Claims (14)

  1. Skistiefel (1), umfassend eine steife Schale (2), die so geformt ist, dass sie den Fuß des Nutzers aufnehmen kann, und deren unterer Teil so strukturiert ist, dass er mit einer Skibindungsvorrichtung gekoppelt werden kann; eine steife Manschette (3), die so an der Schale (2) angelenkt ist, dass die um eine transversale Rotationsachse (A) herum schwenken kann, und mit zwei seitlichen Klappen (11, 12) versehen ist, die das Bein des Nutzers auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten umfassen und einander so überlappen, dass eine im Wesentlichen röhrenförmige Struktur entsteht, die das Bein des Nutzers umgibt; und ein Manschettenschließmittel (16), das in der Lage ist, die zwei seitlichen Klappen (11, 12) der Manschette (3) zu einander zu ziehen, um die Manschette (3) an dem Bein des Nutzers festzuziehen; wobei das Manschettenschließmittel (16) umfasst: mindestens zwei Schnurführungselemente (18, 19), die sich auf einer ersten seitlichen Klappe (11) der Manschette (3) befinden und vertikal nebeneinander beabstandet sind; eine Spannschnur (20), die zwei Enden aufweist, die sicher an der Manschette (3) befestigt sind, direkt an oder in der Nähe der zweiten seitlichen Klappe (12) der Manschette (3), und die sich so in Richtung der ersten seitlichen Klappe (11) erstreckt, dass sie, in frei gleitender Weise und nacheinander, die zwei Schnurführungselemente (18, 19) erreichen und in einem im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Pfad ein Eingriff nehmen; und eine manuell betätigte Schnurspannbaugruppe (21), die mit der Spannschnur (20) an einem Punkt gekoppelt ist, der sich entlang einer mittigen Segment (20a) der Spannschnur (20) befindet, und die in der Lage ist, das mittige Segment (20a) der Schnur quer zu der geraden Linie (r), welche die zwei Schnurführungselemente (18, 19) verbindet, zu ziehen, um die Spannschnur (20) zu spannen.
  2. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnurspannbaugruppe (21) umfasst: eine Hilfsschnur (26), die sich quer zu dem mittigen Segment (20a) der Spannschnur (20) erstreckt, und die ein erstes Ende (32) hat, das mit dem mittigen Segment (20a) der Spannschnur (20) gekoppelt ist; und ein manuell betätigtes Schnurspannmittel (25), das in der Lage ist, die Hilfsschnur (20) so zu ziehen, dass das erste Ende (32) der Hilfsschnur (26) von der geraden Linie (r), welche die zwei Schnurführungselemente (18, 19) verbindet, fort bewegt wird.
  3. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende der Hilfsschnur (26) sicher an einem Kopplungselement (32) befestigt ist, das in einer frei gleitenden Weise mit dem mittigen Segment (20a) der Spannschnur (20) gekoppelt ist.
  4. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kopplungselement (32) in lösbarer Weise mit dem mittigen Segment (20a) der Spannschnur (20) gekoppelt ist.
  5. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schnurspannbaugruppe (21) zusätzlich ein Schnurdurchführungselement (33) umfasst, das an der Manschette (3) nahe der zweiten lateralen Seite (12) der Manschette (3) befestigt ist und im Wesentlichen horizontal auf das mittige Segment (20a) der Spannschnur (20) ausgerichtet ist, und die Hilfsschnur (26) das Schnurdurchführungselement (33) in einer hindurchgeführten und frei gleitenden Weise in Eingriff nimmt, bevor sie das mittige Segment (20a) der Spannschnur (20) erreicht.
  6. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 2, 3, 4, oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das manuell betätigte Schnurspannmittel (25), wenn die Hilfsschnur (26) gespannt wird, des Weiteren in der Lage ist, die Manschette (3) starr an der Schale (2) zu arretieren, um jegliche Schwenkbewegung der Manschette (3) um die transversale Rotationsachse (A) herum zu verhindern.
  7. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das manuell betätigte Schnurspannmittel einen Kopplungsarm (25) umfasst, der so an der Manschette (3) angelenkt ist, dass er an der Manschette (3) in eine und aus einer Arretierposition, in welcher der Kopplungsarm (25) sich über die Schale (2) und die Manschette (3) hinweg erstreckt, rotieren kann, und fest mit der Schale (2) gekoppelt ist, um jegliche Schwenkbewegung der Manschette (3) um die transversale Rotationsachse (A) herum zu verhindern.
  8. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopplungsarm (25) mit einem Scharnier an der Manschette (3) in dem Bereich über der Ferse des Skistiefels so angebracht ist, dass er sich an der Manschette (3) drehen kann, während er im Wesentlichen auf der Mittelebene des Stiefels bleibt, und sich in eine und aus einer Arretierposition, in welcher der Kopplungsarm (25) sich abwärts erstreckt und dabei ungefähr die Ferse des Skistiefels erreicht, bewegen kann, so dass er sich über die Schale (2) und die Manschette (3) hinweg erstreckt, und das distale Ende (25a) des Armes mit der Schale (2) in einer steifen und stabilen, wenn auch leicht lösbaren Weise, an einem zuvor festgelegten Kopplungspunkt (27) gekoppelt ist.
  9. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hilfsschnur (26) am ersten Ende (32) mit dem mittigen Segment (20a) der Spannschnur (20) gekoppelt ist, in einer hindurchführenden und frei gleitenden Weise den Korpus des Kopplungsarms (25) in einer zuvor festgelegten Distanz von der Armrotationsachse (B) in Eingriff nimmt, und am zweiten Ende sicher an der Manschette (3) befestigt ist.
  10. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende der Hilfsschnur (26) in einer manuell verstellbaren Weise an der Manschette (3) befestigt ist.
  11. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende der Hilfsschnur (26) mittels einer Schnurgreifvorrichtung (28), die an der Manschette (3) befestigt ist, an der Manschette (3) befestigt ist.
  12. Skistiefel nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Ende der Hilfsschnur (26) an der Manschette (3) mittels einer automatisch verriegelnden und manuell entriegelnden Schnurgreifvorrichtung (28) befestigt ist.
  13. Skistiefel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zusätzlich ein Schalenschließmittel (14) umfasst, das in der Lage ist, die Schale (2) am Fuß des Nutzers festzuspannen.
  14. Skistiefel nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schale (2) und/oder die Manschette (3) aus Kunststoff oder Verbundmaterial bestehen.
