Definitions
- the present invention relates to the field of door panels, and more particularly, but not exclusively, to the field of door panels with an integrated sash profile.
- Known door panels generally have a sash frame and a trim, the sash frame being made from a profile.
- the sash frame cooperates with a fixed frame, so that several different profiles are necessary in order to be able to manufacture different sash frames adapted to each type of fixed frame, the fixed frame generally being manufactured by a different manufacturer from the manufacturer of the door panel.
- One of the main differences between the different types of frame frame is the distance between the frame frame joint cooperating with the door panel and the part of the frame frame cooperating with the door panel joint.
- the door panel manufacturer is then obliged to multiply its references and tools in order to be able to offer door panels adapted to the products of its various partners. So there is a need for that.
- GB667423A discloses a door panel according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the present invention provides a door panel as defined in claim 1.
- One embodiment relates to a door panel comprising a sash frame and a trim, in which the sash frame comprises a profile having a first profile part and a second profile part separate from the first profile part, the first profile part being assembled with the second profile part, in which the covering is connected to the sash frame via the first profile part only while the second profile part is configured to cooperate with a frame sleeping.
- the opening frame forms a frame on which the trim is mounted. Furthermore, the sash frame is configured to cooperate with a fixed frame.
- the fixed frame is the fixed part of a door, this fixed part being fixed, for example, on the periphery of an opening made in a wall.
- the trim is the part which forms the partition formed by the door panel.
- the trim comprises only a filling arranged within the leaf frame, or else a filling and one or more facings, or else only one or more facings without filling.
- the filling forms a layer of thermal and/or sound insulation.
- the insulating layer can be mono-material and have different structures (foam, honeycomb, etc.) or multi-material, for example have several distinct sub-layers of different materials.
- the trim can include one or more panes.
- the sash frame comprises a profile in two parts, a first profile part and a second profile part, these two parts being separate and assembled together.
- the trim is mounted on the first section part of the sash frame while it is the second section part which is configured to cooperate with the fixed frame. Thanks to this structure in two parts, during the manufacture of the door, it is possible to adjust the relative position of the first part of profile with respect to the second part of profile, without modifying the assembly structure of the opening frame with the cladding, thanks to which it is possible to easily manufacture different door panels which can respectively be adapted to different frame frames.
- the first profile part and the second profile part are assembled using a screw or the like, by gluing, by crimping and/or by clinching.
- “Screw or equivalent” means any type of screw, rivet, bolt, etc. Clinching is a technique for assembling two elements by local cold plastic deformation known to those skilled in the art.
- first profile part can easily be assembled with the second profile part and the relative position between these two parts can be adjusted, whereby different profiles for door panels are easily manufactured which can respectively adapt to different door frames. dormant.
- the first profile part is retracted by the trim.
- the first profile part is not visible other than by possible openings resulting from assembly and manufacturing tolerance clearances.
- the covering comprises a first facing and a second facing, the first section part being retracted by the first facing and the second facing.
- the first profile part is made of composite material while the second profile part is made of aluminum.

- the first profile part is manufactured by pultrusion.
- the profile benefits both from the rigidity of the second part of profile made of aluminum and from the good thermal insulation properties of the first part of profile made from composite material.
- the present invention also provides a method of manufacturing a door panel as defined in claim 5.
- One embodiment relates to a method of manufacturing a door panel comprising a sash frame and a trim, comprising the steps of providing a first profile part and a second profile part, assembling the first profile part with the second profile part so as to form a profile, form a sash frame from the profile, and fix a covering with sash frame via the first profile part only.
- the relative position of these two parts can easily be adjusted, whereby the profile can be adjusted so as to be adapted to different types of window frames.
- the trim being mounted on the sash frame by means of the first section part only, the relative position of the second section section does not impact the assembly structure of the trim with the window frame. opening. Thanks to this manufacturing method, it is possible to easily manufacture different door panels which can respectively be adapted to different frame frames.
- the first profile part and the second profile part are assembled using screws or the like, by gluing, by crimping and/or by clinching.
