    - la gâche électrique (20) comprend un pêne de gâche (21) logé de manière mobile et un dispositif de blocage électrique (22) interagissant avec celui-ci,
    - le dispositif de blocage électrique (22) interagit avec le pêne de gâche (21) en formant une première position de commutation et une deuxième position de commutation, de façon à ce que le dispositif de blocage électrique (22), dans la première position de commutation, bloque le pêne de gâche (21) et, dans la deuxième position de commutation, libère le pêne de gâche (21),
    - la gâche (20) comprend un logement d'élément de verrou (23),
    (c)
    - le sous-ensemble de verrou (10) comprend un élément de verrou (11), logé de manière mobile, conçu comme un pêne ou un verrou, dans un boîtier de verrou (12) et l'élément de verrou (11) peut être déplacé entre une position rentrée dans le boîtier de verrou (12) et une position sortie du boîtier de verrou (12),
    - le sous-ensemble de verrou (10) comprend un élément de ressort (13) qui sollicite l'élément de verrou (11) en direction de la position rentrée,

    - le sous-ensemble de verrou (10) et la gâche (20), dans la position de fermeture de la porte (2), peuvent être disposés l'un par rapport à l'autre, pour former une position de verrouillage et une position de déverrouillage, de façon à ce que, dans la position de fermeture de la porte (2), l'élément de verrou (11) puisse être déplacé, sous l'effet d'une force magnétique d'un dispositif magnétique (30) disposé côté sous-ensemble de verrou et/ou côté gâche, vers une position sortie du boîtier de verrou (12) et peut être emboîté avec le logement d'élément de verrou (23),
    - dans la position de verrouillage, le dispositif de blocage électrique (22) bloquant, dans la première position de commutation, le pêne de gâche (21) conjointement avec l'élément de verrou (11) sorti contre le mouvement d'ouverture du battant de porte (3) vers la deuxième direction de mouvement (I) du battant de porte, de préférence la direction vers l'intérieur et
    - dans la position de déverrouillage, le dispositif de blocage électrique (22) libérant, dans la deuxième position de commutation, le pêne de gâche (21) conjointement avec l'élément de verrou (11) sorti pour un mouvement du battant de porte dans la deuxième direction de mouvement (I) du battant de porte, de préférence la direction vers l'intérieur,
    - sur le dispositif de gâche (1), est réalisé un premier chanfrein de sortie (40) de façon à ce que le premier chanfrein de sortie (40) libère l'élément de verrou (11) indépendamment de la première position de commutation et/ou de la deuxième position de commutation du dispositif de blocage électrique (22) de la gâche (20), dans la première direction de mouvement (A) du battant de porte (3), de préférence la direction vers l'extérieur,
    - l'élément de verrou (11), lors d'un mouvement d'ouverture du battant de porte (3) dans la première direction de mouvement (A) du battant de porte (3), de préférence la direction vers l'extérieur, est déplacé à travers le premier chanfrein de sortie (40) en direction de la position rentrée.
  2. Dispositif de gâche (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier chanfrein de sortie (40) pour la première direction de mouvement (A) du battant de porte (3), de préférence la direction vers l'extérieur,
    - est conçu comme un chanfrein sur une pièce de la gâche électrique (20) ou
    - est conçu comme un chanfrein sur une gâche (50) ou
    - est conçu comme un chanfrein sur une pièce intermédiaire (51) entre la gâche électrique (20) et une gâche (50) ou
    - est conçu comme un chanfrein sur l'élément de verrou (11) dans la première direction de mouvement (A), de préférence la direction vers l'extérieur.
  3. Dispositif de gâche (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un deuxième chanfrein de sortie (24) pour la deuxième direction de mouvement (I) du battant de porte, de préférence la direction vers l'intérieur
    - est conçu comme un chanfrein sur une pièce de la gâche électrique (20) ou
    - est conçu comme un chanfrein sur une gâche (50) ou
    - est conçu comme un chanfrein sur une pièce intermédiaire (51) entre la gâche électrique (20) et une gâche (50).
  4. Dispositif de gâche (1) selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    lors de la réalisation du premier (40) ou du deuxième (24) chanfrein de sortie sur une pièce de la gâche électrique (20) le premier (40) ou le deuxième (24) chanfrein de sortie est réalisé sur un boîtier de gâche (25) et/ou sur un couvercle du boîtier de gâche (25).
