Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cleaning device for weaving machines according to the preamble of claim 1.
Modern weaving mills have increasingly made the transition to shuttleless weaving machines in recent years and are confronted with changed production conditions. In the shuttleless looms, the weft yarn is fed from a fixed yarn supply system, e.g. one or more Garnvorratsspulen includes deducted. With the significantly higher running speeds, the weft yarns are increasingly stressed. This leads to significantly increased abrasion and thus to considerable dust and fiber fly.
The dust and fiber content depends on the type of yarn. Especially with fibrous threads more or less strong abrasion and thus fiber fly. This problem is particularly extreme in those places where the yarn undergoes a scrubbing load, such as directional deflection. One such problem is with weaving machines the Garnvorlage- and weft insertion area. If the accumulation of air in this area is not prevented, fiber fly, together with the weft thread, enters the shed and leads to tissue contamination. But it can also be significantly impeded or even prevented by the fiber fly, in the case of a pneumatic weft insertion, the weft insertion.
There are cleaning devices for the removal of such dust and fiber flying parts known, which are designed as working in continuous operation or in the interval suction and blowing devices that operate a plurality of weaving machines and which is associated with a reciprocating carriage. However, such a cleaning device is costly and sometimes not technically feasible due to the structural conditions. In addition, their cleaning frequency based on the individual zone to be cleaned is low.
Therefore, the present invention has the object to provide a cleaning device according to the preamble of claim 1 and of
This object is achieved by claim 1 and by
According to the invention, it is particularly favorable that the cleaning device is arranged for a fiber fly suction device in the region of at least one directional deflection of the weft thread and is designed in the form of an open housing. The housing has at least one suction opening, but in any case no blow opening, which generates an air flow from at least one housing opening over the weft yarn to the suction opening. Thus, in a structurally simple way, the resulting from the abrasion fiber fly at the critical points of directional deflection of the weft can be collected and safely removed. The fact that no additional blowing device is provided, the fiber fly is not stirred up so that it can not be deposited at another point of the weaving machine and there can lead to tissue contamination up to thread breakage. The cleaning device is thereby arranged compact and efficient next to the weaving machine. A particularly favorable embodiment of the cleaning device according to the invention provides that they form movable on the floor on rollers, so that it can be used as desired.
Surprisingly results from the realization of the open housing with the suction opening a kind of vacuum suction, the thread passes. If necessary, the fiber fly is released by the directional deflection and, if these fiber constituents detach from the thread, they are certainly sucked out by the negative pressure.
By providing a uniform suction vacuum over a considerable length of thread, namely within the entire open housing, it is ensured that adhering flight is removed without the thread being able to be vibrated by selective vacuum.
An alternative embodiment of the cleaning device according to the invention provides to provide at least one suction device for fiber fly, having at least one suction connection box, which is at least partially disposed below and / or next to the weft thread in the direction of deflection. The suction connection box is provided according to the invention with at least one suction opening for discharging sucked dust and fiber fly. The air containing the fiber fly is preferably transported in a filter system and the flying particles and the dust separated.
The suction connection box can be designed in such a way that it carries the yarn supply system, which has at least one shot coil and / or a spare spool, and at least one weft thread store. In a modified embodiment, a second suction connection box may be provided, which carries the weft brake assembly and the electronic weft detector device. Thus, in a simple and cost-effective manner, the fiber fly discharge is created at the points where the weft thread undergoes directional deflection and / or friction. Characterized in that the cleaning device according to the invention is arranged in the weft preparation area, more space is provided in addition to the looms.
A particularly preferred embodiment of the cleaning device according to the invention provides to connect a Flugabfuhrvorrichtung to the first suction connection box. As a Flugabfuhrvorrichtung preferably a suction hose is used. The second suction connection box can be connected to the flight discharge device by means of a flexible daughter suction hose, which has a smaller cross section. It is particularly preferred that the daughter suction hose attaches to the flight discharge device at a location provided below the suction openings of the open housing and / or the first suction connection box. The flexible daughter suction hose ensures that the second suction connection box, which can have a variable height, can be attached to different weaving machines, which increases the flexibility of the entire cleaning device.
