Claims (15)

  1. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100), die Folgendes aufweist;
    - eine rotierende magnetische kreisförmige Platte (1), die eine Vielzahl von Permanentmagneten (5) mit abwechselnder Polarität aufweist, wobei die Magnete (5) in Umfangsrichtung angeordnet sind,
    - eine Plattform (2), die neben der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1) mit einem Spiel angeordnet ist,
    - einen Betätigungsbereich (14), der eine rotierende Welle (8) aufweist, die an der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1) befestigt ist,
    - einen Zuführungsbereich (3), der das zu trennende Produkt enthält und eine vorbestimmte Menge des zu trennenden Produkts der Plattform (2) zuführt,
    - einen Entladebereich (4) mit zwei Behältern (4a) zum Recyceln und zum Sammeln des zu trennenden Produkts, das aus dem Zuführungsbereich (3) zu der Plattform (2) in die Behälter zum Recyceln zugeführt wird, wenn der Zustand der Behälter (4a) zum Recyceln von einer geschlossenen Position in eine geöffnete Position umgeschaltet ist, und
    - eine Steuereinheit (30) zum Steuern der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1), des Betätigungsbereichs (14), des Zuführungsbereichs (3) und des Entladebereichs (4);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) dazu ausgebildet ist, folgende Schritte auszuführen:
    - einen ersten Schritt, bei dem der Zuführungsbereich (3) eine vorbestimmte Menge des zu trennenden Produkts der Plattform (2) zuführt,
    - einen zweiten Schritt, bei dem der Entladebereich (4) aus der geschlossenen Position in die geöffnete Position geschaltet wird, nachdem der erste Schritt beendet worden ist und eine festgelegte Zeit vergangen ist, und
    - einen dritten Schritt, bei dem der Entladebereich (4) nach Beendigung des zweiten Schrittes in die geschlossene Position geschaltet wird,
    wobei die Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) ferner dazu ausgebildet ist, die Schritte von einem ersten Schritt bis zu einem dritten Schritt erneut durchzuführen, nachdem der dritte Schritt beendet worden ist.
  2. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei die rotierende magnetische kreisförmige Platte (1) so angeordnet ist, dass die Magnetseite (1a) nach oben zeigt, und
    wobei die Plattform (2) über der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1) angeordnet ist.
  3. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 2,
    wobei die rotierende magnetische kreisförmige Platte (1) und die Plattform (2) in der gleichen Richtung geneigt sind.
  4. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 3,
    wobei die rotierende magnetische kreisförmige Platte (1) dazu ausgebildet ist, sich im Uhrzeigersinn zu drehen, und zwar von der Oberseite aus gesehen.
  5. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 3,
    wobei die rotierende magnetische kreisförmige Platte (1) dazu ausgebildet ist, sich im Gegenuhrzeigersinn zu drehen, und zwar von der Oberseite aus gesehen.
  6. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei die rotierende magnetische kreisförmige Platte (1) so angeordnet ist, dass die Magnetseite (1a) nach unten zeigt, und
    wobei die Plattform (2) unter der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1) angeordnet ist.
  7. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 2,
    die ferner einen Ultraschallwandler (20) aufweist, um die Plattform (2) auf und ab schwingen zu lassen.
  8. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei die Plattform (2) eben angeordnet ist, wenn sich der Entladebereich (4) in einer geschlossenen Position befindet, und mit einer Neigung angeordnet ist, wenn sich der Entladebereich (4) in einer geöffneten Position befindet.
  9. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei die Plattform (2) dazu ausgebildet ist, Rüttelbewegungen auszuführen.
  10. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei der Entladebereich (4) eine Bürste (32), eine rotierende Bürste (31) oder eine Luftdüse (33) aufweist.
  11. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei der Entladebereich (4) drei Behälter (4a) zum Recycling aufweist und
    wobei der Zuführungsbereich (3) dazu ausgebildet ist, das zu trennende Produkt (24) dem zentralen Bereich der Plattform (2) zuzuführen.
  12. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei eine Vielzahl von Plattformen (2) kreisförmig angeordnet ist, wobei die Plattformen dazu ausgebildet sind, sich in der Umfangsrichtung der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1) zu drehen.
  13. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 12,
    wobei die rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platten (1) und die Plattformen (2) in Längsrichtung hintereinander angeordnet sind.
