检查设备10(参见图2)包括真空输送单元20。输送单元20首先包括传送带22,该传送带22负责连续地输送每个坯料12。每个坯料12通过由其旨在构成箱子的内表面的上表面14的顶部保持而沿着给定的传输路径15输送。该传送带22由电动机23以无限循环驱动。
通常,待检查的坯料12的下表面13配备有突出显示、中空和/或凸起、和/或印刷有文本、图像等的任意类型的符号。检查设备10还具有检查装置30,使得能够在其沿着传输路径15的传输期间通过底部检查每个坯料12的下表面13,该传输路径15在图2中从一端到另一端、从右到左地穿过检查设备10。检查装置30特别地包括朝向一个相同的检查区域33定向和合并(参见图2中的虚线)的照相机32和照明系统31。例如,检查区域33可以位于传输路径15上的横向线或横向延伸矩形的形式存在。
因此,坯料在检查设备10的持续行进期间,由沿着传输路径15的传送带22保持,传输路径15遵循传送带22的基本上水平和平坦的下部。更具体地,坯料12通过位于沿着坯料12的传输路径15的传送带22上方的抽吸装置40通过抽吸保持靠在传送带22的下表面。
根据本发明的目的,传送带22在传输路径15的三个分开的部分41、42和43上操作,其被坯料12连续地穿过。上游抽吸部分41,之后是中心抽吸部分42,其相对检查装置30延伸,并且后面是下游抽吸部分43。以这种方式,在检查期间,坯料12被完全平坦地抵靠在检查装置30和传送带22之间的传送带22上。
中心抽吸部分42、上游抽吸部分41和下游抽吸部分43中的每个部分都包括一个箱,其中产生真空(图2中的箭头V)。更具体地,上游箱41a、中心箱42a和下游箱43a分别根据行进方向A对准。在其印刷和/或承载突出部分的下表面13的目视检查期间,箱41a、箱42a和箱43a位于传送带22的上方和后方,传送带22位于坯料12的上方和后方,坯料12位于检查装置30的上方和后方。
传送带22在整个下表面上保持平坦且连续,沿着分开的部分41、42和43以及箱41a、箱42a和箱43a的传输路径15延伸。中心抽吸箱42a包括至少一个吸入开口,该开口直接通向检查区域33。
根据一个未示出的实施方式,每个箱41a、箱42a和箱43a可以与真空泵连通。具有用于上游箱41a、中心箱42a和下游箱43a的单个抽吸泵的该解决方案并不总是可能的,特别是出于空间原因。另外,三台真空泵的存在代表显著的成本。
真空输送单元20包括第一真空泵44和第二真空泵45。第一真空泵44与上游抽吸部分41的上游抽吸箱41a连通。第二真空泵45与中心抽吸部分42的中心箱42a和下游抽吸部分43的下游箱43a连通。抽吸的空气从第二个真空泵45出来以后在中心箱42和下游箱43之间共享,中心箱42用于将带部分22面向检查装置30保持,下游箱43用于将带部分22保持位于检查装置30上方。
根据检查设备10的数据和尺寸,以及特别是中心箱42a和下游箱43a的体积,可以根据所选择的分布进行由第二真空泵45供应的抽吸共享。例如,第二真空泵45的出口部分的一半以下与中心抽吸部分42的中心箱42a连接。根据另一可能的布置,第二真空泵45的出口部分的三分之一以下与中心抽吸部分42的中心箱42a相连。根据如图2所示的优先布置,第二真空泵45的出口部分的大约三分之一与中心抽吸部分42的中心箱42a相连。在这种情况下,中心箱42a和下游箱43a分别代表由中心箱42a和下游箱43a形成的总体积的大约5%和95%。
根据一个有益的布置,上游箱41a、中心箱42a和下游箱43a中的至少一个具有可调的吸入容积。根据图2中所示的优选布置,上游箱41a和下游箱43a具有可以修改的体积。这样的模块化是例如通过将上游箱41a和下游箱43a用内壁分隔并且将上游箱41a和下游箱43a与每个隔室的入口处的移动挡板配合来实现的,所述隔室可以根据需要打开或关闭。作为替代,与图2的情况一样,这些是上游箱41a(下游箱43a)的侧板,其根据行进方向A延伸,其滑动以能够使上游箱41a(下游箱43a)的宽度变宽或收缩。
通常,上游箱41a和下游箱43a包括沿着传输路径15延伸的下网壁,传送带22具有能够在每个网壁之间滑动的穿孔结构。带22至少部分地覆盖上游箱41a和下游箱43a的每个网壁的宽度。根据优选的布置,带22基本上完全覆盖上游箱41a和下游箱43a的每个网壁的宽度。中心箱42a的出口部分具有低振幅,并且不具有网壁。
真空输送单元20包括带22的张紧装置50,确保带22的局部刚性。这些张紧装置50包括沿着传输路径15展开的一对辊51和52。更具体地,每个顶辊51和每个底辊52位于传送带22的上方。由中心箱42a产生的真空将使带22在这些固定辊51和52上并抵靠它们平坦化,这将保证平坦的检查表面。
因此,辊51和辊52沿着中心抽吸部分42定位。此外,优选地,辊51和辊52分别限定中心抽吸部分43的上游位置和下游位置。具体而言,中心箱43a的出口沿着辊51和辊52之间的行进方向A延伸。例如,辊51和辊52沿着行进方向A以大约30mm、优选地在20mm和50mm之间的距离间隔开。
本发明不限于所描述和说明的实施方式。可以进行许多修改,而不用离开由权利要求的范围限定的框架。

Claims (20)

