Claims (12)

  1. Ein Apparat zum Erodieren von dichten Aggregaten, umfassend:
    - ein Gehäuse (10), das eine Arbeitskammer (11) definiert, wobei das Gehäuse (10) mindestens Folgendes einschließt:
    f) einen Boden (12),
    g) seitliche Wände (13),
    h) eine deckende Wand (14),
    i) eine Klappe (15) für den Zugang zur Kammer (11), die das Einführen eines zu erodierenden oder zu zerbrechenden Artikels (I) ermöglicht,
    j) mindestens ein Fenster (19) zum Betrachten des Artikels (I) im Inneren der Kammer (11);
    - eine in der Kammer untergebrachte Sprühvorrichtung (20) zur Abgabe einer unter Druck stehenden Flüssigkeit;
    - Pumpmittel (30) zum Zuführen der besagten unter Druck stehenden Flüssigkeit zu der besagten Sprühvorrichtung (20);
    - erste Greifmittel (40) zum Greifen und Handhaben der Sprühvorrichtung (20) in der Kammer (11),
    - zweite Greifmittel (50) zum Greifen und Handhaben des zu erodierenden oder zu zerbrechenden Artikels (I) in der Kammer (11);
    wobei die besagte Sprühvorrichtung (20) einen Körper (21) einschließt, der als Handgriff dient, in dem mindestens eine Leitung (23) für den Durchgang der unter Druck stehenden Flüssigkeit und mindestens eine Düse (22), die mit dem besagten Körper (21) in Verbindung steht, hergestellt ist, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Düse (22) einen inneren Kanal (24) mit einer ersten Strecke (24a) und einer zweiten Strecke (24b) umfasst, aus dem die unter Druck stehende Flüssigkeit fließt, wobei die besagte zweite Strecke einen Querschnitt zwischen 0,007 mm2 und 3 mm2 aufweist, und in der die Pumpmittel (30) bei einem Druck zwischen 50 bar und 300 bar arbeiten.
  2. Ein Apparat gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte erste Strecke (24a) des inneren Kanals (24) eine Länge zwischen 22 mm und 42 mm und die besagte zweite Strecke (24b) eine Länge zwischen 5 mm und 10 mm aufweist.
  3. Ein Apparat gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte erste Strecke (24a) des inneren Kanals (24) einen Querschnitt zwischen 10 mm2 und 30 mm2 aufweist.
  4. Ein Apparat gemäß einem jeglichen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Sprühvorrichtung (20) eine Kappe (26) umfasst, die eine Kammer (27) um die Düse (22) herum definiert, mit mindestens einem Durchgang (28) zum Einströmen von Feststoffpartikeln in die Kammer (27) und mindestens einem Leitungskanal (29), der das Ausströmen der besagten im Flüssigkeitsstrahl verstreuten Feststoffpartikel aus der Kammer (27) ermöglicht.
  5. Ein Apparat gemäß einem jeglichen der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchflussmenge der Pumpmittel (30) zwischen 0,5 1/min und 5 1/m liegt.
  6. Ein Apparat gemäß einem jeglichen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten zweiten Greifmittel (50) eine Klemmbacke (51), die so konfiguriert ist, dass sie den zu erodierenden oder zu zerbrechenden Artikel (I) greift, und ein Steuerelement (52) umfassen, das an einem ersten Ende mit der besagten Klemmbacke (51) und am entgegengesetzten Ende mit dem Griff (53), der außerhalb der Kammer (11) angeordnet ist, verbunden ist.
  7. Ein Apparat gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Steuerelement (52) eine Stange umfasst, die durch eine in dem Gehäuse (10) ausgebildete Öffnung (54) hindurchgeht.
  8. Ein Apparat gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Steuerelement (52) auf dem Gehäuse (10) durch eine Kopplung (55) getragen wird, wobei die besagte Kopplung einen Führungsring (55a) umfasst, in dem ein kugelförmiges Element (55b) untergebracht ist, und das Steuerelement (52) durch das besagte kugelförmige Element (55b) hindurchgeht.
  9. Ein Apparat gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Steuerelement (52) auf dem Gehäuse (10) durch eine flexible, um das Steuerelement (52) herum angebrachte Membrane gestützt wird, die die Öffnung (54) blockiert.
  10. Ein Apparat gemäß einem jeglichen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er Blasmittel (40) umfasst, geeignet, einen Luftstrahl auf die Innenfläche des Fensters (19) zu richten, um darauf abgelagerte Flüssigkeitstropfen zu entfernen.
  11. Ein Apparat gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten Blasmittel (40) eine Vielzahl von Düsen umfassen, die mindestens längs einer Kante (19a) des Fensters positioniert und so angeordnet sind, dass sie einen Luftstrahl erzeugen, der im Wesentlichen parallel zur Innenfläche des Fensters (19) verläuft.
  12. Ein Apparat gemäß einem jeglichen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Lüftungsgitter (62) umfasst, das auf dem Gehäuse (10) positioniert ist, wobei ein Filterelement (63) zwischen der Kammer (11) und dem besagten Lüftungsgitter (62) angeordnet ist, um flüchtige Partikel zurückzuhalten, die aus der besagten Kammer entweichen könnten.
