Definitions

  • the invention relates to a wiping device according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention relates to a wiping device with a handle, a wiping plate attached to the handle, to which a wiping cloth arranged at least on the underside can be releasably attached, and with an actuating means, the wiping plate holding elements has, on which the wipe is held and from which the wipe is detachable via the actuating means.
  • the invention further relates to a wiping system with the above-mentioned wiping device and a waste container and optionally with an additional, mobile storage box as a wiping cloth container.
  • the waste container and/or the wipe container which is set up to hold a stack of wipes, has an opening, which is each dimensioned such that the wiping device with the wiping plate can be inserted into the wipe container parallel to the plane of the opening.
  • Wiping systems with a wiping device and a wiping cloth container of this type are from the US 2007/0022553 A1 known.
  • a lower flap is pivoted away from the Velcro connections of an upper wipe carrier, in particular via a foldable connection, so that a wiping covering located below the lower flap detaches from the lower flap and can fall down.
  • This movement is accomplished by placing the mop plate on the edge of a bucket and then angling the style of the mop.
  • the disadvantage of this wiping system is that the user has to position the wiping device on the edge of the bucket, i.e. the bucket must be coordinated with the wiping system. It is difficult to throw it over any place, for example next to a garbage can.
  • the well-known wiping system has the advantage that the user can connect disposable wipes to the wiping plate comparatively quickly and easily.
  • the disadvantage is that it is necessary to bend down to the wiping cloth in order to attach it to the wiping plate by hand. Furthermore, it must be removed by hand after use, which can be annoying, especially if it is heavily or unpleasantly contaminated.
  • Another disadvantage is that handling the wiping system is not entirely easy because the user has to place the wiping cloth container, which is essentially an outer packaging, on the floor in order to then be able to remove the wiping cloths. This results in the user tending to remove the wipe one by one from the wipe container and connect it to the wipe plate in a conventional manner. He also has to bend down again to remove the wipe container from the current cleaning area so that it doesn't get in the way.
  • a wiping device designed as a mop with an attachment for the wiping cloth that can be detached via a remote control is from the EP 2 139 372 B1 known.
  • thorn-like grippers are provided transversely to the long side of the wiping plate, which can be pressed towards or apart via an actuating device arranged on the handle of the wiping device. Since these thorns are at an angle, the mop cover is stretched or released onto the underside of the mop plate so that it can fall down.
  • This design has the disadvantage that, due to the thorns, it is only suitable for thicker covers, but not for thin, antistatic wipes. Furthermore, the thorns protrude downwards, which can not only lead to scratches on the floor, but also injuries.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to create a wiping device and a wiping system with a wiping device and a container for used or new wipes, with easier handling of the wiping device and wipe container as well as easy use or the risk of injury or damage to the floor being made possible .
  • the design according to the invention now makes it possible to release the wiping cloth from the wiping plate more easily and simply using the actuating means.
  • the user operates the actuating means, thereby building up the force directed in the release direction. This force causes the wipe held on the holding elements to be separated from them and can fall down.
  • the user can drop the wipe into a container for used wipes and then, after resetting the actuating means, remove a new wipe from a storage container for new wipes without having to bend down or touch the wipe.
  • the embodiment according to the invention can be used in particular in conjunction with dry, antistatic wipes. However, it is not limited to this; pre-moistened wipes can also be used in connection with the invention. It can even be used in conjunction with wet wipes dipped in containers for cleaning liquid.
  • the release force for releasing the wipe can be applied via different mechanisms.
  • a basic possibility is to push away or pull the holding elements away from the wipe.
  • the holding element can be displaceable relative to the underside of the wiping plate via the actuating means, so that it can be removed from the wiping pad.
  • a possible embodiment has a wiping plate with a support plate, on the underside of which the wiping cloth is held. This support plate can then have one or more continuous recesses through which one or more Support body with a holding area extend through to the wipe on the underside of the support plate.
  • the holding area of the carrier body there is preferably only a little space between the holding area of the carrier body and the edge of the recess, at least on one side or on two opposite sides, for example a gap of less than 5mm.
