- Procédé pour la fabrication d'un système de douche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, une découpe d'une tôle métallique plane étant aménagée et étant dotée d'un déport en direction d'un bord de la découpe avec une ouverture d'écoulement (7), la découpe dans une zone partant d'un bord opposé à l'ouverture d'écoulement (7) jusqu'à près de l'ouverture d'écoulement (7) le long d'une direction longitudinale (I) et en diagonale à cela jusqu'aux bords latéraux (9) dans une direction transversale (q), restant sans autre déformation et étant dotée ainsi d'un émaillage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, la découpe du revêtement étant placée de façon oblique entre l'ouverture d'écoulement (7) et le bord voisin de la découpe par un simple angulation.
- Procédé pour le montage d'un système de douche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 dans un espace sanitaire,a) un boîtier d'écoulement (5) de l'ensemble d'écoulement (4) étant orienté sur un fond (14) de l'espace sanitaire et raccordé à une conduite d'évacuation des eaux usées (15),b) une substructure (16) étant formée sur le fond (14) autour du boîtier d'écoulement (5) et de la conduite d'évacuation des eaux usées (15), laquelle forme une surface de support horizontale sur son côté supérieur (10),c) le support (1) et la surface de douche (2) étant posés sur la surface de support horizontale, la surface de douche (2) au moins pour l'essentiel plane descendant par une configuration cunéiforme du support (1) en direction de l'ouverture d'écoulement (7), etd) le système de douche étant étanchéifié de façon périphérique autour de la surface de douche (2) avec le matériau d'étanchéité (3) par rapport aux surfaces de fond et/ou de paroi entourantes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10, une partie supérieure (6) de l'ensemble d'écoulement (4) étant reliée à travers la surface de douche (2) et le support (1) au boîtier d'écoulement (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, les surfaces de fond et/ou de paroi, lesquelles entourent le système de douche, étant au moins en partie carrelées après la mise en place de la surface de douche (2) ainsi que l'étanchéification avec le matériau d'étanchéité (3).
