Definitions

  • the invention relates to an actuation arrangement for a building lock, with a locking device which has at least one locking bolt which, in a locking position, fixes a wing of the building lock with respect to a frame in a closed position and in a release position for opening the building lock, the locking device releasing at least one fastening means receptacle for receiving a fastening means serving to fasten the locking device to a frame element of the building lock.
  • the invention further relates to a building lock, a mounting kit for the production of building locks and a method for equipping a building lock.
  • the building lock can be designed in any way.
  • it is in the form of a window, in particular a facade window, a roof window, a door or the like.
  • the facade window can be implemented in particular as a louvre window, rotating window, tilting window, hinged window or parallel opening window.
  • a design as a dome light, dark flap or emergency exit can also be provided.
  • the building lock preferably has the (at least one) frame and (at least one) wing as essential components.
  • the building lock can also have multiple frames and / or multiple wings.
  • the sash can also be referred to as a sash frame and the frame as a frame.
  • the wing usually has glazing, which is present, for example, as multiple glazing, in particular double glazing or triple glazing. Of course, single glazing can also be implemented.
  • the glazing is for example framed by spars of the wing, in particular two vertical spars and two horizontal spars are provided.
  • the frame also preferably has two vertical bars and two horizontal bars. Two of the spars are connected to each other, in particular the vertical spar is connected to each of the horizontal spars.
  • the frame is provided, for example, for fixed attachment to a building, in particular a roof, or for attachment in a recess in the building or the roof.
  • the sash is movably mounted on the frame and can be shifted to the extent that it can be shifted from a closed position to an open position and vice versa. Any number of intermediate positions can be provided, which lie between the closed position and the open position.
  • the building lock is preferably fully open in the open position.
  • the wing in particular in the case of the roof window, can be rotated relative to the frame about at least one axis.
  • the turning can be carried out in particular as folding, swiveling or swinging.
  • the axis is in an upper area of the roof window, in particular in an upper third of the roof window - based on its height - or in the area of the upper edge.
  • the wing By folding the wing relative to the frame from the closed position to a first open position or vice versa. In the first open position, for example, the roof window is fully open.
  • the axis lies in a central area of the roof window, in particular in a second third based on the height of the roof window.
  • the pivoting serves, for example, to bring the wing from the closed position into a second open position, in particular cleaning position, or vice versa.
  • a second open position in particular cleaning position, or vice versa.
  • an outer glass surface can also be cleaned easily and easily.
  • swinging involves turning around several axes, which are usually parallel to one another. For example, when swinging, there is simultaneously a rotation about the axis used for folding and the axis used for pivoting.
  • the swinging is used, for example, to bring the sash from the closed position into a third open position, in particular a ventilation position.
  • the building lock has the actuation arrangement and this in turn has the locking device which has the at least one locking latch.
  • the locking device serves to fix the sash in its closed position with respect to the frame, thus preventing the building lock from opening.
  • the Locking device on the locking latch which is for example on the wing or can be arranged on this and cooperates with a locking block, which can be provided on the frame. As long as the locking bar is in its locking position, it prevents the sash from being moved out of the closed position. If, on the other hand, the wing is already in a position different from the closed position, for example the open position, the wing is preferably not fixed by the locking bolt. In the release position, the wing can easily be moved out of the closed position, in particular in the direction of the open position or one of the open positions.
  • the locking device can be fastened to the frame element of the building lock by means of at least one fastening means.
  • the frame element is for example in the form of the casement or the frame or one of the spars of the casement or frame.
  • the locking device has the fastener receptacle in which the fastener is arranged.
  • the fastening means can be designed, for example, as a screw, bolt or the like. Accordingly, the fastener receptacle can be in the form of a screw hole.
  • the locking device is preferably fastened to the frame element by means of a plurality of fastening means.
  • a separate fastening means receptacle can be provided for each of the fastening means or a common fastening means receptacle can also be provided for several or all of the fastening means.
  • the fastening means is arranged in the locking means receptacle, that is to say at least partially engages through it.
  • the fastener emerges from it and engages in the frame element in order to hold the locking device on the frame element.
