Definitions
- the present invention relates to a closure cap, preferably a screw cap, for attachment to a liquid container, preferably a bottle, more preferably a PET bottle, wherein the closure cap comprises a spout opening, preferably resealable spout opening, and a receiving element which forms a common receptacle volume with the closure cap for receiving at least one dispensing body, for example at least one tablet, and the closure cap is openable, whereby access to the receiving volume is formed in order to bring the at least one dispensing body into the receiving volume or to remove from the receiving volume, wherein the receiving element for a liquid permeable is to allow a contacting of the at least one dispensing body with the liquid, wherein a closure member connected to the closure element is provided, through which the access oothkeitsdi can be closed or can be released, wherein in the spout opening designed as a hollow body mouthpiece is arranged.
- drinking bottles in particular drinking bottles with a cap are known.
- the bottles usually have threads on which the caps are screwed.
- the threads are standardized and the number of differently standardized thread of these bottles is low.
- These bottles can be pre-filled, for example with mineral water, which may also be mixed with flavorings, or with an isotonic beverage.
- they can be bottles which are intended to contain a liquid mixed by the user as desired.
- showerheads in powder or tablet form are available.
- a disadvantage in both cases is that the user is fixed on the concrete beverage mixture for the entire consumption period of the beverage, ie between the beginning and the end of the beverage consumption. That he can no longer change the flavor during beverage consumption, since the liquid still present in the bottle has only the flavor once selected.
- Incomplete dissolution of conventional effervescent powder may be associated with a less than optimally selected dosage, in particular with too high a concentration of the powder or effervescent tablets.
- a closure cap preferably a screw cap, shown for attachment to a liquid container, preferably a bottle, more preferably a PET bottle
- the closure cap comprises a spout opening, preferably reclosable spout opening, and a receiving element, which forms a common receiving volume with the cap
- Receiving at least one dispensing body and the cap is openable, thereby forming an access to the receiving volume to be able to bring the at least one dispensing body in the receiving volume or to remove from the receiving volume, wherein the receiving element is permeable to a liquid to a contact of the to allow at least one delivery body with the liquid.
- a closure element connected to the closure element is provided, through which the access can be closed in a liquid-tight manner or can be released.
- a cap can be provided for each of the few different standardized thread types, so that uses a few caps any number of types of bottles can be.
- the cap is characterized by a simple handling, which allows a simple change of flavors and / or nutrients and / or dietary supplements. Partially dissolved dispensing body can be removed again from the bottle with cap. Dosing problems, in particular too high concentrations of flavors and / or nutrients and / or dietary supplements in the liquid are avoided.
- a closure cap for attachment to a liquid container, preferably a bottle, more preferably a PET bottle
- the closure cap a Spout opening, preferably recloseable spout opening, and comprises a receiving element which forms a common receiving volume with the cap for receiving at least one dispensing body, eg at least one tablet, and the cap is openable, thereby forming an access to the receiving volume to the at least one dispensing body in to be able to bring the receiving volume or to be able to remove from the receiving volume
- the receiving element is permeable to a liquid to allow contacting the at least one dispensing body with the liquid
- a cap connected to the closure element is provided, through which the access liquid-tight can be closed or can be released, wherein in the spout opening designed as a hollow body mouthpiece is arranged.
- the mouthpiece in a closed position, the receiving element liquid-tightly closes, so that no liquid can flow through the receiving element in the receiving volume, and in an open position, the receiving element opens, so that liquid through the receiving element, the receiving volume and the mouthpiece (out of the mouthpiece) can flow.
- the mouthpiece thus serves, on the one hand, to remove liquid from the closure cap in the open position, and on the other hand, in the closed position, serves to seal the receiving volume and a liquid-soluble dispensing body located therein against the liquid container to which the closure cap is attached.
- the cap is preferably a screw cap that fits all standard water bottles, or you can with a few different Caps serve the few different standardized bottle thread types.
- the closure cap is provided with a mouthpiece which closes the spout opening of the closure cap and can be transferred from a closed position or closed position to a release position or opened position, preferably by displacing the mouthpiece.
- the closure element is a simple and quick way to place a receiving body in the receiving volume or to remove it.