  14. Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100), die Folgendes aufweist;
    - eine rotierende magnetische kreisförmige Platte (1), die eine Vielzahl von Permanentmagneten (5) mit abwechselnder Polarität aufweist, wobei die Magnete (5) in Umfangsrichtung angeordnet sind,
    - eine Plattform (2), die neben der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1) mit einem Spiel angeordnet ist,
    - einen Detektorsensor (25) zum Detektieren eines Bildes des zu trennenden Produkts, das leitfähiges Material (22) und nicht leitfähiges Material (24) aufweist und der Plattform (2) zugeführt wird,
    - eine Steuereinheit (30) zum Beurteilen des Trennungsgrades des zu trennenden Produkts (24), und zwar basierend auf dem mit dem Detektorsensor (25) detektierten Bild,
    - einen Betätigungsbereich (14), der eine rotierenden Welle (8) aufweist, die an der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmige Platte (1) befestigt ist, und die zum Drehen der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1) gemäß einer Richtung von der Steuereinheit (30) ausgebildet ist,
    - einen Zuführungsbereich (3), der das zu trennende Produkt enthält und eine vorbestimmte Menge des zu trennenden Produkts der Eingangsseite der Plattform (2) zuführt, und zwar gemäß einer Richtung von der Steuereinheit (30), und
    - einen Entladebereich (4) mit zwei Behältern (4a) zum Recyceln und zum Umschalten des Zustands der Behälter (4a) zum Recyceln zwischen einer geschlossenen Position und einer geöffneten Position, und zwar gemäß einer Richtung von der Steuereinheit (30),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Steuereinheit (30) dazu ausgebildet ist, folgende Schritte durchzuführen:
    - einen ersten Schritt, um eine Richtung an den Zuführungsbereich (3) zum Zuführen des zu trennenden Produkts zu senden,
    - einen zweiten Schritt, um eine Richtung zum Vorgeben einer geschlossenen Position an den Entladebereich zu senden und eine Richtung zum Drehen der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1) an den Betätigungsbereich (14) zu senden, und
    - einen dritten Schritt, um das Bild des zu trennenden Produkts von dem Detektorsensor (25) zu erhalten und den Trennungsgrad des zu trennenden Produkts ausgehend von dem Bild zu beurteilen, und
    - einen vierten Schritt, um eine Richtung an den Entladebereich (4) zu senden, und zwar zum Vorgeben einer geöffneten Position, wenn der Trennungsgrad des zu trennenden Produkts als gut beurteilt wird, wobei die Steuereinheit (30) ferner dazu ausgebildet ist, die Schritte von einem ersten Schritt bis zu einem vierten Schritt erneut durchzuführen, nachdem der vierte Schritt beendet ist.
  15. Wirbelstromtrennverfahren in einer Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100), die Folgendes aufweist;
    - eine rotierende magnetische kreisförmige Platte (1), die eine Vielzahl von Permanentmagneten (5) mit abwechselnder Polarität aufweist, wobei die Magnete (5) in Umfangsrichtung angeordnet sind,
    - eine Plattform (2), die neben der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1) mit einem Spiel angeordnet ist,
    - einen Betätigungsbereich (14), der eine rotierende Welle (8) aufweist, die mit der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1) befestigt ist,
    - einen Zuführungsbereich (3), der das zu trennende Produkt enthält und eine vorbestimmte Menge des zu trennenden Produkts zu der Plattform (2) zuführt,
    - einen Entladebereich (4) mit zwei Behältern (4a) zum Recyceln und zum Sammeln des von dem Zuführungsbereich (3) zu der Plattform (2) in die Behälter zum Recyceln zugeführte zu trennenden Produkts, wenn der Zustand der Behälter von einer geschlossenen Position in eine geöffnete Position umgeschaltet ist, und
    - eine Steuereinheit (30) zum Steuern der rotierenden magnetischen kreisförmigen Platte (1), des Betätigungsbereichs (14), des Zuführungsbereichs (3) und des Entladebereichs (4);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Wirbelstromtrennverfahren ferner folgende Schritte aufweist:
    - einen ersten Schritt, bei dem der Zuführungsbereich (3) eine vorbestimmte Menge des zu trennenden Produkts der Plattform (2) zuführt,
    - einen zweiten Schritt, bei dem der Entladebereich (4) aus der geschlossenen Position in die geöffnete Position geschaltet wird, nachdem der erste Schritt beendet worden ist und eine festgelegte Zeit vergangen ist, und
    - einen dritten Schritt, bei dem der Entladebereich (4) nach Beendigung des zweiten Schrittes in die geschlossene Position geschaltet wird,
    wobei die Wirbelstromtrennvorrichtung (100) ferner dazu ausgebildet ist, die Schritte von einem ersten Schritt bis zu einem dritten Schritt erneut durchzuführen, nachdem der dritte Schritt beendet worden ist.
