Definitions

  • the invention relates to a container for packaging of any goods.
  • Such containers are usually cuboid, but may also have a round or polygonal contour.
  • goods packed in it are foodstuffs such as chocolates, electronics such as smartphones, tablets, laptops or shoes.
  • Such packaging containers with a lower part and a lower part encompassing upper part or lid are known.
  • the invention has for its object to make a packaging container made of cardboard, corrugated cardboard, compressed board, fiber molding compound or the like with projections on the top and troughs on the bottom so that it is inexpensive and environmentally friendly to produce.
  • the packaging container should serve as a component of a presentation shelf.
  • a packaging container having an upper side, an underside parallel thereto and at least one side wall extending from the upper side to the lower side.
  • the top is formed by the top wall of the container and the bottom is formed by the bottom of the container. Between the edges of the top wall and bottom wall runs the side wall.
  • the side wall is cylindrically curved in a round container and extends between a circular top wall and a circular bottom. In a cuboid container, the side wall consists of four mutually perpendicular wall sections.
  • the top is with provided at least one projection and the bottom is provided with at least one trough into which a arranged on the top of a second identical packaging container can be inserted. But the projections can also be arranged on the underside and the troughs on the top.
  • the projections and troughs should be arranged so that the projections of the first container protrude into two wells of the second container stacked on one another with two stacked containers of the same shape.
  • the projections on one side of the container are arranged such that they form stable bearing surfaces, so that the container can be stably placed on the projections. Holes are punched in the top and bottom of the container with the protrusions and troughs mounted in inserts inserted into the packaging container.
  • the inserts can be made of plastic.
  • the inserts can also consist of a biodegradable fiber material.
  • pulp from pulp fibers is suitable for the production of the inserts.
  • the material is visually appealing but at the same time cost-effective and environmentally friendly, because it can be produced from recycled waste paper.
  • variable shaped inserts can be produced.
  • the inserts can also be thermoformed from paper material or cardboard material in any desired colors.
  • the inserts can perform more functions than forming the troughs and projections.
  • the inserts may have on the side facing away from the top or bottom of the container receptacles for male in the container products.
  • the inserts may have bowl-shaped areas or depressions whose shape is adapted to the contour of the male products.
  • the male products are placed in these bowl-shaped depressions of the inserts, so that they can not move during transport within the container.
  • the inserts can be attached to the top and bottom. But they can also be inserted into a packaging container consisting of a top and a bottom and are covered by the top and the bottom of the packaging container with little play, so that they are fixed in this way with respect to the top and bottom of the packaging container.
  • the packaging container can be stacked optimally and secure against displacement.
  • the projection on the top wall of the lower packaging container protrudes into the complementary trough at the bottom of the upper packaging container and secures it against slipping.
  • the projection can be arbitrarily shaped and, for example, symbols such as letters and numbers and logos or representations of the packaged products form. It enhances the visual appearance of the container and also serves as a transport safety device.
  • the packaging container may be cuboid.
  • this can also serve as a component of a presentation shelf.
  • at least one side wall of the packaging container can be completely or for the most part hinged. This container has the advantage that the goods can be inspected after opening the side wall.
  • the hinged sidewall may be connected via a perforation or via an adhesive strip to the remaining part of the sidewall or to the adjacent walls of the container.
  • a drawer On the underside of the packaging container, a drawer can be arranged, which can be pushed out when the side wall is open.
  • the hinged part of the side wall may be connected to the remaining part of the side wall via a perforation running in the vicinity of and parallel to the upper horizontal side edge and in the vicinity and parallel to the two vertical side edges.
  • the perforations can be correspondingly arranged so that the hinged area exposes a large part of the surface of the container which is visible in plan view.
  • the perforation may be formed by a peelable perforation strip formed by two parallel perforation lines. In the vicinity and parallel to the lower side edge, a weakening line can be embossed, along which the window cut out through the perforation can be folded down.
  • a cuboid packaging container may be provided at the top with four, six or eight conical, ie frusto-conical projections and at the bottom with the same number, namely four, six or eight complementarily shaped receiving troughs.
  • the projections and receiving cavities may be distributed in pairs over the length of the container, ie pairs of juxtaposed projections or receiving cavities are arranged at fixed intervals in the longitudinal direction of the container. In this case, the distance between the two projections or troughs of a pair may correspond to the spacing of successive pairs. To this way, the containers can not only be stacked flush on top of each other.
  • a presentation shelf for the products contained in the containers can be assembled from the containers.
  • the shelf is very stable and can be used for presentation and comparison of shoes, toys or other goods.
  • both inserts may be components of a carton blank having the following sections connected by crease lines:
  • a receiving section with at least one receptacle whose shape is adapted to the shape of a product to be received in the receptacle;
  • a second cover wall section which has at least one projection with a shape and position complementary to the recess.
  • the carton blank is bent 90 degrees at each crease line, with all crease lines running parallel to one another.
  • the result is a cuboid whose top is formed by one of the top wall sections and the bottom of the second top wall portion.
  • the first top wall portion with the trough may be the bottom insert of the container.
  • the second cover wall portion with the projection then forms the upper insert of the container.
  • After bending along the fold lines of the carton blank forms a cuboid packaging element.
  • the cuboid packaging element can be inserted into a box-shaped receiving carton with the hole whose contour corresponds in plan view in the form and in the position of the contour of the trough in the first, lower top wall portion.
  • a lid with a hole whose contour corresponds in shape and in the position of the contour of the projection in the second, upper top wall portion closes the box-shaped receiving carton.
  • the projections on the second top wall portion are in stacking two containers with such cuboid packaging elements in the same position as the wells in the first cover wall portion, so that the projection and trough mesh positively.
  • the shape of the trough and projection also correspond to each other. If a plurality of projections are provided on the second cover wall section and a plurality of depressions in the first cover wall section, one corresponding to each Trough of the first top wall portion in the form and position of a projection of the second top wall portion.
  • the recordings for the products can have any desired configurations. In most cases, it will be receiving troughs, in which the male products are inserted and in which the male products are fixed. However, other fastening structures are also suitable for fastening male products in the receiving section of the carton blank.
  • a two-part packaging with lower part and upper part can be punched out on the longitudinal side of the lower part, which comes to rest on the longitudinal wall of the upper part, a window that matches after fitting of the upper part with the hinged part of the side wall (corresponds). In this way, a two-part packaging can be provided with a presentation window.
  • the at least one projection and the at least one trough may have complementary shapes and be attached to corresponding positions so that the underside of a top of a packaging container second identical packaging container is placed flush with the projection on the top in the complementarily shaped trough protrudes on the bottom.
  • These packages can be stacked with substantially the same space requirements as conventional packages, but are secured against slipping in the transverse direction.
  • the at least one projection of the upper side may have the shape of a symbol, in particular a number or a letter.
  • the projection may, for example, represent a company logo or the letters of a company name.
  • the at least one protrusion may further be in the form of a product received in the container.
  • a projection in product form a projection in the form of the company logo and possibly several projections in the form of the letters of the company name.
  • a complementary shaped receiving trough is provided on the underside of the packaging container.
  • the protrusions may in practice protrude at least about 2 mm from the surface of the top surface, with the wells being correspondingly at least about 2 mm deep. In this way, an effective protection against slipping is formed.
