Die Erfindung betrifft eine Abflussvorrichtung für ein Becken, insbesondere in Form eines Spülbeckens, bestehend aus mindestens einem Fluid-Durchlassteil und einem Fluid-Sperrteil, von denen mindestens ein Teil von Hand von einer Fluid zwischen dem Becken und einem Abflussrohr der Vorrichtung durchlassenden Stellung in eine den Fluid-Durchlass sperrende Stellung und umgekehrt mittels einer Betätigungseinrichtung bewegbar ist, wobei die Betätigungseinrichtung eine Spanneinrichtung aufweist, mittels der das Abflussrohr an dem Becken fluiddicht festlegbar ist. Das Fluid-Sperrteil 26 weist dazu eine im Querschnitt gesehen im Wesentlichen U-förmige Gestalt auf, die nach unten offen ist. Es sind am Fluid-Sperrteil 26 zwei radial nach außen vorstehende Dichtlippen 36, 38 vorgesehen, die an einer Seitenwand 40 und in den Öffnungen 32 des Fluid-Sperrteils 26 dichtend zur Anlage gebracht werden können. Um das Einsetzen des Fluid- Sperrteils 26 in die Öffnungen 32 des Fluid-Durchlassteils 24 zu erleichtern, ist eine Umfangsnut 42 vorgesehen. Der nach oben weisende Schraubenkopf der Schraube 54 kommt dabei in Anlage mit dem Boden des Fluid-Durchlassteils 24 und zieht beim Festlegevorgang der Schraube 54 das Teil 24 mit seinem nach außen weisenden Anlagerand gegen das Gegenlager 22 des Anschlussstutzens 18, so dass auch in diesem Anschlussbereich eine fluiddichte Verbindung erreicht ist. Bevorzugt ist für den Erhalt der dahingehenden Abdichtung zumindest der freie Anlagerand des Fluid-Durchlassteils 24 elastisch nachgiebig für den Erhalt einer Art Lippendichtung ausgebildet. Dann wird das Abflussrohr 34 vorbereitet, indem der Dichtring 78 darauf angeordnet wird. Auf den Dichtring 78 wird dann das Ausgleichsstück 76 aufgelegt, das mit dem anderen Dichtring 80 belegt wird. Anschließend wird das Abflussrohr 34 auf der Unterseite 106 des Beckens 12 in Position gebracht und durch die in das Gewinde 56 des Abflussrohrs 34 einschraubbare Schraube 54 klemmend und dichtend am Becken 12 befestigt. Abschließend werden das Fluid-Sperrteil 26 und das Körbchen 44 der Betätigungseinrichtung 30 in die Bohrung 60 der Schraube 54 eingesetzt.The assembly of the drainage device 10 is very simple due to the design according to the invention. Finally, the fluid blocking part 26 and the basket 44 of the actuating device 30 are inserted into the bore 60 of the screw 54.

Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung hat somit den Vorteil, dass sich eine vereinfachte Montage ergibt, da lediglich die Spanneinrichtung 54 der Betätigungseinrichtung 30 mit dem Abflussrohr 34 zu verspannen ist, um auf diese Weise das Abflussrohr 34 am Becken 12 zu montieren und den Übergang vom Becken 12 in das Abflussrohr 34 fluiddicht zu gestalten, indem über die damit erzeugte Flächenpressung die Dichtringe 78 und 80 ihre fluiddichte Wirkung entfalten. Die Montage ist auch insoweit sehr einfach durchführbar, da sie von einer Person schnell bewerkstelligt werden kann, da lediglich ein Teil der Abflussvorrichtung 10 von der Sichtseite in das Becken 12 einzusetzen und mit einem weiteren Teil auf der Unterseite 106 des Beckens 12 zu verspannen ist. Dadurch, dass die Spanneinrichtung 54 als Bestandteil der Betätigungseinrichtung 30 konzipiert ist, ergibt sich eine Funktionsintegration, die auch eine Einsparung an benötigtem Bauraum mit sich bringt, was derart keine Entsprechung im Stand der Technik hat.The solution according to the invention thus has the advantage that it results in a simplified assembly, since only the clamping device 54 of the actuating device 30 has to be braced with the drainage pipe 34 in order to mount the drainage pipe 34 on the basin 12 and the transition from the basin 12 to to make the drain pipe 34 fluid-tight by the sealing rings 78 and 80 developing their fluid-tight effect via the surface pressure generated thereby. Claims (11)

  1. Outflow apparatus for a basin (12), in particular in the form of a sink, consisting of at least one fluid passage part (24) and one fluid blockage part (26), of which at least one part, by means of an actuating device (30), can be moved by hand from a position (OS) allowing passage of fluid between the basin (12) and an outflow pipe (34) of the apparatus into a position blocking the fluid passage, and vice versa, wherein the actuating device (30) has a clamping device (54) by means of which the outflow pipe (34) can be fixed in a fluid-tight manner to the basin (12), wherein the outflow pipe (34) can be arranged spaced apart from a base (14) of the basin (12) via a pot-shaped compensating piece (76) which is provided with a central opening (72) in its base (74), characterized in that, between the compensating piece (76) and the outflow pipe (34), there is arranged a sealing ring (78) with an n-shaped cross section, which has on its bottom side, which faces towards the outflow pipe (34), an encircling groove into which the edge of the outflow pipe (34) engages.
  2. Outflow apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the clamping device (54) is a preferably centrally arranged screw which can be screwed into a thread (56) and/or into at least one other component of the outflow pipe (34).
  3. Outflow apparatus according to Claim 2, characterized in that the screw (54) is a hollow screw, and in that a pin (62) is arranged so as to be axially movable as a carrier of the fluid blockage part (26) in the central bore (60) of said screw.
  4. Outflow apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a basket strainer (46), preferably with at least one in particular round or slot-shaped opening (48), is fastened to the fluid blockage part (26).
  5. Outflow apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fluid passage part (24) is formed by an in particular flange-shaped screen with at least one opening (28, 32), which can be inserted into a connecting piece (18) of the basin (12).
  6. Outflow apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the n-shaped sealing ring (78) engages over an edge (82) of the outflow pipe (34) that projects radially outwardly in the manner of a cup.
  7. Outflow apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the n-shaped sealing ring (78) rests with a thickened sealing lip (86) in an indentation (84) of the outflow pipe (34), which preferably adjoins the edge (82) of the outflow pipe (34) .
  8. Outflow apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the sealing ring (80) between the compensating piece (76) and the basin (12) is arranged in an encircling groove (92) on a top side (94) of the compensating piece (76).
  9. Basin having an outflow apparatus (10) according to one of the preceding claims which is arranged thereon, characterized in that the base (14) of said basin is formed seamlessly, in the sense of without steps, with the exception of the transition from the base (14) into the tubular connecting piece (18).
  10. Basin according to Claim 9, characterized in that the tubular, round connecting piece (18) is formed at an opening (16) of the basin (12) and is drawn inwards at its free end (20), and in that the free end (20) of the connecting piece (18) forms a counter bearing (22) for the fluid passage part (24), which is supported against the counter bearing (22).
  11. Basin according to Claim 9 or 10, characterized in that the basin (12) is produced from a composite material comprising a polymerized, cured binding agent and fillers incorporated therein.
