Claims (15)

  1. Skischuh (1), umfassend: eine im wesentlichen starre Fußschale (2), die zur Aufnahme des Fußes des Benutzers geeignet ist und einen unteren Teil aufweist, der zur Befestigung an einer Skibindungsvorrichtung ausgebildet ist; eine im wesentlichen starre Manschette (3), die geeignet ist, den unteren Teil des Beines des Benutzers zu umschließen, und die schwenkbar mit der Fußschale (2) verbunden ist, so dass sie sich um eine Bezugsachse (A) drehen kann, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Mittelebene des Schuhs verläuft; eine länglich geformte Schutzzunge (15), die auf dem oberen Teil der Fußschale (2) aufliegend angeordnet ist, wobei ihre beiden längeren Seitenkanten (15a, 15b) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Mittelebene des Schuhs angeordnet sind; und eine Fußschalenschließeinrichtung (12), die dazu geeignet ist, die Fußschale (2) selektiv am Fuß des Benutzers zu schließen/anzuziehen;
    wobei die Fußschalenschließeinrichtung (12) Folgendes umfasst:
    ein längliches Band (20) mit einer flexiblen und im Wesentlichen nicht dehnbaren Struktur, dessen proximales Ende fest an einer ersten seitlichen Seite der Fußschale (2) befestigt ist und das sich schräg entlang der ersten seitlichen Seite der Fußschale (2) in Richtung des oberen Teils der Fußschale (2) und einer ersten längeren Seitenkante (15a) der Schutzzunge (15) erstreckt, um auch über die Schutzzunge (15) oder eine sich unter der Schutzzunge (15) erstreckende Manschette (115) eine Reihe von
    Verankerungselementen (21) zu erstrecken, die abwechselnd auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten einer zweiten längeren Seitenkante (15b) der Schutzzunge (15), die der ersten längeren Seitenkante (15a) gegenüberliegt, angeordnet und fest an der Fußschale (2) oder der unmittelbar darunter befindlichen Schutzzunge (15) befestigt sind; eine handbetätigte windenartige Kabelaufwickelanordnung (22), die fest an dem länglichen Band (20) befestigt ist; und ein flexibles und im Wesentlichen nicht dehnbares Kabel (23), das aus der Kabelaufwickelanordnung (22) austritt und nacheinander und in durchlaufender und frei gleitender Weise mit den verschiedenen Verankerungselementen (21) in Eingriff kommt, während es von einer Seite zur anderen der zweiten längeren Seitenkante (15b) läuft.
  2. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1, wobei das längliche Band (20) derart dimensioniert ist, dass es mit seinem distalen Ende über der Schutzzunge (15) oder der Manschette (115) angeordnet ist, im Wesentlichen mittig auf der Mittelebene des Skischuhs und/oder in der Nähe der Manschette (3).
  3. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das längliche Band (20) mit seinem proximalen Ende an der ersten seitlichen Seite der Fußschale (2) fest angebracht ist, am Scharnier (10), das die Manschette (3) mit der Fußschale (2) verbindet.
  4. Skischuh nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, wobei die Kabelaufwickelanordnung (22) starr am distalen Ende des länglichen Bandes (20) oberhalb der Schutzzunge (15) befestigt ist.
  5. Skischuh nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Fußschalenschließeinrichtung (12) eines oder mehrere der Verankerungselemente (21) umfasst, die sich an der Fußschale (2) in der Nähe der seitlichen Seite der Fußschale (2) befinden, die der ersten seitlichen Seite der Fußschale (2) gegenüberliegt, und eines oder weitere der Verankerungselemente (21), das sich an der Schutzzunge (15) befindet.
  6. Skischuh nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verankerungselement oder Elemente (21) das/die mit der Schutzzunge (15) integral verbundenen ist/sind im Verhältnis zu den mit der Fußschale (2) fest verbundenen Verankerungselementen (21) in Quincunx angeordnet ist/sind.
  7. Skischuh nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kabel (23) mit dem distalen Ende (23a) starr am Körper der Schutzzunge (15) oder der Fußschale (2) verankert ist.
  8. Skischuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schutzzunge (15) mit ihrem vorderen Ende (15c) fest mit dem oberen vorderen Teil der Fußschale (2) verbunden ist und nach vorne gekippt werden kann.
  9. Skischuh nach Anspruch 8, wobei das vordere Ende (15c) der Schutzzunge (15) fest mit dem oberen vorderen Teil der Fußschale (2) verbunden ist, so dass die Schutzzunge (15) nach vorne gekippt werden kann, während sie sich seitlich in Richtung der ersten seitlichen Seite der Fußschale (2) bewegt.
  10. Skischuh nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei das vordere Ende (15c) der Schutzzunge (15) über eine Reihe von Verankerungsschrauben (16) fest mit dem oberen vorderen Teil der Fußschale (2) verbunden ist und auf der Rückseite der Verankerungsschrauben (16) eine quer verlaufende Falzlinie (1) aufweist, die schräg zur Mittelebene des Skischuhs verläuft und so ausgebildet ist, dass sich der Rest der Schutzzunge (15) frei nach vorne drehen kann und dabei auf einer Ebene schräg zur Mittelebene des Skischuhs bleibt.
  11. Skischuh nach Anspruch 8, 9 oder 10, wobei das distale Ende (23a) des Kabels (23) starr am Körper der Schutzzunge (15) oder der Fußschale (2) verankert ist, in der Nähe des vorderen Endes (150) der Schutzzunge (15).
  12. Skischuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das längliche Band (20) eine bandartige Struktur aufweist und/oder aus Kunststoffmaterial ausgebildet ist.
  13. Skischuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das längliche Band (20) schräg entlang der ersten seitlichen Seite der Fußschale (2) in Richtung des oberen Teils der Fußschale (2) und der Mittelebene des Skischuhs erstreckt, wobei es die erste längere Seitenkante (15a) der Schutzzunge (15) erreicht und über diese hinausgeht.
  14. Skischuh nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, wobei die Fußschale (2) eine im Wesentlichen längliche, wannenförmige, starre Schale (6) aus Kunststoff und/oder Verbundmaterial umfasst, die so geformt ist, dass sie den Fuß des Benutzers aufnimmt und umschließt, und eine Untersohle (7) aus Elastomermaterial mit einem hohen Reibungskoeffizienten aufweist, die fest mit der Bodenwand der Schale (6) verbunden ist.
  15. Skischuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste seitliche Seite der Fußschale (2) die Innenseite der Fußschale ist.
