Definitions

  • the invention relates to a mounting system for mounting releasably attachable elements, in particular surface elements, on a support structure, in particular on a wall.
  • the openings in horizontally adjacent mounting rails must be arranged at a defined distance from one another.
  • the profiles must run exactly parallel to each other, and the openings of adjacent profiles must each be at a height so that the suspended wall panels are not fixed in an inclined position. As a result, the mounting of the profiles on a wall is comparatively complex.
  • the WO 2008/049254 A1 shows a mounting rail, which has suspension openings on the back of the rail, in which cladding elements can be hung using fastening elements.
  • the FR 2 589 916 A1 shows a fastening system in which fastening elements are arranged in a fastening rail, on which the cladding elements are hung.
  • the invention has for its object to provide an easy-to-assemble mounting system for mounting detachable elements such as surface elements on a support structure such as a wall.
  • the fastening device has at least one adjustment device which allows the mounting rail to be aligned with respect to the supporting structure in the longitudinal direction of the mounting rail and in a lateral direction oriented perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the mounting rail.
  • the lateral direction is advantageously aligned horizontally and parallel to the support structure.
  • the longitudinal direction of the mounting rail is advantageously aligned in the vertical direction.
  • the adjustment devices thereby enable an adjustment in the horizontal and vertical direction parallel to the wall surface. Alignment of the mounting rail is possible in a simple manner via the at least one adjustment device. The adjustment can be carried out after the mounting system has been fixed to the support structure, so that it is easy to install.
  • an adjustment device can be provided which allows the mounting rail to be aligned in two directions, but it can also be provided that a separate adjustment device is provided for each direction in which the mounting rail is to be aligned with respect to the supporting structure. It can also be provided that parts of different adjustment devices are formed by the same elements. For example, a fastening element can be provided for fixing and releasing two fastening devices.
  • the hanging openings in the assembly openings enable simple and detachable fixing of elements such as cladding or the like to support structures, in particular to inner walls.
  • a contact of the element to be fastened to the rail back of the mounting rail can be achieved in a simple manner.
  • a very small depth of the mounting system and thus a comparatively small distance of the element to be detachably fastened to the wall can be achieved. Due to the small distance from the wall, high forces acting on the element to be fastened can be introduced into the support structure via the mounting system, and the forces and moments acting on the mounting system can be kept comparatively low.
  • the alignment of the element to be fastened relative to the mounting system is also simplified during assembly. Forces acting vertically on the element to be fastened can be absorbed over the entire length of the mounting rail, so that there is a high degree of stability.
