Claims (6)
- 비금속과 비철금속의 혼합물에서 비금속과 비철금속을 선별하기 위하여 사용하는 것으로서,
일측이 높고 타측으로 갈수록 낮게 형성되는 지지프레임(10)과; 상기 지지프레임(10)에 틸팅 가능하게 설치되되 높은 곳에서 낮은 곳으로 갈수록 그 설치개수가 늘어나는 단위선별기(20);로 구성되어,
높은 곳에 위치되는 단위선별기(20)에서 비금속과 비철금속의 혼합물을 선별한 후, 낮은 곳에 위치되는 단위선별기(20)에서 선별된 혼합물을 제공받아 다시 비금속과 비철금속을 선별하되,
높은 곳에 위치한 단위선별기(20)에서 선별된 혼합물은 브릿지(30)를 통해 낮은 곳에 위치한 단위선별기(20)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 와전류 선별장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 단위선별기(20)는 상기 지지프레임(10)에 틸팅 가능하게 설치되는 회전대(21)와;
상기 회전대(21)의 상면에 설치되는 안착패널(22)과;
상기 안착패널(22)의 상면에 설치되는 다수의 자석(23b)을 포함하여 이루어진 자석조립체(23)와;
상기 안착패널(22)과 자석조립체(23)를 둘러싸며 회전하여, 상면에 올려지는 비철금속과 비금속의 혼합물이 상기 자석조립체(23)로부터 자력을 제공받도록 하는 컨베이어벨트(24);로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 와전류 선별장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 회전대(21)의 저면에는 구형 베어링(21a)이 구비되고, 상기 지지프레임(10)의 상면에는 상기 구형 베어링(21a)이 삽입되는 포켓(11)이 구비되어,
상기 구형 베어링(21a)이 상기 포켓(11) 내부에서 회전하여 상기 회전대(21)가 지지프레임(10)으로부터 틸팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 와전류 선별장치.

- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 자석조립체(23)는 상기 안착패널(22)의 상면에 설치되는 케이싱(23a)과;
상기 케이싱(23a) 내부에 사선방향으로 설치되되, 같은 극이 서로 마주보게 배치되는 다수의 자석(23b)과;
서로 마주보는 자석(23b)의 같은 극 사이에 설치되는 강자성 금속재질의 격판(23c);으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 와전류 선별장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 컨베이어벨트(24)는 상기 안착패널(22)의 일측에 설치되는 구동롤러(24a)와;
상기 구동롤러(24a)에 회전력을 제공하는 모터(24b)와;
상기 안착패널(22)의 타측에 설치되는 종동롤러(24c)와;
상기 구동롤러(24a)와 종동롤러(24c)를 둘러쌈과 아울러 상기 안착패널(22)과 자석조립체(23)를 둘러싸며 회전하고, 선별할 비철금속과 비금속의 혼합물이 올려지는 회전벨트(24d);로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다단 와전류 선별장치.
