Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sportmatte bestehend aus einem flexiblen Material mit einer Längsrichtung (L) und einer senkrecht dazu vorgesehenen Querrichtung (Q), mit einer rechteckigen Mattenlängsteilfläche (2) und einer die Mattenlängsteilfläche (2) T-förmig kreuzenden rechteckigen Mattenquerteilfläche (3), wobei eine Ausdehnung der Mattenlängsteilfläche (2) in Querrichtung (Q) entlang eines T-Beinabschnitts (6) höchstens halb so groß ist wie eine größte Querausdehnung der Mattenquerteilfläche (Q).

Description

Sportmatte
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sportmatte. Sportmatten sind im Stand der Technik natürlich hinlänglich bekannt.
Sportmatten weisen üblicherweise eine schlichte, zumeist gerade bzw. rechteckige Form mit Maßen von rund 1 ,80 m in Längsrichtung, von rund 55 cm in der Breite und rund 1 cm in der Dicke auf. Die Sportmatten bestehen homogen aus einem Kunststoff, der elastisch und flexibel ist, sodass die Matte zum einen aufgerollt oder zusammengelegt werden kann und zum anderen als federnde oder weiche Unterlage dient, wenn die Sportlerin bzw. der Sportler auf dem Fußboden liegt und Fitness-, Stretching- oder Entspannungsübungen ausführen möchte.
Aus der WO 2011/130607 A1 ist ein Step bekannt mit einer stoßabsorbierenden Beschichtung auf der Trittfläche.
In der US 8,794,975 B2 ist ein Trainingssystem zur Entwicklung der motorischen und kognitiven Fähigkeiten offenbart, bei dem auf einer Matte verschiedene Muster aufgebracht sind, die Schritte oder sonstige Anweisungen enthalten. Durch Ausführen dieser Anweisungen wird die Person zur Durchführung von Bewegungsübungen veranlasst.
Für eine Reihe von Fitnessübungen werden Sportmatten in Kombination mit Steps verwendet. Bei einem Step handelt es sich um ein in der Höhe über dem Fußboden verstellbares Sportgerät, das eine verstellbar erhöhte Auftritts- und Aufliegefläche über dem Sportboden zur Verfügung stellt.
Nachteiligerweise sind Sportmatten und Steps einerseits in ihrer Größe und ihren Proportionen nicht aufeinander abgestimmt. Beim Auflegen der Sportmatte auf die Auftritts-/Aufliegefläche des Steps hängt bzw. steht die Sportmatte in Querrichtung und/oder in Längsrichtung an den Seiten über den Step über, sodass die Auftritts-/Aufliegefläche für die Sportlerin bzw. den Sportler nicht mehr erkennbar ist und daher ein gewisses Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Andererseits haben die üblichen Matten den weiteren Nachteil, dass beim Übungswechsel vom Step zum Boden und zurück diese regelmäßig vom Step zum Boden gelegt bzw. zurückgelegt und neu ausgerichtet werden müssen, was Zeit und Aufwand fordert. Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, eine Sportmatte zur Verfügung zur stellen, die die oben genannten Nachteile verringert.
Die Aufgabe wird durch eine eingangs genannte Sportmatte mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 erfüllt.
Die erfindungsgemäße Sportmatte durchbricht die herkömmliche Vorstellung von einer im Wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Sportmatte. Die erfindungsgemäße Sportmatte ist vorzugsweise vollständig und homogen aus einem flexiblen und elastischen Material, insbesondere aus Kautschuk, Moosgummi, Schaumgummi oder Weichgummi gebildet. Sie kann insbesondere aus PVC oder Polypropylen ausgebildet sein. Sie weist eine Längs- und eine Querrichtung und eine rechteckige Mattenlängsteilfläche sowie eine die Mattenlängsteilfläche T-förmig kreuzende rechteckige Mattenquerteilfiäche auf, wobei eine Ausdehnung der Mattenlängsteilfläche in Querrichtung entlang eines T-Beinabschnitts höchstens 2/3, vorzugsweise höchstens 1/2 so groß ist wie eine größte Querausdehnung der Mattenquerteilfiäche.
Die erfindungsgemäße Sportmatte kann in einer Draufsicht streng T-förmig ausgebildet sein. Es können jedoch auch zusätzliche Mattenteilflächen, insbesondere an den Seiten der Mattenquerteilfiäche, vorgesehen sein, die der Sportmatte insgesamt eine von der strengen T-Form abweichende Gesamtform geben.
