Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a work station of a textile machine, in particular a spinning station of a spinning machine, with a multiplicity of fiber-guiding work members and a pneumatic thread storage member for a work station of a textile machine, in particular a spinning station of a spinning machine, for temporarily taking up a thread.
  • the invention further relates to a corresponding textile machine.
  • Textile machines with a large number of workplaces and workplaces of textile machines with fiber-carrying work organs have become known in the prior art in various designs.
  • the individual working elements are attached to a wall of a frame of the textile machine by means of various brackets.
  • a frame for such a textile machine is for example in the DE 10 2006 034 228 A1 described.
  • the assembly of the job or the textile machine at the installation site is time-consuming.
  • the maintenance of individual work organs is also time-consuming, which can lead to undesired downtimes of the work station or even the textile machine.
  • a rotor spinning machine in which a spinning unit with an open-end spinning device is attached to the rotor spinning machine as a working member. Downstream of the spinning unit are further working elements such as, for example, a take-off device and a winding device on the rotor spinning machine. No further details are given on the attachment of these working elements to the rotor spinning machine.
  • a spinning machine is also known in which a fiber material is fed to the individual spinning stations in each case via a long creel or a feed arm.
  • the feed arm can be pivoted on the textile machine.
  • a spinning machine in which a drafting unit is assigned to the individual spinning stations.
  • the drafting unit usually has a plurality of pairs of rollers, the upper rollers or pressure rollers of which are arranged on a pivotably mounted pressure arm.
  • the lower rollers are fixed to the spinning machine. No further details are given for fastening the lower rollers and other working elements to the spinning machine.
  • a spinning machine in which a drafting system is connected upstream of the individual work stations.

  • the sieve drum is connected to a suction pipe.
  • the suction tube can also be made in two or more parts, wherein the parts of the suction tube can be held on different holders, which in turn are fixedly arranged on the spinning machine.
  • Pneumatic thread storage members for textile machines are also known. These are used in spinning machines such as rotor, ring or air spinning machines as well as in other textile machines such as winding machines, in order to be able to carry out various work or maintenance processes in which a thread has to be held or temporarily stored.
  • such pneumatic thread storage members can be used to keep the thread tension constant during the working process of the textile machine or in the piecing process with rotor spinning machines, in order to hold and release a required thread length during the manipulation with different piecing members to be able to.
  • the thread storage members capture the thread by means of an applied suction air flow and absorb the thread quantity required in each case. Since comparatively large amounts of thread often have to be temporarily stored, such thread storage members have a comparatively large length. The assembly of the workstations of the textile machine with the thread storage elements is therefore often complex.
  • thread storage members which contain a thread storage chamber in which the thread is deposited in several adjacent loops on a sieve surface.
  • a thread storage member is for example in the DE 38 25 327 C2 shown.
  • a disadvantage of such thread storage devices is, however, that the individual thread loops lying next to one another can become caught, so that the stored thread quantity cannot be released again quickly enough if this is necessary.
  • such thread storage members have a comparatively complex structure and thus also require a high amount of assembly work on the textile machine. In addition, the cleaning of the thread storage organs can be difficult.
  • the object of the present invention is therefore to propose a work station of a textile machine and a pneumatic thread storage member, which simplify the assembly and maintenance of the work station.
  • a corresponding textile machine is also to be proposed.
  • a work station of a textile machine in particular a spinning station of a spinning machine, has a large number of fiber-carrying work members.
  • fiber-carrying work organs are understood to mean all work organs which in some form have fibers in the form of fiber material or in the form of one already produced Handle the thread.

  • the second part of the work station is removably arranged at the work station.
  • the term “removable” is understood to mean an embodiment that enables the second work part to be released easily and quickly. In the event of a defect in a work organ or a component, this makes it possible to replace the entire second work part with a new one, which means that production can be restarted immediately after the replacement. The removed second part of the work station can then be repaired in peace and can later be reattached to another work station, which is preferably possible by simply hanging it up.

