Claims (10)
- Doublure intérieure pour la réception d'un produit à transporter, notamment liquide, destinée à être disposée dans un récipient intérieure d'un récipient sur palette, la doublure intérieure comprenant :un film (1) flexible à paroi mince destiné à recevoir le produit à transporter,un adaptateur (2) destiné à attacher le film (1) à une ouverture (13) dans la paroi du récipient intérieur (14) du récipient sur palette, etune pièce de robinetterie (3) destinée au soutirage du produit à transporter,le film (1) et l'adaptateur (2) formant un ensemble préfabriqué,
caractérisée en ce que le film (1), l'adaptateur (2) et la pièce de robinetterie (3) forment un ensemble préfabriqué de telle manière que la zone entourée par le film (1), l'adaptateur (2) et la pièce de robinetterie (3) est fermée hermétiquement à l'environnement. - Doublure intérieure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'adaptateur (2) est configuré comme pièce moulée sensiblement rotosymétrique, notamment comme pièce moulée en matière plastique.
- Doublure intérieure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'adaptateur (2) est configuré comme pièce sensiblement en forme de pot, la pièce en forme de pot comprenant un fond (5) et une paroi latérale (6).
- Doublure intérieure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la paroi latérale (6) est en forme conique.
- Doublure intérieure selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que la pièce en forme de pot a une zone de bord (8) pliée.
- Doublure intérieure selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la zone de bord (8) est en forme de U ou L et en ce qu'un joint d'étanchéité est disposé dans la zone de bord (8).
- Doublure intérieure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'adaptateur est configuré comme disque annulaire sensiblement plat.
- Récipient sur palette, comprenant un récipient intérieur (14) indéformable qui est posé sur une palette et reçu dans un cage ou dans une enveloppe en tôle, caractérisé par une doublure intérieure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, l'adaptateur (2) de la doublure intérieure étant fixé à une ouverture (13) de la paroi (15) du récipient intérieur (14) indéformable.
- Récipient sur palette selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur (2) de la doublure intérieure est fixé au récipient intérieur (14) à l'aide d'un bouchon à vis, un filetage (18) du bouchon à vis (17) s'engrenant avec un taraudage formé à l'ouverture (13) de la paroi (15) du récipient, et le bouchon à vis (17) couvrant l'adaptateur (2).
- Récipient sur palette selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'adaptateur de la doublure intérieure est attaché à l'ouverture de la paroi du récipient à l'aide d'une liaison de matières, notamment à l'aide d'une liaison soudée.