  • a tensile force is now applied to the releasable holding means, since the wiping cloth is supported on the underside of the support plate around the recess. Since the wipe is not elastic enough to be pulled in with the holding area, the retaining means will loosen and the wipe will fall.
  • the recesses do not have to be continuous; support bodies arranged in pockets on the underside of the wiper plate can also be used.
  • the holding elements can also be provided on the underside of the support plate, with this configuration the solvents then push the wipe away from the underside of the support plate, for example via levers, decentrally mounted rollers or other pressure elements.
  • the wiping plate is designed as a double plate, with one of the plates, usually the lower one, being designed as a support plate for pressing the wiping cloth arranged underneath onto the surface to be cleaned.
  • the other plate functions as a solvent or carrier plate and is displaceable, in particular displaceable, relative to the support plate. For example, this second plate can be pulled up via the actuating means, thereby releasing the holding elements from the wiping cloth via the mechanisms described above.
  • the holding elements can basically have any design.
  • areas of the underside of the mop plate are provided with Velcro hooks.
  • the wipe is then correspondingly designed in such a way that the Velcro hooks can get caught on the wipe in the manner of a usual Velcro connection.
  • Velcro hooks can, for example, be glued in strips to the underside of the mop plate or even on one Wiping plate made of plastic can be made by injection molding together with the wiping plate.
  • the invention is not limited to Velcro connections as holding elements. Suction cups or standard wipe clamps can also be used to attach the wipe. The only important thing is the fact that a force applied between the underside of the wiping plate and the facing surface of the wiping cloth is able to release the wiping cloth from the holding elements. Even if, as in many currently known wiping devices, the holding element is arranged on the top of the wiping plate, the solution principle of the invention could theoretically be used.
  • wiper clamps can be provided on the top of the wiper plate, under which the solvents are then provided, which can be displaced upwards via the actuating means, so that the wiper clamped in the wiper clamp is pushed out of the wiper clamp and then by gravity falls below.
  • the user can easily and easily attach a new wipe to the mopping plate.
  • wiping cloths are used that protrude beyond the wiping plate with the required edge. If the user now presses the wiping plate centrally onto such wiping cloths, he can, for example, fold the wiping cloth over by hand and clamp it into the wiping cloth clamps.
  • the wiping cloth is attached to the underside of the wiping plate, so that the user can grab a new wiping cloth by lightly placing the wiping plate on the wiping cloth supply without having to bend down.
  • the solvent there are various variations as to how the solvent can be formed.
  • the wiping plate is designed in two parts and has a carrier body and an area which can be displaced relative to the carrier body via the actuating means and which has the solvents or already forms them themselves.
  • This can be, for example, a second plate arranged parallel to an approximately plate-shaped support body.
  • This plate can then be placed above the carrier body be provided, the solvents being formed by printing elements. Passages for the pressure elements are then provided in the carrier body. These pressure elements are then arranged and designed in such a way that when the upper plate is pressed towards the carrier body via the actuating means, they are pressed through the passages.
  • the holding elements are provided outside the area of the passages, so that after passing through the carrier body, the pressure elements release the wipe held on the holding elements from them.
  • the pressure elements and their travel path are designed in such a way that the wiping cloth is completely removed from the holding elements.
  • the two plates that are movable relative to one another, the support body on the one hand and the upper plate with the pressure elements on the other, can be used to implement a further function of the wiping device.
  • This function is that the mopping plate can be mounted at the top of the wipe container or a used wipe container within the opening for removing fresh wipes in the case of a wipe container or for discharging used wipes in the case of the waste container.
  • the wipe container can thus be closed by the wipe plate, so that, for example, contamination of the fresh wipes by dust can be avoided.
  • the wiping device can be moved and stored particularly easily together with a particularly rollable wiping cloth container.
  • the wiping plate therefore becomes the lid of the wipe container or the waste container.
  • a fastening means is provided, via which the wiping plate can be connected, for example clamped, to the inner edge of the wipe container or the waste container.
  • a wiping device holder which extends upwards from the wiping cloth container, can hold the handle, particularly when the handle is pivotable relative to the wiping plate.
  • the fastening means can be actuated via a separate actuating device, which ensures, for example, that clamping means are moved out of the edge, parallel to the plane of the wiping plate, which pushes the wiping plate into place wedge the opening.