  • the second thread storage section can be attached to the second work part separately from the first thread storage section. If the preassembled, second working part is then mounted, in particular hung, together with the second thread storage section already attached to the frame of the textile machine, the two thread storage sections can thereby be connected to the thread storage member in a simple manner.
  • the thread storage member not only has a first and a second thread storage section, but also further thread storage sections are provided. The assembly of the thread storage member can hereby be further simplified since the thread storage member no longer has to be assembled as a whole on the textile machine.

Since a large number of pneumatic thread storage members and a large number of work stations are to be installed in a textile machine, the thread storage member and the work station with the two-part construction can be used advantageously in different textile machines. A textile machine with such a job is therefore also claimed.
  • one of the two thread storage sections has an extension at its end facing the other thread storage section. Textile machines with a large number of workplaces and workplaces of textile machines with fiber-carrying work organs have become known in the prior art in various designs. Usually, the individual working elements are attached to a wall of a frame of the textile machine by means of various brackets. A frame for such a textile machine is for example in the DE 10 2006 034 228 A1 described. The assembly of the job or the textile machine at the installation site is time-consuming. The maintenance of individual work organs is also time-consuming, which can lead to undesired downtimes of the work station or even the textile machine.

From the EP 2 172 409 A2 a rotor spinning machine is known in which a spinning unit with an open-end spinning device is attached to the rotor spinning machine as a working member. Downstream of the spinning unit are further working elements such as, for example, a take-off device and a winding device on the rotor spinning machine. No further details are given on the attachment of these working elements to the rotor spinning machine.

From the JP 2009 041153 A a spinning machine is also known in which a fiber material is fed to the individual spinning stations in each case via a long creel or a feed arm. The feed arm can be pivoted on the textile machine. Nothing is said in the document regarding the assembly and fastening of the individual working elements of the spinning station on the spinning machine.

From the WO 2012/068693 A1 A spinning machine is known in which a drafting unit is assigned to the individual spinning stations. The drafting unit usually has a plurality of pairs of rollers, the upper rollers or pressure rollers of which are arranged on a pivotably mounted pressure arm. The lower rollers, however, are fixed to the spinning machine. No further details are given for fastening the lower rollers and other working elements to the spinning machine.

From the JP 2004 107830 A Another embodiment of a spinning machine is known in which a drafting system is connected upstream of the individual work stations. A compacting device with a suctioned screen drum is arranged at the drafting system outlet. The sieve drum is connected to a suction pipe. The suction tube can also be made in two or more parts, wherein the parts of the suction tube can be held on different holders, which in turn are fixedly arranged on the spinning machine. Pneumatic thread storage members for textile machines are also known. These are used in spinning machines such as rotor, ring or air spinning machines as well as in other textile machines such as winding machines, in order to be able to carry out various work or maintenance processes in which a thread has to be held or temporarily stored. For example, such pneumatic thread storage members can be used to keep the thread tension constant during the working process of the textile machine or in the piecing process with rotor spinning machines, in order to hold and release a required thread length during the manipulation with different piecing members to be able to. The thread storage members capture the thread by means of an applied suction air flow and absorb the thread quantity required in each case. Since comparatively large amounts of thread often have to be temporarily stored, such thread storage members have a comparatively large length. The assembly of the workstations of the textile machine with the thread storage elements is therefore often complex.

In order to achieve a shorter overall length, thread storage members have become known which contain a thread storage chamber in which the thread is deposited in several adjacent loops on a sieve surface. Such a thread storage member is for example in the DE 38 25 327 C2 shown. A disadvantage of such thread storage devices is, however, that the individual thread loops lying next to one another can become caught, so that the stored thread quantity cannot be released again quickly enough if this is necessary. In addition, such thread storage members have a comparatively complex structure and thus also require a high amount of assembly work on the textile machine. In addition, the cleaning of the thread storage organs can be difficult.