- the connection guarantees that the closure element can not fall off unintentionally.
- the closure element can be embodied, for example, as the upper part of the closure cap, which is simply folded away or as a door, which is opened laterally.
- the various design options have in common that they provide easy and quick access to the receiving volume and thus the dispensing body can be quickly and easily changed, introduced or removed.
- the opening and especially closing of the closure element are simple, fast and possible without focusing on the process.
- the mouthpiece on the side which is directed to the receiving element (in particular in the region where the mouthpiece engages in the receiving element), is closed, so that in the closed state of the mouthpiece no liquid through the receiving element in the Mouthpiece can reach, and in another section, with which it protrudes into the receiving volume, at least one opening through which liquid can flow from the receiving volume into the mouthpiece.
- the mouthpiece can be displaceable relative to the receiving element along a sliding axis.
- the sliding axis can be parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cap or the liquid container (the bottle).
- a baffle may be provided which surrounds the mouthpiece at least partially and which is closer to the receiving element than an opening of the mouthpiece through which liquid from the receiving volume can enter the mouthpiece when the mouthpiece is in the open position.
- the deflection plate can be arranged, for example, perpendicular to the sliding axis of the mouthpiece.
- the baffle plate can be executed in the simplest case as a flat plate. In principle, it can project as far as desired into the receiving volume.
- the dispensing body could come to lie on the baffle.
- the dispensing body could also be adapted to the shape of the baffle, as well as he will usually be adapted to the shape of the receiving volume.
- the mouthpiece is arranged at the edge of the receiving volume.
- the mouthpiece could be moved directly to the lateral surface of the closure cap.
- the mouthpiece but can be positioned anywhere, such as in the middle of the cap.
- the receiving element is preferably designed as a flat surface. This represents a particularly simple and thus inexpensive embodiment variant.
- the receiving element is located entirely in a volume formed by the closure cap.
- This imaginary surface is actually free of material to connect the cap with the liquid container, preferably to be able to screw. This means that in this case a contact the cap takes place only when the bottle is turned, as the user performs while drinking.
- the closure element can be pivoted. It has been found that the pivotable closure element is an easy and quick way to place a dispenser body in the receiving volume or to remove it. It is understood by pivoting that the closure element (a part of which, because the closure element remains indeed connected to the cap) detached from the cap and at least partially removed so far that the resulting opening releases access to the receiving volume to a Dispensing body in the receiving volume into or out of this issue. Pivoting therefore means that the closure element can be deflected out of the position closing the access in order, for example, to introduce a dispensing body without the closure element being able to fall off, and then simply being brought back into the position closing the access.
- the closure element is connected by means of a hinge-like connecting element.
- the hinge-like connecting element may be a thin web or one or more fixed hinges or a flexible plastic piece or otherwise a suitable element.
- a hinge not only allows easy access to the receiving volume to be opened but, when closed, provides guidance that allows the user not to have to concentrate on the process of closing since the movement is through the hinges and only the external force is sufficient to close the access properly. The user must thus not pay attention to how he closes the access or that he puts the closure element in a certain way on the other part of the cap.
- the closure element is designed as part of the lateral surface of the closure cap, wherein it closes the access in the operating position.
- the closure element can be designed as a flap which can be opened laterally or upwards or downwards.
- the force required for this purpose is preferably calculated so that, for example, by friction of other objects on the cap in a pocket, the mouthpiece is not opened unintentionally. This fact, however, entails that upwardly opening closure elements can be unintentionally opened upwards by this powerful pull on the mouthpiece, which is prevented in the embodiment variant of the closure element as part of the jacket surface.
- the closure cap comprises two parts, the first part comprising the thread for attachment to a liquid container and the second part forming the spout opening, and the second part forming the closure element. Due to the two-part design, it is particularly easy to place a dispensing body on the receiving element. It is possible that the transition from the first Part on the second part represents a horizontal division of the cap. In a particularly simple embodiment of the closure cap, the closure cap is designed to be cylindrical in the region of the transition. This represents a simple and therefore inexpensive variant.