  • the opening is of course designed in such a way that it has approximately the clear width of the size of the wiping plate, plus a gap that makes it possible to insert the wiping plate easily and parallel to the plane of the opening.
  • the two plates are connected to one another, for example via an elastic means, such as a rubber ball, with the elastic means being displaced outwards by the movement of the two plates towards one another, thus forming the clamping means.
  • an elastic means such as a rubber ball
  • Another possible embodiment has a wiper plate that is segmented or has displaceable clamping means on its edges that can be displaced via the actuating means.
  • the segments of the segmented wiper plate can be pushed apart using a suitable lever mechanism so that they become wedged in the removal opening.
  • the wiping plate is wedged on the inner wall of the removal opening.
  • the function can be combined with the possibility of throwing off the mop cover, in which case the lever mechanism is then functionally connected to the solvents, so that the movement of the lever mechanism into the blocking position at the same time, for example, pressure medium as a solvent from the underside of the mop plate squeezes out.
  • the solvents can be activated automatically via a return spring or other elasticity be returned to the inactive position after loosening the wiping cloth.
  • a wiping system which includes a wiping cloth container 1 and a wiping device placed therein.
  • the wipe container 1 can be moved via rollers 2.
  • the wipe container 1 is essentially in the shape of an elongated bucket and is open at the top to form an opening.
  • the size of the opening corresponds approximately to the size of the wiping plate 4 plus a gap that enables or facilitates the insertion of the wiping plate 4 into the gap.
  • the wiper container 1 On the elongated, rear side wall, the wiper container 1 has a wiping device holder 3 which extends upwards with a contact surface and on which the handle 5 of the wiping device can be supported.
  • This mop holder 3 essentially resembles a wooden spoon stand.
  • Such a wiping device holder 3 is particularly practical when the handle 5 of the wiping device is rotatably and/or pivotally connected to the wiping plate 4 via a joint, in particular a cardan joint.
  • the wiping device has a handle 6 which is provided with an actuating means 7.
  • This actuating means 7 activates or deactivates the fastening means for clamping the wiper plate 4 within the removal opening 15.
  • the fastening means are connected to the actuating means 7 via suitable means, for example a cable or a lever mechanism.
  • the actuating means can of course also be provided on the handle 5, for example as a displaceable sleeve.
  • the handle 5 itself can also be the actuating means 7 if, for example, the handle 5 can be pivoted or rotated relative to the mop plate 4.
  • the relative movement between the handle 5 and the wiper plate 4 can be attacked at the lower end of the handle 5 and converted into an activation of the clamping means 12 or the solvent 10 via a suitable mechanism.
  • FIG 2 A possible embodiment of the wiping system is shown schematically in a sectional view.
  • the wipe container 1 can be seen here, which can be moved via rollers 2.
  • a stack of wipes 11 is provided within the wipe container 1, which the user can remove via the wipe plate 4.
  • the wiping plate 4 has Velcro hooks on its underside as holding elements 19, which are placed on the top of the wiping cloth 11, so that this wiping cloth 11 can be removed from the wiping cloth container 1 via the Velcro connection with the wiping cloth 11, for example made of felt or a similar material leaves. This saves the user from having to bend down to attach the wiping cloth 11 to the wiping plate 4.
  • the stack of wipes 11 rests on an adjusting plate 16, which is pressed upwards via feed springs 8.
  • An upper stop not shown here, limits the upward mobility of the stack so that it is not pushed out of the wipe container 1.
  • the wiping device holder 3 can be seen, which extends upwards from the rear edge of the wiping cloth container 1 and forms a system for the handle 5 of the wiping device. This means that after the wiping plate 4 has been jammed in the opening, the user can lean the handle 5 against this wiping device holder 3, which is angled appropriately for this purpose so that there is a stable leaning option.
  • the wiper plate 4 is designed here in two parts. It has an upper area, which here is also plate-shaped, for example.
  • a lower support plate 9 is arranged underneath and can be moved relative to it and is provided with holding elements 19 in the form of Velcro hooks for fastening the wipe 11.