The object of the present invention is therefore to propose a work station of a textile machine and a pneumatic thread storage member, which simplify the assembly and maintenance of the work station. A corresponding textile machine is also to be proposed.

The object is achieved with the features of the independent claim. A work station of a textile machine, in particular a spinning station of a spinning machine, has a large number of fiber-carrying work members. In the context of the present application, fiber-carrying work organs are understood to mean all work organs which in some form have fibers in the form of fiber material or in the form of one already produced Handle the thread. In the case of a spinning machine, this can be, for example, a feed roller, a dissolving device, a spinning element, a take-off device, a paraffinizing device, a yarn monitoring device with a thread monitor and / or a thread cleaning device, a thread tension compensation bracket, a winding roller or a thread storage element. It is not absolutely necessary that the work organs referred to here as fiber-carrying work organs actually touch the thread or the fibers.

The plurality of fiber-carrying work elements is now divided into at least two groups and the work station has at least a first work part, on which a first group of the fiber-carrying work elements is arranged, and at least a second work part, on which a second group of the fiber-carrying work elements is arranged. The second work part is movable relative to the first work part, in particular pivotable, arranged at the work place and / or the second work part is removably arranged at the work place.

By dividing the work organs into at least two groups, extensive pre-assembly of the two work station parts with the groups of fiber-carrying work organs assigned to them is made possible in a particularly advantageous manner. In particular, the second part of the job can, i.e. at each work station of the textile machine, as a whole on the textile machine, in particular on a frame or a frame section of the textile machine. This makes assembly at the installation site easier.

According to the first embodiment of the invention, the second work part is arranged pivotably with respect to the first work part. Such a design not only facilitates the assembly of the work organs of the job, but it is also easy to clean and maintenance of the job, in particular the work organs and other components of the textile machine arranged behind the second job part, is possible after swiveling the second work part. As an alternative to pivoting the second work part relative to the first work part, it is of course also conceivable to arrange the second work part in a linearly movable manner on the first work part.

As an alternative or in addition, the second part of the work station is removably arranged at the work station. The term “removable” is understood to mean an embodiment that enables the second work part to be released easily and quickly.

The second part of the work station is preferably arranged detachably at the work station without tools. However, it is also possible to fix the second part of the work station to the work place, preferably by means of only a single fastening element, for example a screw, in order to avoid undesired movements, for example due to vibrations of the components and the like.

The first part of the work station can either be formed directly by the frame or a frame section of the textile machine, the work members of the first group then being fastened directly to the frame section, if necessary by means of suitable brackets.

However, it is also possible to also design the first part of the work station as a preassembled unit, as a whole at the work station the textile machine, in particular on a frame or a frame section of the textile machine, can be attached. Thus, only the first part of the workstation and the second part of the workstation have to be attached to the textile machine either with one another or independently of one another in order to mount the workstation on the textile machine.

In particular, if the first working part also forms a preassembled unit, it is therefore also advantageous if the second working part is arranged on the first working part so that it can be pivoted, in particular pivoted upward. The design, which can be pivoted upwards, makes it easier for an operator or fitter to access the work organs and components of the textile machine arranged behind or under the second work part. Depending on the arrangement of the work organs at the individual work station, however, pivoting downwards can also be advantageous.

It is advantageous if a winding roller is arranged on the first working part by means of a holder and the second working part is pivotably arranged on the holder, in particular pivotable about an axis of rotation of the winding roller. There is therefore no need for a separate component for accommodating the second work part. The winding roller is arranged at a distance from a frame of the textile machine by means of its holder, so that its axis of rotation can advantageously also serve as a pivot axis of the second work part.

According to an advantageous development of the invention, the first part of the work station includes a first carrier element, on which at least part of the fiber-carrying work members of the first group is arranged. The pre-assembly and also the maintenance of the first work part is facilitated because the first work part can be assembled or disassembled as a whole. However, it is also possible for the first work part to have a plurality of first support elements, each of which has a part the work organs of the first group is arranged and each can be attached separately to the work site.