- a particularly simple and comfortable filling of the receiving volume can be realized by the closure cap comprising a pull-out storage element for the dispensing body corresponding to the access and the receiving volume, which storage element can be introduced through the opened access into the receiving volume and placed on the receiving element. That to fill the receiving volume, the storage element is pulled out of the open access, at least one dispensing body is placed in the storage element, and the storage element is then pushed back into the receiving volume via the opened access.
- An advantage of this embodiment is also that, for example, dispensing body, which have already partially dissolved in the receiving volume, can be easily removed.
- the second part comprises on its lateral surface a local deformation pointing inward in the radial direction of the closure cap, whereby in the operating position a pressure from the local deformation is exerted on the first part and the two parts are braced against each other.
- the deformation in the radial direction of the cylindrical receiving volume inwards.
- the preferred embodiment of the closure element is that it is designed as a slide which is displaceable along the lateral surface of the closure cap.
- the slider may, for example, be displaceable in the direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the closure cap or normal to the longitudinal axis in the circumferential direction of the closure cap.
- the slide can essentially correspond to a rectangular cutout from the lateral surface of the closure cap.
- the slide is displaceable using a rail relative to the cap.
- one or more profile rails may be provided in the slide on opposite sides (for example at or near longitudinal edges or transverse edges) per side, which rails run parallel to one another and are guided in depressions of the closure cap with a corresponding profile.
- provision may be made for the closure cap outside the access to have at least two mutually parallel profiled rails which engage in corresponding recesses of the closure element.
- the profile of the profile rail in both cases has e.g. a taper, so that the rail normal to its longitudinal extent can not be pulled out of the recess.
- a closure cap where the slider surrounds the entire circumference of the closure cap.
- This has the advantage that the slider by its closed shape has a tension against deformations, which allow a good seal of access to the receiving volume.
- a slider may be formed, for example, as a cylinder jacket.
- a slider which surrounds the entire circumference of the closure cap can not only be used with closure caps with the mouthpiece according to the invention, but could also be used instead of the slider shown in FIGS. 18-23 of the PCT / EP2013 / 071276 can be used, which surrounds only a portion of the circumference of the cap.
- the slide When in the closed state, the slide can engage in sealing edges of the closure cap, which run normal to the sliding axis of the slide.
- the slider can be made of elastic material, so that the slider is slidable over the sealing edges, but closes the access liquid-tight after snapping onto the sealing edges.
- the sliding axis of the slide and the sliding axis of the mouthpiece can run parallel, they could even be identical.
- the closure element as a slide
- the closure element by means of thread with a base part of the closure cap is screwed, which allows a particularly liquid-tight closing of the access of the closure cap.
- approximately the closure element and the base part with each other corresponding threads are provided.
- the base part on its outer side have a thread
- the closure element has on its inside a matching thread.
- the closure member carries on its outer side the thread.
- the closure element in this embodiment can be cap-shaped, so that a substantially two-part closure cap results, with a -. cylindrical base part which can be connected to a liquid container and the closure element which closes the closure cap.
- the closure element having the spout opening with the mouthpiece, while the base part of the receiving element having.
- the base part may also have a thread for screwing the cap with a liquid container.
- a dispensing body for example in the form of a tablet, is provided for receiving in a receiving volume of a closure cap according to the invention.
- the dispensing body should have a dispensing body volume no larger than the receiving volume.
- the dispensing body may comprise at least one water-soluble element for producing a beverage and / or Release of a flavor and / or a nutrient and / or a dietary supplement and / or a medicinal agent.
- Nutrients include carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. If a large number of carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins are released, the production of an isotonic beverage is possible.
- At least one dispensing body is arranged in the receiving volume, it is flowed around by the liquid when drinking and can deliver substances or substances, in particular flavorings and / or nutrients and / or dietary supplements and / or medicinal agents, to the liquid. That is, it comes to a mixture with the liquid immediately before the user actually drinks the mixture. Too high Concentration of the desired substances in the liquid can thus be avoided in principle.
- the water-soluble elements which additionally contributes to the fact that no water-soluble elements can pass through through-openings of the closure cap, these can e.g. be arranged in a sponge, which at least partially fills the dispensing body volume.
