Definitions

  • the invention relates to a recess device for formwork for forming a recess in a concrete structural element. It therefore relates more particularly to the construction of concrete or reinforced concrete structures in the field of building and public works.
  • the invention also relates to a reservation assembly comprising a plurality of such devices as well as a method of producing a concrete wall using the reservation device or a reservation assembly.
  • a reservation device is intended to form a reservation across the entire width of the concrete wall. For this, we currently use dummies attached to the metal formwork by magnets.
  • prefabricated and reusable dummies are used, fixed to the metal panels of the formwork, in particular by magnetic shoes.
  • reservation elements are used, which are most often made directly on the site from wood or polystyrene. These are reservation elements which have the major drawback of not being reusable, which monopolize labor on the site and which give relatively coarse reservations which may require patching or repairs. In addition, when they are made of wood, stripping is difficult due to the swelling of the wood during concreting.
  • Currently to create the mold or reserve it is necessary to involve a woodworker who will make a wooden frame corresponding to the desired opening and forming the reservation. The intervention of this trade lasts about 30 minutes for the realization as well as for the implementation between the formwork. For the removal the person in charge needs about 15 minutes. His intervention is also to be programmed in the production chain. In addition, during the implementation of the concrete in the formwork, the concrete exerted pressure on the reservation.
  • the reservation is therefore in a buttressed position and is damaged during removal.
  • the document EP 1 496 172 describes such formwork elements for forming a small dimension reservation across the entire width of a concrete structure comprising a plastic material reservation box having a support face equipped with magnetic means for its attachment to a metal formwork of the formwork.
  • the reservation element comprises a striking piece, opposite the bearing face of the reservation box, the mechanical resistance to impact of which under the action of a hammer and/or the removable character of which allows the element reservation to withstand at least forty stripping operations.
  • blows can damage the basic structure as well as the reservation box itself.
  • the set may be difficult to reuse.
  • the document US 5,608,991 describes a reservation device for the formwork of a concrete structure fixed to at least one of the two metal formwork panels of the formwork, consisting of a flexible and inflatable pocket, provided with at least one valve.
  • the pressure is constant and independent of the pressures exerted by the projection of the concrete and the mass of concrete supported by the different parts of the pocket.
  • At least the part in contact with the concrete of the flexible part can be covered by a flexible cover sheet.
  • This object and others are achieved by a reservation device according to claim 1 and a method of producing a concrete wall according to claim 11.
  • the invention therefore consists in a known manner of a reservation device for formwork of a concrete structure equipped with magnetic means for its attachment to at least one of the two metal formwork panels of the formwork.
  • the device according to the invention further consists of a flexible and inflatable pocket, provided with at least one valve so as to be able to inflate it with a pressure greater than or equal to the pressure sufficient to resist the impact due to the projection of the concrete on one of the faces of the pocket during the filling of the formwork and at sufficient pressure to resist the force due to the mass of concrete supported by the different parts of the pocket.
  • the reservation device is reusable because during each use it is only inflated during formwork and deflated during stripping.
  • the reservation is neat and requires little patching or reworking.
  • the use of such a device is within the reach of anyone on a construction site and having a compressor to inflate the pocket. It therefore does not require the intervention of a specialized person.
  • the pocket according to the invention comprises a first chamber and a second chamber fitting one inside the other, the first chamber is made of a material resistant to a pressure greater than or equal to the pressure necessary to resist the impact due to the projection of the concrete on one of the faces of the pocket during the filling of the formwork and at a pressure necessary to resist the force due to the mass of concrete supported by the different parts of the pocket and the second chamber is made of material resistant to friction with degrading exterior elements. The wear of the pocket by friction is therefore practically non-existent and it is reusable many times.
  • the chambers are made of fibrous and waterproof material. Preferably they are made of synthetic material.
  • the magnets are fixed between the first chamber and the second chamber. Thus the magnets are not lost during the various stages of manipulation of the device.
  • the pocket is of parallelepipedic shape, of cylindrical shape or of cylindrical polygonal shape.
  • the pocket has two side faces of different dimensions connected by inclined planes so as to be able to block the element concerned by the reservation.
  • valve is tucked into the pocket.
  • valve is protected by a sealed cap.
  • dimension of the pocket is standardized.
  • the pocket is provided with adhesive elements to fix at least one solid and removable part provided with adhesive counter-elements on one of the faces or a corner of the pocket.
  • the invention also consists of a reservation assembly composed of several reservation elements.
  • a reservation assembly composed of several reservation elements.
  • This process has the advantage of being achievable by anyone working on the site without involving specialists.
  • the pocket can be inflated, at least partially, before being positioned.
  • an additional step consists in positioning at least one solid element on at least one of the faces or on at least one corner of the pocket. This element allows better protection of the pocket.
  • no reworking of the tables in the reservation is necessary.
  • FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a reservation device comprising a pocket of parallelepiped shape.
  • the openings made in a formwork correspond to the locations of various elements such, for example, the locations of doors or windows or electrical ducts or layers of pipes for the passage of technical network elements.
  • the formwork being a rigid and undeformable enclosure in which the fresh concrete is poured, it is not possible to pour the concrete and then break it at the location provided for these openings. This is why a reservation must be provided in the shape and size corresponding to the desired opening. This reservation is formed over all or part of the thickness of the concrete structure.
  • the formwork is either vertical, for example for making walls, or horizontal, for example for making floors. They can also be of variable inclination or else have the shape of a mould, for example for the production of prefabricated parts.
  • the reservation device represented by way of example on the figure 1 and the figure 2 is a flexible and inflatable pouch. It has two chambers: an inner chamber or envelope 3 and an outer chamber or envelope 4.
  • the inner envelope 3 is made of a material or tarpaulin such as a flexible, synthetic, resistant and waterproof canvas. Its role is to maintain the pressurized fluid, such as air or any other fluid that a person skilled in the art could use, inside the pocket.
  • the pressure P of this fluid is determined to counterbalance a first pressure P1 exerted by the thrust pressure due the projection of fresh concrete into the formwork. It must therefore be sufficient for the ladle to withstand the impact of this projection of concrete without deforming.
  • this pressure P must be sufficient so that the setting pressure P2 exerted by the setting of the concrete on the different faces of the pocket does not deform the pocket.
  • the space reserved by the pocket corresponds to the desired reserve.
  • the outer casing 4 is likewise made of a non-adherent and resistant waterproof flexible material known to those skilled in the art. This material may for example be natural, such as rubber or synthetic. It protects the inner casing 3 from cutting elements such as, for example, steel spikes, nails, laitance.
  • the two envelopes are of almost identical shapes so that the inner envelope 3 fits perfectly into the outer envelope 4.
  • the two envelopes are welded, glued, or assembled by any technique deemed useful by those skilled in the art.
  • a valve 2 is positioned on one of the faces of the reservation element; it is accessible after positioning this element in the formwork.
  • the valve is retracted or retracted so as not to protrude from the pocket. It allows the introduction of fluid into the pocket by putting the inner envelope 3 under pressure. It is also possible to position different valves on different faces and to use the best positioned valve to introduce the fluid.
  • An external compressor can be connected to this valve to introduce pressurized air into this envelope. It can be provided with a waterproof and protective cap.
  • magnets 5 are fixed on one of the internal faces between the internal casing 3 and the external casing 4. They allow the fixing by magnetization of the pocket on a metal formwork of the formwork.
  • the reservation device as represented by the figure 1 is therefore fixed between the metal panels of the formwork, then it is inflated to a pressure P so as to prevent the shotcrete from occupying the space of the reservation.
  • the concrete is positioned around the reservation element. After the poured concrete has set and then hardened, the reservation element is stripped quite simply by deflating the pocket by opening the valve.
  • the element is retracted without friction and therefore without being damaged. No formwork oil is used.
  • This element is reusable many times. It is lightweight and compressible when not in use, making it easy to transport.
  • the section of the reservation device is rectangular.
  • This section could also be square, circular, polygonal or any other shape corresponding to the shape of the element for which the reservation is created.
  • a cylindrical reservation has three faces, a curved face and two flat and circular parallel faces. Any other shape will have a certain number of faces. It is on one of the faces of this element that the valve is positioned. The valve is therefore positioned on one of the accessible faces of this element. It can be centered or decentered.
  • An alternative is a pocket having two side faces of different dimensions connected by inclined planes.
  • the reservation thus created will make it possible to be able to block the element concerned by the reservation in the thickness of the reservation.
  • the invention also consists of a reservation assembly composed of several elements. Each element corresponding to a reservation device as described above.
  • a first element is introduced into the reservation space. It is then inflated to a determined pressure using an external compressor connected to the valve. A second or nth element is superimposed or juxtaposed with the first element so as to achieve the requested size reservation.
  • a metal plate will be fixed to a formwork formwork to be able to position the inflatable pocket.
  • solid and removable parts are fixed on the face subject to the pouring of concrete to counter the effect of bracing due to this pouring.
  • These parts are for example solid plates such as synthetic or metal plates or wooden or plywood plates which are introduced above the pocket when the latter is not inflated or partially inflated. They can maintain themselves. During the stripping, they can be removed effortlessly as soon as the pocket is partially or totally deflated.
  • solid and removable parts are fixed on at least one side of the pocket as well as on at least one corner of the pocket so as to form a frame to consolidate the structure if necessary.
  • the device is then more strongly stiffened and allows a faster finish during formwork stripping because rework is not necessary.
  • the inflatable bag is provided with adhesive elements such as Velcro elements, which makes it possible to fix solid elements provided with adhesive counter-elements.