It is also advantageous if the second work part includes a support element on which the fiber-carrying work members of the second group are arranged. This not only facilitates the pre-assembly, assembly and disassembly of the second part of the work area, but also individual work elements can be exchanged particularly easily. However, it is also possible for the individual working members to be fastened directly to one another without a common carrier element in order to form the second working part.

If the textile machine producing cross-wound bobbins is designed as a spinning machine, it has, in addition to a large number of fiber-carrying working elements, also a large number of thread-producing working elements. The thread-producing work organs are primarily understood to mean the work organs which are combined in a so-called spinning box. In the case of a rotor spinning machine, these include, for example, the spinning rotor, the draw-off nozzle, optionally a swirl stowage element and a draw-off tube as well as a dissolving and a feed unit. Analogously to this, the thread-producing working members comprise, for example on an air spinning machine, an air spinning nozzle and, if appropriate, downstream twisting members and draw-off tubes. It is again advantageous if all the thread-producing organs are arranged on the first part of the work station. The thread-producing work elements can thus be preassembled on the first work part and, if necessary, also removed together from the textile machine in order to maintain or replace them. By contrast, most of the fiber-carrying working elements are preassembled on the second working part and can therefore also be easily assembled together on the textile machine or disassembled for maintenance or cleaning purposes.

According to the invention, the work station has a pneumatic thread storage element, in particular a thread storage tube, for temporarily holding a thread and the thread storage element has an at least two-part construction with a first thread storage section and a second thread storage section, which are connected to one another at a separation point. The separation point of the pneumatic thread storage member makes it possible to integrate the thread storage member, at least the second thread storage section, as a fiber-guiding working member in the preassembly scope of at least the second work part.

According to the invention, the first thread storage section is arranged on the first work part and the second thread storage section is arranged on the second work part. In this way, extensive pre-assembly of the two workstation parts with the thread storage sections assigned to them is made possible in a particularly favorable manner, which can then be attached to the textile machine as a whole, in particular to a frame of the textile machine. Thus, only the first part of the workstation and the second part of the workstation have to be fastened to one another or independently of one another on the textile machine in order to assemble the workstation on the textile machine, with the two thread storage sections being assembled at the separation point to form the thread storage member.

A thread storage member, not claimed, in particular a thread storage tube, for a work station of a textile machine, in particular a spinning station of a spinning machine, for temporarily holding a thread therefore has an at least two-part construction. A first thread storage section and a second thread storage section are provided, which are connected to one another at a separation point.

According to a first embodiment of the thread storage member, the first thread storage section and the second thread storage section can be completely detached from one another at the separation point. The assembly and disassembly of the thread storage member or of the working members connected to the thread storage section in question is thereby possible in a particularly simple and flexible manner. At the same time, the cleaning and maintenance of the thread storage member is facilitated. For example, the first thread storage section can already be preassembled together with the first group of work organs of the work station and can then be attached together with these as the first work part to the work station of the textile machine, in particular to a frame section of the textile machine. Alternatively, however, the first thread storage section can also be arranged as a single component directly at the work station. The second thread storage section can be attached to the second work part separately from the first thread storage section. If the preassembled, second working part is then mounted, in particular hung, together with the second thread storage section already attached to the frame of the textile machine, the two thread storage sections can thereby be connected to the thread storage member in a simple manner. Of course, it is also conceivable that the thread storage member not only has a first and a second thread storage section, but also further thread storage sections are provided. The assembly of the thread storage member can hereby be further simplified since the thread storage member no longer has to be assembled as a whole on the textile machine. The two-part or multi-part structure of the thread storage member offers an advantage not only in assembly but also in cleaning and maintenance, since all thread storage sections of the thread storage member are easily accessible through the separation point (s). If the second part of the work station is removed from the work station in the case of a removable version, the thread storage sections are also separated from one another without dismantling work.

