Le châssis 1 globalement désigné sur la figure 1 est un châssis ouvrant désigné dans le reste de la description par le terme « porte » citée à titre d'exemple, sur laquelle sont rapportés des accessoires de fonctionnement (non représentés).
La porte 1 est formée par deux demi-coques complémentaires 2,3, respectivement intérieure INT et extérieure EXT, monoblocs, disposées en vis-à-vis et maintenues l'une contre l'autre par des moyens de fixation, délimitant entre elles un espace volumique « V » fermé.
Selon l'invention, les deux demi coques complémentaires 2,3 comportent les réservations des accessoires de fonctionnement.
Avantageusement, l'espace volumique contient une matière isolante 4. Préférentiellement, la matière isolante 4 renfermée dans l'espace volumique « V » est du liège.
Selon le procédé de réalisation d'une telle porte 1, chacune des deux demi-coques 2,3 la formant est obtenue distinctement de l'autre à partir d'une feuille métallique plane correspondant à son développé propre, sur lequel sont successivement pratiquées une opération de découpe, par laser ou par poinçonnage, des réservations 117-124 des accessoires de fonctionnement, puis une opération de pliage, préférentiellement mais facultativement à un angle compris entre 70° et 110°, préférentiellement mais facultativement à un angle d'environ 90° de ses bords latéraux vers l'intérieur, mis en contact ensuite les uns des autres par emboitement pour définir l'espace volumique « V ».
L'ouvrant 1 étant vitré, les demi-coques 2,3 comportent au moins une ouverture A, A', B, B' dite clair de vitre, délimitée sur chacun des développés par des lignes formées de micro-ruptures 101-108 en vue de leurs découpes ultérieures.
Au-delà des lignes des micro-ruptures 101-108, sont réalisées sur l'une des coques des chenilles 109-116 selon des lignes de pliage, préférentiellement mais facultativement à un angle compris entre 70° et 110°, préférentiellement mais facultativement à un angle d'environ 90° vers l'intérieur des bords du clair de vitre A-B, de manière à réaliser une feuillure à celle-ci.
La matière isolante 4 renfermée dans l'espace volumétrique « V » formé par les deux demi-coques 2,3 a ses faces en regard des faces internes des deux demi coques 2,3 encollées.
De cette manière, la feuille métallique plane d'ébauche peut être prélaquée et protégée par un film plastique pelable, sur la face de la feuille métallique plane qui doit constituer une des faces visible de la porte,_ce qui permet toutes les opérations de pliage, et ce qui permet de livrer, en fin de procédé, des parements prêts à être assemblés sans dégraissage, sans opération de peinture complexe et sans manutention.