  5. Dispositif de gâche (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le dispositif magnétique (30) comprend un premier aimant (31) et un matériau magnétisable (32) interagissant avec le premier aimant (31) ou un deuxième aimant (33) interagissant avec le premier aimant (31).
  6. Dispositif de gâche (1) selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans le dispositif magnétique (30), côté sous-ensemble de verrou, le premier aimant (31) est disposé dans ou sur l'élément de verrou (11) et le matériau magnétisable (32) ou le deuxième aimant (33) est disposé sur la gâche (20), de préférence dans ou sur le pêne de gâche (21),
    ou en ce que, dans le dispositif magnétique (30), côté gâche, le premier aimant (31) est disposé dans ou sur la gâche (20), de préférence dans ou sur le pêne de gâche (21), et le matériau magnétisable (32) ou le deuxième aimant (33) est disposé dans ou sur l'élément de verrou (11).
  7. Dispositif de gâche (1) selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier aimant (31) est conçu comme un aimant permanent ou comme un électro-aimant.
  8. Dispositif de gâche (1) selon la revendication 5 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le deuxième aimant (33) est conçu comme un aimant permanent ou comme un électro-aimant.
  9. Dispositif de gâche (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    lorsque la porte (2) n'est pas en position de fermeture, l'élément de verrou (11) est rentré, c'est-à-dire rétracté, dans le boîtier de verrou (12) sous l'action de l'élément de ressort (13).
  10. Dispositif de gâche (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le battant de porte (3) conçu comme un battant de porte battante, dans la position de fermeture de la porte (2), peut être ouvert dans une première direction de mouvement (A) du battant de porte, de préférence la direction vers l'extérieur et dans une deuxième direction de mouvement (I) du battant de porte, de préférence la direction vers l'intérieur.
  11. Porte battante (2) avec un battant de porte (3) logé de manière mobile dans un cadre de porte fixe (4) et un dispositif de gâche (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le sous-ensemble de verrou (10) et la gâche (20) sont montés sur la porte battante (2) dans le premier type de montage et/ou dans le deuxième type de montage, dans le premier type de montage, le sous-ensemble de verrou (10) étant monté côté cadre de porte et la gâche (20) étant montée côté battant de porte et, dans le deuxième type de montage, le sous-ensemble de verrou (10) étant monté côté battant de porte et la gâche (20) étant montée côté cadre de porte.
  12. Porte battante (2) selon la revendication 11,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de gâche (1) peut être amené dans la deuxième position de commutation par l'intermédiaire d'une serrure mécanique et/ou en ce que le dispositif de gâche (1) peut être amené dans la deuxième position de commutation par l'intermédiaire d'un commutateur d'urgence.
  13. Porte battante (2) avec un battant de porte (3) logé de manière mobile dans un cadre de porte fixe (4) avec un premier dispositif de gâche (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes et un deuxième dispositif de gâche (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le premier dispositif de gâche (1) est disposé de façon à ce que, dans la position de fermeture de la porte battante (2), le premier chanfrein de sortie (40) du premier dispositif de gâche (1) libère l'élément de verrou (10) du premier dispositif de gâche (1) dans la première direction de mouvement (A), de préférence la direction vers l'extérieur et
    le deuxième dispositif de gâche (1) est disposé de façon à ce que, dans la position de fermeture de la porte battante (2), le premier chanfrein de sortie (40) du deuxième dispositif de gâche (1) libère l'élément de verrou (10) du deuxième dispositif de gâche (1) dans la deuxième direction de mouvement (I), de préférence la direction vers l'intérieur.
  14. Porte battante (2) selon la revendication 13,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le premier dispositif de gâche (1) peut être amené dans la deuxième position de commutation par l'intermédiaire d'une première serrure mécanique et le deuxième dispositif de gâche (1) peut être amené dans la deuxième position de commutation par l'intermédiaire d'une deuxième serrure mécanique.
  15. Porte battante (2) selon l'une des revendications 13 ou 14,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le premier dispositif de gâche (1) peut être amené dans la deuxième position de commutation par l'intermédiaire d'un commutateur d'urgence sur le côté intérieur et/ou en ce que le deuxième dispositif de gâche (1) peut être amené dans la deuxième position de commutation par l'intermédiaire d'un commutateur d'urgence sur le côté extérieur.