  • the publication is, for example, from the prior art EP 2 947 239 A1 known. This shows an actuation arrangement for a building lock according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, from the document EP 2 947 221 A1 a roof window and a method for mounting a roof window and from the document DE 600 24 098 T2 an electric window regulator known.
  • a guide device of a mechanical building lock drive has a fastening opening aligned with the fastener receptacle for receiving the fastener, so that the locking device and the guide device can be fastened together to the frame element by means of the fastener.
  • the mechanical building lock drive is part of the actuation arrangement of the building lock, which also has the locking device.
  • the building lock drive is used in particular to effect the opening or closing of the building lock without a user having to directly attack the wing.
  • the mechanical building lock drive can still be operated manually, with the opening and closing of the building lock being effected by the user's muscular strength, which does not act directly on the wing, but rather acts on the wing via the building lock drive.
  • the mechanical building lock drive is particularly preferably an electric building lock drive, which in this respect provides the force required to open or close the building lock with the aid of an electrical actuator, for example an electric motor.
  • the building lock drive has, for example, a drive element and a holding part.
  • the drive element is movably mounted or can be supported on the frame, so that it can be displaced, in particular, starting from the frame in the direction of the wing or in the direction of the holding part.
  • the holding part is assigned to the wing or attached to it. To this extent, the holding part is preferably displaced together with the wing when the wing moves.
  • the displacement of the wing with respect to the frame is preferably achieved by an interaction of the drive element and the holding part.
  • the drive element urges the holding part for this purpose away from the frame, in particular from a bearing point of the drive element on the frame.
  • the drive element moves the holding part again in the direction of the frame, in particular in the direction of the bearing point, in particular drags or pulls.
  • the opening or the closing of the building lock is supported by the influence of gravity, in that the wing is pushed or shifted by gravity in the direction of the open position or the closed position. This depends on the mounting of the sash on the frame, in particular an arrangement of the axis about which the shifting or turning is to take place.
  • the holding part is preferably not rigidly attached to the wing, but rather can be arranged in several positions with respect to the wing, in particular in a first position and a second position. If the holding part is in its first position, the drive element is released with respect to the holding part, so it can in principle be moved as desired. In particular, it is not fixed with respect to the holding part. However, this is the case in the second position of the holding part. This means that the drive element cannot be displaced with respect to the holding part as long as it is in the second position. In particular, a drive force provided via the drive element is only transmitted to the wing when the holding part is in its second position.
  • the holding part is now operatively connected to the locking bolt, so that a displacement of the holding part also causes a displacement of the locking bolt.
  • An assignment of the positions of the holding part to the positions of the locking bar is provided as follows: in the first position of the holding part, the locking bar should be in the locking position and in the second position of the holding part in the release position.
  • the operative connection between the holding part and the locking bolt can in principle be made as desired, in particular it is provided via a lever arrangement.
  • the mechanical building lock drive or its drive element only interacts with the wing or is coupled to this if the wing is actually to be shifted, for example opening or closing, with the aid of the building lock drive.
  • the drive element is spaced from the holding part when the wing is in its closed position, ie it does not engage or is not coupled to the holding part. Accordingly, manual actuation of the building lock or manual opening of the building lock can take place in a simple manner. In particular, it is not necessary to decouple the building lock drive from the wing beforehand, because this is already the case.
  • the drive element comes into active connection with the holding part. Then it is shifted from its first position to the second position. Accordingly, the drive element is subsequently fixed with respect to the holding part. Now a drive force can be applied to the wing via the drive element, in particular first a drive force directed at the opening of the building lock.
  • the building lock can also be closed with the help of the building lock drive. This means that after the building lock is opened with the help of the building lock drive, the drive element remains operatively connected to the holding part until the building lock has been closed again with the help of the building lock drive. Only after or during the closing is the holding part shifted back into its first position, so that the drive element is released with respect to the holding part and consequently the wing.
  • the drive element is again spaced from the holding part and manual operation of the building lock is possible without any problems.
  • a needs-based coupling or coupling of the building lock drive to the wing of the building lock is realized.
  • the components of the actuation arrangement namely in particular the building lock drive and the locking device, interact to effect not only the displacement of the sash or frame, but also the unlocking and / or locking using the locking device. This is accomplished with the operative connection between the holding part and the locking bolt.
