Claims (14)

  1. Chaussure de ski (1) comprenant une coque rigide (2), qui est façonnée pour accueillir le pied de l'utilisateur, et a une partie inférieure structurée pour se coupler avec un dispositif de fixation de ski ; une jambière rigide (3) qui est assemblée de manière pivotante avec la coque (2) de façon à être apte à pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation transversal (A), et est dotée de rabats latéraux (11, 12) qui enserrent la jambe de l'utilisateur sur des côtés opposés et se chevauchent l'un l'autre de façon à former une structure sensiblement tubulaire qui entoure la jambe de l'utilisateur ; et des moyens de fermeture de jambière (16) capables de tirer les deux rabats latéraux (11, 12) de la jambière (3) l'un vers l'autre, de façon à serrer la jambière (3) sur la jambe de l'utilisateur ;
    dans laquelle les moyens de fermeture de jambière (16) comprennent : au moins deux éléments de guidage de câble (18, 19) qui sont situés sur un premier rabat latéral (11) de la jambière (3) espacés verticalement côte à côte l'un par rapport à l'autre ; un câble de serrage (20) qui a les deux extrémités fixées fermement sur la jambière (3), directement sur ou à proximité du second rabat latéral (12) de la jambière (3), et qui s'étend vers le premier rabat latéral (11) de façon à atteindre et à se mettre en prise avec, d'une manière librement coulissante et en séquence, deux éléments de guidage de câble (18, 19) suivant un chemin sensiblement en forme de U ; et un ensemble de serrage de câble actionné manuellement (21) qui est couplé au câble de serrage (20) au niveau d'un point situé le long d'un élément central (20a) du câble de serrage (20), et est capable de tirer le segment central (20a) du câble transversalement à la ligne droite (r) rejoignant les deux éléments de guidage de câble (18, 19), de façon à serrer le câble de serrage (20).
  2. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de serrage de câble (21) comprend : un câble auxiliaire (26) qui s'étend transversalement au segment central (20a) du câble de serrage (20), et a une première extrémité (32) couplée au segment central (20a) du câble de serrage (20) ; et des moyens de serrage de câble actionnés manuellement (25) qui sont aptes à tirer le câble auxiliaire (20) de façon à déplacer la première extrémité (32) du câble auxiliaire (26) et à l'éloigner de la ligne droite (r) rejoignant les deux éléments de guidage de câble (18, 19) .
  3. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la première extrémité du câble auxiliaire (26) est fixée fermement à un élément de couplage (32) qui est couplé d'une manière librement coulissante avec le segment central (20a) du câble de serrage (20).
  4. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de couplage (32) est couplé d'une manière libérable au segment central (20a) du câble de serrage (20).
  5. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que l'ensemble de serrage de câble (21) comprend en outre un élément traversé par un câble (33) qui est fixé sur la jambière (3) près du second côté latéral (12) de la jambière (3), aligné sensiblement horizontalement avec le segment central (20a) du câble de serrage (20), et le câble auxiliaire (26) se met en prise d'une manière traversante et librement coulissante avec ledit élément traversé par un câble (33) avant d'atteindre le segment central (20a) du câble de serrage (20).
  6. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 2, 3, 4, ou 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de serrage de câble actionnés manuellement (25), lors du serrage du câble auxiliaire (26), sont également aptes à verrouiller de manière rigide la jambière (3) avec la coque (2) de façon à empêcher tout mouvement de pivotement de la jambière (3) autour dudit axe de rotation transversal (A).
  7. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de serrage de câble actionnés manuellement comprennent un bras de couplage (25) qui est articulé sur la jambière (3) de façon à être apte à tourner sur la jambière (3) vers et depuis une position de verrouillage, dans laquelle le bras de couplage (25) s'étend en enjambant la coque (2) et la jambière (3), et se couple fermement à la coque (2) de façon à empêcher tout mouvement de pivotement de la jambière (3) autour dudit axe de rotation transversal (A).
  8. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le bras de couplage (25) est articulé par charnière avec la jambière (3) dans la zone au-dessus du talon de la chaussure de ski, de façon à être apte à tourner sur la jambière (3) tout en restant sensiblement sur le plan médian de la chaussure, et est mobile vers et depuis une position de verrouillage dans laquelle le bras de couplage (25) s'étend vers le bas effleurant approximativement le talon de la chaussure de ski de façon à enjamber la coque (2) et la jambière (3), et l'extrémité distale (25a) du bras se couple avec la coque (2) d'une manière rigide et stable bien que facilement libérable, au niveau d'un point de couplage prédéterminé (27).
  9. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le câble auxiliaire (26) a ladite première extrémité (32) couplée sur le segment central (20a) du câble de serrage (20), se met en prise d'une manière traversante et librement coulissante avec le corps du bras de couplage (25) à une distance prédéterminée de l'axe de rotation de bras (B), et a la seconde extrémité fixée fermement à la jambière (3).
  10. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la seconde extrémité du câble auxiliaire (26) est fixée à la jambière (3) d'une manière ajustable manuellement.
  11. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que la seconde extrémité du câble auxiliaire (26) est fixée à la jambière (3) au moyen d'un dispositif de saisie de câble (28) qui est fixé sur la jambière (3).
  12. Chaussure de ski selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que la seconde extrémité du câble auxiliaire (26) est fixée à la jambière (3) au moyen d'un dispositif de saisie de câble à verrouillage automatique et à déverrouillage manuel (28).
  13. Chaussure de ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend en outre des moyens de fermeture de coque (14) capables de serrer la coque (2) sur le pied de l'utilisateur.
  14. Chaussure de ski selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la coque (2) et/ou la jambière (3) sont faites de matériau plastique ou composite.
