In addition, by screwing screw 77 into nut 75 via the seat metal 76, the release of the return spring 70 from not 75 is prevented. Next, the return spring 70 while having one terminal means 70a thereof locked to the support member 10, the other terminal means 70b of the return spring 70 is locked to the swinging member main body 31. As a result, the twisting moment of the springing force of the return spring 70 acts on the swinging member 30 all the time. - the fourth embodiment of the angle adjustment tool 8 of the present invention is almost the same as the third embodiment, and the point of difference is that it is configured in linear symmetry with respect to the third embodiment. - the sliding member 85 is returnably displaced along the swinging member main body 31 in tandem with the swinging of the swinging member 30. Therefore, because the armrest means 7 incorporating the swinging member 30 is return of the displaced along the swinging member main body 31, slackened creases are not generated in the upholstery covering the armrest means 7. As a result, the usage feeling thereof is good, and there is the benefit that a sofa is enabled with a high designability. Because the rest is the same as in the earlier described embodiment 1, the same reference numerals are applied to the same parts and the description thereof is dispensed with here.