- the dispensing body may comprise a sponge, preferably a plastic sponge. This plastic sponge could be designed so that the liquid can easily reach the water-soluble elements, which can be achieved for example by a sponge fabric of coarsely interwoven fibers.
- the dispenser body may comprise a liquid pervious reticulated web, in particular gauze, which holds the dispenser body in a dispenser body mold which fits into a receiving volume.
- a liquid pervious reticulated web in particular gauze
- the thus stabilized dispensing body shape allows in particular a simple and convenient replacement of the dispensing body even after drinking, after the water-soluble elements have already been completely or at least partially dissolved.
- a particularly good stabilization of the Abgabeisson redesign at the same time ease of manufacture can be achieved by arranging the net-like fabric on a discharge body outside.
- the at least one water-soluble element can be a ball arranged in the dispensing body volume, whose surface is formed by a water-soluble layer and whose interior is filled with a substance, for example syrup or tea, which contains a flavor and / or a nutrient and / or a dietary supplement and / or a medicinal agent.
- a substance for example syrup or tea
- the water-soluble layer is formed here, for example, from a water-soluble glaze, in particular icing, which contributes to the avoidance of chemicals.
- the time course of the delivery of the substances can be realized by a plurality of balls with different glaze layer thicknesses.
- Those spheres with the thinnest glaze layer thicknesses are the first to release the substances, while spheres with thicker glaze layer thicknesses still do not release any substances. Only at a later time, for example, when the substances of those spheres with originally thin glaze layer thickness are used up, the spheres of originally thicker glaze layer thickness release the substances stored in them.
- This may be, for example, the same substances as before, so that a temporally constant concentration of these substances in the liquid is achieved. But there may also be different substances in the balls, so for example, a fruit-flavored drink is first provided and a later an isotonic drink. Athletes will be able to drink different drinks when carrying a single liquid container over time, including an isotonic beverage.
- closure cap and the liquid container according to the invention are to be regarded as a system which enables the simple production of beverages or the addition of flavors and / or nutrients and / or nutritional supplements and / or medicinal agents to a liquid.
- Fig. 1 shows a cap with open closure element 1 (open access 2), namely a slider.
- the slider 1 is displaceable along the lateral surface 3 of the closure cap, namely from the illustrated open position downwards into the open position.
- It is designed as an annular element, more precisely, essentially as a cylinder jacket, and thus encloses the entire closure cap. He is at least so elastic that it is pushed over the sealing edges 4, but after snapping on the Sealing edges 4 the access 2 closes liquid-tight. Due to the elasticity and the annular configuration, the slider 1 on a bias against radial deformation, which allows the liquid-tight closing of the access 2.
- open closure element 1 open access 2
- profile rails 6 are provided on the inside of the slide 1, which interact with counterparts (not shown) on the outside of the lateral surface 3 of the closure cap.
- the profile rails are thus formed parallel to the longitudinal axis 5.
- the cap 1 is provided with a mouthpiece 7, which in Fig. 1 is shown in the open position. In this position, the cap for a liquid that is contained in a bottle to which the cap is attached with its underside is permeable to allow the user to drink from the bottle.
- the receiving element 8 which is formed here as a flat, liquid-tight surface, has an opening 9 which can be closed by the underside of the mouthpiece 7, so that no liquid through the receiving element 8 in the receiving volume 20 (see Fig. 6 ) can get.
- the receiving element 8 contacts the inner wall of the closure cap at least in all points of a circular path.
- a dispensing body eg, a tablet
- the closure cap has an access 2 in order to be able to introduce the at least one dispensing body into the receiving volume 20 or to be able to remove it from the receiving volume 20.
- a baffle 14 which surrounds the mouthpiece 7 at least partially, so that liquid entering through the opening 9, this baffle plate 14 must flow and thus at least by the receiving volume 20, where the dispensing body is located.
- the baffle plate 14 extends approximately to the middle (to the longitudinal axis 5) of the cap and ends in a straight edge 16, which corresponds to the diameter of the receiving volume 20.