According to a second embodiment of the thread storage element, however, the separation point does not have to allow complete separation of the thread storage sections. Rather, it may also be sufficient if the two thread storage sections are connected to one another so as to be movable relative to one another at the separation point. For example, the first thread storage section and the second thread storage section can also be pivotally connected to one another at the separation point, which is advantageous in the case of a pivotably arranged second work part. Because the two thread storage sections can be moved relative to one another, it is nevertheless possible to combine the thread storage member or a thread storage section of the thread storage member together with other working members of the work station to form a preassembly scope. The other thread storage section, which is movably connected to the first thread storage section, can then be connected in a simple manner either to a vacuum duct of the textile machine or else to a further section of the thread storage member arranged on the textile machine when the preassembly scope is mounted on the textile machine.
In any case, the thread storage member described with the two-part construction with a first thread storage section and a second thread storage section enables simplified assembly of the work station of the textile machine and of the thread storage member itself.
Since a large number of pneumatic thread storage members and a large number of work stations are to be installed in a textile machine, the thread storage member and the work station with the two-part construction can be used advantageously in different textile machines. A textile machine with such a job is therefore also claimed.

In order to enable the first thread storage section and the second thread storage section to be combined to form the thread storage member, it is advantageous if one of the two thread storage sections has an extension at its end facing the other thread storage section. In this way, when the two workstation parts are assembled with one another or on the textile machine, the two thread storage sections can be securely joined together. In the same way, it can therefore also be advantageous if one of the two thread storage sections has a reduction at its end facing the other thread storage section. In principle, however, the two thread storage sections to be joined can also have the same dimensions at the separation point.

Figure 1 shows a work station 2 of a textile machine 1 in a schematic, sectional side view. At the work station 2, a large number of fiber-carrying work elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24 are arranged, by means of which a thread 9 may be produced and fed to a winding device 20 after its production can be.

The present textile machine 1 is designed as a rotor spinning machine, which has a plurality of work stations 2 arranged next to one another. The work stations 2 are fed in a manner known per se from a fiber material 4 from a storage container 3 via a feed device 5, which in the present case comprises a feed roller 6 and a dissolving device 7. From there, the fiber material 4 broken down into its individual fibers is fed to a spinning element 8, which in the present case is designed as a spinning rotor and in which the fiber material 4 is spun into the thread 9. The thread 9 produced is then drawn off by means of a take-off device 10 and via a number of further fiber-carrying working elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24 of the winding device 20 with the winding roller 14 and the cheese 15 are fed, on which it is wound up by means of a traversing device 23, which is only indicated schematically here. The traversing device 23 includes a traversing thread guide symbolically shown here and a traversing drive, not shown. In the present case, the take-off device 10, a yarn monitoring device 12, a device for thread tension compensation 13 and a paraffinizing device 11 are provided as further fiber-carrying working members. Likewise, the feed device 5, the feed roller 6, the opening device 7, the spinning element 8, the winding roller 14 and the traversing device 23 form fiber-carrying working elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24. These The list of fiber-carrying work organs is only to be understood as an example. Likewise, additional fiber-guiding working elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24 or other fiber-guiding working elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24 be provided. The yarn monitoring device 12 can also be designed differently and in the simplest way contain only a yarn monitor or additionally have a yarn cleaning device.

Of course, the shown embodiment of the textile machine 1 as a rotor spinning machine is to be understood only as an example. Likewise, the textile machine could be designed as an air spinning machine, in which case the feed device 5 contains a drafting system with delivery rollers and the spinning element is designed as an air spinning nozzle. Furthermore, the textile machine could also be designed as a ring spinning machine, other spinning machine or winding machine. The thread 9 therefore does not necessarily have to be wound on a cheese, but could also be wound on a yarn bobbin.

Furthermore, a vacuum channel 16 can be seen in the textile machine 1 shown here, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the textile machine 1 along the work stations 2 and at which the individual work stations 2 of the textile machine 1 are connected. In the present case, the vacuum negative pressure which is required for rotor spinning is also provided by the vacuum channel 16. In other types of spinning machines and textile machines 1, no negative pressure is required for the spinning process itself or the working process itself. However, there are usually several work organs at the work stations 2 of textile machines 1 which require negative pressure.

