Definitions

  • the invention relates to a height and tilt adjustable support foot for parts of buildings.
  • a very typical exemplary application for a support leg according to the invention is to carry a wooden pillar of a structure such as a carport or a shed, and to support it to the ground.
  • the DE 4424229 A1 and the GB 2111553 A show a ground anchor with a pivoting support for elements such as piles or columns.
  • the pivoting of the holder is realized by the uppermost surface region of the ground anchor and the lowermost surface region of the holder are formed as one inside, towards the same direction (up or down) open part spherical surfaces which are mutually displaceable about their common sphere center and optionally by means of a screw which passes through an opening in both partial spherical surfaces, can be clamped together.
  • a significant disadvantage of the construction is that the screw after installation of the possibly attached column is no longer accessible, and thus the inclination of the column is not correctable when erected column.
  • the DE 20 2011 052 381 U1 shows for a pole support to be anchored to a concrete surface the same adjustment principle as the DE 4424229 A1 and the GB 2111553 A , It also leads to the same disadvantage.
  • the DE 7611146 U1 shows a classic design for a height-adjustable but not tilt-adjustable support leg for supporting elements of a floor compared to a much lower building surface.
  • the support foot has from bottom to top following a bottom part, a middle part and a top.
  • the bottom part has an upwardly projecting threaded bolt on and the upper part of a downwardly projecting threaded bolt with the direction of rotation of the lower threaded bolt opposite direction of rotation.
  • the middle part is a vertically oriented threaded sleeve, in which the direction of rotation of the nut thread in the upper longitudinal region is opposite to the direction of rotation of the nut thread in the lower longitudinal region.
  • the aforementioned threaded bolts are threadedly engaged with these nut threads. If the middle part designed as a threaded sleeve is rotated about the thread axis relative to the upper part and lower part, then the overall height of the support foot is increased or decreased.
  • the height change per revolution of the middle part is two pitches of the thread, which is twice as much as with conventional screwing. This can be annoying when lifting against heavy back pressure or when fine tuning the height under load.
  • the DE 202010010737 U1 shows a height and tilt adjustable support foot for floor elements opposite an underlying building surface.
  • the support foot has from bottom to top following a bottom part, a middle part and a top.
  • the bottom part has an upwardly projecting threaded bolt.
  • the upper part formed from two parts pivotable about a horizontal axis relative to each other has a downwardly projecting threaded sleeve with opposite direction of rotation to the direction of rotation of the lower threaded bolt.
  • the middle part is complementary to the upper part as a threaded bolt and formed in the lower part of a threaded sleeve whose two threads are threadedly engaged with the threaded parts of the upper and lower parts.
  • the change in height per revolution of the middle part is again two pitches of the thread, so twice as much as in conventional screwing. Relative to its height adjustment range, the support foot is relatively high. It takes some manual skill to align the above-mentioned horizontal axis without unduly changing the height of the support leg.
  • the EP 0309399 A1 and the DE 19631231 A1 show support feet for a raised floor.
  • a plate on which the upper floor is to hang from above is formed as a part ball shell, which abuts a partial ball shell of a central part tilt adjustable from above and can be fixed thereto by means of a screwed from the top of the plate ago screw.
  • the middle part is for this purpose designed as a threaded sleeve with external thread and internal thread, wherein the external thread for height adjustment relative to a lower part is used and wherein the two said threads are common in the same direction of rotation.
  • the object underlying the invention is to provide a support foot especially for supporting the lower end of a wooden columns against a building surface such as a raw ceiling or a foundation, which is adjustable in height and tilt to compensate for inaccuracies in the building area can.
  • a support foot especially for supporting the lower end of a wooden columns against a building surface such as a raw ceiling or a foundation, which is adjustable in height and tilt to compensate for inaccuracies in the building area can.
  • a support foot especially for supporting the lower end of a wooden columns against a building surface such as a raw ceiling or a foundation, which is adjustable in height and tilt to compensate for inaccuracies in the building area can.
  • a support foot especially for supporting the lower end of a wooden columns against a building surface such as a raw ceiling or a foundation, which is adjustable in height and tilt to compensate for inaccuracies in the building area can.
