Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Gebiet der Werkstoffwissenschaften und betrifft Elektrolyte für die elektrochemische Abscheidung (electroplating) von thermoelektrischen Materialien, die beispielsweise für die Herstellung von thermoelektrischen Generatoren eingesetzt werden können.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht in der Angabe von Elektrolyten für die elektrochemische Abscheidung von thermoelektrischen Materialien, durch deren Einsatz bei der elektrochemischen Abscheidung der thermoelektrischen Materialien eine deutlich verbesserte Oberflächenmorphologie erreicht wird.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe gelöst durch Elektrolyte für die elektrochemische Abscheidung von thermoelektrischen Materialien, enthaltend mindestens ein wässriges Lösungsmittel auf Basis einer starken Säure, mindestens gelöste Kationen der Bestandteile der thermoelektrischen Materialien und mindestens als Additive a) Inhibitoren, b) Tenside, c) Kornverfeinerungsagenzien, wobei mindestens ein Additiv aus jeder der Gruppen a), b) und c) vorhanden ist, und wobei auch Kombinationen von zwei oder mehreren Additiven aus den Gruppen a), b) und/oder c) einsetzbar sind.
