Claims (9)

  1. Arrangement having an outer frame (3) with a window-casement or door-leaf frame (4), which comprises a push-rod fitting (7), which interacts with a handle (9) and is assigned at least one locking bolt (10) which, in at least one position of the handle (9), engages in a groove (14) which is open on one side and is located in a locking part (15) fastened on the outer frame (3), wherein the window-casement/door-leaf frame (4) is designed to retain a bolt (13) which, in a locking position (18), blocks the locking bolt (10) in the groove (14) of the locking part (15) and, in an unlocking position (19), releases the same to provide for a possible change in position of the locking bolt (10) .
  2. Arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that, in its locking position (18), the bolt (13) is incorporated in at least one opening of the locking part (15) such that it projects through the groove (14) and, in its unlocking position (19), the bolt releases the groove (14).
  3. Arrangement according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, in its locking position (18), the bolt (13) projects through a transverse bore of the locking bolt (10) or arrests the locking bolt (10) by way of a fork-like opening.
  4. Arrangement according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the bolt (13) can be displaced outside the locking part (15) so that, in its unlocking position (19), it releases the opening of the groove (14) or, in its locking position (18), it locks the groove (14).
  5.