  • Opposite from the DE 202010010737 U1 known construction to be created support foot should be easier einjustierbar and related
  • FIG. 1 shows a side sectional view of the relevant to the understanding of the invention parts of an exemplary advantageous embodiment of a support leg according to the invention.
  • statically relevant parts of the support leg of Fig. 1 ranked from bottom to top are a bottom part 1, a screw 2, a middle part 3 and an upper part. 4
  • the flat bottom part 1 typically consists of a strong steel sheet (for example, 8 mm thick). When installed as intended, the bottom part 1 is located on the ground, typically on a raw ceiling or a concrete foundation on top and is there by means of screws which run through steren shedgangsbohrept 5 and anchored in the ground, fixed. In its center of the surface of the bottom part 1 is embossed up to a collection, the upper surface has the shape of a downwardly open part spherical surface 6, which is broken by a central vertical screw through hole 7.
  • the screw 2 which has a hexagonal screw head 8 and a threaded bolt 9, protrudes with a clear play through the screw through hole 7 through with its threaded bolt 9 upwards.
  • the middle part 3 is essentially a vertical threaded bolt, the lower end face is formed as a downwardly open part spherical surface 10 which rests on the part 1 belonging to the bottom part spherical surface 6 above and at least about the same ball center as the part spherical surface.
  • the upper part 4 is connected at its upper portion, not shown, with the column to be supported.
  • This further connection for which there are many possible implementations (central screw connection, plug connection, flange connection with a wreath of screws, clamps, etc.), is not part of the invention.
  • a threaded sleeve 12 In its predominant below the connection region with the column longitudinal region of the upper part 4 is a threaded sleeve 12, the nut thread 13 is screwed from above onto the external thread 14 of the central part 3 and thus is in threaded engagement with this. Depending on how far the nut thread 13 of the upper part 4 is screwed, the total length of middle part 3 and top 4 shorter or longer, and thus the support foot lower or higher.
  • a circular cylindrical sleeve 15 surrounds the threaded sleeve 12 of the upper part 4 at least in the lower region in a loose clearance fit.
  • the sleeve 15 provides protection against weathering and thus corrosion of sensitive areas of the support leg, and it has an optical function. By covering the transition region between the bottom part 1 and the static supporting parts 3, 4 adjoining above, it effects a uniform appearance of the support foot.
  • An assembly process of the illustrated support leg according to the invention can comprise the following work steps, arranged one behind the other: When only loosely tightened screw 2 and deeply screwed onto the middle part 3 upper part 4 of the support foot is placed at the place of use and by means of screws which pass through the screw through holes 5, fixed.
  • the common axis of the middle part 3 and upper part 4 is vertically adjusted by the upper part 4 in the appropriate direction is pressed laterally strong enough to move the screw head 8 of the screw 2 at the bottom of the survey on the bottom part 1 something.
  • the middle part 3 After aligning the axis of the central part 3 is fixed to the bottom part 1 stronger by the middle part 3 with raised sleeve 15 at its lower end portion, which may have a meshing geometry for a wrench, taken and slightly rotated so that the screw 2, the is immovable by friction of the screw head 8 on the bottom part 1, is screwed deeper into the threaded hole 11.
  • the height of the support leg is adjusted by the upper part 4 is rotated about the common axis relative to the central part 3 and thus screwed up until the support leg has the appropriate height.
  • the threaded sleeve 12 may be provided at its upper or lower end portion with a matching engagement geometry to the tool.
  • the two threaded connections of the central part 3 are designed to rotate in opposite directions. That If the screw 2 and the associated threaded bore 11 have a left-hand thread, the nut thread 13 of the threaded sleeve 12 of the upper part 4 and the associated external thread 14 of the middle part 3 must be right-hand thread.
  • the inclination adjustability of the upright parts of the support leg relative to the bottom part is very important because the foundation of carports usually at least slightly inclined, so that water can flow away. If the support leg would not be adjustable in inclination, so that the protruding parts would be slightly sloping and would be endangered especially at snow load on the roof of the carport to bend away.
  • the inclination adjustability is also very useful if the support foot has to be placed on a very coarse concrete foundation, which has superficial coarse unevenness.