  • the guide device of the mechanical building lock drive is used to implement a guide and / or to fix the drive element, in particular with respect to the holding part.
  • the guide device is designed in such a way that it guides the drive element when it is displaced onto the holding part in the direction of the holding part, in particular in the lateral direction with respect to a direction of displacement of the drive element and / or the holding part.
  • the guide device can be designed and / or arranged such that it releases the drive element in the first position of the holding part for removal from the holding part and fixes it in the second position with respect to the holding part.
  • the guide device has a guide receptacle in which the drive element is arranged in the second position of the holding part, in particular together with the holding part, so that the drive element interacts with the holding part in a non-detachable manner, in particular is connected to it, preferably in a form-fitting manner / or non-positive.
  • the drive element can no longer be lifted off the holding part in the second position because the guide device holds the drive element on the holding part or urges it in its direction.
  • the guide device in the second position of the holding part prevents the drive element from lifting off.
  • the locking device or the building lock should now be of modular design, in order to enable the building lock to be easily equipped with the mechanical building lock drive, in particular to retrofit such a building lock drive.
  • the guide device has the fastening opening which, analogously to the fastening means receptacle of the locking device, serves to hold the fastening means.
  • the fastening opening and the fastening means receptacle are now arranged with respect to one another in such a way that they are aligned with one another in an assembly position of the guide device with respect to the locking device.
  • the locking device and the guide device are thus arranged in the assembly position relative to one another and also arranged on the frame element of the building lock.
  • the fastener is subsequently inserted through the fastening opening and the fastener receptacle Shifted towards the frame element and introduced into this.
  • the locking device and the guide device can be fastened together on the frame element or fastened to it after assembly.
  • Such a procedure has the advantage that a separate assembly of the guide device and the locking device is not necessary and also no additional fastening means are necessary.
  • the fastening means and therefore the locking device are detached from the frame element.
  • the guide device is subsequently arranged in its assembly position with respect to the locking device and is fastened together with the latter to the frame element using the previously released fastening means.
  • a further embodiment of the invention provides that the locking device and the guide device have a positive locking device which, in a first position of the guide device relative to the locking device, releases the guide device with respect to the locking device in at least a first direction and in a second position in the at least one first Direction sets, with a shift from the first position to the second position in a second direction that is angled with respect to the first direction, in particular is perpendicular to it.
  • the positive locking device has, for example, a positive locking projection and a positive locking receptacle, the positive locking projection being formed on the locking device or the guiding device and the positive locking receptacle on the other element, that is to say on the guiding device or the locking device.
  • the positive locking projection and the positive locking receptacle are designed such that the positive locking projection can be introduced into the positive locking receptacle in the first position. If the form-fitting projection is then shifted into the second position, the form-fitting projection cooperates with the element having the form-fitting receptacle in order to fix the locking device and the guide device against one another in the at least one first direction.
  • the first direction is preferably perpendicular to a contact surface between the locking device and the guide device, in particular on a sliding surface of the guide device, with which the guide device bears against the locking device or a base plate of the locking device.
  • the shift between the first position and the second position or vice versa takes place in the second direction, which is angled with respect to the first direction, in particular is perpendicular to it.
  • the second direction runs parallel to the contact surface or sliding surface.
  • a further embodiment of the invention provides that the fastening opening is aligned with the fastening means receptacle in the second position of the guide device relative to the locking device.
  • the fastening opening and the fastening means receptacle are arranged spaced apart from one another in the first position.
  • the guide device and the locking device are then displaced relative to one another, namely into the second position.
  • the fastening opening and the fastening means receptacle are aligned with one another, so that the fastening means can be guided through both, in particular in the direction of the frame element.
  • a further development of the invention provides that the guide device with a sliding surface rests on a base plate of the locking device, wherein in the second position the base plate is held clamped between the sliding surface and a form-locking projection of the form-locking device.
  • the sliding surface is present on the guide device and is preferably flat or planar.
  • the sliding surface rests on the locking device, namely on the base plate of the locking device, the base plate preferably also being flat or planar.