- the baffle 14 is executed here normal to the mouthpiece. It is flat and impermeable to fluid. However, it would also be conceivable to provide the deflection plate 14 partially with openings, so that part of the liquid also flows through the deflection plate 14. This will be particularly useful if the baffle 14 covers a large part of the cross section (normal to the longitudinal axis 5) of the cap or the receiving volume 20, because then that part of a dispensing body which rests on the baffle plate 14, directly from below Liquid can be applied.
- the slider 1 has a surface structure, here in the form of raised rings 12 in order to operate the slider 1 better.
- Fig. 2 It can be seen that the mouthpiece 7 is arranged at the very edge of the closure cap. This results in the largest possible contiguous receiving volume for a dispensing body. In principle, the mouthpiece 7 but could Also located at a different location, eg closer to the longitudinal axis 5, in particular it could be concentric with the longitudinal axis 5.
- Fig. 3 is both the slider 1 in the closed position and thus closes the access 2, as well as the mouthpiece. 7
- Fig. 4 shows a side view of the cap Fig. 1 with open slide 1.
- the mouthpiece 7, two lateral openings 15 can be seen, through which liquid from the receiving volume 20 enters the mouthpiece 7.
- these openings 15 should be as far away from the edge 16 of the baffle plate 14 so that the liquid flows through as much of the receiving volume before it enters the mouthpiece 7.
- Visible is also the guide 17 in the lower region of the mouthpiece 7, which can be made in one piece with the baffle plate 14, see Fig. 5-7 ,
- Fig. 5 shows a sectional view of the cap Fig. 1 according to section line AA in Fig. 2 with open slide 1 and opened mouthpiece 7.
- the cap is provided at its lower end, between the edge 18 of the cap and the receiving element 8, with a thread 13 with which it can be screwed onto a bottle.
- the sliding axis of the slider 1 and the sliding axis of the mouthpiece 7 are parallel to each other and parallel to the longitudinal axis 5 of the closure cap, see Fig. 1 ,
- the receiving volume 20 (see also Fig. 6 ) has a substantially cylindrical shape. It is formed by the receiving element 8, by the jacket of the closure cap (of which the lateral surface 3 is drawn), by the slider 1 and by a top surface 10, which is liquid-tightly connected to the jacket of the closure cap.
- the top surface 10 is up to the spout opening 11 liquid-tight.
- the top surface 10 is designed here as a flat layer and also forms a - here substantially cylindrical - guide 19, which surrounds the mouthpiece 7 in its upper region.
- the receiving element 8 is located on the thread 13 facing side of the cap, while the top surface 10 is located on the mouthpiece 7 facing side of the cap.
- an extension could be provided on the underside of the slide 1 which, when the uppermost (open position) of the slide 1 is reached, is held by a corresponding element of the closing cap.
- the mouthpiece 7 is substantially formed as a hollow cylinder, which is - down to the receiving element 8 - but closed so that in the longitudinal direction of the cap no liquid can get directly into the interior of the mouthpiece 7, no matter whether the mouthpiece in the open or in the closed position.
- the underside of the mouthpiece 7 is also designed so that it closes in the closed position the - here only - opening 9 in the receiving element.
- the underside of the mouthpiece 7 in this embodiment has a smaller diameter than the rest of the mouthpiece. In the open position of the mouthpiece 7 according to Fig. 5 is the lower end of the mouthpiece 7 at the same height as the underside of the baffle 14th
- the in Fig. 5 shown state is set when a new dispensing body to be placed by the access 2 on the receiving element 8 or a (partially) consumed to be removed from there.
- Fig. 6 shows the same sectional view as Fig. 5 , however, is located in Fig. 6 Both the mouthpiece 7 in the closed position and the slider 1. This state of the cap is set when the bottle to which the cap is attached, is transported and no liquid is to get to the receiving body 20 located in the dispensing body.
- Fig. 7 shows the same sectional view as Fig. 5 , however, is located in Fig. 7 the mouthpiece 7 in the open position, while the slider 1 is closed. This state of the cap is set when drunk from the bottle to which the cap is attached. In this case, the liquid would then emerge at the top from the drinking opening 22 of the mouthpiece 7.