- the first profile part is assembled with the second profile part so that a longitudinal edge of the first profile part is placed at a predetermined distance from a longitudinal edge of the second profile part.
- the profile parts extend in a longitudinal direction, whereas a longitudinal edge is an edge which extends in this longitudinal direction.
- the trim comprises a first facing and a second facing, the first facing and/or the second facing having at least one curved edge so as to retract the first profile part, the edge being curved before the assembly of the trim with the sash frame.
- a facing is a plate forming a visible surface of the door panel. Thanks to the curved edges, the first profile part is retracted without additional operation during the assembly of the door panel.
- the Figure 1A shows a door 100 comprising a door panel 50 and a fixed frame 60.
- the door panel 50 comprises an opening frame 10 and a trim 20 comprising in this example an insulating complex 30 disposed inside the opening frame 10 and sandwiched between (ie enclosed on either side par) a first facing 32 and a second facing 34.
- the sash frame 10 is made from a section 12 shown in the Fig. 2C , this profile 12 being obtained by assembling a first part of profile 14 represented on the figure 2B and a second profile portion 16 shown in the figure 2A .
- the profile 12, as well as each profile part 14 and 16 extend longitudinally in the direction X and in width in the direction Y and in thickness in the direction Z. It will be noted that for the following, the directions X, Y and Z are associated with profile 12 or profile parts 14 and 16.
- the first profile part 14 is made of composite material and manufactured by pultrusion. More specifically, the first profile part is made of a composite material based on glass fibers and polyester resin.
- the second profile part 16 is made of aluminum.
- the first profile part is manufactured by extrusion.
- the first profile part 14 has a transverse section (ie perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X), of rectangular shape and comprising a fin 14a extending in continuity and parallel to a short side of the rectangular shape.
- the large side of the rectangular shape extends along the width direction Y while the short side of the rectangle extends along the thickness direction Z.
- the fin 14a therefore extends along the thickness direction Z.
- the fin 14a forms a reinforcement for the assembly with a facing, by providing an additional bearing surface with the facing arranged opposite each other, as is visible on the figures 3 and 4 .
- other shapes of cross-section can be envisaged for the first section part.
- the second profile part 16 has a cross section (ie perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X), in the shape of a “U”. More particularly, in this example, the two vertical bars of the "U” form closed cavities 16a of rectangular shape and of the same size, a fin 16b extending parallel and in continuity with a long outer side of the rectangle of one of these closed cavities 16a. Fin 16b includes a groove 16bb configured to receive a linear seal 17 (see figure 2C , 3 and 4 ) intended to cooperate with the fixed frame 60. On the side of the horizontal bar of the "U", the cavities 16a are connected by a wall 16c. In this example, the vertical bars of the "U” extend along the thickness direction Z while the horizontal bar of the "U” extends along the width direction Y.
- the outer faces of the closed cavities on the side of the horizontal bar of the "U" have reliefs 16dd and form contact surfaces 16d configured to be in contact with the first profile part 14.
- other shapes of cross section are possible for the second profile part.
- the first profile part 14 is assembled with the second profile part 16 by gluing via the contact surfaces 16d in order to form the profile 12.
- the first profile part 14 is assembled with the second part of profile by riveting, for example the rivet or rivets passing through the wall 16c of the second part of profile 14 and the wall arranged opposite the second part of profile 14 in the direction of thickness Z.
- the rivets (or screws) pass through the cavities 16a so as to also catch in the wall of the first profile part 14 facing the contact surfaces 16d.
- the wall 16c serves to assemble the two profile parts by clinching, in a manner known elsewhere.
- first profile part 14 and the second profile part 16 are assembled via one or more joint planes extending along the longitudinal direction X and along the width direction Y.