It is particularly advantageous that the housing is designed to be open, ie, that at least one of the walls, preferably two, are open, so that the housing on the one hand for receiving the Garnvorratssystems and the weft memory or the weft brake assembly and the electronic weft yarn detector Device serves. On the other hand, by connecting the housing to the suction connection box, which has a common wall with at least one suction opening, it is achieved that a negative pressure is created in the housing and thus the fiber fly particles are sucked out through the opening without being affected Depositing soil or on the adjacent parts of the loom.
The at least one suction opening preferably has a smaller, in particular substantially smaller cross-section, than the housing opening and is preferably slit-like, wherein the slot is arranged substantially transversely to the weft direction, so that the fiber flight can be covered over several areas, if appropriate, over several parallel slots.
A particularly favorable embodiment of the cleaning device according to the invention provides to provide the suction device with a first suction connection box, to which at least a first open housing is connected, wherein the housing in the region of a Garnvorratssystems, which has a first and at least a second Garnvorratsspule arranged. Depending on the number of yarn packages used for the weaving process, a plurality of open casings may be arranged in a row, all connected to a single suction box. This significantly simplifies the construction of the cleaning device and at the same time leads to the reduction of the required space.
It is particularly preferred to form the one or more suction openings of the first housing in a wall of the housing, which is opposite to the two Garnvorratsspulen the Garnvorratssystems, so that the weft threads of the two Garnvorratsspulen the suction opening adjacent to, but are sufficiently spaced therefrom, so that the weft thread course is not disturbed by the suction force. Only the flying fly around is collected and guided through the suction opening or the suction openings into the suction connection box, and thus further transported by the suction hose adjoining the suction connection box.
A further preferred embodiment of the cleaning device according to the invention provides to provide the suction device with a second open housing, which is like the first housing connected to a further suction connection box. The second housing and the suction connection box have a common wall, in which the at least one suction opening is formed. The second housing is provided in the region of a weft brake assembly and an electronic weft detector. There arises by the friction, in particular on the weft brake assembly, a significant fiber fly. It is particularly preferred if the weft brake assembly is connected to the open housing, in particular within the open housing is arranged. Thus, it is only achieved by the formation of at least one suction opening in a wall of the housing that the resulting fiber fly is inconspicuously and efficiently sucked.
Preferably, the respective connected to the first and second housing suction junction boxes are guided together and connected to a common air transport line, in particular to a single suction hose with a correspondingly enlarged cross-section.
It is particularly advantageous that the second housing, which is provided in the region of the weft thread arrangement, has a transparent hood, which preferably consists of Plexiglas, wherein the weft brake assembly is mounted under the hood. Thus, the weft thread course can be easily observed and by providing a known weft thread monitoring device possible thread breaks can be detected immediately.
Preferably, the weft storage for removing the weft thread from the Garnvorratssystem is arranged on a wall of the suction box, which has at least one suction opening, which is formed below the weft storage. The additional suction openings ensures that the fiber fly is also caught and discharged in the area of the weft storage.
It is considered to be particularly advantageous if the hood is designed to be open on the side adjacent to the weft storage and the opposite side, so that the weft thread can pass freely through the hood, and that in particular the extraction of the fiber fly can take place under favorable fluidic conditions ,
Preferably, the first and the second open housing by means of an air transport line, in particular by means of a common suction hose with a suction fan, which is driven by an electric motor connected, wherein the at least one suction port of the two housing is in flow communication with the air transport line. The exhaust fan is preferably connected to a filter system, wherein the extracted air, which contains the fiber fly, is filtered. The separated fiber fly can be collected in a collecting container.

Each of the four

By the cleaning device according to the invention the fiber fly particles are discharged directly in a simple and cost-effective manner, namely where they arise, namely at the critical points of directional deflection of the weft. Thus, an improvement in the quality of the fabric is achieved and significantly reduces the number of thread breaks. As a result, however, the effort for manual cleaning and also for the product inspection is drastically minimized, since the entire weft preparation area is automatically cleaned with the cleaning device according to the invention.