  • the base plate is designed in such a way that the sliding surface of the guide device rests against a flat area of the base plate of the locking device both in the first position and in the second position and during a displacement of the guide device with respect to the locking device from the first position to the second position or vice versa to allow easy displacement of the guide device with respect to the locking device.
  • the positive locking device has the positive locking projection.
  • this should now be arranged such that the base plate is held in a clamping manner between the sliding surface and the form-fitting projection, so that the guide device is fixed in the at least one first direction with respect to the locking device.
  • the form-fit receptacle also mentioned above, is preferably formed in the base plate of the locking device. For example, after the guide device has been shifted into the second position, the form-fit receptacle is completely encompassed by the sliding surface, so that the sliding surface thus lies around the form-fitting receptacle on the base plate.
  • a particularly preferred further embodiment of the invention provides that the fastening opening is formed in a latching projection which projects over the sliding surface in the direction of the fastening means receptacle and is formed on the guide device and is adapted in shape and dimension to a depression encompassing the fastening means receptacle.
  • the fastening opening extends through the latching projection, which projects beyond the sliding surface, namely in the direction of the fastening means receptacle or the locking device.
  • the fastening opening is arranged centrally in the latching projection.
  • the locking projection is particularly preferably conical.
  • the fastening means receptacle is formed in the depression or connects to it.
  • the depression is preferably also conical.
  • the fastener receptacle is shaped and dimensionally adapted to the countersink. This is to be understood to mean that the latching projection and the countersink are designed such that the latching projection can engage in the countersink so that there is subsequently a positive connection between the guide device and the locking device.
  • the latching projection preferably lies continuously in the depression in the depression on the locking device or its base plate, in particular thus on an inner peripheral surface of the depression, which is preferably conical and is arranged coaxially with the fastening agent receptacle.
  • the locking projection and / or the countersink are made conical and / or by means of forming.
  • the shape of the locking projection or the depression has already been mentioned above. This shape has the advantage that it exerts a centering effect when the locking projection engages in the countersink, so that the fastening opening is centered with respect to the fastening means receptacle and accordingly the introduction of the fastening means and consequently the common fastening of the locking device and the guide device to the frame element are particularly simple possible are.
  • the locking projection and / or the countersink can be produced by reshaping.
  • Both the guide device and the base plate of the locking device are preferably designed in the form of plates, in particular they are in the form of sheet metal, preferably sheet metal.
  • the latching projection or the depression can now be formed in a particularly simple manner by reshaping, for example by pressing in.
  • the fastening opening and the latching projection are arranged on an elastically displaceable latching arm of the guide device which in the first position is elastically deflected by the latching projection resting on the base plate and in the second position the latching projection is elastically in the sinking urges.
  • the sliding surface is also formed on the locking arm.
  • the form-locking projection or the form-fitting receptacle can be present on it. If several fastening openings are provided, then at least some of these fastening openings, particularly preferably all fastening openings, are each assigned a separate latching arm. For example, two latching arms, each with a fastening opening and a latching projection, are arranged spaced apart from one another, which receive the above-mentioned guide receptacle between them.
  • the positive locking projection is introduced into the positive locking receptacle. This is provided in the first position, so that by inserting the positive locking projection into the positive locking receptacle, the locking arm is deflected elastically because the locking projection rests on the base plate. If the guide device is now shifted into the second position with respect to the locking device, the latching projection engages in the depression. This is caused in particular by the elastic spring action of the locking arm, which urges the locking projection into the depression. Accordingly, the guide device is already reliably held in a latching manner on the locking device, so that the locking device and guide device can be easily attached to the frame element.
  • a further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the guide device overlaps a holding recess formed in the base plate, an actuating element operatively connected to the locking bolt being arranged in the holding recess or behind the holding recess.
  • the holding recess is encompassed, for example, by the guide device in a manner analogous to the guide recess.
  • the holding recess adjoins the guide recess, namely on the side facing away from the guide device.
  • the holding recess is formed in the base plate and preferably extends completely through it.
  • the holding recess is configured, for example, in the base plate in an edge-closed manner, that is to say it has a continuous edge.
  • the actuating element is arranged in the holding recess or behind the holding recess, that is to say on the side of the holding recess facing away from the guide device. This is operatively connected to the locking bolt in such a way that a displacement of the locking bolt results in a displacement of the actuating element and a displacement of the actuating element results in a displacement of the locking bolt.