The work station 2 has a two-part construction with a first work part 2a and a second work part 2b. This results in a particularly advantageous construction of a work station 2, which pre-assembles fiber-carrying work members 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24 on the first work part 2a and on the second work part 2b enables. For this purpose, the fiber-carrying working elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24 are divided into at least two groups. The two work station parts 2a and 2b can therefore be almost completely preassembled in a particularly favorable manner and, as a preassembly scope, can be fastened in a simple manner to a frame section 21 of the textile machine 1, which is assigned to the respective work station and is only shown symbolically in the present case.

Fig. 2 und 5).In the present case, the opening roller 7, the feed roller 7, the feed roller 6, and the spinning element are in particular fiber-producing working elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24 on the first part of the work station, as in the present case of a rotor spinning machine 8 and, if appropriate, further thread-producing working elements, not shown here, are arranged. In addition, the winding roller 14 is arranged in the present case on the first work part 2a. The above-mentioned work organs jointly form the first group of fiber-guiding work organs 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24. On the other hand, all fiber-guiding work organs 5, 6, 7, 8 are on the second work part 2b , 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24 arranged, which follow the thread-producing work organs, here in particular the take-off device 10, at least part of the thread storage member 17, the yarn monitoring device 12, the paraffinizing device 11 and the traversing device 23. These together form the second group of fiber-carrying working members 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24. Of course, this is also to be understood only as an example; further or other fiber-carrying working elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24 can also be provided, for example one the suction nozzle 24 (see. Fig. 2 and 5 ).

The first work station part 2a in the present case contains a first carrier element 27, on which the first group of fiber-carrying work members 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24 is arranged. The second work part 2b in the present case contains a second carrier element 28 for the second group of fiber-guiding work elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24, which in a particularly advantageous manner thereby results in correct positioning with respect to one another can be pre-assembled. In the present case, the second work part 2b is pivotably arranged on the first work part 2a and can therefore be pivoted away in a simple manner for assembly and cleaning purposes.

In the present case, the second working part 2b is arranged pivotably about a pivot axis 29 on a holder 25, on which the winding roller 14 is also mounted. In the present case, the second working part 2b is pivotable about the axis of rotation 26 of the winding roller 14, so that the axis of rotation 26 and the axis of pivot 29 are identical. Of course, the axis of rotation 26 and the pivot axis 29 can also be provided spatially separated from one another.

Furthermore, the work station 2 has a pneumatic thread storage member 17, by means of which a thread can be fixed for various work steps in a manner known per se and a certain amount of thread can be stored temporarily. This also forms a fiber Working element 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24. The loop-shaped sucking of a piece of thread into the thread storage element 17 is indicated here with a dashed line. For example, by means of such pneumatic thread storage members 17, the thread tension can be kept constant in certain work steps or, for example, a certain thread length can be temporarily stored, which must be released again during the piecing process. In the present case, the thread storage member 17 is designed as a thread storage tube. Since comparatively large amounts of thread often have to be temporarily stored, which have to be released quickly and reliably, thread storage members 17 of this type often have comparatively large dimensions, which complicates their installation in the textile machine 1 and the assembly of the various working members at the work station 2. Likewise, the accessibility of the thread storage member 17 for cleaning purposes is often made more difficult. The thread storage member 17 has a two-part construction with a first thread storage section 17a and a second thread storage section 17b, which are connected to one another at a separation point 18, as will be explained in more detail below.

Figure 2 shows similar to that Figure 1 is a schematic sectional view of a work station of a textile machine with a first work part 2a and a pivotable, second work part 2b. The thread storage member 17 is also constructed in two parts. The first thread storage section 17a is arranged on the first work part 2a and the second thread storage section 17b is arranged on the second work part 2b. If the second working part 2b is now pivoted away from the first working part 2a, for example for assembly and cleaning purposes, then the pneumatic thread storage member 17 is separated at the separation point 18. In contrast to Figure 1 In the present case, the work station 2 also has a suction nozzle 24 arranged stationarily at the work station 2, in the present case at the second work part 2b. The suction nozzle 24 belongs here to the second group of fiber-carrying working elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24.

