Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zur optischen Kontrolle (10) einer Fläche (13) eines Zuschnitts (12), umfassend:- ein Vakuumband (20), das geeignet ist, den Zuschnitt (12) entlang eines Umlaufweges (15) zu transportieren, und umfassend
ein Förderband (22) mit durchbrochener Struktur, dessen Laufstrecke dem Umlaufweg (15) des Zuschnitts (12) folgt, und
Ansaugmittel (40), die geeignet sind, den Zuschnitt (12) gegen das Förderband (14) zu pressen und die einen vorgelagerten Ansaugabschnitt (41) und einen nachgelagerten Ansaugabschnitt (43) begrenzen,- Mittel (30) zum Überprüfen der Fläche (13) des Zuschnitts (12) während seines Transports durch das Vakuumband (20), die auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Vakuumbands (20) angeordnet sind,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ansaugmittel (40) drei verschiedene aufeinanderfolgende Ansaugabschnitte (41, 42, 43) entlang des Umlaufwegs (15) begrenzen, darunter einen mittleren Ansaugabschnitt (42), der sich gegenüber von den Mitteln zum Überprüfen (30) erstreckt, der vorgelagerte Ansaugabschnitt (41) und der nachgelagerte Ansaugabschnitt (43), wobei der mittlere Ansaugabschnitt (42) einen mittleren Ansaugkasten (42a) aufweist, in dem ein Unterdruck erzeugt wird und der mindestens eine Ansaugöffnung aufweist, wobei die Öffnung oder die Öffnungen direkt an einem Kontrollbereich (33) münden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, weiter umfassend gegenüber von den Mitteln (30) zum Überprüfen (30) Mittel zum Spannen (50) des Bandes (22).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Mittel zum Spannen (50) ein Paar Rollen (51, 52) aufweisen, die entlang des Umlaufweges (15) beabstandet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Rollen (51, 52) entlang des mittleren Ansaugabschnitts (42) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Rollen (51, 52) die vorgelagerte und nachgelagerte Position des mittleren Ansaugabschnitts (42) begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der mittlere Ansaugabschnitt (42), der vorgelagerte Ansaugabschnitt (41) und der nachgelagerte Ansaugabschnitt (43) jeweils einen Kasten (41a, 42a, 43a) aufweisen, in dem ein Unterdruck erzeugt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Kasten (41a, 42a, 43a) mit einer Unterdruckpumpe in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, umfassend eine erste Unterdruckpumpe (44), die gleichzeitig mit dem vorgelagerten Kasten (41a) des vorgelagerten Ansaugabschnitts (41) und mit dem mittleren Kasten (42a) des mittleren Ansaugabschnitts (42) verbunden ist, und eine zweite Unterdruckpumpe (45) aufweist, die mit dem nachgelagerten Kasten (43a) des nachgelagerten Ansaugabschnitts (43) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei weniger als die Hälfte des Austrittsquerschnitts der zweiten Unterdruckpumpe (45) mit dem mittleren Kasten (42a) des mittleren Ansaugabschnitts (42) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei mindestens einer der Kästen (41a, 42a, 43a) ein einstellbares Ansaugvolumen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, wobei der vorgelagerte Kasten (41a) und der nachgelagerte Kasten (43a) eine durchbrochene Wand aufweisen, die sich entlang des Umlaufwegs (15) erstreckt, und dass das Band (22) eine durchlöcherte Struktur aufweist, die geeignet ist, an der durchbrochenen Wand zu gleiten.
- Maschine zum Bearbeiten von Zuschnitten (100), die mit einer Vorrichtung zur Kontrolle (10) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche ausgestattet ist.
- Falz-Klebemaschine, die mit einer Vorrichtung zur Kontrolle (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 ausgestattet ist.