- Fig. 8 shows detail B Fig. 5
- the sealing edge 4 shown here protrudes firstly radially beyond the adjoining lateral surface 3, projects secondly beyond the upper side of the receiving element 8 and, thirdly, has a recess 21 opposite the inner upper side of the receiving element 8.
- the upper sealing edge 4 may be formed in an analogous manner, but then protrudes beyond the underside of the top surface 10.
- the slider 1 engages the two sealing edges 4, which extend normal to the sliding axis of the slider 1.
- the slider 1 may have corresponding recesses into which the sealing edges 4 engage.
- the jacket of the closure cap (with its lateral surface 3), the receiving element 8, the cover plate 10 and the baffle plate 14 are integrally formed in the embodiment shown here, for example made of plastic, and can be produced by injection molding.
- the dispensing body is not directly through the access 2 is inserted into the receiving volume 20, but in a removable (eg, retractable, similar to a loading) storage element is inserted, which can be introduced through the access 12 in the receiving volume 20 and also removed therefrom.
- the storage element would come to lie on the receiving element 8.
- the storage element would of course have to be liquid-permeable, for example, at least partially have a grid-like structure.
- the receiving elements are likely to be permeable only to liquid where the mouthpiece according to the invention can seal the receiving element.
- the cover surfaces according to the invention would have to take the place of the retaining elements.
- the Fig. 9-12 show an alternative embodiment of the closure element 23 which is screwed by means of thread with a base part 24 of the closure cap.
- the closure element 23 on its inner side a thread 26, while the base part 24 has on its outer side a thread 27 for the closure element 23.
- the closure element 23 is cap-shaped in that it is integrally formed as a cylinder jacket with top surface 10 and a spout opening 11 in the top surface 10, while the base part 24 has the shape of a cylinder jacket.
- the base part 24 can be screwed via the thread 13 with a liquid container.
- the closure element 23 carries in the spout opening 11, the mouthpiece 7, while the base part 24, the receiving element. 8 contains, here in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the closure cap between thread 13 and thread 27th
- a lid 25 is connected via a web, with which the mouthpiece 7, as far as it protrudes outwardly from the closure element 23 in the closed state, can be covered.
- the lid 25 may represent a continuous continuation of the lateral surface 3 in the closed state, that is to say connect to the outer surface of the closure element 23.
- the outer surface of the closure element 23 is continuous in the outer surface of the base member 24, so closure element 23 and base member 24 have the same outer diameter at the contact point.
- the mouthpiece 7 is in Fig. 10 is shown in the open position. In this position, the cap for a liquid that is contained in a bottle to which the cap is attached with its underside is permeable to allow the user to drink from the bottle.
- the receiving element 8 which is formed here as a flat, liquid-tight surface, has an opening 9 which can be closed by the underside of the mouthpiece 7, so that no liquid can pass through the receiving element 8 in the receiving volume 20.
Access 2 is through the top Opening of the base member 24 is formed, ie by the end facing away from the thread 13 end portion of the base member 24, here a circular opening.
- the mouthpiece 7 is arranged centrally here, but it could also, as in the Fig. 1-8 be arranged on the edge of the cap.
- the mouthpiece 7 is otherwise the same as in the Fig. 1-8 provided with two openings 15.
- the guide 17 in the lower region of the mouthpiece 7 in the Fig. 9-12 designed in one piece with the closure element 23.
- a baffle 14 could also be provided again. This could be formed annularly and normal to the longitudinal axis 5 following the guide 17.
- the receiving volume 20 again has a substantially cylindrical shape. It is formed by the receiving element 8, by the shell of the base part and by the top surface 10, which is part of the one-piece closure element 23.
- the top surface 10 is liquid-tight except for the spout opening 11.
- the top surface 10 is designed here as a flat layer and also forms a - here substantially cylindrical - guide 19, which surrounds the mouthpiece 7 in its upper region.
- the closure element 23 In order to insert or remove a dispensing body in the closure cap, the closure element 23 must be unscrewed from the base part 24, so that the receiving volume 20 is accessible because of the now missing top surface 10.
- the cap can be screwed by means of thread 13 on a liquid container.
- closure element 23 may additionally be fastened to the base part 24, for example by means of a band.