  • the lower support plate 9 can be pulled upwards. Since bead-like clamping means 12 are provided on both sides between the lower support plate 9 and the upper support, these are pressed outwards by reducing the distance between the lower support plate 9 and the upper support. As a result, the wiping plate 4 is wedged in the removal opening 15.
  • the wiping device preferably has releasable locking means which lock the fastening means in the wedged position. This can be done, for example, according to the so-called ballpoint pen principle, according to which a first pressing movement locks the locking means and a second pressing movement on the handle 5 releases the locking again.
  • the wiping plate 4 has an upper, essentially plate-shaped part which serves as a solvent 10. Below this is a carrier plate 9 which runs parallel to the solvent 10 and has the holding means 19 for fastening the wipe 11 on its underside. On the upper region of the wiper plate 4 serving as a solvent 10, projections 22 are provided which extend downward through recesses 23 in the carrier plate 9 and which serve as a pressure piece. In Figure 2 Adjusting springs 20 are provided which keep the two plates, namely the carrier plate 9 and the plate-like solvent 10, at a distance from one another in the inactive position Keep solvent10. Of course, the elastic clamping means 12 can also take on this task. The function of the projections is best in Figure 3 to recognize.
  • the projections 22 protrude downwards through the lower support plate 9. If a wipe 11 is now attached to the lower support plate 9, it is pulled or pressed out of the Velcro connection by the solvent 10 and can therefore be thrown away after use, for example over a waste container. This saves the user not only from bending over, but also from any contact with the used wipe 11.
  • the distance by which the projections 22 are moved downward is of course so large that the wiping cloth can be removed from all holding elements 19.
  • the holding elements 19 are provided directly next to or near the recesses 23, through which the projections 22 protrude in the release position.
  • FIG. 4 A waste container 17 is shown, which can interact with the wiping device in a similar manner to the wipe container 1 shown in FIG.
  • the waste container 17 is used to collect used wipes 11, whereby the special design of the wiping device enables the user to detach the wipe 11 from the mopping plate 4 over the opening of the waste container 17 and throw it away without having to bend down or touch the wipe 11 can.
  • the waste container 17 has inwardly directed abutments on which the wiper plate 4 can be placed with its outer edge. If the user only presses down the handle 5, the upper part of the wiping plate 4 is moved in the direction of the lower support plate 9 resting on the abutments, which serves as a support body for the wiping cloth 11, whereby the solvent 10 passes through the recesses 23 in the support plate 9 extend through and press the wiping cloth 11 downwards. This causes the wipe 11 to be released from the holding elements so that it can fall down.
  • a restoring adjusting spring 20, not shown, can return the wiper plate 4 to the starting position when the pressure on the handle 5 is removed reset if this restoring force is not caused by lateral, elastic clamping means.
  • the wiping device can be designed in such a way that the relative mobility between the carrier plate 9 and the upper region of the wiping plate 4 is only given when the handle 5 is arranged perpendicular to the wiping plate 4, for example. This prevents the solvent 10 from being accidentally actuated while using the mopping device for cleaning with the handle 5 at an angle, since the handle 5 is usually pivoted relative to the mopping plate 4 in the operating position.
  • the articulation of the handle 5 can be used and can be designed in such a way that the pivoting of the handle 5 relative to the wiper plate 4 actuates a lever which couples the carrier plate 9 and the upper part of the wiper plate 4 to one another.
  • the waste container 17 can have grooves or receiving pockets in the area of its inner wall into which the clamping means 12 can protrude, in particular to form a positive connection.
  • an abutment is not absolutely necessary to implement the function according to the invention. Rather, it can also be possible to simply hold the wiping plate 4 in, even at an angle to the plane of the opening of the waste container 17, by releasing the wiping cloth 11 from the wiping plate 4 via the actuating means 7 (not shown here).
  • the wiping plate 4 and the waste container 17 can also be set up in such a way that the wiping plate 4 can be fastened at any or different depths of the waste container 17.
  • FIG. 5 The waste container 17 and the mopping device are shown with its lower part in the discharge position. It can be seen that the upper part of the wiping plate 4 is lowered relative to the carrier plate 9 via the handle 5, as a result of which the solvents 10 have pressed through the recesses 23 in the carrier plate 9 and have brought the wiping cloth 11 at a distance from the holding means 19. As a result, the wipe 11 was loosened and can fall into the waste container 17.
