Since the gasket 78 is not permitted to deflate naturally, one is sure that it does not rub against the panel 10.

Claims (4)

  1. Navire comprenant
    - une coque et
    - une fenêtre ou une porte vitrée montée à l'intérieur d'une travée de la coque pour fermer la paroi extérieure d'une cabine,
    dans lequel la fenêtre ou la porte vitrée comprend
    un cadre périphérique (30) pouvant être monté dans la travée,
    un premier panneau fixe (20), solidaire du cadre, pour arrêter la partie inférieure de
    la travée,
    un deuxième panneau (10) monté sur le cadre et coulissant verticalement parallèlement (Y) au premier panneau jusqu'à une position dans laquelle il s'arrête au sommet de la travée,
    des moyens pour joindre deux surfaces qui sont comprises respectivement dans le deuxième panneau (10) et le cadre (30) et qui se font face dans cette position, de sorte que le deuxième panneau et le cadre adhèrent l'un à l'autre de manière hermétiquement fermée,
    dans lequel lesdits moyens comprennent un mécanisme de déplacement du second panneau selon deux axes perpendiculaires, rapprochant ainsi horizontalement le second panneau du cadre selon une direction orthogonale à celle du glissement relatif, de manière à faire adhérer hermétiquement les deux panneaux l'un à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'un joint d'étanchéité souple inséré entre eux.
  2. Navire selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier panneau et le second panneau de la fenêtre ou de la porte vitrée ont une largeur qui est sub stantiellement égale à la largeur du cadre.
  3. Navire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la fenêtre ou la porte en verre comprend des capteurs de présence ou de proximité conçus pour détecter la présence
    d'un corps étranger le long ou au-dessus du bord supérieur du premier panneau, et/ou
    d'un corps étranger le long ou au-dessous du bord inférieur du montant horizontal supérieur.
  4. Navire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la fenêtre ou la porte vitrée comporte un capteur ampérométrique capable de détecter une augmentation du courant dans le moteur en cas de fermeture du panneau mobile contre un obstacle.