- the profile 12 is then used to manufacture the opening frame 10, and this in a manner known elsewhere. It is noted that the first part of profile 14 is placed on the inside of the door panel 50 (ie the volume of the door panel 50) while the second part of profile 16 is placed on the outside of the door panel 50. In other words, in this example, the first profile part 14 is placed on the inside of the sash frame 10 while the second profile part 16 is placed on the outside of the sash frame. More particularly, in this example the opening frame 10 has a rectangular shape, the first section part 14 being arranged on the inside of the rectangular shape while the second section part 16 is arranged on the outside of the rectangular shape.
- the door panel 50 can be assembled by assembling the trim 20.
- the sash frame 10 is first glued with the facing 32 or 34.
- the facing 32 or 34 is glued only with the first part of profile 14.
- the insulating complex 30 is placed inside the opening frame 10, and by gluing the insulating complex to the facing 32 or 34 and/ or to the opening frame 10.
- the other facing from the facing 32 and 34 is glued to the opening frame 10 and to the insulating complex 30.
- the assembly of the door panel 50 is then finished.
- the facings 32 and 34 comprise curved edges 32a and 34a which make it possible to retract the first part of profile 14.
- edges 32a and 34a cover the first part of profile 14 while the distal ends of the edges 32a and 34a are contiguous to the second part of section 16, being simply spaced apart by games J1, J2 corresponding to manufacturing tolerances.
- the flanges 32a and 34a extend along the width direction Y.
- the 50 and 50' door panel of the figures 3 and 4 differ only by the profiles 12 and 12', where the relative position between the first profile part 14 and the second profile part 16 differs.
- the 60 and 60' fixed frames of the figures 3 and 4 differ only in the L1 and L2 coast.
- the picture 3 shows a sectional view according to plan III of the door panel of the figure 1 , in a closed position, that is to say when the door panel 50 cooperates with the fixed frame 60.
- the seal 17 cooperates with the fixed frame 60 while the seal 60a of the fixed frame 60 cooperates with the door panel 50.
- the width direction of the fixed frame 60 coincides with the width direction Y of the profile 12.
- the distance along the width direction of the frame frame 60, between the support plane 60b and the joint 60a is equal to L1.
- the distance in the thickness direction of the fixed frame 60' between the support plane 60b and the seal 60a is equal to L2, L2 being different from L1, in this example L2 being less than L1.
- the invention by adjusting the relative position of the first part of profile 14 with respect to the second part of profile 16, it is possible to adapt the profile 12, and therefore the opening frame 10 to fixed frames which differ between them in particular by the distance separating the support plane 60b and the joint 60a.
- the profile 12 when assembling the first profile part 14 with the second profile part 16, by arranging the longitudinal edge 14b of the first profile part 14 at a predetermined distance, for example D1 on the picture 3 and D2 on the figure 4 , of the longitudinal edge 16e of the second profile part (ie predetermined distance along the width direction Y of the profile 12), and this of course so that the longitudinal edges 14b and 16e are parallel, the profile 12 is adapted to a type predetermined frame of frame having a predetermined distance along the width direction of the frame frame 60 between the joint 60a and the support plane 60b.

Description
The present invention relates to the field of door panels, and more particularly, but not exclusively, to the field of door panels with an integrated sash profile.
Known door panels generally have a sash frame and a trim, the sash frame being made from a profile. The sash frame cooperates with a fixed frame, so that several different profiles are necessary in order to be able to manufacture different sash frames adapted to each type of fixed frame, the fixed frame generally being manufactured by a different manufacturer from the manufacturer of the door panel. One of the main differences between the different types of frame frame is the distance between the frame frame joint cooperating with the door panel and the part of the frame frame cooperating with the door panel joint. The door panel manufacturer is then obliged to multiply its references and tools in order to be able to offer door panels adapted to the products of its various partners. So there is a need for that.
The present invention provides a door panel as defined in claim 1.
One embodiment relates to a door panel comprising a sash frame and a trim, in which the sash frame comprises a profile having a first profile part and a second profile part separate from the first profile part, the first profile part being assembled with the second profile part, in which the covering is connected to the sash frame via the first profile part only while the second profile part is configured to cooperate with a frame sleeping.