By forming the thread storage member 17 with a first thread storage section 17a and a second thread storage section 17b, a coherent thread storage member 17 is nevertheless achieved in a simple manner. When the second work part 2b is mounted on the frame section 21 of the textile machine 1 or possibly on the first work part 2a, the second thread storage section 17b is also automatically correctly positioned with respect to the first thread storage section 17a.

In the Figure 2 it is further shown that, according to an advantageous embodiment of the work station 2, the second work station part 2 b can be arranged not only pivotably, but also removably at the work station 2. The support element 28 or, if there is no common support element 28, another holder of the workstation part 2b, can only be inserted into the holder 25 for this purpose as shown here and, if necessary, be fixed to the workstation by means of a fastening element, not shown here. Likewise, the carrier element 28 or another holder could have a hook-shaped hanging tab or the like (not shown), by means of which it can be hung on the work station 2.

In order to facilitate the joining of the two thread storage sections 17 a, 17b at the separation point 18, it is advantageous if at least one of the two thread storage sections 17a, 17b has an extension 19 at its end facing the other thread storage section 17a, 17b. This is in Figure 3 shown. In the present case, the thread storage section 17b has a funnel-shaped extension 19 at its end facing the thread storage section 17a. This ensures that, despite the pivoting movement, the two thread storage sections 17a, 17b can be reliably brought together. Alternatively or additionally it would be Of course, it is also possible that the other thread storage section, in this case the thread storage section 17a, has a corresponding reduction 22 at its end facing the thread storage section 17b (see also Fig. 4 ) having. Of course, the reduction 22 or the extension 19 could also be arranged on the other thread storage section 17a, 17b.

Figure 4 shows another embodiment of a job 2 with a first job part 2a and a second job part 2b, but the second job part 2b is linearly movable relative to the first job part 2a, as symbolized by the arrows. In the present case, the second thread storage section 17b has a reduction 22, which enables the two thread storage sections 17a, 17b to interlock telescopically.

Figure 5 finally shows another embodiment of a work station 2 with a first work part 2a and a second work part 2b, in which, however, the first work part 2a does not have a first carrier element 27, but rather the fiber-carrying work elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 , 14, 17, 23, 24 of the first group are arranged individually or combined in smaller groups at work station 2. In the present case, for example, the winding roller 14 is fastened to the work station 2 by means of its holder 25, and the second work part 2 b is pivotably and / or removably likewise fastened to the work station 2 by means of the holder 25. The first thread storage section 17a, however, is individually attached to the work station 2 or here to the frame section 21. The thread-producing working elements 5, 6, 7, 8 are combined to form a spinning box and are thus jointly attached to the frame section 21.

The invention is not restricted to the exemplary embodiments shown. For example, it is not absolutely necessary for the two thread storage sections 17a, 17b to be completely separate from one another at the separation point 18 are solvable. Depending on the design of the two work station parts 2a, 2b, it would also be conceivable that the first thread storage section 17a and the second thread storage section 17b can only be moved relative to one another, but remain at least loosely or connected to one another via a swivel joint. In addition, both the work station 2 and the thread storage member 17 could have not only a two-part, but also a multi-part structure. Likewise, numerous modifications are possible with regard to the designs and arrangements of the fiber-guiding and thread-producing working elements shown. The same applies to the arrangement of the individual working elements 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, 17, 23, 24, which can also be fastened to a plurality of first support elements 27 or a plurality of second support elements 28 or at least partially without them Carrier elements 27, 28 can be fastened to one another or, at least in the case of the first work part 2a, also individually and directly to the frame section 21. Further modifications and combinations within the scope of the claims also fall under the invention.