  • the clamping means 12 clamp the wiping device in the opening of the waste container 17, whereby the geometry can also be designed such that the clamping effect 12 either does not occur at all or only later, after the wiping cloth has been ejected 11, enters. As a result, the user can either only throw away the wiping cloth 11 or also jam the wiping plate 4 in the opening.
  • FIG 6 a further embodiment of the wiping device according to the invention is shown.
  • the wiping plate 4 has a lower support plate 21, which presses the wiping cloth 11 (not shown here) against the surface to be cleaned.
  • This support plate 21 has the recesses 23 (provided here as an example at the corners) through which projections 22 extend, on the underside of which the holding elements 19, designed for example as Velcro surfaces, are provided. These can be detachably connected to the wiping device (just like in all other configurations) in order to achieve interchangeability.
  • the release force of the holding elements 19 is greater or directed in a different direction than the force that connects the wipe 11 to the holding elements 19.
  • screwed or plugged supports with holding elements 19 attached to them can of course also be used.
  • the actuating means 7 is not shown, via which the two plates are moved towards one another or spaced apart from one another.
  • the former can be done via the adjusting spring 20, which is designed here as a bending spring. Stops limit the movement, so that in the position of use the lower regions of the projections 23 with the holding elements 19 lie in the plane of the underside of the support plate 21 or protrude downwards by a small amount, for example by the length of the Velcro hooks.
  • the upper support plate can be connected via a cable to the actuating means 7 arranged as a lever above the sliding sleeve on the handle 5.
  • the user can use this to pull the support plate 9 from which the support plate 21 is pulled against the force of the restoring adjusting spring 20, so that the projections 23 dip into the recesses 23 and the wiping cloth 11 (not shown) detaches from the holding elements 19.
  • the projections 23 can be pulled up or the support plate 21 can be pushed down.
  • FIG 7 shows an exploded view of a specific embodiment of the in three-dimensional representation Figure 6 principle presented.
  • a traction means 24 is provided, via which the lower plate, as in Figure 6
  • it is the support plate 21 that can be pulled towards the upper support plate 9 in order to bring the wiping plate into the position of use.
  • the force of the adjusting springs 20 designed as leaf springs is overcome and the projections 22 arranged in the bell-like support plate 9 - not visible here - protrude downwards into the plane of the underside of the support plate 21.
  • the traction means 24 is designed here as a traction rope, although of course a pull rod or any other traction means can also be used.
  • the traction means 24 is connected to the support plate 21 via a compensating spring 25.
  • This compensating spring 25 serves to compensate for the elongation of the traction means 24 by the gimbal mounting of the handle 5 on the lower wiper plate 21.
  • the clamping element 12 is designed here as a circumferential, elastic frame that surrounds the assembled wiper plate 4.
  • FIG. 8 shows a three-dimensional sectional view in which the functional components of the wiper plate 4 are shown enlarged.
  • FIG 9 a further embodiment of the wiping device according to the invention is shown.
  • the wiping cloth 11 is at the top, so the wiping device is shown upside down.
  • Wiping cloth clamps 13, which are arranged in the underside of the wiping plate 4, are provided here as holding means. These are standard wipe clamps 13 as are commonly known.
  • wiper clamps 13 consist of a cavity or a passage in the wiper plate 4 and an elastic and slotted element arranged in this passage. The wiping cloth 11 can be clamped in this slot and pulled out again against a pull-off force.
  • the solvents 10 are provided here on the top of the wiper plate 4. These push the wipe 11 out of the wipe clamp 13 from above.
  • the wiper clamp 13 is designed with a continuous passage, into which a pressure piece of the solvent 10 protrudes from above, which is designed or mounted in such a way that it can be inserted via the actuating means 7 so far into the cavity of the wiper clamps 13 that it is Press the wiper 11 out of the slot in the wiper clamps 13.
  • Figure 9 the storage and arrangement of the solvent 10 and the connection to the actuating means 7 (not shown here) are only shown schematically, without showing the mobility of the solvent 10, in order to visualize the position and the pressure direction of the solvent 10.
  • FIG. 10 shows a further embodiment of a wiping device, which is not the subject of the present invention.