Es ist jedoch auch denkbar, dass sich Mattenquerteilfiäche und Mattenlängsteilfläche T-förmig kreuzen und an den beiden dem T-Bein zugewandten Seiten der Mattenquerteilfiäche zwei dreieckförmige Mattenteilflächen integral angeformt sind, die mit jeweils einer Längsseite der Mattenlängsteilfläche integral verbunden sind. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Sportmatte ist an einer dem T-Bein abgewandten Seite der Mattenquerteilfiäche eine kreisförmige Mattenteilfläche vorgesehen. Anstatt des kreisförmigen Mattenteils kann an der dem T-Bein abgewandten Seite der Mattenquerteilfiäche auch ein rechteckiger Mattenteil vorgesehen sein, der durch die Sportmatte insgesamt eine kreuzförmige äußere Gestalt annimmt. Ein freies Ende des T-Beines kann spitz auslaufend ausgebildet sein oder verschiedene Längen aufweisen. Eine dem T-Bein abgewandte Seite der Mattenquerteilfiäche kann nach außen abgerundet ausgeformt sein. Es sind auch Kombinationen der genannten Ausführungsformen denkbar. Es sind auch Sportmatten mit abgerundeten äußeren T-Armseiten möglich, die zur Auflage auf an den kurzen Seiten abgerundeten Steps bestimmt sind.
Es sind auch weitere Außenformen der Sportmatte möglich, die durchweg die streng T-förmige Mattenunterform aufweisen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Querausdehnung der Mattenquerteilfläche 0,9 m ±10 cm, und die Längsausdehnung der Mattenlängsteilfläche beträgt 1 ,30 m ± 10 cm. Es sind jedoch auch die Zwischengrößen zwischen 0,8 m und 1 ,0 m bzw. zwischen 1 ,20 m und 1 ,40 m und deren Kombinationen offenbart. Die Stärke der Sportmatte beträgt vorzugsweise 1 ,5 cm ±0,5 cm. Auch hier sind alle Zwischengrößen zwischen 0,5 cm, 1 ,0 cm und 2 cm offenbart. Die Abmessungen sind bei keinem Maß auf die angegebenen Größen beschränkt. Es können in Sonderfällen auch noch größere und noch kleinere Maße verwirklicht sein.
Die Aufgabe wird auch durch eine Sportgeräteanordnung mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 6 gelöst, wobei die Sportgeräteanordnung aus einem Step besteht und einer der oben genannten erfindungsgemäßen Matten. Der Step weist eine Auftritts-/Aufliegefläche auf, die vorzugsweise die Maße 0,9 m ±10 cm x 35 cm ±10 cm aufweist. Die Auftritts-/Aufliegefläche entspricht den Maßen der Mattenquerteilfläche. Der Step ist herkömmlicherweise in drei Stufen höhenverstellbar. Es sind unterschiedliche Steps erhältlich, u. a Steps der Firma Reebok®. Es sind hier alle Formen von Steps umfasst und offenbart. Erfindungswesentlich ist die Anpassung der Größe der Mattenquerteilfläche an die Größe der Auftritts-/Aufliegefläche des Steps auf der einen Seite und das Zur-Verfügung-Stellen einer herkömmlichen großen Matte durch die Mattenlängsteilfläche, auf der die Sportlerin bzw. der Sportler auf dem Boden aufliegen kann und zusätzlich ein abwechselndes Training auf dem Step und auf dem Boden ohne Unterbrechungen durch Umbauten ermöglicht wird. Das T-Bein der Mattenlängsteilfläche lässt sich aber auch zusammenfahren oder -rollen und so unter dem Step verstauen oder unter dem Step hindurchziehen /-schieben .
Die Erfindung wird anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels in vier Figuren beschrieben, dabei zeigen:
Fig. 1 eine erfindungsgemäße Sportmatte in einer perspektivischen Ansicht, auf dem Fußboden aufliegend, Fig. 2 die Sportmatte in Fig. 1 in einem teilweise aufgerollten Zustand,
Fig. 3 eine erfindungsgemäße Sportgeräteanordnung mit einer Sportmatte in Fig. 1 , die mit einer Mattenquerteilfläche auf einem Step aufliegt und einer auf dem Fußboden teilweise aufliegenden Mattenlängsteilfläche,
Fig. 4 die Sportgeräteanordnung in Fig. 3 mit einer unter dem Step zusammen geschobenen Mattenlängsteilfläche.
Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte erfindungsgemäße Sportmatte 1 ist aus einem einstückig flexiblen Kunststoff gefertigt. Die Sportmatte 1 besteht homogen über ihre gesamte Ausdehnung aus demselben Kunststoff. Die Sportmatte 1 weist eine Dicke von 1 - 2 cm, insbesondere 1 ,5 cm auf. Die Sportmatte 1 weist eine Längsrichtung L und eine Querrichtung Q auf, die sich jeweils senkrecht zueinander und jeweils senkrecht zur Ausdehnung der Dicke erstrecken. Eine Ausdehnung der Sportmatte in Längsrichtung L beträgt 1 ,30 m. Eine maximale Ausdehnung der Sportmatte in Querrichtung Q beträgt 0,90 m. In einer Draufsicht weist die Sportmatte eine T-förmige Außenkontur auf mit einem T-Beinabschnitt (6) und zwei T-Armabschnitten.
Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Sportmatte 1 weist eine rechteckige Mattenlängsteilfläche 2 und eine ebenfalls rechteckige Mattenquerteilfläche 3 auf. Die Mattenlängsteilfläche 2 und die Mattenquerteilfläche 3 kreuzen sich in einem gemeinsamen Kreuzungsbereich 4. Eine Ausdehnung der Mattenlängsteilfläche 2 in Querrichtung Q beträgt 42 entlang des T-Beinabschnitts 6, eine Ausdehnung der Mattenquerteilfläche 3 in Längsrichtung L beträgt 35 cm.
Fig. 2 zeigt die Sportmatte 1 in Fig. 1 mit dem aufgerollten T-Beinabschnitt 6. Die Sportmatte 1 ist auch noch weiter in Richtung der Mattenquerteilfläche 3 aufrollbar und kann im aufgerollten Zustand leicht transportiert werden.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Sportgeräteanordnung mit einem herkömmlichen Step 30 und der erfindungsgemäßen Sportmatte 1 aus den Figuren 1 und 2. Der Step 30 weist eine Auftritts-/Aufliegefläche 31 auf, die in Längsrichtung 35 cm und in Querrichtung 90 cm beträgt. Die Mattenquerteilfläche 3 ist so bemessen, dass sie den Maßen der Auftritts-/Aufliegefläche 31 des Steps 30 exakt entspricht und so vollflächig auf der Auftritts-/Aufliegefläche 31 aufliegt. Der T-Beinabschnitt 6 der Mattenlängsteilfläche 2 hängt in Längsrichtung L vor der Auftritts- /Aufliegefläche 31 des Steps 30 bis zu einem Fußboden 32 herunter und liegt dort vom Step 30 weggeführt auf dem Fußboden 32 auf.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine weitere modifizierte Sportgeräteanordnung aus Step 30 und Sportmatte 1 in Fig. 3, wobei der T-Beinabschnitt 6 unter dem Step 30 zunächst zurück und dann wieder vorgeführt ist. Der T-Beinabschnitt 6 ist unter dem Step 30 zusammengeschoben. Der T- Beinabschnitt 6 kann unter dem Step 30 aber auch aufgerollt oder unter dem Step 30 durchgezogen sein. Die Querausdehnung des T-Beinabschnitts 6 der Mattenlängsteilfläche ist mit 42 cm so bemessen, dass er zwischen Füße 33 des aufgestellten Steps 30 passt, auch wenn die Füße 33 in der (in der Fig. 3 nicht dargestellten) tiefsten Position eingestellt sind. Der Step 30 in Fig. 3 ist in drei Positionen höhenverstellbar und in Fig. 3 in der höchsten Position dargestellt.

Claims

Patentansprüche
Sportmatte
bestehend aus einem flexiblen Material mit einer Längsrichtung (L) und einer senkrecht dazu vorgesehenen Querrichtung (Q),
mit einer rechteckigen Mattenlängsteilfläche (2)
und einer die Mattenlängsteilfläche (2) T-förmig kreuzenden rechteckigen
Mattenquerteilfläche (3), wobei eine Ausdehnung der Mattenlängsteilfläche (2) in Querrichtung (Q) entlang eines T-Beinabschnitts (6) höchstens halb so groß ist wie eine größte Querausdehnung der Mattenquerteilfläche (Q).
Sportmatte nach Anspruch 1 ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich Mattenlängsteilfläche (2) und Mattenquerteilfläche (3) T-förmig kreuzen.
Sportmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querausdehnung der Mattenquerteilfläche (3) 1 ,0 m ±10 cm beträgt und die Längsausdehnung der Mattenlängsteilfläche (2) 1 ,8 m ± 10 cm beträgt.
Sportmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Material ein Material aus der Gruppe Kautschuk, Moosgummi, Schaumgummi oder Weichgummi ist.
Sportmatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Mattenquerteilfläche (3) und die
Mattenlängsteilfläche (2) T-förmig kreuzen und an den beiden dem T-Bein
zugewandten Seiten der Mattenquerteilfläche (3) zwei dreieckförmige Mattenteilflächen integral angeformt sind, die mit jeweils einer Längsseite der Mattenlängsteilfläche (2) integral verbunden sind.
Sportgeräteanordnung aufweisend die Sportmatte (1) nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche und einen Step (30), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Step (30) eine Stepbreite und eine Steplänge aufweist und die Querausdehnung der Mattenquerteilfläche (3) der Stepbreite entspricht und eine Längsausdehnung der Mattenquerteilfläche (3) der Steplänge entspricht und der der Mattenquerteilfläche (3) abgewandte T-Beinabschnitt (6) der Mattenlängsteilfläche (2) auf einem Boden (32) aufliegt, wenn der Step (30) auf dem Boden (32) steht.