It is understood that the opening frame forms a frame on which the trim is mounted. Furthermore, the sash frame is configured to cooperate with a fixed frame. The fixed frame is the fixed part of a door, this fixed part being fixed, for example, on the periphery of an opening made in a wall.
It is understood that the trim is the part which forms the partition formed by the door panel. For example, the trim comprises only a filling arranged within the leaf frame, or else a filling and one or more facings, or else only one or more facings without filling. For example, the filling forms a layer of thermal and/or sound insulation. The insulating layer can be mono-material and have different structures (foam, honeycomb, etc.) or multi-material, for example have several distinct sub-layers of different materials. Of course, the trim can include one or more panes.
The sash frame comprises a profile in two parts, a first profile part and a second profile part, these two parts being separate and assembled together. The trim is mounted on the first section part of the sash frame while it is the second section part which is configured to cooperate with the fixed frame.
In certain embodiments, the first profile part and the second profile part are assembled using a screw or the like, by gluing, by crimping and/or by clinching.
Clinching is a technique for assembling two elements by local cold plastic deformation known to those skilled in the art.
Such assembly methods are reliable and effective, and can be very easily implemented. Thus, the first profile part can easily be assembled with the second profile part and the relative position between these two parts can be adjusted, whereby different profiles for door panels are easily manufactured which can respectively adapt to different door frames. dormant.
In some embodiments, the first profile part is retracted by the trim.
It is therefore understood that the first profile part is not visible other than by possible openings resulting from assembly and manufacturing tolerance clearances.
By retracting the first part, it is protected from external attacks, thanks to which the assembly between the first part and the second section part is made more reliable. Indeed, by protecting one of the two parts, it is more difficult to damage the assembly between these two parts.
According to a variant, the covering comprises a first facing and a second facing, the first section part being retracted by the first facing and the second facing.
In certain embodiments, the first profile part is made of composite material while the second profile part is made of aluminum.
For example, the composite material of the first profile part comprises at least glass or carbon fibers and at least one thermosetting resin, for example based on unsaturated polyesters (UP), polyurethanes (PUR), vinyl esters and epoxides (EP) , polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) or polypropylene (PP). According to a variant, the first profile part is manufactured by pultrusion.
Thus, the profile benefits both from the rigidity of the second part of profile made of aluminum and from the good thermal insulation properties of the first part of profile made from composite material.
The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing a door panel as defined in claim 5.
One embodiment relates to a method of manufacturing a door panel comprising a sash frame and a trim, comprising the steps of providing a first profile part and a second profile part, assembling the first profile part with the second profile part so as to form a profile, form a sash frame from the profile, and fix a covering with sash frame via the first profile part only.
By manufacturing a profile from two separate profile parts, the relative position of these two parts can easily be adjusted, whereby the profile can be adjusted so as to be adapted to different types of window frames. The trim being mounted on the sash frame by means of the first section part only, the relative position of the second section section does not impact the assembly structure of the trim with the window frame. opening. Thanks to this manufacturing method, it is possible to easily manufacture different door panels which can respectively be adapted to different frame frames.
In certain embodiments, the first profile part and the second profile part are assembled using screws or the like, by gluing, by crimping and/or by clinching.
According to the present invention, the first profile part is assembled with the second profile part so that a longitudinal edge of the first profile part is placed at a predetermined distance from a longitudinal edge of the second profile part.
It is of course understood that the profile parts extend in a longitudinal direction, whereas a longitudinal edge is an edge which extends in this longitudinal direction. By adjusting the spacing between two longitudinal edges of the first and second profile parts to a predetermined value, the profile resulting from the assembly of these two profile parts is adapted to a predetermined type of fixed frame.
In certain embodiments, the trim comprises a first facing and a second facing, the first facing and/or the second facing having at least one curved edge so as to retract the first profile part, the edge being curved before the assembly of the trim with the sash frame.
It is understood that a facing is a plate forming a visible surface of the door panel. Thanks to the curved edges, the first profile part is retracted without additional operation during the assembly of the door panel.

In this example, the
In this example, the
Once the first and