  • the actuating element is arranged or supported such that it can be displaced. For example, after assembly, it can only be moved within an actuation area and can be inserted into the holding recess of the locking device in an actuating element assembly position lying outside the actuation area and held captively within the actuation area in the holding recess.
  • the holding recess is, for example, keyhole-shaped.

  • the design of the building lock drive and the arrangement of the holding part have already been mentioned above.
  • the holding part engages on the actuating element or is fastened to it via the fastening device.
  • the fastening device can for example be a screw connection, a bolt connection or the like include. It is only important that the holding part can be permanently and captively attached to the actuating element by means of the fastening device.
  • the fastening by means of the fastening device can be detachable, that is to say reversible without damage, or non-detachable.
  • the invention further relates to a building lock, with an actuation arrangement according to the above explanations, which has a mechanical building lock drive and at least one locking device with a locking bolt which, in a locking position, fixes a wing of the building lock with respect to a frame in a closed position and in a release position for opening the Building lock releases, wherein the locking device has at least one fastener receptacle for receiving a fastening means serving to fasten the locking device to a frame element of the building lock.

  • the apron 29 can only have a decorative function.
  • the apron 29 is preferably designed in one piece and / or in the same material as the base plate 28.
  • the apron 29 can, however, alternatively also consist of a material which is different from the material of the base plate 28 and, in so far, is non-material to it. In this case, for example, the base plate 28 is inserted into the apron 29.
  • the locking device 24 has at least one fastening means receptacle 30, in the exemplary embodiment shown here two fastening means receptacles 30. In the following, only one of the fastening means receptacles 30 is discussed. However, the statements are always transferable to the other.

Furthermore, at least one form-fit receptacle 38 (here: two form-fit receptacles 38) of a form-fit holding device 39 is formed in the locking device 24, in particular in the base plate 28.
  • the Figure 4 shows the locking device 24 and a guide device 40 fastened together with the locking device 24 to the wing 3.
  • the guide device 40 is part of the building lock drive 37. It can be seen that the guide device 40 forms a guide recess 41, in particular together with the base plate 28 and / or the actuating element 34. In particular, the guide device 40 overlaps the actuating element 34 and the holding recess 33 in a bridge-like manner, that is to say is arranged at a distance from them.

  • the Figure 6 shows a further sectional view through the arrangement of the locking device 24 and the guide device 40.
  • the fastening opening 43 is formed in a latching projection 46 which projects beyond the sliding surface 45 in the direction of the fastener receptacle 30 and is formed on the guide device 40, in particular the latch arm 42 .
  • the locking projection 46 is adapted to the depression 32 on its side facing the base plate 28 in terms of shape and dimensions. It is pushed into the recess 32 by the latch arm 42 in such a way that the guide device 40 is held in a latching manner with respect to the locking device 24.
  • the holding part 36 which is now connected to the actuating element 34, in particular rigidly.
  • the holding part 36 has a rib 47, which with its free end in the direction facing away from the base plate 28 protrudes.
  • the rib 47 represents a holding projection for a drive element 48, which has a corresponding positive-locking recess 49.
  • the drive element 48 is mounted on the frame 2 via a transmission member 50.
  • the transmission link 30 is present, for example, as a chain, in particular as a pressure-resistant chain.
  • the guide device 40 serves as a guide for the drive element 48, which cooperates with the holding part 36.
  • the holding part 36 is arranged in a first position in which the drive element 48 is released with respect to the holding part 36. If the drive element 48 is now displaced via the transmission member 50 in the direction of the guide device 40, in particular in the direction of the guide recess 41, the holding part 36 is brought into a second position. In this, it is arranged at least in some areas together with the drive element 48 in the guide recess 41. If the holding part 36 is in its second position, the drive element 48 is fixed with respect to the holding part 36 because the guide device 40 prevents the rib 47 from coming out of the form-fitting recess 49. Correspondingly, the drive element 48 and consequently also the transmission member 50 are securely coupled to the wing 30, so that the wing 30 can subsequently be displaced by means of the building lock drive 37.
