Claims (17)
- Tête de coupe servant à couper des articles en forme de tige dans des machines destinées à la fabrication d'articles pour fumeur, comprenant une lame circulaire (2) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (X) et pourvue d'une partie de coupe (4) se prolongeant autour de sa périphérie circulaire et adaptée pour interférer, lorsque la lame circulaire (2) est dans une position de travail, avec un parcours de déplacement transversal d'un article en forme de tige de l'industrie du tabac afin de couper l'article en deux parties, la tête de coupe (1) comprenant de plus des moyens de déplacement pour régler la lame circulaire en rotation autour de l'axe de rotation, et des moyens racleurs (6), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un organe de soufflage (12), agissant sur au moins un côté de la lame circulaire (2) pour diriger un jet d'air de refroidissement en correspondance de la lame circulaire (2), dans laquelle les moyens racleurs (6) sont situés au moins en partie fonctionnellement en aval de l'organe de soufflage (12) et au moins temporairement en contact avec la partie de coupe (4) pendant un cycle de travail de la lame circulaire (2) afin de retirer mécaniquement tout résidu de la partie de coupe (4).
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens racleurs (6) comprennent au moins un disque racleur (7, 8) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (Y1, Y2) respectif et comportant une partie périphérique étant maintenue en contact avec la partie de coupe (4) de la lame circulaire (2).
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de rotation (Y1, Y2) de l'au moins un disque racleur (7, 8) est incliné par rapport à l'axe de rotation (X) de la lame circulaire (2) de manière à ce que le disque racleur (7, 8) puisse être maintenu en contact avec la partie de coupe (4) de la lame circulaire (2) le long d'une ligne de contact appartenant à la partie de coupe (4).
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un disque racleur (7, 8) est inactif et est mis en rotation par la rotation de la lame circulaire (2).
- Tête de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de rotation (Y1, Y2) de l'au moins un disque racleur (7, 8) est incliné par rapport à l'axe de rotation (X) de la lame circulaire (2) selon un angle compris entre 2° et 40°.
- Tête de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens racleurs (6) comprennent deux disques racleurs (7, 8) situés sur des côtés opposés de la partie de coupe (4) de la lame circulaire (2) et comportent des axes de rotation (Y1, Y2) respectifs étant inclinés de façon opposée par rapport à l'axe de rotation (X) de la lame circulaire (2).
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les axes de rotation (Y1, Y2) des disques racleurs (7, 8) sont en biais l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Tête de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie de coupe (4) est définie par une partie périphérique de la lame circulaire (2) étant conique vers un bord de coupe (5) de la lame circulaire (2) et définissant au moins un angle de coupe (S) par rapport à un plan contenant la lame circulaire (2).
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que, dans la zone de contact avec la partie de coupe (4) de la lame circulaire (2), l'au moins un disque racleur (7, 8) est contenu dans un plan étant incliné de façon opposée à l'angle de coupe (S) par rapport au plan contenant la lame circulaire (2).
- Tête de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les moyens racleurs (6) agissent sur la partie de coupe (4) dans une bande annulaire dont l'extension radiale est comprise entre 0,2 et 10 mm.
- Tête de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un organe de support (9) sur lequel sont montés les moyens racleurs (6), l'organe de support (9) pouvant se positionner précisément et de manière réglable par rapport à la lame circulaire (2) de manière à régler la position des moyens racleurs (6) par rapport à la lame circulaire (2) suite à l'usure de la partie de coupe (4) de la lame circulaire (2).
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend de plus une tige de réglage (10) reliée à l'organe de support (9) pour rapprocher et éloigner l'organe de support (9) de la lame circulaire (2), la tige (10) étant couplée à une vis micrométrique (11) pour régler la position de l'organe de support (9) par rapport à la lame circulaire (2).
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de soufflage (12) est aussi monté sur l'organe de support.
- Tête de coupe selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que les moyens racleurs (6) comprennent deux disques racleurs (7, 8) situés sur des côtés opposés de la partie de coupe (4) de la lame circulaire (2) ; l'organe de soufflage (12) étant aussi monté sur l'organe de support et situé, en référence à une direction de rotation de la lame circulaire (2), dans une zone intermédiaire entre les deux disques racleurs (7, 8).
- Tête de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend de plus au moins un organe racleur (14) auxiliaire fonctionnellement positionné en contact avec au moins un côté de la lame circulaire (2) plus loin sur le côté intérieur de la partie de coupe (4) et adjacent à la partie de coupe (4).
- Tête de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de soufflage (12) est positionné de manière à orienter un flux d'air de refroidissement en correspondance de la partie de coupe (4) de la lame circulaire (2).
- Tête de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de soufflage (12) est configuré de manière à orienter un flux d'air de refroidissement en correspondance des deux côtés de la lame circulaire (2) .