1.一种坯料(12)的面(13)的光学检查设备(10),包括:
- 真空输送单元(20),其能够沿着传输路径(15)运输坯料(12),并包括
-- 传送带(22),其具有网状结构的,其滚动行程遵循坯料(12)的传输路径(15),
-- 抽吸装置(40),其能够将坯料(12)压平在传送带(22)上,以及
- 检查装置(30),其用于经由真空输送单元(20)运输期间检查坯料(12)的面(13),其位于所述真空输送单元(20)的另一侧,
其特征在于,抽吸装置(40)沿着传输路径(15)限定三个连续的分开的抽吸部分(41、42、43),其中包括面向所述检查装置(30)延伸的中心抽吸部分(42),中心抽吸部分(42)包括其中产生真空的中心抽吸箱(42a)并包括至少一个吸入开口,吸入开口直接通向检查区域(33),并且其中所述检查装置(30)包括定向为朝向一个相同的检查区域(33)合并的照相机(32)和照明系统(31),并且其中所述传送带(22)限定连续地输送每个坯料(12)的无限循环,并且其中所述传送带(22)在传输路径(15)的三个分开的部分(41、42和43)上操作,所述部分依次被坯料(12)穿过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述坯料用于折叠盒,优选地用于纸、塑料或纸板坯料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述检查装置按照每个坯料经由传送带移动,其印刷面朝向顶部方式来设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述传送带配置为在其上表面上和在经由所述检查装置(10)运输期间输送所述坯料,并且其中所述坯料由传送带(22)沿行进路径(15)保持,其中行进路径遵循传送带(22)的水平而平坦的下部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,在中央部分处吸入更高,在该处应当牢固地固定坯料,以免在传送带上移动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述设备能够调节真空,使得坯料能够被吸入并保持抵靠在中心抽吸部分上的传送带上,并在检查装置上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述上游箱(41a)和下游箱(43a)具有可以修改的体积,由此并且通过将上游箱(41a)和下游箱(43a)用内壁分隔并且将上游箱(41a)和下游箱(43a)与每个箱的空气入口处的移动挡板配合来实现的,所述箱可以根据需要打开或关闭。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,还包括上游箱(41a)和下游箱(43a)的侧板,其根据行进方向A延伸,其滑动以能够使上游箱(41a)和下游箱(43a)的宽度变宽或收缩,并且其中这种对进入每个箱的空气进入的调节允许将坯料沿着传输路径保持到传送带所需的吸入用量。
9.根据权利要求1所述的设备,还包括面向所述检查装置(30)的所述传送带(22)的张紧装置(50)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的设备,其中,所述张紧装置(50)包括沿着所述传输路径(15)展开的一对辊(51,52)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的设备,其中,所述辊(51,52)沿着所述中心抽吸部分(42)定位。
12.根据权利要求11所述的设备,其中,所述辊(51,52)限定所述中心抽吸部分(42)的上游位置和下游位置。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其中,所述中心抽吸部分(42)、所述上游抽吸部分(41)和所述下游抽吸部分(43)各自包括一个箱(41a、42a、43a),其中产生真空。
14.根据权利要求13所述的设备,其中,所述箱(41a、42a、43a)与真空泵连通。
15.根据权利要求14所述的设备,包括第一真空泵(44)和第二真空泵(45),所述第一真空泵(44)与所述上游抽吸部分(41)的上游箱(41a)连接,所述第二真空泵(45)与所述中心抽吸部分(42)的中心箱(42a)连通和下游抽吸部分(43)的下游箱(43a)连通。
16.根据权利要求15所述的设备,其中,所述第二真空泵(45)的出口部分的一半以下与所述中心抽吸部分(42)的中心箱(42a)相连。
17.根据权利要求13所述的设备,其中所述箱(41a、42a、43a)中的至少一个具有可调的吸入容积。
18.根据权利要求13所述的设备,其中所述上游箱(41a)和所述下游箱(43a)包括沿所述传输路径(15)延伸的网壁,并且其中所述传送带(22)具有能够抵靠网壁滑动的穿孔结构。
19.加工机(100),其配备有根据权利要求1至18中任一项所述的检查设备(10)。
20.折叠粘合机,其配备有根据权利要求1至18中任一项所述的检查设备(10)。
