Claims (12)
- Seilbahnanlage, umfassend:- mindestens ein Tragseil (11), auf welchem das Fahrbetriebsmittel entlang der Linie zwischen zwei Endstationen (12, 13) rollt,- Auflageklötze (18), die in den Endstationen (12, 13) zur Unterstützung und Führung des Tragseils (11) vorgesehen sind,- und Mittel zum Neuanordnen des Tragseils (11), um die Oberfläche, welche unmittelbar mit den Auflageklötzen (18) in Kontakt ist, in regelmäßigen Abständen zu erneuern,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Neuanordnen des Tragseils (11) derart ausgelegt sind, dass sie eine Drehung des Seils um sich selbst bewirken, wobei der Kontaktbereich in Abhängigkeit vom Profil der Aufnahmerille der Auflageklötze (18) gemäß einem Winkel modifiziert wird. - Seilbahnanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehwinkel für die Neuanordnung des Tragseils (11) um Bereich von 90° bis 180° liegt.
- Seilbahnanlage nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei dem Tragseil (11) um ein verschlossenes Seil mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt handelt, welches teilweise aus der Aufnahmerille (21) hervorsteht, wobei es auf einem kreisbogenförmigen Kontaktbereich jedes der Auflageklötze (18) aufliegt.
- Seilbahnanlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Neuanordnen des Tragseils (11) ausgehend von den beiden Endstationen (12, 13) gleichzeitig oder versetzt erfolgt.
- Seilbahnanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Neuanordnen des Tragseils (11) mittels einer hydraulischen oder mechanischen Betätigungsvorrichtung (22) erfolgt, die in den Endstationen (12, 13) angeordnet ist, um das Drehmoment zu erzeugen, welches für die teilweise Drehung des Seils erforderlich ist.
- Seilbahnanlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungsvorrichtung (22) ein Klemmbackensystem (25) aufweist, um das Tragseil (11) einzuklemmen, wobei das System an einem Zahnrad (27) befestigt ist, welches in ein Ritzel (28) eingreift, das von einem Mechanismus (26) gesteuert wird.
- Seilbahnanlage nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragseil (11) durch das Klemmbackensystem (25) läuft und an einer Verankerung (17) befestigt ist, welche dafür ausgelegt ist, sich ungehindert um sich selbst drehen zu können, während der Vorgang der Neuanordnung gemäß einem Winkel erfolgt.
- Verfahren zum Neuanordnen eines Tragseils (11) auf Auflage- und Führungsklötzen (18) einer Seilbahnanlage, wobei es sich bei dem Seil um ein verschlossenes Seil handelt, das durch Verankerungen (16, 17) in den Endstationen (12, 13) gehalten wird, wobei das Verfahren durch die folgenden Schritte gekennzeichnet ist:- Halten des Tragseils (11) unter Spannung beim Neuanordnen,- Drehen jedes Endes des Tragseils (11) um dessen Achse (X) gemäß einem Winkel im Bereich von 90° bis 180°, um den Kontaktbereich mit der Aufnahmerille (21) der Auflage- und Führungsklötze (18) zu erneuern,- und Überprüfen der Winkelbewegung des Seils in jeder der Endstationen (12, 13).
- Verfahren zum Neuanordnen eines Tragseils (11) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- das Tragseil (11) geringfügig angehoben wird, indem es vom Boden der Aufnahmerille (21) des Klotzes entfernt wird,- Rollelemente (23) in den trennungsbedingten Zwischenraum (24) eingeführt werden,- und das Tragseil (11) vorübergehend auf den Rollelementen (23) aufliegt, bevor das Tragseil (11) gedreht wird, um es neu anzuordnen.
- Verfahren zum Neuanordnen eines Tragseils (11) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehung in der Richtung erfolgt, welche mit der Schlagrichtung des verschlossenen Seils verträglich ist.
- Verfahren zum Neuanordnen eines Tragseils (11) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerung des Tragseils (11) in den Endstationen derart ausgelegt ist, dass sie beim Neuanordnen frei gedreht werden kann.
- Verfahren zum Neuanordnen eines Tragseils (11) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bewegung des Fahrbetriebsmittels (15) entlang des Tragseils (11) entweder, im Falle einer 2S- oder 3S-Bahn, durch Ziehen mittels eines Zugseils (14) oder im Eigenantrieb durch ein Antriebssystem, welches fest mit dem Fahrbetriebsmittel verbunden ist, erfolgt.