  • the actuating means 7 is designed as a pressure-generating means, here as a rubber bellows. Via the actuating means 7, a pressure surge is transmitted via a compressed air supply to the solvent 10, which is designed here as a pressure balloon.
  • the actuating means 7 can be formed by Velcro connections. If the user now presses the rubber bellows, the pressure balloon expands and, since it has no room to expand upwards or laterally, downwards. As a result, the wipe 11 is released from the holding elements and can fall down. If the wipe 11 is designed appropriately, especially if it can be sucked in, the pressure balloons can also be replaced by a suction cup-like solution which can also suck in the wipe 11 and thus form the holding elements 19.
  • the solvents 10 are formed by a pressure plate arranged in the underside of the wiping plate 4.
  • the underside of the wiping plate 4 has, for example, a pocket-like depression that can accommodate the printing plate.
  • the pressure plate in turn extends vertically upwards with adjusting levers that penetrate the wiper plate 4 to the top of the wiper plate 4.
  • These adjusting levers are guided obliquely in guide elements 18, which in turn are connected to a pivot bearing 14 via a pull/push rod and from the inside to the outside or in the opposite direction are slidably mounted on the wiper plate 4.
  • the pivot bearing 14 can, for example, be formed by an element with an oval cross-section, which is rotatably mounted on the wiper plate 4 and has the articulation for the handle 5 on its upper side.
  • This has the particular advantage that the user can rotate the oval element by turning the handle 5 and thus move the guide elements 18 relative to the mop plate 4 when it is held in the direction of rotation.
  • lever mechanisms can also be used.
  • a toggle lever or other rack can also be used; the only important thing is that the rotary movement of the handle 5 is converted into a raising/lowering movement of the adjusting lever.
  • the pressure plate can also be moved downwards using other mechanisms; for example, a pedal-like pressure area that can be pressed downwards using a foot step would be considered. Pressure on the handle 5 itself can also ensure that the pressure plate is lowered if the pressure plate is designed accordingly and the connection to the wiper plate 4 is made.
  • FIGs 13 and 14 a final embodiment of the invention is shown, in which the wiper plate 4 has rotatably mounted solvent 10.
  • four levers are provided next to each other as a solvent 10. These levers are connected to one another via a gear, with an upper adjusting lever being guided in the pivot bearing 14 in a link guide. This causes rotation of the pivot bearing 14 to raise the upper adjusting lever, which in turn turns the rotatably mounted levers connected to the adjusting lever via a toggle lever.
  • Figure 14 shows this position. It can be seen that turning the handle 5 ensured that the pivot bearing 14 raised the adjusting lever.
  • This adjusting lever can be designed in the form of a rod, a plate or a frame or in a similar manner. Ultimately, a cable pull would also come into consideration, particularly when arranged inside the wiper plate 4.
  • the levers are mounted and designed in such a way that, after being twisted, a lower region of them moves out of the plane of the underside of the wiper plate 4 and thus forms the solvents 10.
  • the wipe 11 is released from the holding elements 19.
  • these levers are arranged parallel to the underside of the wiper plate 4 within the wiper plate 4.
  • the illustrated embodiment of the gear for activating the solvents 10 is only to be viewed as an exemplary embodiment of how pivotable solvents 10 could be implemented.
  • the inventive design of the wiping device is particularly advantageous to use in conjunction with a system that has a wipe container 1 and a waste container 17. These two containers can also be formed by a common container, which can then have two bucket-like depressions for receiving the stack of wipes on the one hand and for throwing off the used wipes 11 on the other. But the wiping device according to the invention can also be used advantageously without a waste container 17 or without a wipe container 1.
  • Both the actuating means 7 and the solvents 10 can be implemented in different ways, whereby the actuating means 7 can be arranged both on the handle 6 of the wiping device and in the lower region of the handle 5 or on the wiping plate 4.
  • the actuating means 7 can also come from the wiping plate 4 itself or then from the handle 5 and the wiping plate 4 in connection be formed with a suitable abutment.
  • the abutment is designed in such a way that it allows the relative movement within the wiping plate 4, but at the same time also enables the wiping cloth 11 to be ejected freely.
