Claims (13)
- Moyen d'aspiration (5) pour un dispositif de nettoyage d'une bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b) dans une installation de fabrication d'une bande de papier, dans lequel dispositif le moyen d'aspiration sert à aspirer de la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b) un liquide de nettoyage qui est introduit dans la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b) par un moyen (4, 4a) disposé en amont du moyen d'aspiration (5) dans la direction du déplacement de la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b), lequel moyen d'aspiration (5) présente un canal à vide (52),
le moyen d'aspiration (5) étant formé entre le canal à vide (52) et la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b) avec des canaux d'aspiration (55, 56, 57) par lesquels le liquide de nettoyage se trouvant dans la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b) est aspiré, caractérisé en ce que qu'au moins un corps de valve gonflable (58, 59) est associé à au moins un des canaux d'aspiration (56, 57), par lequel, à l'état gonflé, le canal d'aspiration (56, 57) est fermé et, à l'état désaéré, le canal d'aspiration (56, 57) est ouvert. - Moyen d'aspiration selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le canal d'aspiration (56, 57) auquel est associé un corps de valve gonflable (58, 59) est réalisé sous la forme d'au moins une fente orientée transversalement à la direction de déplacement de la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b) et en ce que le corps de valve est réalisé sous la forme d'un tuyau gonflable (58, 59).
- Moyen d'aspiration selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des canaux d'aspiration sont formés par des ouvertures, en particulier des trous.
- Moyen d'aspiration selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une plaque d'aspiration (54) qui s'étend transversalement à la direction de déplacement de la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b) et qui est réalisée avec les canaux d'aspiration (55, 56, 57) est fixée au moyen d'aspiration (5).
- Moyen d'aspiration selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un corps de valve, qui est en particulier réalisé sous la forme d'un tuyau (58, 59), est réalisé avec une barrette saillante (58a, 59a) au moyen de laquelle il est serré entre un boîtier (51) présentant le canal à vide (52) et la plaque d'aspiration (54).
- Moyen d'aspiration selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une barrette de support (61, 62) est prévue entre le boîtier (51) du canal à vide (52) et la plaque d'aspiration (54) pour ledit au moins un corps de valve, lequel est en particulier réalisé sous la forme d'un tuyau (58, 59), à laquelle le corps de valve est fixé.
- Moyen d'aspiration selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps de valve est fixé à la barrette de support (61, 62) par collage.
- Moyen d'aspiration selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une plaque de valve (81a, 83a), à laquelle est fixé le corps de valve, lequel est en particulier réalisé sous la forme d'un tuyau (58a, 59a), est montée sur la barrette de support (61, 62), laquelle plaque de valve (81a, 83a) est déplaçable par le corps de valve (58a, 59a) et peut être pivotée par le corps de valve gonflable (58a, 59a) dans la position qui ferme le canal d'aspiration (56, 57) associé.
- Moyen d'aspiration selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la barrette de support (61, 62) est vissée avec le boîtier (51) du canal à vide (52) et en ce que la plaque d'aspiration (54) et les barrettes de support (61, 62) sont réalisées avec des rainures (54a) et des languettes (61a, 62a) associées les unes aux autres au moyen desquelles elles sont fixées ensemble.
- Moyen d'aspiration selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les rainures (54a) et les languettes (61a, 62a) sont orientées transversalement à la direction de déplacement de la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b), la plaque d'aspiration (54) étant mobile transversalement à la direction du déplacement de la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b).
- Installation de fabrication d'une bande de papier comportant une bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b) et un dispositif de nettoyage de la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b), le dispositif présentant un moyen (4, 4a) pour introduire un liquide de nettoyage dans la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b) et au moins un moyen d'aspiration (5) placé en aval dans la direction du déplacement de la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b), caractérisée en ce que le moyen d'aspiration (5) est réalisé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
- Installation selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b) présente une largeur mesurée transversalement à sa direction de déplacement et en ce que le canal d'aspiration (56, 57), auquel est associé un corps de valve gonflable (58, 59), s'étend sur la largeur de la bande de feutre (21, 21a, 21b).
- Installation selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le canal d'aspiration, auquel est associé un corps de valve gonflable, est formé par au moins deux fentes adjacentes orientées transversalement à la direction de déplacement de la bande de feutre.
