a panel 1 on the up side and assemble to an element 13. Thus the element 12 '' has slats 15 'and 16' identical to the right-hand angles and a latte 14 identical to the upper left corner.

The mountings of each corner are identical, only the angles of the rabbets of the corner portions can vary from one angle to another.

In order to be able to assemble the building, the low slab LB, which fixes the structure of the building, is fixed on the concrete slab. Then we start by arranging the first corner elements 12 and 13 in a first angle. It will then be easy to fit the panels 1 into each other to form the walls of the building.

On the Figure 8a it can be seen that a variant of the Figure 8 , according to which a corner post P angle represents the combination of parts 12, 14, 16, 19 and 24 of the Figure 8 , and an internal pole P int is placed in the space between the parts P angle , 26 and 30.

If we refer to Figures 10 to 13 it can be seen that a second embodiment of a modular structural panel 100 according to the present invention has been shown. It will be described that the elements of this second embodiment which differ from those of the first embodiment, the common elements retaining the same reference numerals.

The sleepers 6A, 6B, 6C and 6D are replaced by crosspieces 106A, 106B, 106C and 106D which each consist of two lateral rods 137 interconnected by a connecting element 138.

Each of the lateral rods 137 externally has the stud portion 8 intended to cooperate with a groove 9 of the inner faces of the panels 2 and 3.

The connecting element 138 is disposed near the edge of the panel 100 from which the crosspieces 106A to 106D protrude. It consists of a screw with two inverted screw steps 138a, 138b (see Figure 12 ), each fixed at its end to a rod 137 of the associated cross member, a maneuvering of the central portion 138c allowing adjustment of the spacing of the two rods 137 of the associated cross member, and thereby the two panels 2 and 3 .

The amount 7 is replaced by the amount 107 which is constituted by two lateral rods 139 interconnected by connecting elements 140.

Each of the rods 139 externally has the tenon portion 10 intended to cooperate with the groove portion 11 of the inner faces of the two panels 2 and 3.

The connecting elements 140 are four in number and evenly distributed over the entire height of the panel 100 seen in its mounting position. Each connecting element consists of a screw with two inverted screw pitches 140a, 140b (see FIG. Figure 12 ), each fixed at its end to a rod 139 of the upright 107, a maneuver of the central portion 140c, allowing adjustment of the spacing of the two rods 139 and thereby the two panels 2 and 3.

In the same way as for the panel 1, the various elements constituting the panel 100, such as connecting rods 137 and 139 as well as the screws 138 and 140 will be made of wood.

If we refer to the Figure 14 there is shown a building B 'whose walls have been constructed using a set of panels 100 according to the second embodiment.

On the cutaways represented on the Figure 14 the position of different crosspieces 106B, 106C and 106D as well as uprights 107 can be seen. For the sake of convenience, the connecting screws 138 and 140 are shown without their threads.

If we refer to Figure 15 , there is shown a horizontal sectional view through the walls of building B 'of the Figure 12 . The corner elements which are identical to those described for the first embodiment will not be described again.

If we refer to Figures 16 and 17 there is shown a third embodiment of a modular structural panel 200 according to the present invention. It will be described that the elements of this third embodiment which differ from those of the first and second embodiments, the common elements retaining the same reference numerals.

The crosspieces 106A, 106B, 106C and 106D are replaced by crosspieces 206A, 206B, 206C and 206D which are each constituted by two lateral rods 237 interconnected by a connecting element 238 of cleat type.

Each of the lateral rods 237 externally has the stud portion 8 intended to cooperate with a groove 9 of the inner faces of the panels 2 and 3.

The connecting element 238 is disposed in the vicinity of the edge of the panel 200 from which the crosspieces 206A to 206D project. Each side shank has a groove 241 which is formed on only a portion of said shank in the upper portion of the shank. The groove 241 is formed on the opposite side to the side on which is the tenon 8. Each connecting element 238 has at each of its ends a pin 242 adapted to cooperate with a groove 241. The pins 242 are inserted into the corresponding grooves of each opposing lateral rod and abut against the bottom of each groove. Each groove 241 and each stud 242 form a dovetail type connection assembly.

The amount 107 is replaced by the amount 207 which is constituted by two lateral rods 239 interconnected by connecting elements 240 of cleat type. Each of the rods 239 externally presents the part tenon for cooperating with the groove portion 11 of the inner faces of the two panels 2 and 3.

The connecting elements 240 are four in number and regularly distributed over the entire height of the panel 200 seen in its mounting position. Each lateral rod has four notches 243. These notches are narrowing from their base to their summit which opens into the internal space of the panels between the faces 2 and 3. The notches 243 are not made on the entire thickness of the lateral rod 239 to which they belong. Each connecting element 240 has at each of its ends a pin 244 adapted to cooperate with the notches 243 of each lateral rod 239. Each pin will be inserted into the slots and will abut against the bottom thereof. Each notch 243 and each stud 244 form a dovetail type connection assembly. The outer face of the connecting elements 240 is flush with the outer face of the rods 239 on the end which will receive the projecting crosspieces of the next panel during assembly thereof.

In the same way as for the panels 1 and 100, the elements of the panels 200, such as the rods 237 and 239 and the connecting elements 238 and 240 are made of wood.
